Description of the complient - We despatched the courior to Indian oil Corporation LTD. on 09.01.24 - ref. no.[protected]
incident
same was not delivered till 18/01/24, we contacted proffessional courior office coimbature branch (11.30 am) thay replied that "the cover is at our office table now we dont know the problem we are holding" then we reqiested to deliver that package before 5pm on 18/10/24 - "we cliearly mentioned that its very very urgent file so please deliver that file before 5pm on 18/10/24 officer is waiting for that file"
but same courior was delivered on 19/01/24 evening 5pm

*Delayed for 9days* after persional request also delayed for 1day

hence due to this delay, we lost our tender and empanelment which is valued for 2 Cr loss

we are providing courior morethan 40 pacages monthly
for us itself this problem
also there is no responce from tollfree no. (proffessional couriors)

One consignment booked from Dehradun to Hyderabad on 8th Jan 2024.
Approx 10 days passed and still i have not recieved my consignment. It contains medicines of my father(73 yrs old). This medicines are not available everywhere so courired.
Even i am not able to contact any executive as no one is picking call. I am frustrated now as medicines are very important for my father.

Bhubaneswar office always not reachable.. CALLED 100 TIMES, no one picks up the call. Worst courier service.. NO PROPER STATUS ... Its a nightmare dealing with them.

My name is Pratik Jha. My father, Ashok Jha sent a courier from Dahisar East Mumbai to Burari Delhi on 25th December 2023. The courier had clothes worth INR 4000 which were meant for the last rites ritual of a deceased relative.

The delivery agents at Professional Couriers stole clothes worth INR 1410 from the parcel and delivered the rest to the receiver on 27 December 2023. Need help as the company is blaming the receiver for the theft instead of taking accountability. These clothes had high sentimental value, hence would appreciate any action against this company.

For the same consignment update, today I called the branch for more than 20 times, they will tell every time Will check and update to you. Then no response.
For discussing the same, I called 9 times on office time.
8 times they dnt picked up and 9 th time they rejected the call.
The staff told lastly we will get so many calls a day so we will not call your number and we can’t contact you back.
This is the peak of arrogance and lethargic attitude from an office branch.
Here by stopping all dealings with professional courier,
And if I dnt get a review or update on same, I will forward this complaint to consumer court.

I am malleswari. i have sent my courier from banglore on 07.12.2023 through professional couriers to location having pincode 518102. I have called them before to confirm if delivery is available to that location or not. they said it is available. so on 07.12.2023 i have given parcel to them. suprisingly the parcel roamed hyderabad, chennai and finally returned back to banglore - kalkere branch. they told there is no one to pick the call....

I am writing this to inform you that Professional courier Kizhakkambalam is not providing home delivery service and is asking for me to go to their office and collect the shipment.

On 24-Nov my brother had dispatched a "Mobile with Smart Watch" packed safely using PRO Professional Courier Service on 24-Nov.
However, the Dispatch was smooth and on time till it reached HYDERABAD.

After 25-Nov the Status is not Updating as seen below.
I TRIED ALL COMMUNICATION TO REACH KOLKATA, HYDERABAD OFFICE BUT ALL IM GETTING IS FAKE PROMISES AND IRRESPONSIBLE ANSWERS .
I AM DEEPLY CONCERNED WEATHER THE PACKAGE WILL NOW ARRIVE SAFELY OR NOT BECAUSE ITS BEEN 6 DAYS SINCE LAST UPDATE AND NO ONE KNOWS WHERE THE PACKAGE IS.

TO ALL RESPONSIBLE TEAMS TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE.
"I AM AFFRAID THAT THE PACKAGE IS EITHER NOT SAFE OR ITS LOST SOMEWHERE BY SOMEONE."

I will informed to where my help come from. i have spend 60 rupees also. money is not matter. the courer that i sent inwhich i kept sample for analysis. i had spoken to all the numbers related to proffesinal courier. but no help got. that's why I have decided this. your service is very very worst. i won't encourage and recommend...

Hi., I suppose to receive an parcel on Last week but still today I didn't received, I'm trying to track the parcel it's shows dispatch between two different districts. When I try to call the customer care they're not responding to any calls or message too

One of my friend has couriered personal items to which The Professional Courier team had assured for home delivery.
Thereafter the courier reaches to district hub, they are nor delivering the product moreover asking for pick up which is 20KMs away.

Informed customer service and they have filed but no response further

Everytime the professional couriers make a call and telling to collect the parcel from them orelse they are not delivering to home. Everytime we need to go to the main area of our location and need to collect the parcel, we need to wait for sometime to get the parcel. They are always telling that the area is not deliverable. If not then why are they accepting the orders? Except this service all delivery partners are delivering in home.

I have sent a courier of 2.6 kg from Pune Professional courier to Lucknow dated 25th September

The courier has taken 14 days and it is yet not delivered.I have tried to reach help from Pune Yerawada branch as well as Lucknow branches but no proper respnse from the team

Pathetic behaviour of Varsha Pune team and irresponsible and does not even work I thing .Also the lucknow team is non responsive.

Please help in this matter urgently and let me know the status of my courier.

One of my friend recently couriered hospital bills and he enquired before even sending the courier, if the courier will be delivered to the address mention only after confirming he paid money and filled all details related to courier. The courier was supposed to reach me after 3 days .but I got a call after 1 week saying to collect courier from office .when I asked the professional courier team gave rash and unprofessional comments and even threated me that my courier to returned back .

My consignment number HRD[protected]already one week completed but i have not received my courier from Bangalores to Jammu.. At present it is showing in transit from past 2 days .. but no updates.

Request you deliver courier ungently ...

On 17th Aug, I handover my packet to the Cuffe Parade branch, Mumbai. it was supposed to reach Agra in next 2-3 days.
Till today on 25th Aug it has not reached. I am asking for help from Branch manager of cuffed parade but he is not much interested in this matter.
