& in 15days product is not working. Remote light is ON but product Can't Hit it.

& I was used every day 1.5hours but not result given.
So, Plz. kindly return your product & refund me.

Few month ago i have booked a mobile phon by online telebrand they assure me to send within weak but i did not get my order till 7 month approx .meanwhile i had bought a mobile.suddenly yesterday i got message that your booked mobile had been sent by XXXX transport please keep 1986.

They assured me that the product will be replaced. I parcecled the product to their address. After the product reached to their office, I called at hbn customer care.
