Hi Forum,

I ordered for an air lounge on Sept 26, 2008 through the phone line[protected] from my credit card. My order number is 1564225. I was told an Assured delivery with in 15 days. But the product is not delivered yet (after One & half month) and on top of it no one responds to the mails which i send to this company at [protected]@telebrandsindia.com. The customer service is very rude & they hang up calls most of time or now a days even do not pick up the call. If accidentaly they pick & whenever i say that i have a complaint they keep on hold & after 40-50 seconds call gets disconnected from their end. (happened to me more than 20 times on different days). I am planning to file a consumer case but do not know how to go ahead with that. Can you help me here?

I purchased one air lounche from telebrand. It is not working perfectly atleast for seven days. several pin holes on both part repaired with the glue.Now also we are facing the same difficulty. You should send somebody for servicing or take back. Our friends and guests cut a sorry figure.

So i request you to take it back and supply a new one.

    I had bought 2 products (Nicer Dicer / Magic choppers) from Telebrands in mumbai. These products come with a guarantee that if the product is not useful to the consumer, it can be returned back within 15 days and full refund will be given.
    Since I had a commercial usage, to which the product did not fit, I returned both the products in brand new condition, which was acknowledged and I was given a refund receipt on 6th August. Also, I was promised that the money will be credited back to my bank account.
    After this did not happen, I went back to them in person, around august-end and they requested to resubmit the bills. It was done. Still the money was not credited.

    Around 15th September, I again contacted them, and the refund department said that cannot tell me the refund status based on the invoice number (some , that since it was bought from a retail outlet of Telebrands at R-Mall, for which they don't have the details). They asked me to fax the invoice again, which I did.

    I still did not receive my payment, then I called again around mid-october, some other guy in refund department said that no such fax was received and that I should send it again !!

    This time I sent a courier (around 20th October) and alongwith the invoice, I sent a warning letter that if my money is not returned in next 15 days, I will file a case in the consumer court.

    So far, there is no refund and worst there is no communication from Telebrands.

    It is such a harrassment tracking your own money !!!
    I AM THE SAME VICTIM WITH YOU. THEY ARE THE GREATEST FRAUD COMPANY, IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY TO TEACH THEM LESSON?

    Telebrands India Pvt. Ltd. — Product not delivered even after more than 7 months

    I had ordered ‘Pampered Toes’ product having the Order No. M895509 (booked from phone
    no. [protected]) in the month of March 2010.

    I had specifically requested to execute the order only when it was possible to ship the
    product in Mar only as I was supposed to move to Pune in Apr. I was assured that the
    product would reach me in a week’s time. That did not happen. Still, my credit card bill
    showed a deduction on 12th Apr and on realising the deductiod I was told by the customer care that the product
    was shipped (Parcel No.[protected] after that to my Hyderabad Address.

    As I moved to Pune in early Apr itself, there was no one to receive the product at my
    Hyderabad address which is locked; I requested customer care multiple time to kindly ship the product to my
    Pune Address. But, everytime I call them I just get the assurance that it will be shipped in 2 weeks time. More than 7 months have passed like this.

      I am an owner of an Air Lounge for the last four months. I found 2 days ago that the same has a damage with the stitch of one of the columns and so it is bulging out because of which it cannot be used. I called up the customer care and they told me they can replace it free only if the damage is in the first month after delivery. To replace it now, I have to pay them 2800 Rupees !!!
      I cannot find the rules of replacement published anywhere and they say the rules are only told to the customer over phone during the placing of the order. I was not told anyway of this particular condition of replacement at the time of ordering. I can see this only as cheating the customer who gets attracted to their products seeing their advertisements, and pay a relatively bigger amount for their products hoping the products are long-lasting and reliable.

      Sir, I have given so many e-mails about the replacemen of Air Launch. The first thring I returned the good in the month of 2nd september of 2008 tll to day I donot know whether it is received by you or not. If it is receeved by you please give me information by e-mail, if not also give me e-mail.
      Air Lounge is best. I bought it from Telebrands Vile Parle showroom. I am using it for last 6 months. It's so comfortable and so easy to use. My kids love it. I have bought 2 of them. No complains. Best value for money.

      air-lounge — I received 18 magazines instead of AIR Lounge

      I was shocked when i received 18 magzines in Air Lounge Box.I couldnot believe my eyes that I received this garbage after spending my hardearned money worth of Rs.5829/- I was dumbshocked when I opend the box.I called[protected] no and I spoke to your customer executive named Miss/Mrs. NANCY.She
      told me to send the box back ansd i shall receive my order whithin seven days after they receieve the parcel.But i dont't know, I am not sure that I will get my Order.Pls tell me wht to do.

      tele brands -air longe — exchange of defective air lounge.

      I have purchased a AIR-LONGE and TABLE MATE from TELE BRANDS through my phone with help of my credit card two months ago.AIR- LONGE I got was defective and as per communication with TELEBRAND people through E-MAIL,I returned defective AIR LONGE to their BHANDUP ,MUMBAI address on 29/07/2009.I have all the proof of that sending AIR LONGE but TELE BRANDS people not ready to accept that they received my sent AIR LONGE whose price is 6600 rs.I also EMAIL them four to five times but now they stop to give me feedback through E-MAIL .I feel that TELE BRANDS people try to cheat me.THEY ARE NOT READY TO GIVE ME ANSWER AS WELL AS NOT READY TO SEND ME NEW AIR LONGE .but I am not in mood to tolerate this type of bad business.
      Air Launch damaged
      I purchased air launch on 21-3-09 booking no 1624950. I found on 2-8-09 that the same has a damage with the stitch of one of the columns and so it is bulging out because of which it cannot be used. I called up the customer care and they told me they can replace it free only if the damage is in the first month after delivery. To replace it now, I have to pay them 2800 Rupees !!!
      I cannot find the rules of replacement published anywhere and when i talk to purchase new air lanuch they say it is life time warranty after purchase they say i shoud pay Rs 2800 for repair . I can see this only as cheating the customer.

      I have bought a product air lounge sofa bed from telebrand show but it had punctured from last 1 month and I had complained for it by phone twice but they don’t want to listen it and assured me to return it therefore I request you to grant my complain and favor me .

      Sir, I have order for one airlounge i have received your parcel of air lounge but there is no    air lounge inside the parcel only waste papers and waste books is there. I have call the customer care he had said that send the parcel back to me at same address. I have send the parcel back on 30/9/09 but the customer care is saying that i have not yet receive your parcel. I have also depoist money for air lounge Rs 7594/- with VPP. I So, sir it is request for you to send me a new parcel of air lounge
      I also faced the same problem with Air lounge product from Telebrands. In the first few weeks o[censored]se only i found several tiny holes through which air started coming out. After exhausting all of the repairing kit material, i contacted them for repair or help. I can find out a small tiny hole in the stitching/pasting area of the product from where the leakage is happening. when i called the Telebrands office today Jhanvi from there office told me that i need to send it back for the repairs to there office. Later she told as you we have only 15days free service guarantee, you need to pay for the service. on asking them about the charges she told me it's 2750 RS.. now it was a shocker.. i asked her to fix a small hole they ned 2750 Rs. Then on this she told me that as the hole is on the stitching line so it can not be fixed you need to go for replacement. She also agreed that this is a product bug but she kept on repeating that as par the T&C you need to pay 2750... In the TV Commercial they boast so much about there product and it's all lies...


      PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT YOU WILL BE WAISTING YOUR MONEY
      I also faced the same problem with Air lounge product from Telebrands.
      The first few days were fine.then the Air started leaking.After managing it for some time. the stitches came off and the surface started bulging. and is in a non usable condition.
      I got the same response from the sales center where i purchased the Air lounge that i had to pay abt 300 for a replacement.

      I would like to take legal action against this what should i be doing ?

      It has been 2 months since I purchased Air lounge from Raipur (CG). We were on leave for a week when returned, we found that our air lounge was deflated. Upon inflating it again, the sofa was found distorted from back support and was bulging out. It is really very hurtful to me. I want some supportive guidelines in this matter whether to replace it or to have my money back.

      Thanks a lot, In this message you people are open my eyes, I was thinking this weekend I will order this product but now I change my mind not to buy this product, thank you once again.
      My order # 1728959. I received the package on 15th Dec 2009. After checking the product I found its was defective (hole on the product and when you fill the air the design gather up and appears a ugly shape )….. When I called the CS and informed, the CSR informed me that they check the product before shipping and informed to return it paying the shipping charges and yet to resolve the problem.

      Horrible customer service (poor lang/do not know how to interact with customers who are investing money due to which they get paid!). I have been communicating with them via e mail but they doesn’t read the explanation in the e mail and reply accordingly.

      If they do not call me within a week of time and resolve the issue.. I will launch a complain to court. I don’t mind spending double the amount which I have invested for junk product.

      I think all the advertised products on TV from sites like Telebrands, TVC, Teleshopping, Fortune Shopping, Home Shop 18 are TOTALLY FAKE.

      Kindly DON'T buy and treat yourself like a BIG FOOL by these websites and advertisements.

      They just know how to sell there products through advertisement, that time they made commitments that they are ready to return money within 15 days if you don't like the product. But actually they don't even BOTHER to listen about your complaints.

      So don't waste your valuable money to purchase anything from these sites.

      Never buy thru' phone or internet. We are not sure of the quality.
      Agree, they cheated me for non-stick cookware 1+1 free. When i saw it and the first impression was like it is worthless, moreover it was not a good metal too but an iron made because I saw rust on items after few days even when I take good care of it (washing and cleaning immediately).

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        With due respect, I would like to bring this matter to your kind attention that I purchased 1 no. “AIR- O – SPACE 5 in 1 sofa bed” from TELEBRADS INDIA PVT LTD vide their Invoice no: V[protected] dt. 25-08-08 for Rs. 8294/- for which payment was made thro my CITIBANK credit card no. [protected]. I purchased this product on the basis of their assurance in various media and committing their cash back assurance for the non satisfaction of their products purchased or replacement with no cost if it found defective or any fault found.

        When I about to use this product (Ist week of September), I found that there was a manufacturing defect on the product and the air was not getting filled up due to leakage in the product. I bought this product for my father who is suffering from orthopedic problems now the purpose is not served.

        I complained with TELEBRANDS customer care immediately and the customer care officer over telephone, who was not willing to disclose her name and customer complaint number, asked me to send the product back to TELEBRANDS, MUMBAI for immediate replacement of defective product with free of cost.

        On the basis of said commitment by customer care officer, I have sent the defected product thro REGISTERED POST on 10/09/08 (RP A 993).

        After that I have sent several mails for the same but still I am not in receipt of either the replacement or reply from the TELEBRANDS.

        So I am kindly requesting you to please look into this matter and save 1000s of consumers like me who are cheated by the said company by giving misleading advertisements and commitments thro various media and making millions of money out of this.

        infaltable 5 in 1 sofa bed — Order not delivered - Company not executing customer order cancellation request

        I had placed an order for 5 in 1 Infalatble sofa bed on Indiatimes shopping website on 1st Sept 2008 making payment through credit card to them. Their website had promised delivery within 10 days. But its over three weeks now they havent delivered the order.

        Thus due to non delivery of item I had request for cancellation of my order on 19th Sept 08. Till date (23rd Sept 08) the company hasent executed my cancellation request. Their customer care says " its under cancellation process"

        They are simply delaying the process of cancellation and not returning my money. I am stuck and money is also blocked.

        Please help me how to go about.

        Friends I advice you not to buy any thing from indiatimes.com they are pathetic painful lot.
        I have purchased Air launcer on 25-05-07, as they told that it is very reliable and comfortable, now the situation is it has got many leakages from joints and we r unable to use it.
        While purchasing telebrand people told it has lifetime warrenty so plz change my Luncer.

        Telebrands 5 in 1 sofa bed — fake product

        I brought 5 in 1 sofa bed from telebrands they send it through post office it got punctured in 2 days it was said it had a money back guarantee but now they are disowning it i am totally fed up with telebrands
        Owners of air-o-space 5 in 1 sofa cum bed, I Have just confirmed the order for purchasing the product. Then i just over viewed the product and something more about the same on internet and i crossed through the complaint registered towards telebrands in India consumer complaint forum. So i have just mailed u back that what should i do, Should i purchase the product or not. Is this product quite Trustworthy to purchase it. Plz do reply . Thankyou.

        NW - Single Bed J — Not Changed Defective Bed

        I had placed an order on 16/08/2009 vide Cash Memo No. T3/312 at their Kharghar Branch at New Bombay. Delivery was done promptly but when their salesman Mr. Tushar came to fit the Bed he found the piece to be defective and said that it will be replaced within 3 days. But till dateno replacement has been done and when you ring them up on their telephone No. mentioned in the bill nobody bothers to pick it up and answer the call.
        Kindly look into the matter urgently
        I have a similar and horrible experience too. I purchased a Air-O-Space 5 in 1 SOFA Bed from INDIATIMES Sopping website, in sept2009 for my kids. When I opened the packing of the product, I found that It was having 2 defects - #1 The Joint Between the two beds was torn from one side and #2 One of the beds was punctured. So I sent it back to Indiatimes after reporting a complaint to them.

        After few days I got the changed new Sofa Bed. The TNT Courier person took delivery charges(without any payment receipt) in spite of paying the shipping charges for the first time at the time of booking the order.

        Secondly, the Air-O-Space 5 in 1 SOFA Bed which i have received is once again got punctured with in just 1 day o[censored]sage and even when we repaired the puncture through their puncture kit it got torn from the same place itself after filling the air. Now it is of no use to us. When ever the air is filled the bed does not remain flat, but it starts taking a shape of balloon, I am very much upset with this horrible product. I wish I get the complete refund / Money back of the product as soon as possible.

        *** Important - Few things I have Noticed / Realized:
        1) The Sofa Bed As Seen In TV is different than what they send after ordering it. It does not have the Logo of Sofa Bed like what it is seen in the TV or Telebrand Website video demo.
        2) The Sofa Bed which I have received is of Low Quality Rubber Material and is Made in China.
        3) I really feel like i have been Cheated by Indiatimes Shopping portal.

        Same thing happend to me also. I also Purchased a 5 in 1 sofa bed in the month of June 2009 and after 20 days of its usage the Upper part of the Sofa the air was not held for more than 5 minutes and it gets leaked out.

        I tried to call the customer care from 1 week but no one was picking the call, very worst customer service.
        After that they told that the waranty is over send it back to Mumbai and then pay half of the money we will replace with the new one. I will not believe these people.

        Please do no believe in any of these people products.

        This is new way of cheating the people if there is any group formed and we can go to consumer court then I will be the first join against this Company Telebrands India.

        I bought a air o space 5 in 1 bed and i am not happy.

        I got the single bed free with it and also not happy with that.

        The first thing that happened was the pump did not blow the bed and i got another pump. Then i blew the bed up and it deflates, but it show on the box under what pressure the bed can go, but my 4 year old son is laying on there and it deflates, Then i blew the single bed up and it deflates even faster. I took the beds back and the lady said they will fix the single bed that was on 26.09.09 and i still never heard anything from them. They replaced the 5 in 1 and it is doing the same thing and the lady said they wont replace again they will only fix this time. I am not happy because i payed cash for it and did not even use it for 2 days and it gives me problems.

        I really need some answer or help in this matter or i need my money back and i will buy elsewhere. I don't want to do that but then i need help here in this matter asap.

        As I have purchased 5 in 1 from Telebrands.But at first time pump did not work.After repairing it was working.Then after first inflation sofa was punchered and not repaired with solution given with this.There is no any kit for repairing.but it is only 5 ml solution china made.Please do not purchase this product.

        I also have similar experience with Air-O-Space 5-In-One sofa. I purchased from one outlet in bangalore. I could not even used it for one day. I have return it, Outlet owner have been assuring me that it will be replace. He has sent the sofa to telebrand center. I hope it will be replace.

        I too was about to place an order for the Air-o-space 5-1 bed after seeing the advertisement on TV but have just gone through your comments and am certainly not wanting to continue. Have any of you heard of the Air Lounge? Is that any better. As I am still in desperate need of something of this sort as I live in a guest house with no proper furniture and at the moment am sleeping on the floor but am not able to afford a permanent bed or furniture. This ad seemed perfect untill I saw the truth.

        I ORDERED A AIRLOUNGE FROM THE SITE 5IN1AIRSOFABED.COM AROUND 2 MONTHS BACK . I RECEIVED THE AIR LOUNGE WITHIN A WEEK AT MY HOME.AFTER RECEVING THE COURIER ASKED THE COURIER GUY TO LET ME OPEN THE SAME AND CHECK IT, BUT HE DIN'T ALLOW ME TO OPEN THE COURIER .         AFTER HAVING A CONVERSATION WITH HIM I PAID THE COURIER GUY AN AMOUNT OF RS.5200/-. I INFLATE THE AIRLOUNGE IN THE EVENING AND WHEN I WAKE UP IN THE MORNING THE SAME WAS FOUND DEFLATED AROUND 80 %.

        AT THE SAME TIME I CALLED UP ON THE MENTIOEND NUMBER, EH TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL PROVIDE ME THE EMAIL ID ON WHICH I SHOULD DROP THE COMPLAINT AND CUT THE PHONE.

        AFTER THAT DAY THEY HAVE STOP PICKING UP THE PHONE AND HAVE NOT GIVEN ANY ID FOR REGISTERING THE COMPLAINT.

        I WANT MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK.

        Yesterday I was thinking to purchase 5 in 1 Sofa Bed from Telebrand India through debit card but when I called at customer care they told me that there is no option to purchase through debit card, only credit card can be used.

        Then I thought to book this product through my brothers credit card because I dont use Credit card.

        Today morning, suddenly a thought came in mind, "why dont I check the reviews for this product on Internet" ?

        Now I am very much shocked to see lots of complaints and horrable experience and happy to be saved myself.

        Thanks to all friends who shared their experience over here and due to this I saved my hard earned money.

        Now I have decided, not to buy any product without seeing physically.

        I purchased blackberry through india times which they delivered in 7 days.Once we recieved the set,it was defective and immediately call was made to call center for returning my money and take the set back.It took around10 days for indiatitmes to pick the box.Everytime i said about refunding my money but still they have sent another set which they are forcing on me.

        I have purchased too 5 in 1 bed (air o space sofa cum bed ) and energy saver equipments over phone 2months ago after watching Tv advt..as they told that it is very reliable and comfortable.Now the situation it has got many leakages within 1 and half month and we r unable to use it.I have several times informed to them about this prouduct but they are saying I will have to send this prouduct at their mumbai office alongwith drfat of Rs.395/- which will increased the cost of above product approximately by Rs.700 to 800/- including my postage cost.
        While purchasing telebrand people told it has lifetime warrenty so plz change my Luncer. I am realy very disappointed and already registered the complaint on your costumer care No [protected] at about three or four times.         Hi everybody... I was whole heartedly thinking of buyin the 5 in 1 air sofa. The above reviews have totally discouraged me and saved me from being duped by the Telebrand thieves. I think all of you should go to the consumer court, file your cases and fight for your rights. Remember only 'united we can stand'.
        For those who used debit/credit cards to make the purchase there is something called CHARGE-BACK that you can use by calling your bank or the credit card company. Express your dissatisfaction with the product that you purchased and there are chances for the card company to reserves the transaction. But terms and conditions applied. Worth a try. Good luck.

But, the other remedy which you have is you should lodge an FIR against such fraud people who cheat innocent customers by lucrative advertisements. After using it for a couple days i found it was defective & leaking.i took it away to their office, they repaired it but did not last long.again when i contacted their office they refused to replace it.last of all i send a notice to them as wellas filed a case in the consumer court in 2012.

        I purchase this Air Sofa Bed of BESTBUY company in March 2014 and handle with care, Its so far used only of 2.5 month. But its Top portion air is slowly getting out of that topmost part.           1. I had ordered Chinese Herbal Tea on 13th August 2008.

          More than 45 days have passed and I have not yet received the product.

          I made another order on 16th Sep 2008, this time through the credit card. The product price (around Rs. 2500/-) was promptly deducted from the credit card.

          Does their responsibilty end at deducting the amount for the payment? Is timely delivery and customer satisfaction not on Their priority list ?

          2. Also, the audit department personnel who answer the phone, lack courtesy. We are kept on hold on a long-distance call for long while transferring the call to customer Department and then disconnected without a word. The call is never returned. Is this how the audit department is trained to answer the customers ?

            Ref subject above, have been informed by your ‘customer care’ dept. That the product has been despatched on[protected].
            But the product has not been received by me so far.
            Contacting your ‘customer care’ dept., the phone line is disconnected after informing that a complaint has been placed with the ‘delivery agency’. No time is given to further inquiry on the matter.
            A customer cannot be expected to wait indefinitely for the product and every time it is stated that product will be delivered in 2 days but no delivery?
            It is a deficiency in services.

            I request to consider urgent action to deliver the product at my doorstep.
            I am a SENIOR CITIZEN not able to take avoidable tension.

            Last week I contacted customer care and I was told that till 2nd May, 2009 I will receive the product .

            But still there is no response 

            Really I have been struggling like anything . I have booked on 23rd April, 2009, now it is 40 days, but still nothing .

            Is the service, customer should expect from you . I think I have made a very big mistake by ordering through TELEBRANDS .

            Some of my friends who were also interested in buying TELEBRANDs product, have changed their mind after seeing my example .

            The funny part is the customer pays and he himself gets troubled .

            I think if it continues like this I would end up spending more than I have spent for the product .


            I doubt whether this whole issue is getting conveyed to upper level of management .


            I am planning to FAX all these mails to upper management .

              This is in reference to my order no 1555869 placed on 03/09/2008 for table mate. I spoke to customer service agent Iftekhar and clearly instructed him delivery of the product by Monday 8 Sep or Tuesday 9 Sep. On calling your customer service department today i came to know the product is still in Mumbai and would be dispatched tommorrow. I told the person very clearly that i would be leaving overseas today and due to product delivery delay i have to cancel my tickets and face problems at my job. On speaking today with customer service agent Srikanth it was not helpful rather a rude customer service without any intent of help. I asked him to transfer the call to supervisor and agent kept saying the person would give you same information. It was so disappointing to get such canned answers from such prestigious company and felt like cheated. Would request you to please deliver the product by tommorrow or cancel the delivery and refund my credit card payment charged for the same order.

              I booked this order on 21/08/08. Till today there is no sign of deliveries & I was informed that I will get delivery in 2 weeks.
              Every time u people give incomplete and wrong information about the dispatch and deliveries.

              1. I was never informed that u are going to use postal service.
              2. I was never told that the parcel to be collected from Post office.
              3. Every time there is new but wrong information about dispatch.

It’s now been 6 months and I still haven’t received it despite getting emails and call replies from your end promising that the product will be delivered within 10 days. It’s now the 16th February 2009 and I still haven’t received my product. It takes your company less than 6 days to process the credit card payment but when it comes to delivering the goods we have to chase you for over 6 months and this is unacceptable and total harassment on us. Over the past couple of days we have called the customer care number on many occasions and either they give us false promises or just hang up on our face without even listening to us or giving us a reply. Another of your agent Kiran promised that we would have an agent from Telebrands calling us today evening (16th February 2009) and dealing with our case. It’s now 9 pm and no one from Telebrands has called us. To follow this up we called Telebrands at 0745 pm and they spoke to us for 2 minutes and 6 seconds and when they didn’t have any answers to our query the agent hung up on our face. A second call was made at 0748 pm and in 13 seconds the agent hung up again. A third call was made at 0749 pm and I managed to speak to your agent Yogita and her conversation has been recorded still to no avail. A copy of an email from your department has also been attached below for you to read which promises the product is going to be delivered soon.



              All this harassment has left me no choice than to file a case against Telebrands to the Consumer Department and give all the emails and recordings to the press and news channels to show what a big fraud this company is.                 I ordered Go Duster from Telebrands India on 10th July on an assurance that I will receive it within 10 days. I paid through my credit card an amount of Rs 2560. I'm still waiting for the product. I've written 4 emails and called them 16 times till now. The latest is that they want me to go to the local post office and find out where my parcel is. I'm tired of their customer care dept. They have no empathy towards their customer's issue. I asked them to refund my money and now they say that once they receive the product, only then they will refund the money.

                  I had a similiar experience with Telebrands. I placed order for Twist and Shape thru phone. I received faulty product which collasped within 5 minutes of operation. They asked me to send the product back, which I did on my own cost 1050/- for courier. and asked for refund, they agreed on phone for refund also. but later again they send me back the product. The product is faulty again. When asked that why you have send the product instead of refunding, they again send the product back. I can not bear of 1050/- courier charges again so throwing the produuct in trash.

                  Customer service is just third class, their employees do not have basic sense of how to speak to customers.

                  no one responds to the mails which we send to [protected]@telebrandsindia.com. Guy on Customer Support told me we do not have any record of emails of [protected]@telebrandsindia.com.

                  I urge all the readers of this matter to kindly aviod cheats like Telebrands and spread the same word in their friends circle.

I contact to customer care to know what is the reason of damage and tell them please send your expert to repair the machine . No reply from their end. After one and half month they told me to send the product back to your distributor, which I did on my own expenses for courier. but later again from their end no reply . So I call to distributor to know about my product .The distributor's JHMD SKY SHOP-SURAT answer is all damage is owner's risk.I convince them I did not do anything for damage .                   The product i received is not the company product seems to be the local product (Delhi made) at a cost of Rs 4999/-. But the same product with others showing on the online like ASIA SKY SHOP, TELE SHOPPING NETWORK costs only 2599/- only. Before purchasing they said that it's a lifetime guaranteed product and the plastic jars provided are unbreakable. But after using for one month the jars are broken and the rotator on the top of the food processor is also broken. But there is no use after sending many letters and phone complaints. Actually they have not provided the company's Email. This is not the way of cheating the public like this. But just after observing their website so many complaints were pending till to date without any justice to the customers. Shall i know what the consumer forum's are doing to the company's like this.                   Telebrand is a cheat company, I had purchased a sofa cum bed from telebrand which went out of order after using for month or two. when i sent it for repairing with a demand fraft of Rs 400 they said it is unrepairable. So just think the quallity of the material its a fraud case. I have learnt a lesson and i have taken a resolution that in future i will not purchase anything from the TV advirtising agency. i do not believe how our government give liscence and to advertise so freely on TV.

                    I ordered for an air lounge on april 2nd 2008 through the phone line [protected] from my credit card...order number 1426086...product not delivered yet and on top of it ...no one responds to the mails which we send to this company [protected]@telebrandsindia.com will never reply to the mails. The customer service is rude that they hang up your call (happened to me more than 20 times on different days) their manager mr Starlin is always in meetins or busy and will not answer any call... whom should i complain about it / how do i go about receiving my product / refund...please help

Now there is some problem in the product, the air is blowing out . i have tried to find the from where it is coming, but to no vail. I called so many time to customer service to help us find the problem but they neither reponded nor assist. Instead when i spoke with the customer service lady to send someone to check it. Bad Service, Bad Product and adding to that Bad customer service will ruin our peace. Are we buying worries and tensions by buying these producsts. My suggestion to all the consumers, please review before buying any product.. dont go by jimmicks shown on TV. I got the delivery on 29th September 2008. when i opened the parcel the packing was real bad. it looked like ages old. and when i tried using the machine it didn't work, blades were completely blunt. I cann't even cut my finger forget about cutting vegetables. and when i called up customer care serivce they said m'am you send it back we'll replace it. when i asked whether the postal charges that i will pay for sending it back, will be refunded to me or not she said sorry m'am it wont be. And when i argued as to why not, the company is at fault she said no m'am we wont refund that money. I then spoke to some female who was supposedly the product and packaging quality in charge. she also had the same thing to say. Now I have decided to send a formal E-mail to the telebrands international. I have already send an email to [protected]@telebrandindia.com. I am going to send a formal hard copy of the complaint to the company asking for expalaination and within 30 days i will sue them in consumer court for the entire sum of money i have paid and also for bad service and mental agony that i had to go through because of all this. I have decided to keep the product as long as they dont give me a written assurance that i will get a replacment absolutely free of cost. otherwise it will be a proof of their bad service and bad product qaulity in the court.. i will suggest you people also to take action against these people even for a trivial amount. thats the only way. and yes use the blogs and other sites to tell people about all this.

                    Telebrands is a cheat, i paid them 5694 in advance against order No 1643986 and received old magazines in the parcel.I have to lodge FIR and consumer complaint.
                    I had the misfortune of buying 5 in 1 sofabed from Telebrands. The air is leaking and Customer Care is absolutely rude, non-cooperative and useless. Despite my explaining the problem they insist hat I have to send the product back. Prior to this I had lodged a complaint that I had not received the instructions manual. I have not received anything despite lapse of more than a week.
                    The problem is that I am required to send the product back for repair. This being a heavy item I have to pay heavily and am not sure that the product that I receive back will be usable. When the initial delivery itself is defective what is the certainty that the repair will be propwer. The most interesting Part is taht the day I received the product I received a call from the courier that I can send back the product through him. This gives me an impression that the complaint is routine and people are normally required to send back the productas for repair.

                    Customer care who told that the product has lifetime replacement warranty at the call to place order now tells me that I need to pay 2500 to get it replaced. Because its a PAID LIFETIME WARRANTY (wow they developed new kind of warranty of their own).
                    No help from them. Simply refused to refund or replace.
                    PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. DON’T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THIS CHEATERS.

I have been delivered a Air lounge sofa cum bed on 12th Mar 2010 before completion of a week its started leaking from three places at joints, as per my view it is faulty material or manufacturing designed faults, But I have complain against Tele brand Co that what you say in advertisement you do not follow same thing practically.

                    i. Home delivery but don't do it.
                    ii. Life time replacement warranty but don't do it.

                    2. At Last what i should do it I can't parcel several times for repairing.

                    Then I returned the unit back by speed post on 8/11/2010 for replacement as instructed by your people and after waiting for 5 months I received the product on 05/04/2011.but still the piece was not new it was a repaired one and is very badly repaired from four place and is still it is leaking. We are not getting any support from your team.

                    Agree, they cheated me for non-stick cookware 1+1 free. When i saw it and the first impression was like it is worthless, moreover it was not a good metal too but an iron made because I saw rust on items after few days even when I take good care of it (washing and cleaning immediately).

                      I have Placed order for A ABKING PRO through telephone and paid the amount through citibank credit card. The order placement date was 9 th feb 2008, till date i have not recieved the deivery, everytime i speak to them and get the assurance that will be sent in a day or two but till date not recieved the product.

                      I ordered for an air lounge on april 23rd 2008 through the phone line [protected] from my credit card...order number 1505364...product not delivered yet and on top of it ...no one responds to the mails which we send to this company [protected]@telebrandsindia.com will never reply to the mails. The customer service is rude that they hang up your call (happened to me more than 20 times on different days) their manager mr Starlin is always in meetins or busy and will not answer any call... whom should i complain about it / how do i go about receiving my product / refund...please help, and I request you to please look into this issue and do justice

                      I had a similiar experience with Telebrands. I placed order for Twist and Shape thru phone. I received faulty product which collasped within 5 minutes of operation. They asked me to send the product back, which I did on my own cost 1050/- for courier. and asked for refund, they agreed on phone for refund also. but later again they send me back the product. The product is faulty again. When asked that why you have send the product instead of refunding, they again send the product back. I can not bear of 1050/- courier charges again so throwing the produuct in trash.

                      Customer service is just third class, their employees do not have basic sense of how to speak to customers.

                      I urge all the readers of this matter to kindly aviod cheats like Telebrands and spread the same word in their friends circle.

                      Dear All,

                      I had ordered for an Electricity Saver on 21 June'08 via order placed on internet via my Citibank Credit Card, Order No. IN 36337 which was debited from my Card on 25th June'08 itself.

                      The site had indicated that my transaction was not complete & I got know only when I had checked the card details on 30 June'08.

                      I had called up Telebrands on 28 June'08 as well to book the order as the previous order had not been executed via order number 1529042.

                      When I found out that the previous order was already executed & so called had already been delivered has not been received by me till date.

                      Over & above that, I have called up Telebrands office at least 30-35 times to cancel the order number 1529042 & I was assured that the same would not be executed time & again by each & everyone in the Customer Service. That payment now has been claimed by the merchant & the same is not reversed till date inspite of the payment being taken from the bank on 01 July as ICICI Bank claims that they have not received any request from the merchant, M/s Telebrands India.

                      Moreover, With regards to the services of sending the product, the product has been sent to me by ordinary registered post which reached my place only on 08 July'08, exactly after 15 days of making my payment.

                      I have been trying to get this case resolved by contacting the customer care person by the Name of Mr. Stalin who has spoken to me for 4 times till last Wednesday & had promised me that he would be refunding the amount back to my credit card. His number is[protected]/5 . He has been telling me that he would call me with the status but doesn't call back.
                      I need your intervention & support in resolving as I have been trying almost everyday but my calls are being put on hold from time ranging from 10 mins to 40 mins.

                      This is what I had written to Mr Stalin but have got no reponse from his side.Moreover, when asked for the personal ID of Stalin, the operator had given an ID "[protected]@yahoo.com, which does not exist.Pls see my mail below:

                      I had ordered for CELLULESS (Order NO. M1 223875) on 13-02-13. Your company promised to give free Orange oil with the product. But we received the product without the orange oil. After my complaint they promised to send but till date I have not received the free offer product. I tried to called up again on your costumer care number but they always get holed the line for ten to fifteen minutes without talking.
