This is not complaint, this is an inquire off bearing which is used in your product spin and go. Needle bearing no hf 081412.
Since long time we are using spin and go mop,.in all products after few years the bearing will get damage. We are having four products which is under repair, so if you can send bearing to me, i am ready to bear the cost of the bearing.

    This is Priyanka rani moradabad u. p. Has online orderd a sofa set with life time replace warnty in the year 2012. The order no mi073563 of my invoice is v[protected] . My sofa was damaged. So I have applied for a request for replacement the sofa set on 10/2/012. Back to your store after the replacement my sofa was damaged again in the same year and again I have applied for a request replacement of the sofa set (because sofa set contains a life time warnty) with a dimand draft of Rs 495 with the sofa set. But had not delivered my sofa set till today.
    I want my sofa set to be delivered soon otherwise I will complent in consumer court against your company. So that my sofa set should deliward to me. As soon as possible.

      Piece which is received has damaged and quality is very poor. When it was booked they told me that if the item damaged they could take the piece back and hand over the amount which was given to your rep. Regarding this when we called to you told me that in place of given amount, you will return Rs.999/-. Today I called to your customer care your executive told me that no amount will be returned to me. This is not fare. You have to collect the piece and return the promised amount.         Product quality is damn bad.. I am not expecting this from telebrands.. I have other products also from telebrands they are really nice but this is totally bad.. Plastic is bad.. Fake that gift hamper is totally piece of crap and the other product I ordered that is kitchen king pro.. Not received yet instead of that I received something strange called kitchen king slicer I have too many slicer including this . Why u did this ..?? We trust your brands and see what are the result . at least give something useful as a gift hamper .. Why you changed my order still m confused.. Contact as soon as possible

          Order given in 29 jan and after continuous F ollowp damage product delivered on 3 march too late against commitment to deliver in 7 days.

          Tiger machine in completly damage condition. box and outer rapping not damage at all but machin inside is completely damage. Means they cheted the customer.and package already damage product inside. Need return on immediate basis..

          Along with this Vegetable cuttter received MRP told on phone was 5000 to 6000 but on MRP return on box was 1999.Rs basic model of nicer dicer cutter send to us. this was not as per customer expectation.

          1 pyramid box size about 50mmx50mm send cost about 500 Rs send to me without any discussion at the time of order but it is completely damage.

          How it is possible that packaging box is without damage and parts inside box are damage. Means they are sending purposely damage product to customer. too meet order ...
          Now they told to send all item return by post at my own cost... it's very disgusting..where customer is always in risk side.
          Forcefully asking for return parts as company policy... customer don't have any guarantee hoe much cashback they will give... there outlets office available near by but dont agree to manage replacement product from there...

            I have purchased easy sewing machine from Telebrand(HBN) rs.2300. But Product not working, so I have call telebrand customore care and he told me send product telebrand address for replace. I have send product back and Telebrand received product on 09/02/2017. Customercare care told me u will received new product within 7 days. Today 03/03/2017 mean 25 days passed but till date they not dispacted replaced product. I have call customore care [protected] every 3 days and every time they told me we will send within 2days. I have call on 22th feb, 25th feb, 28 feb, 3rd march but every time same answer received wait 2 days.

            I need Refund or Urgent basis new easy sewing machine. Because I did not have product also loss money this fraud company. Company take back product and also not refund me my money and not send replaced product.

              I have had ordered a Spin and Go Mop(Order No.599131) on January 24, 2017. The product was cancelled at their end.
              On inquiry, i was told that they cannot ship the product and i would get refund of the product. But till date I have not received the refund check. Neither they are telling me the tracking details of the cheque.
              They are not even responding to the emails I have written to them on several occasions.

                I have order a hot shaper and got delivered yesterday . i have been told that the size will be medium but it is xl and i want a smaller size so want to change it to medium. i have called ur helpline on [protected]. and on 1st call i have been informed that i have to pay courier charges again though i had paid postage first. please let me know what to be done. and i have been told at the time of order that i have to pay rs 195 to get a free gift of 2000rs. but i have got some gift of mrp 999. and ur helpline person is saying mat it is up to 2000 not exactly of 2000. which sould be told at the time of order itself.

                  I had ordered nicer dicer plus after watching the advertisement on t. V.

                  We placed the order on the telephone no. [protected]. The lady very sweetly said that if we are not satisfied, they will do the cashback within 15 days. It costed us rs.2000/.

                  Finally, when it arrived, to our dismay, it turned out to be a wrong product.
                  They sent us the basic model nicer dicer rather than the nicerdicer 'plus' that we had ordered.

                  When we called them, they casually asked us to send it back to the company at mumbai / thane at our own cost. The customer care people were not even responding properly.

                  It appeared as if its a very routine thing for them. They simply asked us to take pictures of the product and send them as if they don't know what they have sent us!!!

                  Then nothing happened. Neither they sent the right product nor gave the money back!!!

                  This was the first time we had ordered any thing from telebrands and it was an extremely bad experience.

                  When i checked their website, the price of nicer dicer plus is shown as only rs.999/-.

                  To our surprise, we later discovered that an identical product was available from amezon at just rs.380/-.

                  Even my neighbor told me that they have also been cheated by telebrands!!!

                  Then i found hundreds of complaints againt them on the net.

                  I think this is how they are surviving by cheating each and every customer.
                  They should not go scot free!!!

                  They should be punished!!!
                  I have received your product Sauna Solution Belt but, when i try to used it is not working, the power supply indicator is not lighted up.
                  Today on 3 march 2017received order by
                  AWB I[protected] Tiger fittness machine.

                  order. no 3662871 for Rs.8711.

                    I purchased hot belt online. It was not as per shown in advertisements and it was not of good quality too. I returned the belt and told to replace it with good quality xl size. They send the replacement after two months but one with large and another 2xl size with bad quality, which was not at all asked for. Never buy anything from hbn or telebrands. All they do is fool people.

                      -no proper bill from the company was given
                      -most importantly, not as working as shown on t. V
                      -useless product
                      -when contacted to cc, they don't have valid reason to justify.
                      -on asking for refund, they said, "you have to courier it yourself and after 15-30 days money will be refunded., because we have one way service only, we can deliver the wrong products only, we can't come to take the product & refund money."
                      -if the company can't trust on us, then how can i trust on company???

                          Is that till now I havnt received the product as you have promise which is 7-10 wording days bt u know that today is 07/10/2016 which mean 18 days still nt yet received your product, I talk to your customer care for like 10times bt they still keep on telling me that i"ll get my product today or tomorrow by any means bt still not avail.i was on a bit hurry, going to renovate my house. Sir my sincere request to u is that pliz always try to punctual your product manager or anyone regarding taking order. Cause this will make the customers uneasy and ur believe. Thanks

                            I ordered a product "multi gym fat blaster" which i didn't get after one month so i asked for my amount to be refunded. I did the payment through debit card in advance. but even after one month since i asked for my refund there is no satisfying response from customer care.I have submitted my "payment id" on company's customer support mail id but no action was taken since three weeks. The amount was 10, 000.

                              I have ordered a miss belt on 01.09.2016. I have received the same on 13.09.2016. But within two days the product teared. and i can't use again.
                              And the free gift vegetable cutter also not working. Very bad products.
                              I spoke with customer care executive. They told me to send the product to Mumbai then they will send another product. But I have to pay the courier charges. Already we pay Rs.2689 for this useless product. Again I will pay Rs.450 for getting the same useless products.

                                I have ordered nicer dicer from telebrands few days back and it was advertised by you that a Gift Voucher worth Rs 2000 will be free with the product.. but we telebrands send us only nicer dicer but not sent any Gift Voucher which looses faith from telebrands.                                   I am not satisfied with product so i returned back, the product delivered to telebrands india plot no. A-168, road no.25, wagle estate, thane - 400 604 on 29june2016. From last 45days i am in touch with them they say 'boss is not here, your cheque has been send, money has been transfered in your account'at last finally on 8august they are saying i will get 5500 only, but the product price is 7000, why' is this a complete refund' according to telebrand return policy. I have attached bill copy and mail received by telebrand. I want my complete money refund.

                                      We had booked the sculptor work out machine but we had received the tiger work out machine and we hav not satisfied by this tiger work out machine. the image of sculptor which we had seen in your online and the product which we had received iis totally different so we would like to return this tiger work out machine and please refund our money. there is no good response from your customer care no, they wont pick up the call properly and they wont give proper information. so please take return your produt and refund our money

                                        Hbn india - beware of this teleshopping company (Formerly telebrands). Buy at your own risk!!! They send defective, fake items and charge hefty delivery charges and ask you to courier it back at your own cost for a replacement which takes several weeks or more after multiple followups by phone / email. They don't quite respond to emails. Their usp "as seen on tv" is a complete deception deliberately to lure customers and what you see on their website and what you finally receive may be totally different - defective too! I had a very bad experience with them buying a go duster which is supposedly their hot selling item. Their website videos say they give 3 brushes with a hanging stand. What i received was one single brush without any stand, and a completely defective item which just didn't work. I had to spend rs 300 to send it back to their warehouse and they said they would send a replacement which i refused and preferred to have any other item on their website instead as i knew they would send the same defective fake piece. My nightmare continued after that where they would just keep telling i would get the replacement but would never confirm the date of delivery. It took them more than a month after so many phone calls and emails including messages sent to their owners (None responded) to have them send a nicer dicer which also turned out to be defective - the jars were cracked. So all in all, this company doesn't deserve to do business with their substandard quality of items and poor customer services. As an avid online shopper, i buy most items from the present day popular ones. I made a mistake ordering their flagship item go duster from these guys. No wonder other e-com sites have destroyed their business. You can see the multitude of complaints / horror stories about these guys on different complaint forums which i read much later. Lesson learnt!!!
                                        I. Ordered air lounge in telebrands but the air will go within 30 min from the day 1 so I returned the air lounge with bill, but they didn't return new one
