Again i am complaining with you for thyrocare. I trust your service so please resolve as soon as possible.
This is vikash kumar and i booked order aarogyam 1.2 for medical tests from thyrocare on 16.10.2015, and one authorise person came to my home and collect blood sample and also collect 745 rs for test charges. And they told me that your report will be delivered by 20.10.2015. But unfortunately my report could not deliver yet. Then after two days i consulting to thyrocare for report then told me that your sample was cancelled and recollect your blood sample.
So, i m not interested right now because it's totally fake medical officer and blood sampler also. Because they have no ideas that how to collect blood sample. Very cheap medical company. I want to that please take legal action regarding such type of cheap service.

My samples wewre to be collected today ( ie 15.10.15 ) at 7 AM for tests as per AARYOGAM 1.3 & received confirmation under B902E, But no body came to collect the samples Over & above sample collection, Rakhi Sisodia contact nos provided were unattended, I am diabatic can not be empty stomach for long hours. If thyrocare do not have capability to provide quality service, better they must restrict to limited areas.

Sir i am sanjay from delhi rohini-85 my number [protected]. I have booked ar 1.3 on[protected] company arrange a sample collection at2-9-2015 and promised report on 4-8-2015 but still the sample has not processed and company has no answer .my sample number EF334.I RECEIVED a report on 8 -9- 2015 but surprised on report my name is not there name on report of some body from dwarka and i am from rohini then i talk mr bhupti [protected] he say report is yours but name is misprint so please help me and give me my report.

I had a blood test from thyrocare lab n in my report I found my lead, (heavy metal test) was high and when I testes d same thing from other lab for cross checking it was with in normal level. So I want thyrocare to re check der report. Thank you

I had thyroid profile test on 5 /8/15 & received reports on 7/8/15 which was suspected wrong by my doctor as it indicates hypothyroidism & the reports were even signed by their pathologist then I retested it from another lab & my reports were normal .After several complaints also no response is received till now . I would suggest not to take any test from such labs in sake of discounts.

I am regularly receiving a local authority messages of thyrocare for discount on different type of blood test, biopsy, etc from Dr.PK Sinha-[protected], & telecaller no is from which message is send-[protected]..Also see the proof of that message.my one number is-[protected] but in which i got the message in [protected]. All this happens on 1-7-2015 at 01:25 pm when i am working.number of client/thyrocare person is given as Dr.PK Sinha-[protected], & telecaller no is from which message is send-[protected]. I have booked for Arogyam 1.2 for 4 members of my family. My complaints are- 1. They came late for collection (I have specifically told to come early and on time that my mom has diabetes and cant stay hungry in morning for late or her sugar level may drop down) 2. while taking blood they made some mistakes and hurt my dad's hand. He got swelling in hand. 3. since 3 days no reports came. No phone replied. I have to send many emails to get soft copy of reports. Hard copy came too late. 4. My dad's few reports were cancelled. They have yet not come for fresh collection of blood sample. Even after lot of emails no one have come up to say on which day they will come and collect blood sample and provide rest of reports. 5. Ahmedabad branch persons never reply phone. I regret why I have booked Thyrocare. Will never use it again and I am also thinking to go to consumer court for damages if my problem is not solved in 24 hrs. Also, reports seems not authentic. If services are so pathetic, how can I trust people making report would be qualified and provide proper reports?

Iam dr prithivi requested thyrocare executive mr srinivasan naidu to book online arogaya m package 1.3 for myself on 7th may he gave me the order no asked me to cal the local sample collector .He did not give me the price of the package but I checked it online n there was an offer n on 24th april I got my husbands tests done for same package n I received a msg from thyrocare saying it's 1350Rs but this Tim e I did not receive any message n details next day morning after repeated calls sample collector came n taken the sample n charged 1450rs n no bill when Ic called mr naidu who booked appointment he speaks very rudely n says don't call me do whatever u want.is this the way u talk to ur customers n address their queries. Still my prproblem not solvef

I have taken Rs 2500/- from Aarogyam Thyrocare, In start they do 10 call fro appointment, sample collection.. impresive, but once after taking the sample pathetic behavior, no followup, no message from their side.. anyways after followup I got my reports online, I was surprised to saw the result.. I am a beta Thelsemia pateint and my Hemoglobin never goes up from 10.7 and in thyrocare reports it was 16.7, I logged a complaints in their customer care, no followup from there side, I tried n no of times they accepted there mistake but till no resolution, almost a 20 day. Horrible n shocking experience.. Wrong reports and after so many followup from my side people accepted their fault but more pathetic they no their fault still no recovery or no followup.Please dont go for any offer package Thyrocare only do followup till the time they get money once after payment they will not care what is in report n more shameless they even dont want to correct it. I have done reports again with trusted source, now planning to consumer forum, . http://wellness.thyrocare.com, this is side please dont go with these people. I have booked Aarogyam 1.2 for my father His blood sample was collected first on 6th February and then re-collected on 11th February due to pending tests. However, its been 5 days that there is no clarity about the re-collected sample neither through their mails nor through the telecon with their agents (forgot about the pending reports). I donot expect such a poor response from a big Brand called "Thyrocare". Being a customer, I have to apologise for availing their service.

I gave my blood samples on 22 Nov 2014 for conducting tests on it. The reports were supposed to come to my registered email id max to max by 24 Nov. Its been 12 days since the samples collected and I haven't received my reports yet.


I called their helpline multiple times but found no response from them.Aflet several follow ups I got only half report.
As promised they were supposed to send me the hard copies also.
I did not receive either soft or hard copy.

I along with my wife has got the tests done in aarogyam 1.3 package. Got the tests done on 12th july by thyrocare partner new life health care rohini. Haven't got our reports till 21st of july'2014. We had an appointment with doctor also on 19th july which we have to cancel because the reports are not delivered to us. Person can come to collect the money from rohini but can not deliver the reports...After complaining on 21st july. We got the reports which were incomplete, urine reports were missing and after confirming from the thyrocare, we came to know that the sample was lost. Again their new partner from vasundhra gaziabad and too k the sample on 25th of july. Then again we didn't got our reports till 28th. After follow up, they mailed me the report which was only mine. My wife's sample was again lost. Now they are asking for the refund o[censored]rine test which is rs 150/- while we have taken a complete couple package of rs 3000/-. What about the trauma we have suffered...We have cancelled doctor's appointment 3 times. Who is going to pay for that and the time lost. Request your intervention, as i want to have my entire money back...When they can loose our samples twice...What is the surity that the blood reports they have given to us is our samples only.

There is no report for urine tests...After inquiring from him he said that he is checking the reports but no revert. Thyrocare is worst company in world. If anyone received offer letter of thyrocare plz dnt take joining bcoz once you take joining they will take 10000 security deposit from you, which is refund after 25th month but they harass you within a 3month and you don't have any option without leaving.This company's CRO (AVM) is Mad man who thought he is god .And each saturday he will give same lecture which is very bored and restrict to attend this lect for new Joinee, On each and every step they will going to harass you. After giving lecture they told you write what you understand this is happen still you will not leave this company .

Hello sir/madam, Two days back I had booked arogyam1.2 from online. Order No OPB16010 Purushothama/arun had taken sample from my home and i asked two more sample for my mother and brother. Today i received report from thyrocare for first 2 was correct and satisfied which i had booked from online but other two report which i am forwarding to you is shown below.I am not satisfied with this report because logo of thyrocare is not shown on report and same time they had collected so why not came from same ID . Please verify . Thanks

I paid Rs 650 for Aarogyam 1.2 package and the sample was collected on the 9th May. Receipt No 10420. 1. The technician came more than two hours later than the appointment time causing great hardship as I am a diabetic and had to remain on fasting. 2. Though about a fortnight has already elapsed, I have received neither a hard copy nor a soft copy of the reports. 3. There has no response from their customer care also, though they said they would get back to me within half an hour against my complaint.

I called up Thyrocare (M: [protected]/[protected]) on May 9, 2014 to schedule an at home collection of blood under your “Aarogyam” Complete Health Checkup plan. I spoke to Ms. Kamla (M: [protected]) from Thyrocare’s Franchisee named Niramay Pathlab (address: Office No. B11, Sion Shivaji Nagar CHS, Bhaudaji Road Extension, Sion, Mumbai – 400022). Ms. Kamla assured me that they (Niramay Pathlab) were the authorized blood collection agents of Thyrocare and that their representative will collect blood samples from me and my mother at 9 am on May 10, 2014 from my residence. Ms. Kamla also asked me to pay by cheque to the collecting representative at the time of drawing the blood sample. I asked for the package of 61 tests (INR 1799) for myself and 84 tests (INR 4299) for my mother. The representative of Niramay Pathlab, Mr. Faizan (M: [protected]), came at my house to collect blood at 8:45 am on May 10, 2014. Here are the glaring issues which I and my mother faced: · Mr. Faizan refused to wear any gloves while drawing venal blood from us. He said, “Mujhay gloves nahi jamta” (I am not comfortable wearing gloves). · Mr. Faizan did not disinfect his hands either by washing or any other way. Just a minute ago, before entering our house, he had used his hands to take off his shoes outside our door · Mr. Faizan took out of bottle of disinfecting alcohol from his bag but DID NOT use it to wipe our skin with cotton before drawing blood · Mr. Faizan drew venal blood from me and my mother and put them in glass vials. These vials he then put inside his cloth back pack. He had NO icebox or any other sterile, temperature control container for safe transport of the blood samples · Mr. Faizan had travelled by Thane Municipality bus from the railway station to reach my house and went back the same way – so there is no chance that the blood samples were being protected in a temperature controlled hygienic environment before reaching Thyrocare laboratories at Turbhe · Mr. Faizan informed me that he had other collections to do before taking all the samples to Niramay Pathlab at Sion. From there, he informed me, all the samples would go to Thyrocare laboratories at Turbhe · Mr. Faizan asked me to write out one cheque of amount INR 6098 (INR 4299 + INR 1799) in the name of Niramay Pathlab. I called up Niramay Pathlab (M: [protected]/[protected]) to reconfirm the spelling of their name on the cheque · Mr. Faizan wrote and signed two receipts with the logo of Thyrocare (RC 10322888 and RC[protected] for the payment. On the receipts he did not mention that the mode of payment was by a cheque · Mr. Faizan assured me that I shall get the Thyrocare reports soon after 12 noon on May 10, 2014 on my email. He wrote my email id – ([protected]@gmail.com) – on his receipt book · I texted my residential address and the blood sample bar codes (S 38678350 B 38239572 and S[protected] to Thyrocare Turbhe (M: [protected]) to complain about this serious deficiency of service while collecting blood I received a call from Thyrocare Customer Service cell, Turbhe (T:[protected] at about 2:30 pm on May 10, 2014. The person identified himself as Rahul, an employee of Thyrocare Customer Service, Turbhe. I related all that I have mentioned above. Mr. Rahul agreed with me that the procedures followed by Mr. Faizan were highly irregular and that Mr. Rahul would immediately forward my concerns to Thyrocare’s Complaints department. Mr. Rahul mentioned that there should have been sterile procedures followed by the blood collecting representative which were not followed in this case. I have the following disturbing questions to ask Thyrocare: · Are you or any of your representatives even aware of the serious risks that you are placing your customers by following such bad practices? HIV and Hepatitis infections, not to mention other types of infections, can easily be transmitted by the procedures followed by Mr. Faizan. · What is the state of the blood samples if no arrangements are made for them to be transported in temperature controlled, sterile containers from the time they are collected till they reach the Thyrocare labs at Turbhe? How can their authenticity and accuracy be trusted? It is 6:20 pm on May 10, 2014 as I type this email and I have still not received the blood reports from Thyrocare by email.

I had registered for Thyrocare testing worth Rs 4080/- . First thing they could not deliver the reports on time. By the time, i could contact them, the patient for which i booked the order did move to Assam. They told me then they could n't do the testing as the Thyrocare executive who collected the samples had collected insufficient blood sample. And so they confirmed they would again collect the blood sample from Assam and give me the report. I reluctantly agreed as i have already paid them the full amount. But after 2/3 days they came back, they came back and informed they can't collect blood sample from Assam and so they would refund me the amount. I agreed. But after that they informed that they had done some tests and so would not refund only Rs 1522/-instead of Rs 4080/-. And they submitted a partial report at my home in my absence. I have rejected their offer of Rs 1522/- refund as i have already asked the patient to do a complete test from some other agency. So we have to pay double now. Can anyone suggest me any help in this to get me the full amount as refund. I have the following complaints against them 1.> Negligence by collecting insufficient blood sample. 2.> Negligence by not delivering the report on time and not sending any intimation also. 3.> Making false promises to the customer and then retracting. 3.> Charging me for some partial tests, whereas i paid for the complete 81 tests.

Dear Friends, I am from middle class family and I was facing "IT Recession" during 2011-12. So finally I had joined Thyrocare.This Company is worst of all in India. They will collect Rs.10000 as a Security Deposit + Rs. 5000 as Training Fee (There is NO TRAINING at all) Total Rs. 15000 you have to pay at the time of joining which you will never get Refund ! They will never give you Proper Increment on Paper which you can show in future as a Proof. Daily Mental Torture and Frustration done by Managment. Companies Rules and SOP's are daily changed by Management. Working Hours are 9am to 6pm but none of the Employee's left at 6pm. They will force you to leave minimum 7pm and maximum 8 or 9 pm. Your Team Leader or Manager always force you to come on Sunday (Compulsary OT). You will get OT Payment if you are lucky. Management loves to Keep Employees Salaries on Hold. You will never get a Experience Letter ! Instead of it they wil give you Relieving Letter after 3 months of your Resignation. So I can say that... "ALL IS NOT WELL IN THYROCARE" Please Tell your Family and Friends... Beware of this SLAVE TRAP ! _ Your Well Wisher.
