parcel not received but website shows delivered to? some other area

I had sent parcel through professional courier service on 30.06.2021, bearing consignment no: MAA[protected].The track website shows the parcel is delivered but the recipient has not recieved any parcel.
I have been calling the booking station- who said parcel is delivered talk to customer care, customer care is telling the same thing that parcel has been delivered and hence closed my complaint, on explaining that the parcel has not...

Delayed delivery for 57 days.

A parcel was booked on May 3 from Thiruvalla, Kerala to Banglore. The parcel has reached Bangalore on May 5. Even after calling several times, the delivery was not given. Both the sender and the recipient kept calling but they kept ignoring. The parcel was dispatched from Thiruvalla on May 3 and delivered to Bangalore on June 28. Delay Delivery with Status : Party Shifted

The professional courier delivery service in Hyderabad is in a pathetic state. A courier was sent from Chennai, Tamilnadu on on 29th April 2021 and the consignment number: MAA[protected] . As per the online tracking it reached Hyderabad on 30th April 2021 and still not delivered at the address and they have updated the details as PARTY SHIFTED on 3rd May2021. Not received parcel by Customer

Missing Item in Couriers

Item worth (Silk Fabric of 5.5 metres) Rs.4000 missing from the package and a coin sized hole was there on the package before opening it. enquired with the delivery person about the same, but there was no response. Damaged the office Laptop in the delivered shipment.

I have shipped the laptop to my workplace from my home as I had to give it to the IT team. Shipped it on 21/09/2020 from the Professional courier with 2.760Kgs in total. And used the Professional courier PRO (Premium Service).

Hi,

If door is locked at least delivery person should call the person and ask whether he can deliver it to neighbor or else should attempt the delivery on the other day.

At least an sms should be sent to customer if delivery is not successful or to inform that you have attempted for delivery.

I tried calling customer call services.
Nobody picks the call....

I am writing this complaint because of the irresponsibility and carelessness by tpc (The professional couriers) i am a buyer and i purchased a product from a site and the seller sent me a receipt of shipping details for my bad luck the product was shipped through tpc on 24-nov, 2018 then when i checked the product stats on 25-nov, 2018 i found no details on their tracking site maybe! I booked the parcel on 03/03 vide receipt no AMD16010898 at Ahmedabad to be send to chennai.
