My order number is 1650757. I've waited for 5 days for the delivery but not it is showing me that the product I ordered has been out for delivery today in Pune where as I live in Hyderabad. I had placed an order on the 2nd of april 2019 and the order was placed successfully but at around 12 in the afternoon, i received a mail saying my order has been canceled. Without any consent from they’ve canceled the order. The id is-1631710. This is purely not a good act from a merchandise with an appealing reputation. The order being canceled was an act of misconduct from the company and i demand an explanation....

Both the id's given here are for same product i had to make three payment attempts order 1597313 among which two were successful one of them i cancelled before shipping and one attempt was failed for which it was said that refund will be initiated within 7days and its more than ten days i have recieved refund only for one of them, as both the payment amounts were same so i don't know for which one i have recieved refund, i have been writting...

Order ID 1505229 got cancelled before shipment on 24/02/2019.So obviously I need to get the refund to my bank account. I have already registered a complaint but I have not received the refund yet.They have credited the amount as reward points. I need my money back. I don't want it as reward points. I ordered a hoodie on 11th of march and showed expected delivery on 17th of march and as of now today is is 21st march and it is nowhere to be delivered. I emailed them twice but there was some ridiculous response all times.
Plus tracking status shows product has arrived srinagar on 18th of march 5:47pm (Ist) and is not refreshing.

I have ordered avengers t-shirt from souled store official site of rupees ₹523 which is big amount for me on 24 feb 2019... I paid amount via phone pay app... The amount of ₹523 got deducted from my debit card on and moreover when next time i visited their site and logged into my account i was not able to track my order nor the site was showing thay u even have placed any order from your (My) account... I got two socks today. The quality is below average. Not worth 30 rupees even. Printing is too horrible. I want to return the product. But the return policy is alos complicated. You guys should not charge this much for such bad products. Or else bring up some easy and hassle free return policy. I don't want return points as i think none of your products deserve the price you guys charged....

Hi, i received my order order id:1310083. While paying for them i didn’t realise that you added gst after i proceeded to checkout and it wasn’t added in the original price you mention on the website. This practice is illegal. I realised this when i was going to place my second order. You have no right whatsoever to exclude a tax while showing prices on your website....

I had ordered deadpool bag form the site and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. As my product is oversized im not able the return it. There is no return option in my order details. And the return is possible only for 15 days and its been 5th day. Im not able to connect with their customer care number. The number given is telling a recorded message as the office is closed. I had ordered 6th of april 2018 a tshirt. But due to certain reasons i had to cancel it immediately. They had promised to refund my amount of 600 rupees within a week and told me in my mail that the amount would reflect in your bank passbook. Being asked to choose from two options - replace products or cancel - i chose to cancel the entire order and accordingly mailed them on the same day that is 6th july asking for the refund.
