Seems you people are fake company.. I have ordered 4 t shirt from you guys.. And i received too large unfit peice of clothes. And the quality is too disgusting the colour is completely faded like it has been washed multiple times. It's seem you guys sale second hand product on your site... And the customer service is too horrible.. This people are closed more than a government office get closed. If you people cannot effort a good customer service than close your company not a customer service. I jus want my full refund back. I want you guys to take immediate action on it before i may go to your higher authority or band you from social media. I may take big action through social media. So don't compelle me on that. I need my refund back with in 5day or i will reach to yours authority head. Your time starts now.

    I ordered a zakir khan merchandise t-shirt along with one badge.

    I recieved my order on 11th august i. E. Yesterday.
    I did recieve the t-shirt but the badge was missing. Though, on bill the badge ia also mentioned.
    I hope that my problem will be resolved as soon as possible and i'll get my badge at earliest.

      I placed an order of 9 t-shirts this time but felt very unsatisfied with the material and size of t-shirts I received. I particularly ordered medium size but the t-shirts i received are of large size and not of proper fitting, Earlier, I ordered 2 t-shirts 6 months ago and the order was also in medium size, the size i received was perfectly fine and of proper fit.
      This time i am thinking i wasted my money because of the improper fitting, the Souled store has downgraded its quality and sizing measurements .
      I don't know about other customers but this time you lost your dedicated customer big time.

        I ordered two t-shirts from the souled store on16/05/2017. I received my order today and found one of them to have a small hole in it. The defect is significant. So i want to get this replaced or return it and get my money refunded. I tried to contact the souled store but didn't get any response from their side. Don't know how long it takes for them to respond to an e-mail. My order id is 388983.

          I had placed an order for two t shirts one with the love triangle logo and another with a pavam alert logo on it on the 11th may 2017 and made payment through net banking. Transaction was processed on 11th may, at 22.11 minutes. I have received an sms from the bank for debit of the amount. However, have not received any communication/payment recepit from souled store. This is the second time i have placed an order through souled store. However, the last time i had received a payment receipt and mail for the order placed. All other shopping sites use two way communication modes one through sms and other through mail. Is it not possible for souled store to use atleast one communication mode too?

            Despite selling great products, they are into cheap business. I am buying from this site for months & just like other shameless falling e-commerce sites, they are here into duped profiteering from lucrative products.

            After wweshop got launched in india under their banner, i bought a product and for 7 days there was no response on delivery. When i enquired they said it went out of stock while it was well on stock when i purchased. On my request only they put that into refund.

            Then i could see they increased the price of the product because of high demand and then foregone the delivery of products purchased at earlier price. Utter shameful. Now waiting for my refund.

              I had purchased a t shirt from the souled store on 24/04/2017, i tried to pay using net banking, the amount got debited from my account, but the order wasn't confirmed as the website showed error.later when i logged in there was no trace of my order.i checked with my bank and the account details show that the amount have been debited to the souled store.i tried contacting their customer care online too but there was no response.

                    We are a start up and are still in discussion with our delivery partners for a pick up facility. The Return/Exchange policy on the website clearly states that any packages for returns or exchanges are to be couriered to us. We even reimburse courier charges as cashback.

                    The product quality is very bad (worst) not at all worth it.

                    I have ordered a tshirt from souled storeand it was for diwali and they have spoiled my diwali and now it is more than 9 days, but I didn’t receive my order yet... i am calling them from last 3 days they always says that by evening you will receive your package.
                    They just makes people fool.
                    I wish i have ordered it from myntra or amazon they have a amazing delivery they deliver the product within 3 days..
                    Seriously dont buy anything from them.. i will tell my friends and family also..

I am writing to them and they are not bothered to revert back..neither I am getting any revert on the given customer care no.                         i ordered two shirts and one badge from the souled store(on 21/07/15). i received the order today (1/08/15). i have paid for two shirts and a badge but i have received one badge and one shirt. i have been trying to contact the company but there is no response. and no other way to contact the company.

                        Delivery not on time

                        I have ordered 2 T-shirts from souled store site. Website promises 3-5 day delivery in tier A cities like pune. But I haven't got my order yet. Very disappointed with service & not recommend anyone to order.

                          I was supposed to get my product within 7 days, it has been 10 days. I have got no way to track my order even. and now when I am checking their order confirmation mail, I see that gmail has flagged the mail as phishing. I have mailed them back but I have already paid for the product. How do I confirm that the store is a fraud and get my money back? I have attached the screenshot of the gmail warning that I got.

                            I found about about this website on Facebook and browsed through their website. Their products were very nice, pretty cool actually. So I decided to buy from them.
