Since 2 weeks in morning and evening time
Driver not stopping bus at shibli nagar(near Dosti planet north), Mumbra
Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible
If not solve ASAP i will highlight this in court with legal notice and with proof also(Video)...

While traveling from Thane railway station to road no. 16 starting around 8:10 am to 8:30 am on the date of 26/10/2024 by AC bus the conductor didn't ask my son for the ticket but when he asked him for the same he verbally badly abused him. For confirmation of the bus number and the conductor I have attached the photo of the ticket.
You are requested to take the appropriate action against him.

I am travelling in your bus from Mulund to Mira road bus conductor in the begging dint allow me to sit on the front seat. After that they both had quarral with one senior person who wanted to catch the bus between mulund and. Thane. At signa also your bus driver dashed a cyclist and had used filthy language. Thay say that thay are gov employees no one is superior to them kindly take action against both Conductor and driver...

I was waiting for 2 hours for a bus at Dahisar metro today since 7.15 to 8.50. Not a a single bus arrived for thane. Such a pathetic service. You should improve a lot....

with due respect i hereby submit my complàin àgainst conductor of bus which started from thane east at 6.15pm on 18.10.2024. I have catched bus from thane station east for fire brigade nallasopara.
In sativali and range office bus became fully packed. People can't move. I was sitting with my bag at back side. I asked with conductor that how i can come front gate then he didn't given any reply.
When fire brigade came he told driver that the bus will directly stop at nallasopara.
When i requested driver and ring bell to stop bus then bus stopped but conductor told that back gate wqwill not open. I told that in this rush how i may come with my luggage then he told to. Ccxoome till last stop.. Wen whoee public shouted on. Him then driver openned back gate.
Noot. Only with me but he hade misbahaved with a lady who ride on range office. When lady told that you should not. Misbehave with a lady then he told publickly that bus me kyu chadhte ho, rickshaw me chadho, yaha aisa hi hoga.
Ak dusre aadmi se bahas jar conductor ne kaha ki tum vasai. Nallasopara wale log isi ke layak ho.
Therefore, i hereby request you to kindly tàke legal action against the bus conductor si that the same will not repeat with other person.

It has been recently observed that the bus management at the thane station bridge is getting bad day by day. I travel daily by tmt and buses nevers comes on time. They just fill one bus line and leave other empty for a while. Especially the Upvan and Pawar nagar buses are extremely late. Whenever asked in the office they answer in a vague and sometime rude way. Some buses are just left empty near the office and they don't divert it at...

Everyday it's being a problem for us to travel in 62 number bus in the morning it's becoming worse nowadays we are not getting any bus between 10.30am to 11.30am today 16/10/2024 almost 4 buses are in depot but none of the bus came down take action regarding this otherwise will have to take serious action by higher official

112 bus timing is 6.20 am. I had been late by 15 minutes since the last 4 working days. And today 2 buses came and halted in the last stop (Lodha Paradise) and didn't come. One of the bus came at 6.55 am instead of 6.20. we all are missing our trains and late to office for 3 days....

I am traveling from parshik nagar to Thane station. The board on the bus was different so while entering I asked the conductor if the bus is going to Thane station. He replied rudely that if I am uneducated and can't read on the board.

For Anand nagar bus depot the conductor mention the bus destination as Anandnagar, After all the passengers have boarded they mention the destination as Brahmand.
They firstly dont stop at right stop and after passengers have boarded change the final destination.

The bus is not stopping at stop of सह्याद्री शाळा कळवा ठाणे प. The students were running behind bus, bang the bus side saying stop stop . Still the bus did not stop . This has happened more than 4 times. The students are facing a lot of trouble. Strict action should be taken. Bus no. 240

With regard to above subject matter please note that the frequency of buses from Mira Road East station to Thane court Naka is so less. Many passengers have to stand in queue for so long time wherein there is no shade made available to the passengers who frequently travel to Thane court Naka.

Many passengers including pregnant women, handicapped person and senior citizen are affected due to standing on the queue for several hours. Request you to increase frequency of AC buses from Mira Road station TMT bus stop to Thane court Naka so that it will be convenient and helpful for many passengers as many people travel daily from Mira road to Thane by AC buses.

It is therefore request you to kindly look into this and do the needful at the earliest.

Thane station stop No.3 madhe roj lok without queue chadun tyana basyla pan jaga milte and je queue madhe chadtat te ubhe rahun jatat. Conductor la complaint kela Tar te ignore kartat.
