I have applied for new pan card for my daughter through the service portal "thepancard.com. But till date it is not done or any acknowledgement number is provided. attaching the screen shot taken from their portal.

Pan card is mandatory for opening the bank account which is an urgent factor for my daughter's higher studies.

Requesting you to pls help me to get the pancard or to get my order cancelled so that i can apply for new through NSDL.

Pls note that it has taken more than 01 saying an excuse due to corona it is taking time, but in emergency what people like us do?
Pls help me to get back my amount as we applied through epan and got digitally signed pancard within 5 minutes. And surprisingly till today nobody from "The Pancard" yet viewed our complaint!!

        I have applied for new pan card on 5aug 2020 but I m tracking details of pan card it shows your application is under process..It's too much late now .I can't understand what to do .My customer code is A2775853.If you are not able to sent me my pan then please refund my money as early as possible

          The pancard.com is playing with many peoples life by taking 479 as pan fees and not submitting the documents to the income tax department to issue a pan card
          I had submitted my documents on 17 august 2020 and since then i havent recieved any message or mail from them and went through the complaint board many peopke have paid rs 479 since july and are waiting for their pan card since today... if these kind of fraud people are there then how will india improve.
          My customer code is A2789275 which shows validation completed and given further from 26 august 2020... please let me know whether i will get the pan card or is it possible for a refund.. there is no customer care numbers given or they dont send any kind of notifications via email or mobile no provided

          Please any concern person can check what is the matter and get it resolved

          I have applied PAN card on 6/11/2020 and paid the necessary fees also through online and submitted the documents to the given address at Sakthi towers, Mount road, chennai. However till date I have not received any information nor the pan card. The application number is A3046535. I am going to file a criminal complaint against them for cheating the innocent public.
          I am with you my brother. I am also going to do the same. This kind of fraud people should be punished

              Even though the application is received by you on[protected], it is more than 40 days now the application is not processed by thepancard.com. I have sent 12 reminder messages there after, but no response from the company. This intolerable delay from the company shows the way the company is dealing with its customers. The money is collected in advance which is double the money other agencies are collecting for this service.
              Hence, i request the customers not to deal with this company for pancard related services which are available at a cost of rs.200/- elsewhere and service of this company is totally useless.

                I had applied for a new Pan Card on the 10th of Aug 2020. I has sent it via post on the same day they never replied or never updated it on the websites about the application. I never knew wheather they had recieved or not after there consumer support I had asked them to verify then on the 19th August only they replied now my application No. A2793393 is still in Validation Process Now it is 7th September 2020. It usually takes only 2 days I don't know what to do next. Please help.

                    This company can only collect money through web site during covid times, but after collecting for everything else they will never respond, or do any damn thing. It is more than 45 days, they swindled the money and never responded.

                    For God's sake never ever pay the money these company.

                      Https://www.thepancard.com/ is a website created to apply for new or correction pan card request. It looks like a govt website but looks fake as i am experiencing, i have been requested for a pan request and did some transaction for the same, all the required document has been submitted on the mentioned address, but now there is no response from there support, it looks its and scam and fake website, please take appropriate action against them, its is showing in the top of pan request and anybody can miss lead.

                        I have applied for the pan card on THIS WEBSITE 'WWW.thepancard.com', after filling the form and completing all the procedure, i have paid Rs. 399 for the same from my debit card. Payment has been successfully deducted from my bank account, i have received deduction sms & email from my bank for the same & it is showing in my bank statement too. But after the deduction of the payment, i have never received any confirmation from the website through email or sms for confirming my payment, not received any transaction no./ Request no. Etc, Even when i am trying to check status of my pan card on the website, it is saying no pan card request received, there is no CUSTOMER support details available on the website, there is one form for submitting a request to CUSTOMER care i have tried that 100 times but no response received. i have tried mailing them with all the proof of deduction on the id mentioned '[protected]@pancard.com' but no response received from any one. I

                        So i made complaint 'WWW.###.in' for the same. After the complaint i have received response from ### and they are saying to process your refund we need your debit card no. & Expiry date of the card by which you made the payment and OTP. I refused for that as it is prohibited by RBI to share such details even bank never ask for such details so i can't understand why they are asking such details for providing refund, this details are required to pay not for refund.

                        After that i received called by this no. [protected], by the person Named ' Rahul Tripathi' he said he is calling from national security board & for resolving the complaint you made on ### website we need your debit card details when i refused, he disconnected the calls and when i call back on the same no. Other executive from that HELPLINE said that we do not have any executive named by rahul Tripathi and we never asked for such details for ANY COMPLAINT.

                        I don't understand what's happening to me fist of all my money is deducted falsely now i don't t understand why people from ###.in is asking my debit card details and otp for the refund.

                        Please help me, i am attaching the screenshot shot of sms & bank statement for the proof of deduction and screenshot of messages received from ###.

                          I have applied for PAN card on "The Pan card" site on 14-May-2020. My Customer code is A2572465. i made payment but for further processing it is asking to take print out and post documents.

                          Since then i am continuously writing to their team to please guide me further because we are in RED zone due to COVID-19. Neither i can take print out nor i can post because nothing is open here.

                          i am asking for their support but no one even bother to reply or guide. i need PAN card urgently, my money also stuck with you. No contact number available, no email address there. customer support is not replying. what to do. Please process my REFUND.

                          I don't expect this kind of service. worst ever.

                            My name is Salim Khan and I have applied for a correction in my PAN Card on 3rd June as I was in a emergency so I didn't check about this company and I applied and paid 399 rupees. You guys have not yet updated the application it is only showing validation done kindly will you please tell when it will be submitted and I will get my Pan. I know that I am scammed by you guys so please don't do like this they money you are earning you will never get happiness from this by scamming people who are in need.
                            So The team of ThePancard.com please send me my Pan it's a humble request, please.
                            They are not processing my pan card and are asking for the documents repeatedly to avoid the service. I sent them the applications and the documents 3 times but all they do is point out the mistakes I never made in my applications.

                              On dated 16.05.2019 having customer code a2125646.
                              After five days they sent an email there is an objection query regarding aadhar card uploadation.
                              At that time i have also upload the aadhar card copy.
                              Till date no status updation is available on the website
                              Plz do needfull.

                                Hello sir,

                                My name is arun george. I have applied my pan card application through this site that is thepancard.com. I have paid around 400 rupees and after some days i got a mail from them like my aadhar card was not enclosed. I have cleared all the errors and submitted the aadhar card scanned copy. I again waited for 2 weeks but i didn't get any response from them. So i contacted the another vendor and submitted the another application for the pan. And i get acknowledgement number and after that this site the pancard.com side called me and they ask me why you are cancelling the pan card application. I just told them i have waited for 2 weeks but i didn't get any response from your side, then they told me we will cancel that application. But still the new application is not processed because the first application is not yet cancelled. I tried messaging them. But still i didn't get any response from them to cancel my application. Please look into this issue as i lost many jobs due to this pan card issue. Please block this site so that it will be helpful for the people who search for the pan card.

                                This is not a genuine site. They took all the charges including government, GST, convenience fees. Not responding to any of my emails and contact is unreachable.

                                Google as well as E-governance should take serious action against this.

                                    Approx. 48 day before i have applied pan card though your web site www.thepancard.com and applied new pan card and pay fees. After 20 day i have received confirmation on 21-feb-2019 my mother pan card successfully generated and ready to dispatch within 5 to 7 working days will be delivered in your registered address now today is 12-mar-2019 and i have not receive my pan card i have drop the message many time but i don’t get proper answer from the pan card department.                                       Hi i applied for a new pan card as my current pan card got damaged

                                      I made an online payment of rs 399 on thepancard.com but it is still showing as transaction failed

                                      Despite the fact that payment got successful and i have made the payment using google pay. I have also attached the screenshot.

                                      Not to mention their customer support never receives call, and it automatically disconnects every call

                                        I applied for pan card through thepancard.com and my reference code is A1822367 and DOB is 13 Jan 1991..On 09th Nov 18.. they sent objection regarding documents. I uploaded the required documents on 23rd Nov 18. Since then there was no responce. After making a call to customer care on 11 dec 18, then they were asking on which address we have to send the pan card. I told them to send on aadhar address. There is no responce till now. Today on 17 dec 18 i called customer care but they were not attending the call since 2 hrs. After attempting number of times they attended the call and said today or tomorrow you will receive a coupon. After receiving coupon it will take around 15 to 20 days to receive pan card. So approximately it is taking 2 months to receive a pan card... The company has to compensate for this much delay... I was wanting the PAN very urgent... Pls the needful
