I have bought one TCL 49 inches (L49D2900) TV through Amazon and it was delivered on 20.05.2017. As per the instruction, i had called the customer care to register installation request on same day itself. While i called they said that Monday (22.05.2017) service center person will come for installation with wall bracket. But they have not came and i called again two times at the customer care as follow up. Unfortunately this was not happen till today (02.05.2107 5.00 pm)
I am totally dissatisfied the service which i faced and worried about the equipment future .

I bought the t.v from Amazon and have been on phone with their customer service representative for 7 days to get my tv installed. Still no one has come.

I purchase TCL TV in Dubai I send it india after 7 months it’s some blur issue I give service for tcl authorsied service center still not make service it’s been 2 months since I emailed tcl customer care no response

I have just been able to do so, TCL company's Android led Maine has bought a lot or has not installed a proper demo or I do not want to get a proper demo so you can get the full knowledge of the system.

Replacement of 49 inch new damaged inches TV as per discussion with the tcl executive

I had purchased a 'TCL 123 cm (49 inches) L49P10FS Full HD LED Smart TV' from TCL through Amazon at Amazon.in, the order number being : order #[protected] which was delivered on 11/18/16. I did not open and checked the TV within 10 days of delivery as i was in mid of shifting my house so i called the customer care and explained about it. They said whenever i shift to the new house i need to intimate them and they will do the installation. I did the same and the installation took place.
The TV turned out to be highly defect as the picture quality was very blurred and switching channels also muted the audio. I called up the customer care again and again and explained the issue.
After numerous calls they agreed to replace the TV after their technician also gave the feedback to replace the damaged TV.
I finally got in with Mr. Balwant Rana, who is the India head customer sales and service on for of TCL india .
He offered be another TV 55 with 12.5 K extra cost as the original product was not available but i refused and asked for the same product replacement even for a delay of a week.
After numerous emails, calls also no responses . Totally not reachable.
I purchased in Nov 2016 and now it is Mid of March 2017. I really feel cheated from TCL.
Please take some action.

I thought TCL was a reputed brand. This is shocking. Hoping that the consumer was finally taken care.

Me too had same issues. My 55 inch TCL TV stopped working twice within one year. Worst customer care service from TCL.
If anyone had TCL tv' s address in india then please send it to my mail address

Even I am also facing issue with TCL 4k TV 43inch. brought from amazon last year. Now this year from September its producing double image. Called customer care. technician visited 2 times in 30 day. still issue not resolved. Now how many days i have to follow up for resolving issue. This is really not a good TV. don't go for TCL cheap Chinese brand TV
