I am having a Problem with tata sky services.. every alternate days the service get stop & diffinately on Saturday I have complaint about this many time at tata customer service they told me for a technician visit.. the tech came and did nothing and they have taken money from my tata sky account.. still the problem is same.. took my money no service bad behaviour with customers.....

Today i made a request to upgrade my tata sky connection (i'd [protected]) from stander mega annual pack to hd anuual pack by adjusting my sd mega pack amount (for remaining 6 month) into hd pack

But as per customer care executive only rsvp.400/- will adjust against sd mega pack rest amount i have to pay.

This wrong tata sky should adjust remaining month of annual sd mega pack amount on pro data basis.

Our tata sky connection with id no.[protected] is not working since 01.10.2016. We had lodged complaint on 01.10.2016 and complaint no. Is 8565902. Again we lodged complaint on 04.10.2016 and again on 08.10.2016 but with no solutions.

It is highly objectionable and speaks very bad on part of your services.

We again request you to take action immediately.

I have been a tata sky subscriber for 9+ years. I normally re-charge my pack annually. This time i re-charged on sep 30th (1 day after expiry of previous pack). whether for call in customer care to mobile and the services provider companies co charges to liable from consumers pocket

I have already complained but I dont know what happened, overbilling by tatasky, i paid my monthly advance payment on 20th sept so I have to pay only again on )ct 20th and I cancelled HD. now they want me to pay 610 on oct 10, even if the mistake is theres they have to charge only 175 and continue till 20th oct nor 610, I dont understand the calculations, If a Ratan TATA company does it we can understand other big companies doing it, never...

I am a regular customer of Tata Sky. For past few days or I can say months, I am not able to view 22/24 channels after 7 pm in evening (there may be more than these but these 22/24 channels are the ones which we watch). This issue particularly occurs after 7 pm in the evening. The channels I am referring show error as "Your set top box is not receiving signal"

I shifted to different location. I am called 10 times to tata sky employee & customer care but they are not responding properly. My first call date was 2nd of oct & today's date is 6 th oct. Tata sky services are totally bad....

I have had several call to customer care and whenever i raised request i specifically mention morning timing from 9am to 1pm. But every time technician calls me post 1pm when i am not available. Due which they are not able to fix issue, without my acknowledgement they closed my work order and service request.

Our old box was not working so called tatasky they said replacement for rs 900 as out of warranty. On 16 Aug replaced and gave repaired box charging 900 which didn't work n kept on calling executive but he said box not available thn he said in a day or two but din give thn we kept on calling finally on 18 Sept again replaced box and again charged for repaired box...and we again charged for rs 1000 now again it is deactivated and showing balance...
