I was Received Sauna Solution belt on 4th June.

& in 15days product is not working. Remote light is ON but product Can't Hit it.

& I was used every day 1.5hours but not result given.
So, Plz. kindly return your product & refund me.

Your Service is not good.

Please try to solve my problem as earlier. otherwise i will go to consumer court. because on tollfree no. any telecaller not given any response & solve it.

Few month ago i have booked a mobile phon by online telebrand they assure me to send within weak but i did not get my order till 7 month approx .meanwhile i had bought a mobile.suddenly yesterday i got message that your booked mobile had been sent by XXXX transport please keep 1986.
I dnt require this phon now.

My name is Mukesh Sharma . my order no. Is 567711. I hv ordered hot shaper of XL size. But they hv delivered me L size hot shaper. I told hbn customer care about the wrong size. They assured me that the product will be replaced. I parcecled the product to their address. After the product reached to their office, I called at hbn customer care. But they told me that neither the XL size available nor 2XL size available. I m suffering from this huge problem from last one month only because my amount of Rs. 2394.00 is with hbn telebrands. I request you to pls refund my amount in my account as soon as possible. Thanks.

I have booked nicer dicer, a kitchen appliance, and the person over phone also suggested to give some additional things and i was convinced. I gave my credit card no and an amount of rs 2709 was debited on 5th april. But till now i have not recieved my goods. I have lost my faith in telebrand. I have ordered a fitness exerciser Order Number : M2214460 on seeing it's ad on TV but after few days when they delivered me the product the product was damaged and when I spoke to their Customer Care they told me that we can send only a new one and nothing else and then I sent a mail on [protected]@ hbnindia.com they agreed to refund my money through cheque and they told me to send the product to them which I already sent four days ago from DTDC Couriers tracking number : D27118941 and now despite writing several mails on this email I am not being told that when will I receive my refund

I have ordered for their product slim shaper xl size, it's been more than a month, they delivered me the product in 4/5 days but the size was l, which didn't fit me... I have called them 15/20 time for exchange of the size, every time they says within 2 days we will get back to u ... But there is no response from them ... They are just making fun of customers. I have spend 3000 bug wich is just waste. Plz help me i[censored] can .

We have ordered the above said item from you and it was defected than we have replaced it for that we have to incur a courier charge of Rs. 600/- and than we received your product again after 20-25 days, and also it is found damaged again and again i have called to your customer care they told me courier that product again. so again we have to incur Rs. 600/- for courier so your product will cost Rs. 8200/- already to us. and if it will found defective again than what we have to do?
as right now we feel that we made a mistake to order that product from you we are not satisfied with both your product and service also.

I have ordered twin motor double belt, but they have sent single motor belt, if I call to the customer help line, they are not giving proper response. I have recorded the order call, in that she confirmed that I am ordering only double motor belt.

I have purchase 5 in 1 Sofa Bed from Telebrands on 01st Feb 2016. Later on, I use that Sofa bed latest by 2 to 3 days before (i.e. on 17/02/16) and i found that it was a defective piece.
I called customer care but no one picking up calls.
Please i want replacement of that piece.

Cheap Quality. Waste Of Money, Very Poor Customer Service. No Proper Response. No Refund For The Product And They Do Not Have The Product In Chennai. Chennai Dealers Say This Product Will Be Defects And No Life Time Warranty.

Myself Visakh.K.G from Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. I ordered Dr Wax from Telebrands. My order number is 3227004. It was a combo offer buy one get one free. I was informed that i have to pay Rs 1464/- including shipping for this product. I was also informed that i won a free gift worth Rs 2000/-. Hence i was waiting for two Dr Wax ear cleaners and free gift worth Rs2000/-.
Today i received a parcel from Telebrands. Inside that there was a damaged ear cleaner which is not a Dr wax product and a Shree yantra. I checked the invoice which was inside the parcel and it was for Mr. Mohammad Kasim from Eranakulam, Kerala. Its order number is 2141852. I'm attaching the invoice along with this mail.
I informed the customer care of Telebrands about the mistake happened. But instead of clearing this problem the executive told me that they send the right package and the change in invoice was a minor mistake from their side. When i asked about the combo offer, they told me that i have to pay another amount of Rs 395/- as shipping cost for this offer.
For about the damaged piece they deliver, i have to courier back to their Thane office. About the Rs2000/- worth gift, they told me to keep the Shree Yantra worth Rs499/-. .
Is this the right way to handle customer problems.The mistake from their side cost me a loss of Rs1464/- and they are trying to make me a fool. This is a clear case of fraud. In advertisements they are telling one thing and in reality acting in extremely different way. I want this problem to be cleared.

I placed my order for a "5-in-1 AIR SOFA" on[protected], and received on[protected]. On unpacking the product, it was found defective. It has a cut in divider and it can not hold air for even 30minutes and even product was not as same as ordered.
Your Customer Care Executive are not attending our telephonic calls, however at time of booking, we were assurred of attending any complain of product will be attended at my residence, and it will be replaced if required.
But no such favour is done.
You are requested to intervene, immediately. Otherwise I dont have any option, except to knock the door of Honourable Court.

I recently purchased a EASY SEW machine from online shopping I have enclosed a invoice copy of my receipt for your reference. Unfortunately, the item does not function at all, I have read through all the details within the accompanying instruction manual as well as worked through the various trouble shooting methods but it seems that the EASY SEW machine simply is a faulty product.
I have been a loyal TELE BRANDS (INDIA)PVT.LTD customer for 1 years and have always been perfectly satisfied and happy with my purchase. This is the first time something like this has happened with one of your products.

I am hoping that you may be able to send me a replacement product .

You people are providing the poorest service. When I placed the order you people said that I will be getting the order with in 3-4 working days and in reality it took more than 10 working days and there was no follow up from your side.

today Dec 15th I have received my order and I was really shocked to see I have received something which looks totally different then what was shown on the TV. when I called you people you said its an advance version. Bull . I some how convinced mysel[censored]sing the same.

I started using and just after 5-7 minutes I saw sparking (Short Circuit) happening in the belt. Is this the quality that you provide to your customers. Such a big lier you are.

Booked an air lounge on telebrands booking date 10/11/2015 said will be delivered within seven working days not delivered till 26/11/2015 when contacted customer care dint get any proper response if they cant deliver products on time why do they make fake promises

I received the Nicer Dicer plus but not working properly so sent it back and placed order for another products of less price than that of Nicer Dicer plus but till date I have not received the products for which I gave order in writing. Talked many a times on given cell number. They informed that they sent but got back "undelivered".
Now today also talked on mobile number in turn they said they will despatch in couple of days. But I doubt that they do not respond genuinely hence please register my this complaint.

I ordered 5 in one sofa bed on 19-sept-2015. I got the product on time as promised by telebrands. As soon as I opened the product the first thing that striked me was the poor build quality and the cheapest of the material used in there so call sofa bed. Then I tried reaching the customer care for the same and unsatisfied with the product I demanded my refund against the 5 in one sofa bed as which is very clearly said in their TV commercial that we the customer is unsatisfied with the product, they give 15 days money back guarantee. But now when I demanded my refund, they simply started to change their tone and said we don't give any money refund nor any lifetime warranty. They are a big time cheat and are dodging people and are looting there hard earned money. Request is to please take a serious action against such frawd people and companies. Feels like treating them a serious lesson.
