I took bus from Thane station to Vrindavan society having no. mH04EP 852 on 30th may, 2025 at 8.15 to 8.30. the bus conductor was yelling on me on very pitty thing and threatened me to raise his hands on me. His id is 00
103. As a lady it was very unsafe. Such incidents make thane unsafe.

      I am handicapped. I am trying to step in bus at back door but driver already opened front door and take other passengers. Even at his mistake he using incorrect and bad language against me. Is this the way to treat handicapped?? I went to back door as per rules. But he already opened front door and take other passengers and shouting at me. Iam herewith attaching bus number photo. And this bus at automatic bus stop (aplab) at 11.39

        Bus no 112 that schedule at 10:30 PM on 21-04-25 is leave 10:28, 02 min before and I reached 10;29 I missed that bus due to your pathetic service. Then I will wait for next bus and that is not in the time now, after multiple complain with policemen at helpdesk. They released the bus at 11:19. Pls look into this. I am complaining while I am on bus.
        Pls take some necessary action against them.

          Hi sir
          This is Dinesh barwadia a resident of ghodbundar road thane i have to daily travel from ghodbundar road to thane east kopri bara bangla in morning 5.15 but there is no bus available at such time from any of the providers.This is my humble request to start a service between aanand nagar bus depot to thane east kopri atleast one bus service so that I can travel comfortably

            At Waghbill flyover bus stop at 10:30 am I was waiting for bus no 69 which is Thane to Nallasopara so bus didn’t stop at the exact bus stop because there was private bus waiting for passengers in front of the bus stop so bus no 69 just pass by andthere is no other bus to Nallasopara

              Today date 27 march 2025 in Bus no.
              MH 04 HY 1668 bus 148 vashi railway station morning 8:15. The lady bus conductor charges over priced ticket didn't gave proper requestes ticked to to me I request kalwa naka to ghansoli railway station which price is 9rs as I am a lady passanger. But conducter over priced ticket to me and asking the reason for doing this she used inappropriate language and also didn't return my 11 rs. Insulated me in front of the other passangers upon explaining that she is wrong.

                Bus Conductor with batch ID 91432
                Was not at all attentive while bus was getting parked. All people who was not part of queue get into the bus before single person joins from queue. Many of ladies fall down at door but no-one has looked after it. Rather conductor was busy in chit chat with colleagues.
                When passenger did complaint he simply ingored and behaved arrogantly.
                Looking forward for action.

                  I was traveling from Ghodbunder road (Tatvadyan Vidyapeeth) to Thane station in Bus No. MH-04-LQ-9160 (AC Bus), I asked conductor for ticket by paying 20 rupee note. He refuse to take such note on account of some foolish reason and started threating and shouting. He was behaving like going to kill me and conducting crime. It was really horrible. Request you to take appropriate action and look that same must not happened again with other passengers.

                    I thing TMT bus working for thane city and for thane people but TMT bus driver does not want to work in thane, driver not stopping bus at Jupiter hospital bus stop after 9. 00 pm, this is very curial area in night where common public want bus services, even after passengers showing hand to TMT bus still not stopping the bus, i thing will never happed in deputy CM city of thane and best service bus doing good business in thane please learn from best buses

                    Kindly please needful try to this will never happened again

                    And if this nor resolved that means TMT is useless

                      I am nabeel khan one of yourpassenger or traveller to the route mumbra to bhiwandi-bhiwandi to mumbra.on 7/02/2025 i am travelling to bhiwandi to mumbra which around 6:30 pm on bus no 84B non Ac bus.the matter is that ur transport conductor start shouting on me and doing argument on the topic of they want me to move forward and i am stand besides of seat and i refused to go forward they start misbhevaing and start pushing me to step out from the bus. Your employee or conductor or bus driver have dont right to push me outside i did not harm any passenger or nor with the conductor. I want you to take action this conductor.if not i will complaint to higher authority

                        Aadhar card in digi locker not accepted as proof.

                        I am senior citizen, travelling by bus No. 58 at 2.47pm.

                        Conductor (ID No.GL1404) has Charged me full fare.

                        Digi locker proof accepted by all the government, semi government institution.

                        Please give the proper guidance to the concerned employees.

                          Complaint regarding TMT drivers and their disrespectful behaviour. I was getting on the bus today[protected] when the driver was shouting abruptly towards me without any reason. It was night time at around 20:25. I request to take strict action towards this type of behavior. This happened at Muchalla College bus stop. The bus was Kasarvadavali with no. Plate of MH04 0784

                            Dear team,

                            This is to inform you that I Mr Akshay Ghugare resident of diva, I was at sudama bus stop for catching my bus, but as I caught the bus the bus driver started abusing me for not catching the next bus I don't know what was the reason and for what purpose he was doing that. The bus was totally empty also I was at the bus stop, now he says he doesn't know the bus stop. If that was the reason why did you told me to catch the another bus when I was safely into the bus.

                            My question to you is, are they doing their best jobs and sincerely why are they harassing the people are we slaves of you and are you having the rights to talk to a passenger in this way what kind of people have TMT bus taken.

                            I have attached photographs of the same pls help me out to impose a penalty on them so that we can stop such habits of driver and conductor.

                            Note : I have included all the images for the case

                            Also Mr. Patil incharge of bus stop at diva mahotsav ground was available he told I'll look after it pls move.

                            But I have to register a complaint for the same pls help

                            The conductor was like a local gunda what he speaks:

                            Tu mazhe kay jatt pn uptu shakt nahis in this language he spoked.

                            The bus timing was 8 to 8.10 am at diva mahotsav ground and the bus was TMT

                            Also the bus number is been attached into photos.

                              The tmt bus driver, bus number MH04LQ8743, struck and ran the autorickshaw yesterday because he was waiting on stop because of traffic and a passenger received in. He did this on purpose because he had to wait at the bus stop near 3 Hath Naka and didn't wait after hitting at least to see if someone was hurt. The driver had a loss of auto because the side wheel cap broke and the passenger inside was hurt on the shoulder from the bang after getting drawn to him, but he didn't care and started fitting without apologizing.

                              Kindly ensure that these drivers are dangerous to other passengers and TMT passengers on the bus. They are also completely misbehaving individuals who don't know how to act and use government property such as their own.

                                I took the bus at after 9:05 am from thane station west bus stop, the bus number was "MH 04 KF 1765" from Thane station to Brahmand and there was a female conductor in the bus. The conductor came to me and i asked for a ticket for Patlipada and gave her a 20 rupees note see saw the note and asked for another note and i said i dont have another note, the note i gave was fully fine and wasn't torn even a little there was just a small ink mark dot on the note. She said you give whatever kind of note so i said that this note was actually given me by a bus conductor yesterday while i was going home at night and this was the same money that i was given by another bus conductor, So she started arguing with me with no reason saying things like "All the people say this same dialogues" "don't you go to shop this note would have been given to you by the shopkeeper" and various other things. I didn't say much thing but this behaviour is not acceptable and since she was a ladies conductor if i said something to her then the other people pin and blame everything on me and this behaviour had affected and ruined my whole day and on top of that why is the money i received from one bus not acceptable in another bus even when it not torn and in one piece and not even wet.

                                  A very very sincere request to tmt to look into the issue of poor Frequency of bus no 60 and 65 during evening pick hours 6.30 to 8.30 from borivali to Thane. Daily commuters are waiting for these buses nearly one hour or so every day but there is no improvement in bus frequency. Pls understand that office going people almost standing for an hour in train travelling and again they have to stand in the bus for more than a one and half hour to reach Thane. If there is traffic then this time goes to two hours too..Also the buses are standing at the borivali bus stop for more than 20 mins which is waste of time and reason to increase in check naka traffic. There are so many buses from Mira road to Thane then why can't tmt divert few buses to borivali during pick hours.? What's the use of giving a vote if normal public can't get a peaceful transport services. Why can't you start the buses from borivali upto kapurbawdi and back to borivali so that the buses can reach on time and we normal public can reach home on time. Hope this complaint gets resolved as early as possible.

                                  There is no improvement in bus frequency..please see the condition of the daily commuters..we have to wait almost 45 mins to one hour every day for the bus to come at borivali station specially in the evening time from 6 to 9..please depute more buses on the route from borivali to Thane..we cannot afford to pay every day auto sharing charges just because we don't get bus on time and no seat available due to more crowd. Pls have this complaint resolved asap.

                                    Me and my friend travelling in chendani koliwada bus from anandnagar to cidco.
                                    During journey I asked bus driver to give 2 tickets to cidco and give 100 rs. He was not having the change at that time so we told her to give changes when available otherwise given in written we will collect the changes from bus depot. But he is talking too rudely with use...He pushes me away while I was getting down from bus. And telling me to shut up. I asked his name serveral times but he was only talking some random things and telling me to shut up. TMT bus conductors and drivers are behaving rudely. And even after asking the cidco bus depot employees about his name they also told you have ticket and bus number, you have to find that it's not our responsibility.
                                    TMT bus conductors and drivers are talking rudely and it is increasing day by day.
                                    The strict action is needed from your side.
                                    I won't answer apology from the conductor who misbehaves with me

                                      I boarded a bus from Kapurwadi station and I had a health issue so I went and slept on the back seat of the bus and the bus conductor who gives tickets in the bus did not come to give me the ticket and I slept from Kapurwadi station and When I got up at the Dahisar check post, I saw that the ticket collector Deepak Jadhav and his senior officer were checking tickets and asked me to show my ticket. I told him sir I was sitting to get a ticket but I have a health issue. When I fell asleep, the bus conductor did not come near my seat or anything. He was sitting on the seat and shouting and I was asleep and did not hear anything.So Deepak Jadhav and his senior told me to pay a fine of 345 rupees. I said, Sir, I have this problem, you can take the ticket money from me, but they did not listen to me. So I gave them the money, but they charged me on their personal Google Pay. But is it right to take money from me? The corporation does not have its own account number. But this is very wrong. Bad service
