I placed the order on 24th july and was shipped on 25th, from 27th i hav been getting messages and mails that my order is out for delivery and it has not been delivered yet as on 1st august, i even called the delivery agent who was making excuses about delivering the product, so far you guys have provided terrible service, and now the order status is showing rto in transit, order no 1004252, hope u look into it and get back to me as soon as possible

The courier partner has informed us that the package is being returned to our facility because they were not able to deliver the package. Unfortunately, we won't be able to reship the package with the same order ID due to some technical difficulty. Could you please place a new order and call us after that.     This is to inform you that my courier (order ID 970032) didn't reach me today, instead the delivery boy went away from my apartment's gate without informing or calling me before delivering.

    There was no intimation given to me that my courier would be delivered on what date, nor did the delivery guy called me up to inform this. He instead went away from the apartment's gate itself.

    When I am checking the status of my order at the website it is coming out to be "Shipped"

    The above information is there on the website. If at all they do not want to deliver, I need my money back.

      Dear Souled store,

      First of all, let me write some adjectives for your service.Terrible, A-unprofessional, slip shod, awful & disappointment. You can now pat on your backs for your negatively great service. I don't even think that you will understand this email as you guys were unable to understand my requests.

      So my story starts with order number 919495. I have to repeat everything now, as you guys are so unorganized and might not have a record of our communication. Below is the first email that I have sent you on June 16, 2018.

      "I have been trying to call you for the past 2 days, however, it says that ''Sorry, we are not available today''.

      So my issue is concerned with the order ID 919495. I have ordered & received 4 T shirts of L size. 2 of them fit perfect. However, the other 2 does not seem to fit me. So I want them to be exchanged for an XL size. Below are the details of the tees that I wanted to exchange:

      1.) Punisher: Skull (Glow in the Dark) - XL is available when I go to the exchange screen so I would like to request for an exchange for this tee.
      2.) Mechanical Engineer - XL Size Is Not Available When I Go To The Exchange Screen. Hence Please Advice What To Do With It (I Really Like That Tee, So Please Arrange For An Alternative Other Than Refund.).

      Please Let Me Know The Further Procedure And A "Soulution" For The 2nd Tee Mentioned Above."

      I did not receive any reply from you guys. My next email was sent to you on June 19, 2018. Refer below.

      "Worst customer service ever.. I have emailed u 3 days ago.. I wrote my query on your website 4 days ago.. Still no response.. Great going!!! "

      To the above email, your representative have taken the effort to reply on June 19, 2018.

      "Hey!

      We apologize for the delay in response.

      We would like to inform you that the tee is out of stock and will take more than 2 weeks to restock at our end. Thus, you will need to choose a different design in order to exchange.

      Thank you.

      Soon after this gibberish and generic response of yours, I tried calling again and by God's grace was able to connect to a representative. He helped me by stating that you can put up an exchange request on the website for the tee (Mechanical engineer XL size which was out of stock) and write us an email including the screenshot and link for the replacement tee whichever I like. He also advised me to slip in a note in the package so that you guys won't make a mistake. I have followed your advice and done the same. I have slipped in not 1 but 2 notes in the 2 Tees so that you guys don't make a mistake. Please read the below email which was sent by me on 21 June, 2018 after raising an exchange request on your website.

      "Dear Souled store,
      I have sent the package back to you. Attached the courier acknowledgement. Also Please read the note inside the package.

      My issue is concerned with the order ID 919495. I have ordered & received 4 T shirts of L size. 2 of
      them fit perfect. However, the other 2 does not seem to fit me. So I want them to be exchanged for
      an XL size. Below are the details of the tees that I wanted to exchange:

      1.) Punisher: Skull (Glow in the Dark) - XL is available when I go to the exchange screen so I would
      like to request for an exchange for this tee.
      2.) Mechanical Engineer - XL size is not available when I go to the exchange screen. Hence I have
      selected XXL (just for the sake of selection, as instructed by customer service representative).
      However, I do not want that. Instead please send me Weekend Blinks Tee in L size.

      Please note do not send Mechanical engineer Tee in XXL. Send weekend blinks in L size in
      exchange."

      I have received an email from the souled store on June 26 stating that they have received my returned products. Also they have returned Rs.100 out of the Rs.180 that I have spent on courier service as reward points. How generous of you. Moving on, I have received an email from you guys on June 29, 2018 as below.

      " Hey,

      Thank you for placing your order with The Souled Store!

      This is to inform you that we have received your exchange package.

      Unfortunately, the Weekend Blinks out (Size L) was the last product in our fulfillment centre and it did not pass our quality check. Therefore, we will not be able to ship this product out to you. We would request you to select one of the two options below:
      Pick another design (Share the link or screenshot with the size)
      Get your The Souled Store wallet credited with an equivalent amount of Reward Points which you can use while placing future orders with us
      At The Souled Store we aim to provide our customers with the best products and experience. We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience and do hope you visit us again.

      Please Note: Your order will be automatically canceled and equivalent points added if we do not receive a reply to this email in 3 days."

      To the above email I replied on June 30, 2018 as :

      " Hello,

      Pls send this tee instead of weekend blinks in large size along with punisher glow in the dark tee in xl size.. Provided the link below and screenshot in attachment..

      Note: pls. Make sure it reaches me before 10 July as I will be travelling abroad for studies.. Would request you to expedite this delivery.."

      Below is the reply from you guys stating that you have understood my request:

      "Hi.

      This is to inform you that we have forwarded your request to the concerned department and they will look into it and do the needful.

      Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

      Thank you"

      Yesterday I have received my shipment or shall I say useless piece of [censored], that too after numerous arguments and problems with your courier partner "Delhivery".

      1.) It does not contain Glow in the Dark Punisher Tee (XL size) Tee
      2.) It contains Friends Tee in XL size (As you can clearly read in the above emails that I have requested for L size in friends Tee)
      3.) I have spent Rs. 180 on Courier for returning the Tee which I won't spend again as it is your mistake in send the wrong sized Tee. (Not to mention, you forgot to send the Punisher Tee)
      4.) I have had numerous delivery issues with your service provider Delhivery. It was out for delivery since 2 days but could not reach my place. Their reasons are incomplete address and consignee not available at address. However, they have previously delivered me 3 shipments on the same address and I was available at my address at all times. I had to call the customer service 3 times to get the address of the nearest sort centre out of which 2 times they hung my call. Finally I had to go to the address and collect my items myself.
      5.) As you can see in my last email that I have a flight on 10th of july, 2018, now returning or exchanging is of no use at all for me.

      To summarize the whole situation, my big question is

      WHAT DO I DO?
      I want you guys to call me or revert back to this email explaining what went wrong and addressing each and every part of this email. Don't just apologize when you don't mean it. I want a neat "soulution" for this.

        I ordered two t-shirts from souled store on 3rd June 2018. One of them was oversized. So I requested for the exchange of my product, but still there is no response. Neither the product has been collected from me nor I've been contacted from their end. Its been more than a month since I ordered the product and I've been waiting for the same for so many days. Do the needful as soon as possible.

          I ordered 2 mugs on 6th june and paid online and it's not even shipped as of yet
          I have sent 3 emails to the customer care and they haven't even responded. I tried calling them but they say that they're busy.
          Im starting to think if this website is a fraud. My opinion about this site has changed considerably and i will recommend my friends not to shop here if my complaint is not resolved.

            I had ordered and paid for a phone case on 5th june for my friends birthday and it's not even shipped. I have sent two emails to the customer care and they haven't even responded. I tried calling them but they say that they're busy.
            Im starting to think if this website is a fraud. My opinion about this site has changed considerably and i will recommend my friends not to shop here if my complaint is not resolved.

              I had ordered 2 t-shirts from the souled store, order id: 889226, i have canceled that order 12 days ago and didn't receive any updates regarding refund, i have paid for the order using my debit card.

              They sent me an email that they will start the refund process once the package is returned to our facility, but come on its 7 days now at least. And also they are sending me emails regarding that they are trying to deliver the order. I mean why if already canceled. I want my refund asap.

                  I ordered 5 badges from souled store on 10 th april. And i haven't received them yet. I contacted the courier service but they did not give any response. Fedex site says that my order is returned back to the shipper. But nobody from the courier service contacted me. I have already paid for the badges. And their is no response from there side side.
                  It would be better if i get my money back. Or aleast they can send me those badges now.

                        This is to inform you that we had sn you an email that both of the products had to be sent to the manufacturing unit because of design defects. We had requested you to provide any replacement design so that we can ship your order on priority. Since we did not receive any reply for 3 days, we couldn't keep an order open for so long, that is why we initiated the cancellation for the orders and have refunded the amount to your Paytm wallet.

                          I want to return/exchange and i'm untitled to do so as the policy states that the product can be returned or exchanged within 15 days if the product is available in proper condition.

                            I ordered one backpack from this e-commerce site by using online payment method. The money from my bank account got debited but the order is not yet placed. There is no confirmation of the order on the site, i tried logging out and re-logged in after few minutes to see if the order is visible but i could not find anything.                             they replied with unsatisfactory argument. they are not telling about the refund of that money or of delivering that product. they are just twisting this matter.
                            The back cover that i have received from thesouledstore today is not fitting my phone, so.i want a refund.Inform me please how to return your product and how do i get my money back? The arent even receiving their phone.

                              unprofessionally trading by delivering used/defective products to customer.

                              I had placed an order at this site for two covers and they have delivered an old used faded mobile cover where by they charged me full amount. The sides are faded and the colour quality is also dull. One of them was clearly defective.

                              It is because of such unethical and unprofessional business, people don’t trust e-commerce in india. It’s just sad how customers can’t do anything about it. And even their return policy...

                                I want to return tshirt that I ordered on 24th may order id 883953. But cant find any return or exchange option on the website
                                I did a bulk order of 10 tshirts but got 9 because one did not pass the quality test. There was ablolutely no problem in delivery and it was wuite fast too. The problem is that i need to return and exchange 4 tshirts because of size problem but could not find the exchange/return option in the website. Pleas help.
                                I ordered two t-shirts and they are both a size larger than expected so I want an exchange but the problem is that there is no exchange or return option anywhere on the website. Need some help with the procedure ASAP...my order id is 1270336

                                  This company's customer service is of no use. They never pick up the call deliberately when it rings and most of the time, it will be unavailable. This is the worst customer service i've experienced till date and there is no doubt about that.
                                  I contacted the customer service because of the following order issue.
                                  Actually i had placed the order of 2 t-shirts in souled store. The order was placed and payment was done through paytm. My money got deducted but i did not get any order confirmation mail. So i thought of contacting the customer service.
                                  I have been calling them twice every day from the day i ordered, but not even a single day i could connect with them. I even mailed them several times regarding the order issue, but there was no response at all.
                                  Please do the needful.

                                    I ordered aj styles gloves from souled store and it was torn from its thumb part. I want it to be replaced. I have sent them 5 emails but no response. I have searched that to replace it first you need to get a confirmation from souled store and then they do not have the pickup policy so you have to courier them defective product. This is very lengthy process. I don't want to follow this process please help

                                      I ordered a t-shirt from the souled store i disliked the product now i want to return it back but they are not replying me on emails i am calling them but they're not even answering my calls please help me the quality of the product is zero please help me my order number is 595201 my email id is [protected]@gmail.com whenever i called them they are busy i don't know why they have given their phone number on site.

                                      We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Please know that we had already sent you a reply to the emails you sent on 13th November. Since we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, we request you to courier the package back to us and we will initiate a full refund for your order as well as the courier charges.

                                      Hi. i purchased 2 ts from soul store..i really want to exchange that ts. i got it in bigger size. i need it two times smaller . for some courier company reason it cameback. now its more than 15 days. i really want those ts. they are in good condition. please help.
