I buy product on 07/09/2018 product is cheap compare money third class product like plastic toy i return the product with in 2 days. product is received by company but not refund money many time i call in coustom care every time only one answer compline forwarded and every time tell cheque is dispatch in 2
days but no one can take serious coustmor care staff always laugh and talking
other staff members when call is on...today 3 month complite but money can not refund

I have ordered Aero space 5 in 1 sofa bed to which hbn India and telebrands charged me 4000 INR and packed best ways 5in1 sofa bed which is 2000inr and cheated me. Now it's leaking I have hardly used it.

    Respected sir/madam,

    I have ordered one ab rocket twister vide order no:4063288 and the parcel was received by me and cash on delivery was paid.
    When i opened the product one component i. E support bracket (Shown at figure no 3 of the broucher) was missing.
    I contacted the customer care on [protected] who directed me to send photos on watts up. Accordingly i uploaded the photographs of the product on the watts-up on the same day but the customer care did not bother to check these photographs till date.
    The product is in-complete without support bracket as it does not get balance in absence of the item.
    It is once again requested that the missing part may be send to me immediately or the product may be get returned.

      Hi, my name is Dawson Karwarkar from Mumbai, i placed an order or Chef Dini after watching on Telebrands on 7/7/2018, when i received the order on 16th July, 2018 product was damaged & not packed propely. I sent the product back through dtdc courier with tracking number M65965131 on 17th July, 2018, its been more than 20 days but i have never received any calls or communication from Telebrands, I have called several times to ask all that I hear is I will get the order in 2 days & its already sent. Today i spoke witn Sayalee & she says that they are unable to track my order & call back later. It is really frustrating as i paid ₹ 1, 340 & ₹370 to send the courier which is not my mistake that the product was damaged. I have attached all documents related to my complaint.

      Please help me to fix things & get my order soon

      I ordered safe on plus got 3 machines out of which 1 is not working at all and rest 2 are making terrible unbearable noise.

      A very bad product completely below standards quality wise
      And below the belt customer service that talks in bloody cheap ways

        I, dr sneha rajiv would like to complaint regarding the services of the courier system. Horrible attitude. Use of rude language to me. Delay in dispatch of my parcel. Total harassment on phone. If this is d way u handle customers, i feel very sorry for the state. Hoping that i get a reply from u.. This centre belongs to mangalore. I m insulted by ur staff. I wouldn't speak like this to even my driver. Or my help

          After complaining they told me to return the product against money back thru chq.

            I purchased a master blaster on march 18, order no 3968224.
            First of all they charged me rs. 5603/- for a prepaid order of 4999/-.
            As it reached me i found it not effective and wanted to return it. They offered to exchange for another product which i refused. Now they say to send it through courier by myself and won't even refund my courier expenses. Means you are charged for shipping twice.
            We were delivered a Nicer Dicer yesterday which does not fulfills its promise of chopping. It's awful, it does not chop anything. We would like to return the item. Please refund the money.

              The advert on television is befooling the customers as the advert doesn't disclose that rs. 395 will be charged for shipping, besides the product is not upto the mark... It is no better than a razor. Moreover, amazon is providing the same product for 1200 instead of 1399 inr and just charges rs. 30 for postage. If you want to exchange the product or ask for refund again you have to pay for the courier, which means you are charged twice for postage and handling. I would never recommend anyone to buy products from telebrands.

                Static cycle bought in june 2017. After 4 repairs and one replacement still not servicable. Mr sekhar doesn't reply to the mails.. Neither instructs his staff reg. The complaint. The product again picked on 28th march2018.. For repairs. Now refund my amt enough of this fraud. The staff is also illtrained and discourteous. Waste of time and money dealing with such fruadsters.

                  I have ordered the sharp vision (Order. No-m265493). Goggles for 999₹ but when the product reached to me it is not satisfied yet therefore i have returned the product afterward hbn gave me a 999₹ voucher. Then they contact me again to return that voucher again i return that. Afterwards then i call to telebrand they don't pick up my phone. Now i have decided to give a warning letter of 15 days to them but then also they will not take any action. I shall go to consumer court with loyar.

                    About two months ago, i purchase a vegetalbe cutter online from telebrands. My wife was so fascinated by seeing the demo given in the advertisement. You keep any vegetable (Onion, potato or tomato) and press the lid... Waak... The cutter cuts them into smallest pieces... Wow... Feel... I placed order by paying 999/- + taxes and received the product with 1-2 complimentary items too... But the quality of cutter was so poor... That we were not able to cut even the tomoto even after slicing it into half.. Then i tried to cut the onion peel which was also not getting cut... I was so upset on loss of money and kept the product at aside and decided not to buy any ad product henceforth... Then after few weeks i realised that there may be many customer who would continue to get cheated by this ads.. Hence suggest me on how to take these companies into the hands of law... For misguiding customer and looting their hard earned money..

                      Since purchase of product on 19 jun 17, lt is repaired six time. Out of them crank changed twice. At last technitian told mnufacture defect and kept off road.                         The product is found defective in the following ways-

                        1. The duster doesn't operate after insertion of battery.
                        2. The spray kit supplier doesn't have any liquid in it.

                        - i demand a replacement for the product, if the replacement is not provided within one week, i demand a refund of the said amount.

                          Ek bar mene khud ek chance liya lekin jo sach he bo he, ek dam ghatiya product, careless package, items damaged, high time taking, courior tracking ekdum nonsense, ek customer care kuch boltahe to ek aur kuchh.

                          Mene item purchase kiya through online credit card on 9/10/2017. And order no-621646 confirmed hua 11/10/2017 ko. Per bill of supply date hogeya-14/10/2017- mere pas pahancha 12/11/2017 yaniki 1 month.

                          Itna time, itna mental torture bar bar phone kerke, kiyun ki courior tracking to zero service mano.

                          Sab kuchh sahene ke bad mujhe akhir saman mila 12/11/2017 night ko through dtdc courior.

                          Start hua ganda mazak-ghar ke ander item lete time kuchh washer aur screw niche bahar mila, padte padte chalahe, sochiye kesa telebrand ka packing, mujhe usi bakt pata chalgeya tha kuchh to gadbad he, mene dekha packing ekdum ghatiya sab jaga kuchh kchh khula khula thha.

                          To mene us night ko item nakhole rakhdiya, next day mene telebrand ke customer service ko phn kiya ke kisi ko bhejiye installation aur demo keliye, pehelese bolethhe installation aur demo denge, bich me yaniki 1 mahine ke ander bhi menephn kiya thha ki item to pahanch ne keliye itna time lag raha he to installation kitna din lagega, to telebrand ke customer care madam ne boli ke jab item pahanch jayega tab hum installation keliye bhejdenge, mene bohi kiya 13/11/2017 ko phn kiya ki madam item to receive kerdiya installation keliye kisi ko bhejdijiye, bo bole directly ke installation keliye koi nehin jayega ap khud lagadijiye problem hogi to hum dekhenge, us time mene bola ki madam ap ka item mene receive kiya bo bhi item ka washer, screw niche pada thha to kese apka operator/installer ke bina item kholu kuch saman nehin hua to kya, bo bole ki jo bhi nehin hoga hum bhejdenge.

                          Itna ghatiya service, chahe to telebrand ka phone record check ker saktehein from 10/10/2017 se ab tak her din, ye sahi ya galat.

                          Mujhe achha nehin laga to aur ek bar bhi mene phn kiya telebrand ke servicer ko phir se bahi answer kuchh nehin hoga ap lagadijiye.

                          Uske bad 2 din mera tabiyet kharab tha to mene item aur khola nehin, 17/11/2017 friday night ko mene box open kiya to ekdum dergeya kya he ye itna piece damage, kuchh mudgeya he to kuchh phat geya he aur kuchh misssing, mera dimag kam nehin kiya jo doubt thha bohi hua,

                          1. Rotate plate jo belly gumane keliy bo pura phata hua
                          2. Stand ka plastic cover pura tukda tukda he
                          3. Washer, screw sabse 4/5 piece he
                          4. Manual distance machine jahan rakhenge bo to pura mudgeya he
                          5. Aluma wallet silver pura phata hua damaged
                          6. Platinum vegetable cutter kahan geya.

                          Mujhe bahut ascharjya ho raha he ki kese telebrand 21 saal logo ko chuna lagaya he aur bo bhi khule am business kera he, itna ghatiya, itna careless packaging kertehein, ek dum ulu banadiya hume. Is jesa company ko bina band kere khula kiyun chhodageya he.
                          Mene damaged saman dekh ker agle din yani ki 18/11/2017 ko mail kerdiya 3 jage [protected]@telebrandsindia.com, [protected]@hbnindia.com and [protected]@telebrandsindia.com with 9 sample damaged parts of treadmill, 18/11/2017 onwards koi bhi reply abhitak nehin aya, ek to defective saman detehein puchh ne se 18/11/2017 onwards her din ulu bana detehein, her din bol rehein hum jaldi apka problem resolve kerenge aur ap ko back phone ya phir mail kerenge, aur mujhe bar bar bakra bna detehein. Na koi phone na koi mail.
                          Aur 22/11/2017 ko to out of control hogeya mene her din ki terha us din bhi 22/11/2017 ko phone kiya complain ke status kya hua, ek madam, sabhi to madam mard koi raha hi nehin bahan pe, bo bole aur ¾ din lagega ap ka problem solve hone keliye, mene boldiya ap apna kam kijiye mein abhi ruk nehin sakta bahat hogeya ab bas, do not underestmate the power of a common man. Ab last bhorosa he ap ke uper, please give me right justice.
                          And last peheli meri bhul kya tha malum mene ek ghatiya shopping company choose kiya aur sabse bada bhul ki mene cash on delivery ke siba direct payment online through kerdiya. Agar cash on delivery kiya hota to ghatiya packing dekh ke ya phir packing kholke sidha mana kerta apna ghatiya saman lejaiye mujhe paisa nehin dena he. Bada bhul hua mene online payment kerdiya aur in ghatiya/thag logo ke pichhe bhag na pedraha he.
                          So please mujhe aur kuchh nehin chahiye mera paisa refund kerdijiye with time taking mental depression interest ke sath. Please do the urgent.

                            I purchased threamill model no hb251an dated on 26/03/2017, now it's not working and i put the complaint on tele brands - hbn fitness at new panvel where i purchase this iteam.. Last one week i request for your technical support and nobody ready to visit my place.. I got a call from your office that it till the time nobody come and clear my problem. I request you to clear my request otherwise i need to go for further legal step.

Called up customer care number of times initially they said they replace it later on they were not picking up the call .they just cheating and giving defective product with false commitment.

                              Product cost - 1999 and 1943.

                              Received after 2months, continuous 80 to 90 calls for shipment delivery.

                              After receiving, the product is not shown as on website, very delicate, pickup service is not there for hbn. (Again paid 420 rupees dtdc courier to send back)

                              Total cost -1999+420=2419

                              They would refund basic amount - 1799 after deducting the gst values

                              Very very bad i had lost - 620 rupees. For the quality less product

                                I had ordered ime-9 but delivered some other diabetic medicine. Called them several times but they are not bothered to take it seriously. They say there is no stock in such case why are they in so much hurry to sell n deliver incorrect medicine. There supervisors never come on call, they are always on break for lunch or something else. They promise to call back just to disconnect the call. We have never received call back. They are cheating customers. They are not even replacing the correct medicine

                                  I placed an order for sofa with free gift and my order no. 1993606. I had done online payment as per your link through pay u money and i have received the status that payment (Id[protected] of rs 5048.2 for buyer is successful therefore you are sending me the product on cod payment.
                                  I did not receive the product and send it to back and soon made a complain at customer care services but 10 days been passed and i have not received my product. Now i don't need the product and refund my money soon.
