I had ordered 2 t-shirts from the souled store, order id: 889226, i have canceled that order 12 days ago and didn't receive any updates regarding refund, i have paid for the order using my debit card.

They sent me an email that they will start the refund process once the package is returned to our facility, but come on its 7 days now at least. And also they are sending me emails regarding that they are trying to deliver the order. I mean why if already canceled. I want my refund asap.

    I ordered two t shirts on souled store after it delivered at my home i opened it and the product was not that what i ordered i received two very low quality different t-shirts that was not what i ordered and there is no exchange button plz help me out with this on how to return it...     I tried multiple times calling to the customer care, there is no response.I pinged souledstore in instagram as well, there is no reply.

      I ordered 5 badges from souled store on 10 th april. And i haven't received them yet. I contacted the courier service but they did not give any response. Fedex site says that my order is returned back to the shipper. But nobody from the courier service contacted me. I have already paid for the badges. And their is no response from there side side.
      It would be better if i get my money back. Or aleast they can send me those badges now.

        I order the product and paid for it but they are saying that i order not yet registered in their server than i asked for refund still the are yet give my money back.           Hi.. I ordered aib t-shirt from the souled store. I received it on 31st march 2018. But the size did not fit me.. So i thought of returning the product. I requested a return for the product. I now like another t-shirt and i want to order it.
          So i want to exchange it but i cannot find any option to cancel the return request. Is there any way to solve this problem? What should i do now?

          I did my order April first and still not received my order. My order no. is :- 788426, and as per online check through FedEx Courier details no is :[protected] showing Shipment Exception. Please deliver this i need it but its not delivered today also.

            This is to inform you that we had sn you an email that both of the products had to be sent to the manufacturing unit because of design defects. We had requested you to provide any replacement design so that we can ship your order on priority. Since we did not receive any reply for 3 days, we couldn't keep an order open for so long, that is why we initiated the cancellation for the orders and have refunded the amount to your Paytm wallet.

              I have recently bought a friends phone case and it is a defective product
              I want to return/exchange and i'm untitled to do so as the policy states that the product can be returned or exchanged within 15 days if the product is available in proper condition.
              However i am unable to find the return option can cannot return it.

                I ordered one backpack from this e-commerce site by using online payment method. The money from my bank account got debited but the order is not yet placed. There is no confirmation of the order on the site, i tried logging out and re-logged in after few minutes to see if the order is visible but i could not find anything. This is the first time i'm facing such issue with this site, please resolve as soon as possible.

                they replied with unsatisfactory argument. they are not telling about the refund of that money or of delivering that product. they are just twisting this matter.
                The back cover that i have received from thesouledstore today is not fitting my phone, so.i want a refund.Inform me please how to return your product and how do i get my money back? The arent even receiving their phone.

                  I had placed an order at this site for two covers and they have delivered an old used faded mobile cover where by they charged me full amount. The sides are faded and the colour quality is also dull. One of them was clearly defective.

                  It is because of such unethical and unprofessional business, people don’t trust e-commerce in india. It’s just sad how customers can’t do anything about it. And even their return policy and other things are made to give them full protection so as to make assured profits. But what of consumer, who is going to protect the customer!?

                  There is a need for business to understand moral responsibility and grow with principles and standards. These are the companies that grow huge but don’t follow any csr.

                    Look into these matter and get it delivered by today other wise tommarrow i will not be accepting the product..

                    This company's customer service is of no use. They never pick up the call deliberately when it rings and most of the time, it will be unavailable. This is the worst customer service i've experienced till date and there is no doubt about that.
                    I contacted the customer service because of the following order issue.
                    Actually i had placed the order of 2 t-shirts in souled store. The order was placed and payment was done through paytm. My money got deducted but i did not get any order confirmation mail. So i thought of contacting the customer service.
                    I have been calling them twice every day from the day i ordered, but not even a single day i could connect with them. I even mailed them several times regarding the order issue, but there was no response at all.

                      I ordered aj styles gloves from souled store and it was torn from its thumb part. I want it to be replaced. I have sent them 5 emails but no response. I have searched that to replace it first you need to get a confirmation from souled store and then they do not have the pickup policy so you have to courier them defective product. This is very lengthy process. I don't want to follow this process please help

                            I went ahead with the payment method.
                            After I filled all the payment details and submitted those, my money got deducted but the order of those t-shirts was not placed. I was redirected to home page. If I check in "My Orders", then I cant see any order placed but money got deducted from my bank and I have that message...

                              I cancelled my order worth rupees 1705 placed on souled store on 23 august 2017, the refund of which is not received by me till date. First 2 weeks when i contacted them, they just kept on saying that they had initiated the refund and will reflect in your account soon. After 2 weeks when i tried to contact them they just said they had sent the refund, go check with your bank and they provided me some payment id screenshot. After that i went to bank and the bank employee said me to ask the utr no. From them (Souled store) and said that they cannot trace the transaction through payment id. I again contacted them to ask for the utr no. But they keep on saying they can't provide that and payment id is the proof, payment id is the proof.
                              I want souled store to refund my money as soon as possible or atleast provide the utr no.

                                This is regarding order id 522465
                                The product was adressed to 'mr pranjjal shukla' and it shows delivered to some ishant, we don't know any ishant in our building, i was a great fan of souled store but this is really disturbing, kindly look into it and deliver the product to right person, or just refund me the amount if that will take long time, looking for positive and fast response from you.
                                Ive sent atleast 5 mails, called like 50 times everytime it says 'we are closed today'

                                  This is regarding my order id 472239. I had four tee shirts sent back for exchange. I even got a confirmation mail from your end saying it been received on aug 9. It's been more two weeks now and i waited patiently for your order mail. I haven't still received the products and i have already paid for all of it. I would like the products delivered to be before tuesday, aug 29 or i want a refund. I can't even find those products in the orders section of my account too. I called your customer care several times but no one picked up. This is the first time i have got such a bad experience from you guys. I want an explanation of why all this is delayed.

                                  I want this to be acknowledged asap.

                                  This is to inform you that we had sent in an email asking you what size you would need as an exchange since you did not put any paper inside mentioning the size required. We waited for 3 days and since we did not receive any intimation from your side we initiated the refund for your order in your Souled Store account in form of Reward Points. If you let us know now what size you will need in exchange, we will deduct those points and ship the t-shirts you wish to have.
