    These tata sky people are simply fraud and very cunning people .I wanted to drop off active smart games and English movies pack and called them for the same foe nearly four hours and they are not ready to neither drop not now they are receiving my call when I chose an option for talking to the associate regarding the same...if I do not get a call for my drop off issue within 24 hours or if I did not get my demand fulfilled m gonna unsubscribe tata sky and subscribe for dish tv...#extremely irritated with tata sky

      I have file a complaint regarding no signal coming on screen on date 18.10.2016 and on 19.10.2016 technician came and changed only connector of dish . but he said he changed lnb in tatasky office & they deducted my 300 rs. they previously told me no visiting charges to you because of waranty period but they also deducted for that. this is very bad for a company making a false thing & deducting money. & customer care also supporting to them only they didn't verifying from my end. whatever they told is become final.
      please solve this issue.

        Talked thrice to helpline number but no services obtained recharged as soon as the services were disconnected but my servises were not resumed mr basha from 1st two calls was asking me to wait for 1 hr 40 mins to get services resumed no one is cooperative thy disconnect call saying i used abusive language youll can check the recording pathetic services from tata sky helpline even asked for refund of my recharge amount but no one is cooperating just saying that there is no access to them. If they have no access why are they even on helpline. Mr illyas basha and mr krishna both were not cooperative instead they are threatning me by saying thy have filed an FIR and provoking me even more...third grade of services from tata sky. Never thought tata group would be serving such services. I really need an apology letter and compensation on the money charged and no services given

          Tata Sky gives an Urgent Payment Reminder across the TV screen on the last day making one viewing TV very difficult two makes us feel as if we are defaulters three insults us infront of guests.

            1) I upgraded my normal tata sky into HD tata sky and team and condition of tatasky is to provide the Free HD channal subscription for one year but presently I am not getting the said condition. Kindly provide the said terms and condition.
            2) Telugu channel is activated kindly deactivate Telugu channels & English channels.
            3) Convert all double activated channels into single one.

              I had purchased tata sky connection at rs 351 monthly fee against subscriber id [protected]. the tata sky has been regularly increasing the monthly fee without prior intimation. i do not understand why they are increasing the fee without informing to the customers. i feel highly dissatisfied with the service and have decided to disconnect the services by the end of this month.
              I request the concerned to look into the matter and refund the amount charged by them unnecessarily.

                  Tata sky increase rate every 3 to 6 month by Rs.20/ or Rs30/ without any additional use full facility and without any consent from customer, when we raise the concern to customer care, they simply reply that rate has revised. when we asked why and what basis you have revise the rate then they not giving proper answer and every time simple reply that tata has increases the rate and if are not happy with our service then quit from tata sky.

                  How to stop their arrogant behavior and unjustified charges.

                    I am viewing tata sky for the last 5 years. Since march after every 2 months we are unable to view t v because of some fault & company charges rs 200 as visiting fee.in june my remote was not working they charged rs 200 as cost of new remote & further rs 200 as visit charges which is totally a wrong trade practice. Kindly look into the matter & resolve my case.

                      Our a/c is due for renewal on 21st Oct 2016.
                      Yesterday I logged in & paid the full amount of Rs. 4, 345/- towards annual renewal of existing pack. This is the amount displayed on the Tata Sky website towards annual renewal.
                      Today I one of their reps called to say that our a/c will not be renewed since we have not paid the full amount.
                      I logged in & found that the a/c has been renewed only till 31st July 2017 i.e. 9 months i/o 12 months.
                      I am terribly annoyed & angry with this kind of cheating which is certainly not expected from a Tata group company.
                      I want my a/c to be renewed for 12 full months.

                        I have renewed the package for south ultra plus had by paying rs.8400/- in August 2016 but so far I have been receding metro package channels. I have sent mail also and there is no reply. If I do not receive as per package I have to file in consumer forum for deficiency os service. Your immediate attention is required.                           I'd called tata sky on 14 Oct to book a new connection and move an existing one within the same unit to a different floor, I was told there will be a flat charge of ₹999 only and an additional rate at which the wire will be charged should there be more than 10 metres that is being used. I was also told that the technician will call me and I can set up a time that is convenient to me.

                          - I got a call from the technician and it was agreed (reluctantly, on his part), that the technician will visit on 16 Oct at 1130 hrs. I had to call tata sky at 11:39 on 16 Oct to be told that the technician will be coming at 2:30 pm, which he never called me to confirm/agree. Finally he turned up at 3:15 pm and for waiting for 10 minutes, the technician's supervisor called and harassed my husband. Thereafter, once he started installing, he refused to connect the other set top box. I then had to call up their call center and talk to them for a good 30 minutes before the guy finally agreed.

                          - I was told that totally there was 50 meters of wire that was used, which was 40 meters more than what is free of cost. I understood that.

                          - My husband got a message on 18 Oct that ₹600 has been deducted from the existing balance and my tata sky has been deactivated.

                          - I was being told to either put in extra money or wait for tata sky to pull up the call recording for 16 Oct, the estimated time of pulling which was quoted as 24 hours, just so tata sky can checked what was committed.

                          I've sent an email yesterday to their nodal officer with the details. I've got a revert at 2:12 pm yesterday that someone will contact me within 24 hours and so far no one has contacted me.

                          I need to know and get action taken on immediately from tata sky on:
                          - Pulling out the call recording and checking what was committed, it doesn't take 24 hours. It will only take minutes of someone's time
                          - Report an official complaint against the technician and his supervisor for false charges. I'll be putting in a police complaint well.
                          - compensate me if the charges levied are incorrect since I'm being inconvenienced for no fault of mine
                          - Get a receipt for the charges and details of why I've been charged. So far I haven't got a bill for the money deducted, which tata sky is legally bound to provide me with before disconnecting my services.

                          I'll also be posting a copy of this letter on social media/ blog so other customers can't be conned by tata sky this way.

                          Hope some action will be taken on this and an acknowledgement and details of action taken shared with me.

                            I requested to you that please apply transfer network rules in dth service as per mobile portiblity servies because my tata sky pakage dhamal mix pack monthly charges incrise with out my information. Befor this month pacakage rate is rs. Is 270 but now tata sky is incrise this pacakage new amount is rs-285. I want to drop this servise. Please resolve this problem.

                                I(Tata Sky DTH ID [protected]) did an wrong Top up through online on 29.08.16 to Stat Sky ID [protected] an amount of Rs.5000.00. Immediately after done the mistake I lodged complain to Tata Sky for rectify and resolve the matter. In spite of repeated request since 29th August'16, I could not getting refund the money till date.
                                Wrongly top up transaction ID reference of SBI is as follows;

                                  We have paid the whole amount for the yearly recharge to one of your employees (as said by him he is tata sky employee) he is cent percent fraud. The recharge update has not yet been done since one month. Firstly he took the amount cash without giving any re eipt and now the hell is saying that the system will get updated in five minutes. How can such a so called reputed company pay such fraud employees. You all should be sued for this. What you all say tata sky hai to life is indeed jhingalala for employees as they are eating money of consumers like us. Cheater company with cheaters employees.

                                    I am using Tata sky dish for last 8 years. From last 8 days, i am unable to see few channels properly due to bad signal. & tv pictures, star pravah, star maza, UTV action are the some of these chanels i am unable to see properly. I tried to call tata sky customer care, but it has very long waiting time. This is not customer CARE.

                                      I have a Tatasky connection, a Metro package which cost Rs. 500/ per month. My consumer ID is [protected].

                                      Since I was leaving the country for a period of around 3 months and to ensure continuation of Tatasky connection, I paid a sum of RS. 2500/ on the 8th of July 2016. This was paid online and an acknowledgement was received from Tatasky with a very clear message that my next payment was due on 10th December. I have this message on my cell.

                                      I returned to India on the 12th October and realised when I switched on the TV that only regional and news channels were available for viewing.

                                      On calling customer care I get a recorded message saying 'sorry you are not viewing all the channels you have subscribed to and your channels have been deactivated".

                                      Even after repeated requests to cust.care they refuse to restore my connection saying that the Metro pack is no longer available with a monthly payment option. Which is untrue. They are asking me to pay an additional amount and to change the package, only then will I have my connection restored.

                                      I am a senior citizen and my evenings are spent mainly watching TV.
                                      I have asked them to please refund my money as I cannot tolerate the countless phone calls on a daily basis.
                                      I request you to kindly help me with this.

                                        I have repeatedly called TataSky to tell them that one of their technicians has done some work for another house and has screwed up the wiring/connection in our house. I have requested a callback and received no response, I have called and been on hold for 1/2hour and then my call has been disconnected, once I got through to a Helpdesk person and before he could register my complaint, he disconnects my call. Is this your idea of customer service Tatasky?
