Hello, my transaction was failed and the amount of 528 rs was deducted from my account. Please rollback the amount in my account as soon as possible. My number is [protected] and [protected]@gmail.com. I cannot give you the order id as the order was not placed. I was ordering a punisher glow in dark t shirt of L size. This is the first time something like this has happened. I need to give someone a gift so kindly refund the amount to my account. Please do it as soon as possible.

    I had bought a couple of t-shirts for rs.1197 from the souled store on the 21/02/2019, the size of the t-shirts was not proper hence i applied for a return/refund request. First they did not have an arrangement to pick up the t-shirts when escalated they arranged for someone to pick up the tshirts and approved my refund request, i have been fighting for my refund since then.     I would have received 2 products which means a phone case and among them one is suitable another one is non suitable so i would like to exchange that non suitable case and also status of exchange policy is under requested for last 3 days...     Seems its a fraud company, they charged at the same time but at the time of giving customer satisfaction they are fake. Moreover, i will surely give negative feedback for this fraud company and also write complaints for this on social websites so that everybody should be thorough with your fraudness and fake information. Its better that nobody should purchase any item from your website.

      I got two socks today. The quality is below average. Not worth 30 rupees even. Printing is too horrible. I want to return the product. But the return policy is alos complicated. You guys should not charge this much for such bad products. Or else bring up some easy and hassle free return policy. I don't want return points as i think none of your products deserve the price you guys charged.

      Whenever I'm trying to place an order I'm getting a message saying tht I have to purchase for a minimum of 245 rupees. And even when I do tht I'm not able to check out. What is the possible solutions? I love this badge and I want to buy it. But I am not able to place the order
      I have ordered three items from souled stored with order ID 1505064 on 24 feb 19 though the amount is deducted from bank of INR 635 but there is no invoice generated and also there is no details or mail send regarding order placed.

      I got an order I'd of 1524733 but I can't find it in my orders section or I haven't received a mail of order confirmation from souled store.

        Hi, i received my order order id:1310083. While paying for them i didn’t realise that you added gst after i proceeded to checkout and it wasn’t added in the original price you mention on the website. This practice is illegal. I realised this when i was going to place my second order. You have no right whatsoever to exclude a tax while showing prices on your website....

        I had ordered deadpool bag form the site and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. But i didnt get any call from the delivery man and when i checked in my account it showed my number was not reachable. There was no communication to me about this. And when i trying to call at the customer care, there is no provision to address my issue. I have also written on [protected]@thesouledstore.com but there is no reply.

        My order number is: 1303623.

        This is very frustrating coz i had ordered this for a friend who is leaving the company. Its unacceptable. Either you deliver the item or refund the money.

          I had ordered 2 mugs, 2 notebooks and 1 pair of socks a week ago. Today, the items were delivered to me but one of the mugs was not there! I was charged the full amount, and the mug was also mentioned on the invoice, but i just hadn't received it! Being a saturday, the company was closed so i tried to contact the complaint number given on this website, but the person kept cutting my call without answering. I am very dissapointed and i really really hope that i get the mug as soon as possible because it wasn't for me, but a gift for someone's birthday.

            My order id is 1199426. I had ordered for xl and and got l instead. When i requested for an exchange. I got a response that i only have to post the parcel to them. I ordered online because it saves time and this is what i get! I had mailed yesterday about this issue but failed to receive a reply. If the person can deliver the order can't anyone come to pick it up? I didn't order a wrong size but i got a wrong size from the souled store 😠

                As my product is oversized im not able the return it. There is no return option in my order details. And the return is possible only for 15 days and its been 5th day. Im not able to connect with their customer care number. The number given is telling a recorded message as the office is closed. Im not able to do anything to return the product because such an option is not visible.

                  I have been mailed that my order was delivered to receptionist. I live in a hostel so i went to warden to ask about my order she said they do not take any packages other than courier and speed posts. I have asked everyone. First of all there is mistake from delivery boy too he should have called me before delivering my order. Now my order is gone i do not to whom it was delivered, who did signature and all. I just want "my money back" which was "998 rs"
                  . End of story. Just send my money asap.

                    they have just responded me saying that my order was delivered to some receptionist .How can you take anyone's signature . I have provided my number atleast delivery by should have called me . I am not able to find to whom it has been delivered . I want to see signature copy .Or if there is any problem refund my money.

                    they have just mailed me that youe order has been delivered, and it was given to some receptionist . I don't know what of kind service is this, why have i given my mobile number, delivery boy atleast should have called me .
                    I don't know anything provide me with my order ASAP otherwise refund my money .
                    I want to exchange the hoodie i received today because of the size issue which i brought from the souled store but why the exchange and return option in the site doesn't work ? Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

                      I had ordered 6th of april 2018 a tshirt. But due to certain reasons i had to cancel it immediately. They had promised to refund my amount of 600 rupees within a week and told me in my mail that the amount would reflect in your bank passbook.                         I had placed an order on 5th july against which i received a mail from the souled store on 6th july informing me that the entire order is out of stock. Being asked to choose from two options - replace products or cancel - i chose to cancel the entire order and accordingly mailed them on the same day that is 6th july asking for the refund.
                        It is the 1st of august today and shockingly i haven't yet received the refund.

                            This is to inform you that my courier (order ID 970032) didn't reach me today, instead the delivery boy went away from my apartment's gate without informing or calling me before delivering.

                            There was no intimation given to me that my courier would be delivered on what date, nor did the delivery guy called me up to inform this. He instead went away from the apartment's gate itself.

                            When I am checking the status of my order at the website it is coming out to be "Shipped"

                              Dear Souled store,

                              First of all, let me write some adjectives for your service.Terrible, A-unprofessional, slip shod, awful & disappointment. You can now pat on your backs for your negatively great service. I don't even think that you will understand this email as you guys were unable to understand my requests.

                              So my story starts with order number 919495. I have to repeat everything now, as you guys are so unorganized and might not have a record of our communication. Below is the first email that I have sent you on June 16, 2018.

                              "I have been trying to call you for the past 2 days, however, it says that ''Sorry, we are not available today''.

                              So my issue is concerned with the order ID 919495. I have ordered & received 4 T shirts of L size. 2 of them fit perfect. However, the other 2 does not seem to fit me. So I want them to be exchanged for an XL size. Below are the details of the tees that I wanted to exchange:

                              1.) Punisher: Skull (Glow in the Dark) - XL is available when I go to the exchange screen so I would like to request for an exchange for this tee.
                              2.) Mechanical Engineer - XL Size Is Not Available When I Go To The Exchange Screen. Hence Please Advice What To Do With It (I Really Like That Tee, So Please Arrange For An Alternative Other Than Refund.).

                              Please Let Me Know The Further Procedure And A "Soulution" For The 2nd Tee Mentioned Above."

                              I did not receive any reply from you guys. My next email was sent to you on June 19, 2018. Refer below.

                              "Worst customer service ever.. I have emailed u 3 days ago.. I wrote my query on your website 4 days ago.. Still no response.. Great going!!! "

                              To the above email, your representative have taken the effort to reply on June 19, 2018.

                              "Hey!

                              We apologize for the delay in response.

                              We would like to inform you that the tee is out of stock and will take more than 2 weeks to restock at our end. Thus, you will need to choose a different design in order to exchange.

                              Soon after this gibberish and generic response of yours, I tried calling again and by God's grace was able to connect to a representative. He helped me by stating that you can put up an exchange request on the website for the tee (Mechanical engineer XL size which was out of stock) and write us an email including the screenshot and link for the replacement tee whichever I like. He also advised me to slip in a note in the package so that you guys won't make a mistake. I have followed your advice and done the same. I have slipped in not 1 but 2 notes in the 2 Tees so that you guys don't make a mistake. Please read the below email which was sent by me on 21 June, 2018 after raising an exchange request on your website.

                              "Dear Souled store,
                              I have sent the package back to you. Attached the courier acknowledgement. Also Please read the note inside the package.

                              My issue is concerned with the order ID 919495. I have ordered & received 4 T shirts of L size. 2 of
                              them fit perfect. However, the other 2 does not seem to fit me. So I want them to be exchanged for

                              I have received an email from the souled store on June 26 stating that they have received my returned products. Also they have returned Rs.100 out of the Rs.180 that I have spent on courier service as reward points. How generous of you. Moving on, I have received an email from you guys on June 29, 2018 as below.

                              " Hey,

                              Thank you for placing your order with The Souled Store!

                              This is to inform you that we have received your exchange package.

                              Unfortunately, the Weekend Blinks out (Size L) was the last product in our fulfillment centre and it did not pass our quality check. Therefore, we will not be able to ship this product out to you. We would request you to select one of the two options below:
                              Pick another design (Share the link or screenshot with the size)
                              Get your The Souled Store wallet credited with an equivalent amount of Reward Points which you can use while placing future orders with us
                              At The Souled Store we aim to provide our customers with the best products and experience. We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience and do hope you visit us again.

                              Please Note: Your order will be automatically canceled and equivalent points added if we do not receive a reply to this email in 3 days."

                              Below is the reply from you guys stating that you have understood my request:

                              This is to inform you that we have forwarded your request to the concerned department and they will look into it and do the needful.

                              Yesterday I have received my shipment or shall I say useless piece of [censored], that too after numerous arguments and problems with your courier partner "Delhivery".

                              1.) It does not contain Glow in the Dark Punisher Tee (XL size) Tee
                              2.) It contains Friends Tee in XL size (As you can clearly read in the above emails that I have requested for L size in friends Tee)
                              3.) I have spent Rs. 180 on Courier for returning the Tee which I won't spend again as it is your mistake in send the wrong sized Tee. (Not to mention, you forgot to send the Punisher Tee)
                              4.) I have had numerous delivery issues with your service provider Delhivery. It was out for delivery since 2 days but could not reach my place. Their reasons are incomplete address and consignee not available at address. However, they have previously delivered me 3 shipments on the same address and I was available at my address at all times. I had to call the customer service 3 times to get the address of the nearest sort centre out of which 2 times they hung my call. Finally I had to go to the address and collect my items myself.
                              5.) As you can see in my last email that I have a flight on 10th of july, 2018, now returning or exchanging is of no use at all for me.

                              To summarize the whole situation, my big question is

                              WHAT DO I DO?
                              I want you guys to call me or revert back to this email explaining what went wrong and addressing each and every part of this email. Don't just apologize when you don't mean it. I want a neat "soulution" for this.

                                I ordered two t-shirts from souled store on 3rd June 2018. One of them was oversized. So I requested for the exchange of my product, but still there is no response. Neither the product has been collected from me nor I've been contacted from their end. Its been more than a month since I ordered the product and I've been waiting for the same for so many days. Do the needful as soon as possible.

                                  I ordered 2 mugs on 6th june and paid online and it's not even shipped as of yet
                                  I have sent 3 emails to the customer care and they haven't even responded. I tried calling them but they say that they're busy.
                                  Im starting to think if this website is a fraud. My opinion about this site has changed considerably and i will recommend my friends not to shop here if my complaint is not resolved.

                                    I had ordered and paid for a phone case on 5th june for my friends birthday and it's not even shipped. I have sent two emails to the customer care and they haven't even responded. I tried calling them but they say that they're busy.
