Instamaze / Templeyatri is the worst ever trip maker I have ever came mentioned can not be booked because of some issues. Like seriously? Before I booked my package with them I made everything clear and they assured that the tasks are easy peasy for them. Wow! Your team is so pathetic and fraud.

Instamaze / Templeyatri is the worst ever trip maker I have ever came across. These guys will constantly call you unless you deposit money in their account. Thereafter, try calling them 100 times and they will answer only 4-5 times and that too in the most lazy and "Ho jaega na aapka package book sir/mam.." manner. Totally unprofessional behavior.
In the end when I asked for my booking vouchers they say that the hotel I mentioned can...

This is with reference to the ops manager name v ibha, who promised to pay refund for hotel payment made and is now denying it.

we are 8(16) senior citizens couples.We booked last year Gujarat tour from
Temple yatri and went on well.In 2015 Nov. we again booked for Maharatra tour
including flight around total of 3.40lakh+.We paid 50% advance and Mukesh was co ordinator.
By 2016 Jan Mukesh went on silent mode and was not picking up calls.

Last year we a group of 18 senior citizens travelled Gujarat on 6/7 day tour during Feb 2015.Mr.Mukesh was the co ordinator for booking and Dhiraj and a lady for hotel booking etc.Tour went on well without hastles.Now we are in process of Maharastra tour for 14 on Feb 15th..I find little laxity in call recieving .They have to improve in responding faster.Will post my feedback after the tour in feb as planned.They need to be more professional...

I had booked a 3 nights 04 days starting from Sep 22 2015. I had made them the full payment by Aug 28th 2015 as per their request. However, due to an medical emergency I had to cancel the trip. I called Temple Yatri on Sep 3rd and informed them about the cancellation. I even sent them an email for the same. I have Booked for the Kailash Yatra through Temple yatri on 3rd march 2015. I had made advance payment of INR 70000/-. According to the agreement commencement of tour was 09th May 2015. they were keep on postponing the dates. afterwards due to the earthquake in Nepal they have cancelled the trip. still now they are not refunded the advance amount paid.
