I ordered aj styles gloves from souled store and it was torn from its thumb part. I want it to be replaced. I have sent them 5 emails but no response. I have searched that to replace it first you need to get a confirmation from souled store and then they do not have the pickup policy so you have to courier them defective product. This is very lengthy process. I don't want to follow this process please help

    I ordered a t-shirt from the souled store i disliked the product now i want to return it back but they are not replying me on emails i am calling them but they're not even answering my calls please help me the quality of the product is zero please help me my order number is 595201 my email id is [protected]@gmail.com whenever i called them they are busy i don't know why they have given their phone number on site.

    Hi. i purchased 2 ts from soul store..i really want to exchange that ts. i got it in bigger size. i need it two times smaller . for some courier company reason it cameback. now its more than 15 days. i really want those ts. they are in good condition. please help.

      I ordered one t-shirt from this e-commerce site by using online payment method. The money from my bank account got debited but the order is not yet placed. There is no confirmation of the order on the site, i tried logging out and re-logged in after few minutes to see if the order is visible but i could not find anything. This is the first time i'm facing such issue with this site, please resolve as soon as possible.

        I wanted to buy 2 t-shirts from this website, so I selected those 2 t-shirts and entered my address details
        I went ahead with the payment method.
        After I filled all the payment details and submitted those, my money got deducted but the order of those t-shirts was not placed. I was redirected to home page. If I check in "My Orders", then I cant see any order placed but money got deducted from my bank and I have that message from bank which says that money was deducted for Souled Store shopping.
        Please look into this issue urgently, since I want my money back.
        Also I want to place that order again.

          Why can't i get this batman logo t-shirt?
          - it is not opening whenever i click it.
          - when i open similar batman classic t-shirt, it says product can't be delivered to my address.

          I badly want this batman logo t-shirt. So please help.
          I live in pune. Your collection of t-shirts is superb & unique one. Particularly superheroes types of t-shirts. I have never seen before. But please help me to buy them.

            I cancelled my order worth rupees 1705 placed on souled store on 23 august 2017, the refund of which is not received by me till date. First 2 weeks when i contacted them, they just kept on saying that they had initiated the refund and will reflect in your account soon. After 2 weeks when i tried to contact them they just said they had sent the refund, go check with your bank and they provided me some payment id screenshot. After that i went to bank and the bank employee said me to ask the utr no. From them (Souled store) and said that they cannot trace the transaction through payment id. I again contacted them to ask for the utr no. But they keep on saying they can't provide that and payment id is the proof, payment id is the proof.
            I want souled store to refund my money as soon as possible or atleast provide the utr no.

              This is regarding order id 522465
              The product was adressed to 'mr pranjjal shukla' and it shows delivered to some ishant, we don't know any ishant in our building, i was a great fan of souled store but this is really disturbing, kindly look into it and deliver the product to right person, or just refund me the amount if that will take long time, looking for positive and fast response from you.
              Ive sent atleast 5 mails, called like 50 times everytime it says 'we are closed today'

                This is regarding my order id 472239. I had four tee shirts sent back for exchange. I even got a confirmation mail from your end saying it been received on aug 9. It's been more two weeks now and i waited patiently for your order mail. I haven't still received the products and i have already paid for all of it. I would like the products delivered to be before tuesday, aug 29 or i want a refund. I can't even find those products in the orders section of my account too. I called your customer care several times but no one picked up. This is the first time i have got such a bad experience from you guys. I want an explanation of why all this is delayed.

                I want this to be acknowledged asap.

                This is to inform you that we had sent in an email asking you what size you would need as an exchange since you did not put any paper inside mentioning the size required. We waited for 3 days and since we did not receive any intimation from your side we initiated the refund for your order in your Souled Store account in form of Reward Points. If you let us know now what size you will need in exchange, we will deduct those points and ship the t-shirts you wish to have.

                  Seems you people are fake company.. I have ordered 4 t shirt from you guys.. And i received too large unfit peice of clothes. And the quality is too disgusting the colour is completely faded like it has been washed multiple times. It's seem you guys sale second hand product on your site... And the customer service is too horrible.. This people are closed more than a government office get closed. If you people cannot effort a good customer service than close your company not a customer service. I jus want my full refund back. I want you guys to take immediate action on it before i may go to your higher authority or band you from social media. I may take big action through social media. So don't compelle me on that. I need my refund back with in 5day or i will reach to yours authority head. Your time starts now.

                    I ordered a zakir khan merchandise t-shirt along with one badge.

                    I recieved my order on 11th august i. E. Yesterday.
                    I did recieve the t-shirt but the badge was missing. Though, on bill the badge ia also mentioned.
                    I hope that my problem will be resolved as soon as possible and i'll get my badge at earliest.

                      I placed an order of 9 t-shirts this time but felt very unsatisfied with the material and size of t-shirts I received. I particularly ordered medium size but the t-shirts i received are of large size and not of proper fitting, Earlier, I ordered 2 t-shirts 6 months ago and the order was also in medium size, the size i received was perfectly fine and of proper fit.
                      This time i am thinking i wasted my money because of the improper fitting, the Souled store has downgraded its quality and sizing measurements .
                      I don't know about other customers but this time you lost your dedicated customer big time.

                        I ordered two t-shirts from the souled store on16/05/2017. I received my order today and found one of them to have a small hole in it. The defect is significant. So i want to get this replaced or return it and get my money refunded. I tried to contact the souled store but didn't get any response from their side. Don't know how long it takes for them to respond to an e-mail. My order id is 388983.

                          I had placed an order for two t shirts one with the love triangle logo and another with a pavam alert logo on it on the 11th may 2017 and made payment through net banking. Transaction was processed on 11th may, at 22.11 minutes. I have received an sms from the bank for debit of the amount. However, have not received any communication/payment recepit from souled store. This is the second time i have placed an order through souled store. However, the last time i had received a payment receipt and mail for the order placed. All other shopping sites use two way communication modes one through sms and other through mail. Is it not possible for souled store to use atleast one communication mode too?

                            Despite selling great products, they are into cheap business. I am buying from this site for months & just like other shameless falling e-commerce sites, they are here into duped profiteering from lucrative products.

                            After wweshop got launched in india under their banner, i bought a product and for 7 days there was no response on delivery. When i enquired they said it went out of stock while it was well on stock when i purchased. On my request only they put that into refund.

                            Then i could see they increased the price of the product because of high demand and then foregone the delivery of products purchased at earlier price. Utter shameful. Now waiting for my refund.

                              I have ordered 2 product on 10th april and also paid for it, initially it was shown that my product will be delivered within 8 to 9 days, now today is the 16th day and still it showing processing.

                                I had purchased a t shirt from the souled store on 24/04/2017, i tried to pay using net banking, the amount got debited from my account, but the order wasn't confirmed as the website showed error.later when i logged in there was no trace of my order.i checked with my bank and the account details show that the amount have been debited to the souled store.i tried contacting their customer care online too but there was no response.

                                      I have placed order around 2weeks back, however, when i received my delivery i found that the size was not perfect due to which i raised request for exchange of the product multiple times, but till date I have not received any reply from their end after sending so many mails on daily basis.

                                      Seems its a fraud company, they charged at the same time but at the time of giving customer satisfaction they are fake. Moreover, i will surely give negative feedback for this fraud company and also write complaints for this on social websites so that everybody should be thorough with your fraudness and fake information. Its Better that nobody should purchase any item from your website.

                                      I bought a tshirt from souled store but i did not receive it, but i contacted them about the delivery they said that the tshirt has been delivered, but the fact is that i never got any call or text about my delivery from souled store ever .
                                      It seems to me they are a fraud company, PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SOULED STORE .

                                        I have buy one T-shirt from them and I want to exchange my T-shirt since this size of the T-shirt is big for me. But they
                                        Guys are telling that we don't have any return policy.They are purely cheaters and my suggestion for everyone please don not buy anything from Souled store.

                                        I am extremely disappointed with the first experience of purchase with u guys.

                                        I got a call from Souled store and they people is trying to resolve my issue..


                                        So far there customer support team is so cooperative with I hope they guys will resolve my issue soon so I'll go ahead and take my complaint back...

                                        We are a start up and are still in discussion with our delivery partners for a pick up facility. The Return/Exchange policy on the website clearly states that any packages for returns or exchanges are to be couriered to us. We even reimburse courier charges as cashback.
                                        Our customer support team is currently looking for a possible alternative. If any are found, you will be contacted via mail.

                                        I purchased mobile case for my nexus 5 and few badges and they delivered me after i make request for it.

                                        The product quality is very bad (worst) not at all worth it.
                                        Fitting of the is mobile is case bad.

                                        Souled store is a cheater they don’t know anything.
                                        I have ordered a tshirt from souled storeand it was for diwali and they have spoiled my diwali and now it is more than 9 days, but I didn’t receive my order yet... i am calling them from last 3 days they always says that by evening you will receive your package.
                                        They just makes people fool.
                                        I wish i have ordered it from myntra or amazon they have a amazing delivery they deliver the product within 3 days..
                                        Seriously dont buy anything from them.. i will tell my friends and family also..

                                        i have buy a t-shirt which I really loved it but since it is a bigger size I want to exchange it but I didn't find any option for it
