Dear Friends, I am from middle class family and I was facing "IT Recession" during 2011-12. So finally I had joined Thyrocare.This Company is worst of all in India. They will collect Rs.10000 as a Security Deposit + Rs. 5000 as Training Fee (There is NO TRAINING at all) Total Rs. 15000 you have to pay at the time of joining which you will never get Refund ! They will never give you Proper Increment on Paper which you can show in future as a Proof. Daily Mental Torture and Frustration done by Managment. Companies Rules and SOP's are daily changed by Management. Working Hours are 9am to 6pm but none of the Employee's left at 6pm. They will force you to leave minimum 7pm and maximum 8 or 9 pm. Your Team Leader or Manager always force you to come on Sunday (Compulsary OT). You will get OT Payment if you are lucky. Management loves to Keep Employees Salaries on Hold. You will never get a Experience Letter ! Instead of it they wil give you Relieving Letter after 3 months of your Resignation. So I can say that... "ALL IS NOT WELL IN THYROCARE" Please Tell your Family and Friends... Beware of this SLAVE TRAP ! _ Your Well Wisher.

On 30th.October 2013 morning Mr. Joji of Sree Laboratary, Guntur A.P, India collected blood sample type: EDTA . for AAROGYAM 1.3. But it was received by your Lab on 2nd November 2013 at 02:01 and results arrived at 02 November[protected] after 9 hours) The blood sample was tested after 3 1/2 days.of taking sample. I am doubt full of the quality of the sample because of delayed blood testing. I'm really sorry to state the below information’s. Customer Name: N. Lakshmi Customer ID: SP08072084 Order No: ORD[protected] Order Date: 08.07.2013 Receipt No: TAN18 Bill No and date: 1828 – 12.07.2013 We are not satisfied with the service provided by thyrocare. As on 12.07.2013 one of executive Mr. Balakrishnan has visited our place on around 8:15am for collecting the blood at the same time we also paid the sum of amount Rs.1045/- and confirmed with the executive within how many day we will be receiving the reports, whether it will be thru courier or ourselves need to collect it from the nearest branch, executive informed -report will be sent thru the courier which will take 2-3 days and left the place, Just within 10-15 minutes we got a call for confirming whether any executive has visited our place for collecting the blood, I confirmed yes. Just we waited for 2 to 3 days; we did not receive any call or the courier. I gave a call to customer care for confirming whether the courier has been dispatched or not. These customer care executive, informed our server is down we are unable to check once it is ready we will get back to you. There were no responses at all. Now I want to know whether I will be receiving the reports thru courier or not. Already it is nearly to 2 month. My father has also visited Marathalli branch, but then too no action have been taken from your end. Either I need to receive the report or kindly return our money back. Requesting you to take some action on this, I think you will understand why we require the reports and you are also aware why you are conducting this test.

Thyrocare - Om Diagnostics Services located at 24-8-2/1, Near Railway Gate, East Anandbagh Malkajigiri, Hyderabad had issued a bill bearing No.10645 to deliver Thyroid test reports on 09/9/2013. They had repeatedly assured to issue the reports on 09/9/2013. I had asked whether Lab will be closed on that date as it is Ganesh Chaturthi. But one Mr.Naveen, who was present in the LAB at that time had given assurance that the LAB will be open and that the reports will be delivered. But when i went to collect the reports, i was astonished to find that they were not ready. 2 Ladies present there had no idea about reports. They did not have basic manners on how to behave with customers. They shouted and yelled at me and they asked us to :GET OUT OF OUR PLACE". If this is the service provided, Thyrocare will loose its brand image. It is upto the Company to decide whether to continue such practices and loose its customers and brand image or to improve its services and its brand image.

Friends, I would like to share my torturing experience I had in thyrocare!

As a fresher and graduate (unable to get job for 3 months) I was under desperate situation to get any job. Then I got an opportunity in Thyrocare through job fair - later on date of interview they demanded for 10000 security deposit which was refundable on if you worked for 2 years. This raised about authenticity of thyrocare, but I decided to join nevertheless.

The job role given was Customer support executive (though I clearly inquired at the interview if it was not a voice process). As an engineer, unable to get job in my relevant field decided to work as business development executive; but they tricked me into a CALL CENTRE.

3 months of frustration, destitution, mental torture I worked till I recovered my 10000.
This deposit amount is a source of income for the company (min. 50 freshers = 5 lacs per month) and they harass the employee until he departs and facilitate to fool another innocent.

My message is; please learn from my mistake - DON'T FALL INTO THEIR TRAPS AND NEVER DEPOSIT ANY MONEY PRIOR TO YOUR JOINING (ANY COMPANY).

As a citizen it was my duty to spread awareness of such fraudility - same for my friends and help to unveil the true identity of thyrocare...................

i want to get complete check of my body. i called thyrocare. The person in charge told me that there is package of body check up for Rs. 6000/- but person did not mentioned what package includes. and also not given other option packages for complete body check up. She just said it is for Rs. 6000/-. it is their duty to explain what this package is include and what not? Also they have not said that there are other packages also . So what would u like to select. as i have no idea about this i said go for 6000/-. Then also they are not responsible to mentioning the details of package.

Next morning their person came and took the blood samples. Took money with no receipt.

After that i came to know from thyrocare arogyam website that there is a package of 63 test for Rs. 2500/- and they charged me Rs. 6000/-

So when i called them they are not responding properly and giving foolish answer. they are not accepting their mistake also. They also said that u can go to consumer forum, we don't care about this.

please suggest me in this case what i have to do? How to resolve this matter

This is regarding irregularities that I had faced at Thyrocare pathology lab.


On 12-sept-12 I visited Thyrocare center in sector 47 noida for some blood test and a service charge I paid 600/- to Mr. Gulati there. I asked him about the receipt for the same. He refused to pay the same. Then I asked the head office for the same multiple times to give me the receipt , there was no one to provide me the same. Even then I drop a mail to senior officers/MD/CEO regarding the illegalities being done with the customers.
For the customer if he is not receiving any receipt for the money he paid, so that mean there is something fishy behind the scene or something illegalities that are being done in a very large scale or (May be if this is the case)something not paying the exact tax to the Indian Govt. or maybe something else like many Orgn. do the same to save their tax. But yes defiantly there is something behind the scene .On further investigating on this issue and based on conversation with some Thyrocare employee, they also agree on same.

Initially, I was thinking that senior officer will take my issue very seriously, But I was wrong. I received a call from [protected] on Friday ‘14 by CEO Mr. Velumani . He started shouting on me over the phone and scolded me on writing mail and pointing out their mistakes in the policy. Even he was also not interested with my issue , He just ignored me and used abusive words over the phone. That was very hurting to me. He was in a mood to listen me any word just called me to scold me. My question with him weather I am kid or his son?? Obviously in this a professional world everyone have to pay for his roles/responsibility ,And now I have strong believe that Neither Thyrocare nor in employee to whom I had telecon are worth to be trust. There is some more about the reports that I received, But I do not want to be mentioned here.

As my experience with Thyrocare was very pathetic , So I would request you all to be aware of these issues before having some appointed with them and make sure you are not the next victim like me. Till now I have not received my bill for the money I paid even after escalating to senior managements peoples. Not you guys are much intelligent to understand what is going behind the scene.

Income Tax department please find the real issue if this is the case !!!!

I got mobile message from thyocare (m)[protected] reg full body checkup,on[protected],my blood sample was collected through M/S New Life Healthcare,Rohini, Delhi (m)[protected] ,Till date They have not given any proof of their accreditation.I have received one incomplete report.They collecting money and playing with the life of the people.

I had got done an alternative treatment for my 8 year old hyperthyroidism last November and wanted to check its authencity by getting a test done having zero traces of the daily doses of thyronorm in blood. I booked T3, TSH, T4 test on phone (thyrocare Mumbai customer care) and placed the above condition of test. I was told to enquire with the sample collecting person about it. Without paying much attention, he (Mr. Saleem) told not to have thyronorm just on testing day (I was not very convinced, but I went ahead believing him to know more than me being in this field). Test happened and reports were fine. i.e I could consider the alternative treatment successful. I requested the lab person to allow speaking to the pathologist to confirm on the test pre-condition but he told to email customer care about anything further. When I mailed, Dr sushma replied saying that I need to consult endocrinologist for all inferences. I didn’t ask for any advice post test, I was always talking about test pre condition, which pathologist doctor can surely understand & advice. She maintained this stand until two months! Inspite of her collegue declaring her understanding of my requirement wrong half way the period under consideration! Along with this mail communication with thyrocare happening for around 2-3 weeks and also after stopping the daily supplement, I was feeling tired, so I called customer care to do a retest with compensation as the test pre condition was not met just a month ago and it was waste of money for me inspite of mentioning the test pre condition from the start to all involved . (this I got it cleared when Dr Sirish called from Mumbai thyrocare and carefully listened & understood my requirement and told that the traces of daily supplement remain in blood until 15 days or so. ) I requested him to document the phone conversation in mail so that I can request customer care for compensation as he said he didn’t have authority to grant compensation. He reluctantly agreed, and as expected no mail came from him. So I called the bangalore sample collection person as last resort to place my final request for compensation. He also kept beating round the bush. Two months have gone by that I have stopped daily dosage and two weeks have gone by after the last communication from thyrocare. It is right testing precondition, only a matter of realizing and compensating the miss o[censored]nderstanding customer requirements before giving solutions by thyrocare! Please help.

I had bought thyrocare aarogyam D profile package for lab tests. I got a partial report. When I called to check on the balance lab report I was told that the blood specimen was not enough they needed to draw blood again. I made an appointment with their local rep. I have been waiting for the rep to show up he is not returning my calls or company is not answering the query either. I would highly suggest to all the consumer to wary o[censored]sing this company. This company seems like a scam being run. Please be careful and save your money.

Dont use bad word for other Employee (HR, Persnl, ). they all r like u.. Even I dont like the policy of thyrocare. other employee is just working as per the instruction given by the managment. they cant leave the job becoz of finacial problem, without any new job or etc. if sombody want to continue with thryocare they can. have u noticed 1 thing they r not giving proper increament who is working for long time and who is giving much business in short time. they gives increament Tamilian only. becoz I noticed somewher. so many people in thyro dont like to speak in Hindi. so dat how can we expect for other language. anyway let it b.

This Company is really Running on the safety Deposit they take from the company. there is a woman called Mohita she is very rude with every emplyee she has affair with all the directors. There is other woman Manjula she is in DFO and Rude with all the Employees. There are many more like Srinivetha Amrutha all are randis of thyrocare. There is also one other Bhaygyashree.

Asking For Deposit Money Insted of paying to employee
Hello Dear Friends,

My self Rajesh, worked on this company since last couple of months, when i joined this company they told me it's your new joining formalities, you should pay a small deposit which is refund after 24 months of your job completion.if the candiate left before the suggest months company not given any refund amount.again if the company ask candiates to left the job company will given the security deposit.
but the company policy's are no body known. only they collect the amount from the candiate.and running the company, and tourted the employee to left the job,

they told all new candiate who is coming to the employement for this company for a big dream abut after joining there is one lady name Ananga, mohita, and the management of the company[JKR] whose nature is not good, tourted the employee, the result coming to employees are left without the security deposit money.

the JKR's behaviour not well, some days before he missbehave the lady employee, inside his cabin, when she complained the results are coming, the survivor left the job.

only the company doing the job like consultancy, but consultancy is better than thyore care
i suggest the guy's don't go to that company for any job
don't waste your time
