Order# [protected] Seller: tekify global I've purchased HP AU117TX laptop from paytm (seller: tekify global) and received the laptop on 16/jan but broken at the fan area and near the touchpad area. I did not even ON the laptop. I requested for return of the laptop on the same day. It's been more than 24 hours and haven't received any response. Im a student going to do masters next week in Australia. I immediately want to return my laptop. Please do respond. I dont have time. And please inform me about return date.
