Sir I m sarita saxena. My problem is that in my digicomp there is problem then I call technician he comes and said that your digicomp is dead you buy a new digicomp I purchase then again problem is rising in new digicomp I call technician then he comes and said that your adapter is creating problem you purchase a new adapter now my old digicomp is working but now I have 2 digicomp technician of tatasky doing wrong with customers and he take 800 rupees to me I say that refund my digicomp and give my 800 rupees return please please please take action on it

        Hello,

        This is with reference to change of semi annual subscription to monthly package for three Add-On Packs as these packages are not watched so frequently by family members.

        1 - English Business News (Semi Annual) - Rs. 200
        2 - Knowledge (Semi Annual) - Rs. 285
        3 - Hindi News (Semi Annual) - Annual) - Rs. 255

        Since these packages are not of much use I wanted to change the subscription from Tatasky website but there is no option available. So called Tatasky helpline for seeking help. After contacting, the executive told me that if I wish to change the subscription then I will loose the existing subscription, in other words I wont get remaining balance of my subscription money nor it will be adjusted against any other package I would choose. This seems to be cheating the customers who opt for long term e.g. semi annual, annual or Biennial plan.

        Request your help in getting this sorted out by adjusting my remaining amount against my existing package or else against any other package that I may wish to go for in future.

        This request has been addressed only after reaching out and raising request with Indian consumer complaints forum.

        If it was possible for TataSky to complete the request when it was raised at the first instance, it would have been great. But TataSky does not provide transparent support to customers at the first level and keeps on denying any support after raising the complaint to next level within TataSky also. This is not professional and I do not suppose consumer forum will entertain such practices in favor of genuine customers.

        Request appropriate action by Consumer Forum to improve TataSky services.

          Kind attention: all the top most senior people associated with tata sky

          ​i would like to bring to the kind notice of all the people associated with ur company, that i have been facing critical signal problem from the last two months ie.august & september 2016.

          From august onwards, almost 3 times in a week there has been a problem of 'no signal' though there are no rains and the signal is clear. even after complaining almost for last 2 months., my problem stands unresolved.on complaining, ur local technician visits our premises does some temporary adjustments by fiddiling with the set top boxes by removing the wires and fixing it again and checking the common antenna due to which for some time the cable used to function for 2 days and again we used to face the same problem of 'no signal' the very next day.

          ​i am sorry to state these last two months have been a tough period for me and my family right from calling the tata sky customer till the arrival o[censored]r technician. the amount of energy, time and phone calls wasted on calling up tata sky cannot be justified and above all the mobile network issue at our place.

          ​in this whole process, your technician has damaged by set top box leaving me with no option but to activate my 2nd set top box.. i was given to understand that my set top box is not functioning due to which i am not able to view tata sky. i had to agree to whatever ur technician says bcoz i am a layperson. after putting in a request to tata sky customer care for swapping my primary connection to the secondary one and installing the secondary set top box on 26th september 2016 in the evening, on 29th september immediately after 2 days i am facing the same "no signal" problem. i am not able to view tata sky since morning. i called up my local dealer who as usual requests me to call up the customer care. i fail to understand what is his role than. i am again forced to follow the same exercise of calling the tata sky customer care. this exercise i have been continuously doing for the last two mths, so i hope ur goodself would understand what harassment i have been going thru because of no fault of mine.

          ​i request the senior most person to kindly intervene in this matter and resolve my issue as soon as possible. the total amount for not viewing tata sky cable for the last two months (in a week only 3 days v could view tata sky cable) be kindly credited to my account. also please replace my damaged set top box as soon as possible.

          ​looking forward for an immediate response or else we will have to think of shifting to some other cable operator when we shift to our new place.

              I placed a relocation request on 30th September 2016 and uninstalled the DTH from my old house. Tata sky technician can home next day and said he need to get some receiver to install. However, i called him next day but no response, 2nd day no response as well. Tried this for 6 days and finally gave up. Now that i called customer service they said the installation is done. Now that i informed them again they said that the issue has been escalated and a technician will revert within Saturday... unfortunately, no one called. Sunday (7th day) i called the customer service. after continuous follow-up someone from Hebbal office called and said they would send the technician to the new house. And as expected no one turned up. on Monday. 10th i called up the nodal officer Nazneen who further escalated the matter but for her bad luck and mine, i had to talk to her for 5 times until finally hebbal tata sky office called and technician was ready to come in 45 mins. As the issue not resolved yet. i cannot comment more but wait for the technician to come down and i take the entire frustration on him. The issue will not end here. They need to reimburse the rentals deducted for the last 10 days and the send an apology note.

                Hi team, i purchase (Tata sky hd set top box & dhammal mix pack) connection from one of your dealer in madhapur, hyderabad, 500081. As per there executive guide lines i purchased it, dated on5th oct 2016, from bookmydth online portal and paid 1799 against ts order. They installed it on 6th oct 2016 but they recharged it with wrong pack. After that i start following with them against the wrong recharge and every time they are giving me false commitment and promises. And executives always talk to me in abusive manner. Atlast i am wring this to make complain and take necessary action. So, they dont repeat this kind of thing with other customer. I beleive you can help me to correct and resolve the issue of mine.

                  Hello,

                  I have many a times informed/requested the executives that i have only one set of box and the executives are not understanding it. I have paid the bill on 22nd of sept, 2016 and on 6th oct, 2016, i have again got the bill for two set of box which is not there. My first set of box was not working and the technical person from tatasky replaced it with new one. Thats it.

                  I am not getting why i am getting bills for two set of boxes which is not there.

                  Now i request you to please extend my deactivation date till 22nd october as i have paid the bill on 22sept. And deactivate my old set of box and keep the new set of box digi id as my primary.

                  Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

                    Not giving proper service

                    Sir/ mam, my name is heera lal yadav, of dhaurahra, varanasi pin - 221104. I had booked a complaint of setup box replacement as fulfilled term and conditions of tatasky dth service provider 5 day before as all complains resolving time is 24 hrs but they didn't done till 5 day, and when i called them they tell lies to me and said that we will resolve your problem only in 2 hrs. And daily i had called them more than 3 time but they not providing me service.

                      I ordered for set top box replacement in August 2016 just few days after making Annual Subscription to my account. The technician who visited my house set up a new set top box and i paid him Rs. 1, 300 in total (Including Previous visiting charges). At that time your technician did not inform me that instead of just replacing my set top box, he was adding multi TV connection to my account. But i ONLY have ONE TV at my house.
                      The next month my "NEW ACCOUNT" was being charged for the package which i was seeing eventhough i had subscribed for the entire month. Till this time i had no idea about the "NEW CONNECTION".
                      I called Tata Sky customer care and gave the request for refund of the amount charged to me as well as to close the old tata sky connection.
                      I have received multiple calls from Tata sky but none have been so far satisfactory. The latest call was received at around 5.30 p.m. from Tata Sky executive named Aditi. She informed me that for transfer of the said "NEW CONNECTION" to PRIMARY, i will receive a refund of the REMAINING balance of the Annual Subscription i made in August 2016 (the balance amount she told me was very less considering that i used that subscrition for less than 1.5 months). She also informed me that i will have to make a recharge of EXTRA Rs. 600/- to continue to see my current package. The extra charges where due to the hike in the package charges.
                      I DONOT UNDERSTAND why i have to PAY EXTRA HIKE CHARGES when i had made the subscription before the said HIKE.
                      I am getting the feeling that Tata sky is making a scapegoat out of me and the continous phone calls are making it all the more ridiculous.
                      Hopefully you resolve my issue at the earliest.

                        I got tata sky connection a year ago and a new multitv connection last month. On both connections, i have had problems of weak signal and signal dropping from day one!! Whenever i called their customer service, all they asked me to do is a master reset. On the first connection, i have had signal problems. They never sent a technician to check when the unit was in warranty. Now that the unit is more than a year old, they say they want to to charge me for the technician visit. This is absolutely unethical and immoral. Tata sky is becoming a scam artist.

                        On the FIRST CONNECTION also, I have had poor signal and signal quality problem from DAY ONE. These CROOKS did not bother to send anyone to check whenever I complained. Now, after 1 year, they want to charge me for fixing something that is TATA SKY's problem. Tata Sky CROOK number ONE in my books

                          I have called repeatedly to your customer service call centers.. But they are useless. They smartly divert. The job.. Have you ever checked your quality of services by becoming a customer like me and ask for service. You will get the idea. Mr mitul your service person of ahmedabad.. Palli center is not bothered to receive my call since thing for 3 hour on sunday... God save me from tatasky... Bye

                            I am having a Problem with tata sky services.. every alternate days the service get stop & diffinately on Saturday I have complaint about this many time at tata customer service they told me for a technician visit.. the tech came and did nothing and they have taken money from my tata sky account.. still the problem is same.. took my money no service bad behaviour with customers..

                              Today i made a request to upgrade my tata sky connection (i'd [protected]) from stander mega annual pack to hd anuual pack by adjusting my sd mega pack amount (for remaining 6 month) into hd pack

                              But as per customer care executive only rsvp.400/- will adjust against sd mega pack rest amount i have to pay.

                              This wrong tata sky should adjust remaining month of annual sd mega pack amount on pro data basis.

                                Our tata sky connection with id no.[protected] is not working since 01.10.2016. We had lodged complaint on 01.10.2016 and complaint no. Is 8565902. Again we lodged complaint on 04.10.2016 and again on 08.10.2016 but with no solutions.

                                It is highly objectionable and speaks very bad on part of your services.

                                We again request you to take action immediately.

                                  I have been a tata sky subscriber for 9+ years. I normally re-charge my pack annually. This time i re-charged on sep 30th (1 day after expiry of previous pack). I paid the amount shown on the tata sky website through credit card. 2 days later, my wife and i started receiving calls asking us to pay extra since the package rate has gone up on oct 1st. Needless to say, we resisted. The phone calls wouldn't stop. On 3rd oct, i called them to speak to their floor supervisor, who listened patiently and admitted it is their fault and she will register a complaint immediately. However, the calls still wouldn't stop. My wife and i continued to get at least 3 calls each per day asking us to pay the differential amount.

                                  Frustrated, i wrote a long mail to [protected]@tatasky.com with a detailed account on 5th oct (12 noon). There is no response yet for the complaint - but the calls asking for the difference amount haven't stopped.

                                  When i asked one of the callers why they were calling when there is a complaint pending he blithely replies "we are from the"offers"dept; your complaint goes to a different dept. - we will keep calling".

                                  Seriously?? How insensitive can you get? With the technology at their command, can they not flag my subscriber id and prohibit calls till the issue is resolved?

                                  For every call, it's the same story. I have to explain the entire story and the caller will innocently ask me the same set of questions again and again.

                                  Suggested resolution:
                                  1) tata sky admits it is their fault - so why are you still calling? To begin with, please stop calling
                                  2) give us an update at least once in 48 hours on the status of the complaint (It is now 72 hours since i complained, and there is no status-update except the automated reply)
                                  3) if you can't resolve the issue, refund the re-charge amount less usage till date and leave me free to choose a different dth provider.

                                    I have been receiving weak signal for most of the channels of tata sky for which i complained to them for rectification but so far did not placed the above in order. Now its almost 2 days past we are following up with them by wasting our precious time but it looks as it is that they are taking for granted. I am very much disappointed with the service from the tata sky. Again i filed a complain in order to put the above thing in order by tomorrow morning at any cost or it will be discontinued for forever.

                                      Sir, I am Dharmendra M. Gharat, I am regular customer of tata sky my id no is [protected]. In last 9 months I paid totally rs. 1400/_ extra as service charges. In last 6 month my set top change two Times. I paid for that rs 1200/_ and your service eng. visit rs. 200/_. On 6 October 2016 my set top box change by your service eng. at that time some channel are not working properly I asked to your service eng. but your service eng. told me after sometime your channel will working properly. Next day I complaint to tatasky customer care but your service eng not coming before 7 pm so I called your customer care they tell me setting I do that and my all channel start. Then you're service eng comes at8.30pm then I told him I changed settings then he says me that you change lnb settings I know. Then he said give me 100 rs I will not forward your clearance. I refuse that. But your behavior is not good. Because you change my set top box settings purposely. So I want says alwida to Tatasky after then my due date. Because I paid rs 1400/_ extra charges to you and as like charges aren't charge by other service providers.
