Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the extremely disappointing customer service experience I encountered at TGSRTC Logistics on[protected]. The interaction left me feeling undervalued and disrespected as a customer.

On 15-07-1, at approximately [3:30 PM IST], I visited the TGSRTC Logistics office located at [Jangaon]. I approached the counter to inquire about PRODUCT delivered...

When I'm traveling in TSRTC from Alwin cross roads to lingampally.. conductor is misbehaving with ladies and talking bad words towards ladies...I think that's not way of talking with passenger's talking rudely and I think he is in drunk it seems so because of that i just want to raise a complaint towards bus conductor... spoken with TSRTC customer care team but no proper response from them vehicle number is AP11Z6686

I have travelled from Aramghar to shamshabad on 18th may and gave 20/- to conductor, he issued 10/- ticket and not returned 10/- charge.

And the ticket issued wrong destination also.

I'm travelling from Kadapa to Hyderabad in AC BUS service No 8262 on 24/05/2024. As I entered the bus, it looked hot inside and the passengers inside are sweating. There is no proper response from the maintainer . My question is why do you collect AC charges without providing it and also the bus is smells with bad smell due to lack of AC. KINDLY SLOVE THE ISSUE or Provide an alternate

I have booked a TSRTC bus from Bapatla to Hyderabad Date of journey: May 13th 8:30 PM
No one from the bus contacted me regarding the boarding, that's why I have contacted them at 8:15 and they said bus not came after that they said just now bus came to chirala and after 8:45 pm I have called them again and they said it will take another 40 to 50 minutes of time to reach Bapatla, I again contacted them and they said bus left, I asked them why u guys are not called me about the bus and they said why should I, I won't call like that and after some time incharge take over the call and answered, like we have called I asked the number they said wro.g number, this is the situation, I need to take that bus urgent, total time is wast and I need to attend to office. I want my total compensation of Loss of pay in my office and ticket money back. Kindly look in to it. It would leds take off me from my job

Ranigunj depot buses are not allowing to get in to bus even though we said we use to get down at ranigunj bus depot itself, conductor is talking so rudely get down bus first our service over we won’t do duty after our service completed we won’t allow any one to get in to bus but some busses are allowing to get in to the bus and they said we are suppose to allow people to get in to bus till we kept bus at depot what is the problem of this people against this bus the conductor is so bad and talking so rudely when there is targets RTC buses use to stop and request and call us to get in to bus but we are facing lot of problem they are. It stopping at bus stops and shouting at passengers kindly take action this is my second complaint against RNG bus depot people

Conductor behaviour is so bad this bus vide no AP11Z7170 is going to ranigunj depot so I need to go to ranigunj I get in to bus near secunderabad railway station conductor is saying get down our service is over even though driver is saying it’s ok let her come we are going to ranigunj but he is not listening and he is saying first get down the bus what is the issue to him how bad his behaving kindly take action on him no response against public complaints and no action is taking against clarinets and conductors they are clearly saying no one will do nothing to us but before not like this they use to stop bus ask us to get in but now don’t know what rules changed they r not giving respect and even not allowing us to get in to bus hope will take action against this conductor my previous complaint is also not notified

Passengers are getting late to there works.

I asked conductor for a request stop which he refused to and asked me to get down and take another bus in a rude tone .
Request stop I asked for anyway is on the same route the bus goes . I don’t understand what problem is with these conductors these days . I’ve been facing these issues since last 5years of my frequent bus journeys . I never have got to complain I’ve been letting it go . But now it’s high time it’s not only me that is suffering.

I request tsrtc to please take action and give proper counselling . We already have so much to deal with everyday and can’t take these issues .

Bus no AP29Z1069 it is going to ranigunj depot iam suppose to go ranigunj depot near axis bank so i get in to bus he is talking very rudely our service is over we won’t allow any one to get in to bus I said sir i will get down near ranigunj depot but he is not listening and saying go by walk r go by auto due to free u people are enjoying lot, daily I used to get in to depot bus many RNG depot drivers said even if service is completed we are suppose to allow people but he is talking rudely and when I said I will raise complaint he is saying raise it no one will do nothing to us why there is no punishment when public raise complaint against RTC driver because this driver is saying so confidently no one will do nothing to us kindly take action against this type of drivers free bus gave by government why these drivers are talking so rudely kindly notify this and punish this driver requesting and sharing bus pic and driver pic how is saying nobody will do nothing kindly punish him and show him

Sir as on dated 5/4/2024 I have traveled Rtc bus going towards Medchal via Lothkunta from Secunderabad some reason I get done at JBS stop that time I forget to take on of my bag, in that military bag have 1 Nokia Tab, 2 Samsung mobile and CISF Force ID card, and some important documents,
So please help me it was very important to me

I boarded bus at Hitech City on to kondapur bus 127k at 9:05 am, I remember keeping wallet in my bag after taking bus ticket and keeping ticket in wallet, my stop is kothaguda, when I got out of bus, i realised my bags zip is open and I lost my wallet, please help me to get my wallet back

Today on 02.04.2024 i was travelling from miyapur metro station to madhinaguda (deepthisteenagar) and i boarded and bus... And while getting down as it is late at night i wass calling my dad to come pick me at the bus stop while moving towards the door... I was standing at the door to get down at my stop... The driver didnot slow down the bus at the stop and was speeding it up... When asked why he is not stopping at the busstop he talked to me very rudely asking me in return why he should stop here. That is not even a request stop. It is a actual bus stop where i have to get down ...and is this the way drivers treat the passengers that to in this night time where we specially females feel have to feel safe to travel in the rtc buses...and we get to face these ...also now a days most of the rtc buses will not stop at the bus stop if the stop is crowded... They simply avoid the stop and speed it up... Is it just because females will get in??

Today, I travelled from Bowenpally to Kompally in a RTC bus. The driver/conductor has skipped the Kompalle bus stop. As the bus was crowded I decided to step down when I was nearby and came to the foot board and was standing on the last step. I was about to deboard, the driver has accelerated the bus. I was holding with one hand and requested to stop them. Instead of stopping the bus/atleast allowing me to get inside, the conducted from the distance started arguing with me. After some distance my hand became numb and thought that I would fall and will be in unimaginable condition.

I am V. Harish Chandra Prasad from Narayanpet, while I was travelling in TSRTC bus (TS32Z0027) from Mahbubnagar to Narayanpet in the morning, around 7:30 conductor named CHANDRAPPA ([protected]), used abusive language in bus in front of the public which was very much disrespectful to me.I request you to please take immediate action against him for his verbal abuse towards me which made me to feel very bad (emotional distress) infront of the other passengers in bus just for bringing a trolley bag inside the bus eventhough I went back and placed my bag at compeletly back side part of the bus. He also breached his duty to provide safe and respectful service to passengers. Not only me but there are many passengers who are facing the same situation with these RTC staff but they are not aware whom to consult and file a complaint against them for the damages suffered by them.Please take immediate disciplinary actions against these rude behaving staff, because of these irresponsible staff the whole TSRTC gets a bad name and reputation. I request you to please take my regard into concern and respond as soon as possible. Thank you.

I have booked a ticket from Mgbs Hyderabad to Vijayawada. It has to arrive by 11.10pm and it arrived by 12.13am.

Driver is too negligent to answer.customer care executive also too rude to answer and o passenger.

Bus is also very old and seats are not working properly.seats are not going back to lay down.

This is ABHINAV RAJ, I am living in Hyderabad, working as a engineer in private sector.
This is to inform you that daily I am traveling From Hi tech city metro station to Jaybheri bus stop up and down, some consumers are taking 10 rupees and giving Correct ticket and some of them are giving wrong ticket and taking 15 rupees. What is this Sir, some conducters are behaving impolite to the passengers. Today also same situation happened to me Giving Wrong ticket, i started Hi tech Metro Station to Jaybheri bus stop, Conducter given Madhapur Police Station to Kothaguda stop, Bus No ( TS08Z 0050 )
( 10 H) Daily iam going to 10 Rupees up and down from Hi tech metro to Jaybheri. Today conductor taken 15 rupees and given ticket Madhapur police bus stop to Kothaguda. What is this irresponsible on giving ticket, especially some 10H bus conductors are behaving impolite. Please solve this solution. Thank you...

Yesterday I catched TSRTC bus no. AP29Z3930 from Lingampally bus stand at 21:23 PM to Gachibowli Stadium. When my stop was near I was first gate of bus and told to driver to stop my stop but he speaking loudly I will not stop here because here road is hilly and he run bus upto 1 KM
and stopped at DLF signal. Then I clicked some photo of bus and driver. While he was driving bus he talking with Conductor and rush driving. It might be drunken.

Rude behaviour of lady conductor only with ladies one gentleman is sitting at ladies seat he is young itself one old woman get in to the bus and she asked that gentleman to get up but that lady conductor is saying he won’t get u people will not sit in gents seat what so he won’t get up she said, and driver is also stopping bus every where for gents near patny signal driver stopped the bus twice for two gentleman’s and he is driving very slowly bus even though there is no traffic and lady conductor is talking very rudely only with ladies kindly take action against these people and issuing free tickets as per there wish when we ask for bible house they are issuing for afzalgunj and when ask about the same they are saying it’s free so no problem but it is burden on general public they are issuing ticket as per there wish because RTC will get income from government and the burden totally on public
