The report submitted gives total psa value of 3.53 ng/ml and free psa value of 1.2ng/ml.

Further it says that normal range for free psa is 20% of total psa and 1.2 being about 34% of total psa, it is good and indicates very low probability of prostate cancer.
Simultaneously at another point in the report it says that free psa should normal reference range < 0.26ng/ml according to which the level 1.2 of free psa is 426% of the higher limit!
My contention is how both these normal limits/references can be correct?
Inspite of repeated complaints to them stating that both limits cannot be correct, they are not at all ready to accept the logic and talk about the medical knowledge of their phd qualified doctor.
Did not expect them to behave in this unprofessional way.

Sir, blood composite taste on 9th may in the name usha lata dalmia, paid rs 1550.00, very bad service, very tuff to get report, missed doctor appointment, reputation is becoming bad. Pls see
The company is a rookie, standard less, thief company, there is no way to sample the test here, nor is anyone here to answer your questions. I would recommend to all of you that do not waste your time, money and health by doing a test with your determination.
I am not sure about the accuracy of the reports...have to check them. But, I found that the blood collecting technicians are very young and do not wear gloves while collecting the blood. Thyrocare should train them and ask them to follow some hygenic standards...

How long does it take to train them?

    Am manoj pandey, recently i book wellness pack B @ 1500, before booking appointment i call and discuss that i want vitamin D3, i got advise that if i am going to select wellness B pack in that it will cover vitamin D3, for that i paid 1500 rupees and movies ahead. when my report came than i came to know that in this pack there is no vitamin D3. and that is mandatory for me.
    now my 1500 rupees totally wast.
    pls. suggest me how to get back my money.

      First of all i believe they really are not running a company related to heath care. It looks like they have hired courier peoples from companies like fedex. I booked my appointment on[protected], 08:00 am to 09:00 am. We were fasting since 12 hours. Morning there were no sign of calls so we decided to call on their given collection guy's number at 8:45 am. He said he was not aware that he had to come and he was like just now i received email of sample collection. I got angry on him which made him give number of another guy and he said this guy will come. When i called on that number, it was a wrong number.

      Later i called their customer care number, they were like "we don't know what is going on". Upon further fighting they called me back and said i rescheduled the collection on friday which i never did. I wanted to register complaint against them but i thought of giving them another chance hoping to make their service better.

      They called me after 1 day and asked about rescheduling which i agreed on[protected], 08:00 am to 09:00 am. They never apologized about their bad service but i let that go too. I received a call nearly around 8:30 am from collection guy and he was asking about address which i tried to explain but was looking like he first time came to hyderabad and they never use map or gps. Surprisingly i again received a call from their customer care after nearly 15 mins saying i rescheduled the collection at 6pm. Why the hell i will reschedule it as i am fasting since 12 hours again and waiting for him. I was much angry this time but i thought people like these will never change.

      We decided to lounge a complaint against them and this is a start of it.

      Never go with them, never! I saw somewhere that they are hiring freshers only and make such a big company. My message to their board is if you want to hire fresher, do it for your internal staff and let them learn real life things first. I really dont have problem with hiring freshers but expecting them to do this kind of service is like expecting a new born to give us lecture on physics.

      I want my reports softcopy via Official mail.and i was paid rs 1085 at the time of blood collection. as ur customer support team ask me to pay for aarogyam A and before and after fasting suger test..and they give me only arogyam A reports..i am really getting disopointed for thyrocare service.. executives gave me a fake promisses .and they don't show any seriousness for my problem every time. Everytime I was calling and asking about Solving problem. But till now Jaise the.uparse paise to pure liye aur reports adhi mili vo bhi application mai jake kahi my head MIL gayi.koi mail nahi aaya Officially, executive to bina clients ko puche hi booking cancle kar dete hai ye bolke ki tecnician ko ghar ka address mila nahi and kisiko bhi Bheja Jata hai kafhi time baad and vo bhi technician Random blood test karke bolta hai ki suger nahi hai to after fasting suger test ka koi jarurat nahi hai and fhir vo test to huva hi nahi.but before fasting ka to reports dena chaiye.har baar alag alag executive call Karke question karte the and muzhe har baar explain Karna padta tha.na koi Senior se meri baat karvai koi bhi executive ne.thyrocare needs to Immprove their Customer service and computer system also. Taki customers ko koi problem face na karne pade ye keheke ki aapka data yaha show nahi hora. And now last point is agar koi action nahi liya to really ill go to d Consumer care and ll complaint abt thyrocare.muzhe jaise bola gaya tha reports chaiye vo bhi asap..(Aarogyam A, FBS, PPBS)ppbs to aab possible nahi hoga kyuki uskeliye koi aaya hi nahi tha.but atlist i want FBS reports in next one day.and i dont want to talk with any executive now.i want only reports via mail and also Accurate reports.

        I have undergone tests and I am a MALE. But the reports were made on the basis on FEMALE. When I contacted AAROGRAM THYROCARE they just changed the Gender to MALE and sent same the reports again.
        When I contacted my doctor, he just reports must be different for MALE /FEMALE on the basis of calculation. then I again contacted them about the figures and gave them example like for this test your figures are incorrect then they just sent the correct figure of the example test given my me. Can you imagine? they send me the reports thrice and that too after my intervention. I want the full refund of the tests done now.

          Hello,
          Once i know about Thyrocare provide lab test and give reports with in 2-3 days after taking samples from home i thought its very covinient for me for my wife because she is pregnant, i call have selected 'wellness M package' for rupees 500 they taken the sample on[protected] between 8:30-9:30 Am, i had selected soft copy report option when the report not arrived at my email on 4th day, i called them they said there are some technical problem so we have to take sample again, they taken 5ml blood again they want from a ptegnant lady, how they can be so un-professional and careless, anyways i said ok reschedule and take tge sample again on 28th march 2017 at 2 pm, but now they again betrayed, their technician even doent picking the phone.

              I took TSH test 3 times after every 3 months but the results were around 12-13(indicating hypothyroidism) but when doctor suggested me to take test from another lab, it came out to be 2.7 which indicates normal TSH level. I took the wrong medicine for around 10 months and because of that medicine side effects were there and I was in panic and now feel highly cheated.
              I would suggest THYROCARE should be BANNED as they provide wrong test results and unnecessary panic to the patient.

                After downloading app .. registered mobile, invoice number etc as instructed
                But invoice available in app but not report

I have received report of TSH which is ok and i can track it in thyrocate website, but report o[censored]rine culture is not trackable. I think this report is created by thyrocare branch using photoshop. it doesnt have barcode and labcode, also in bottom section its showing gmail link.

                    I called thyrocare for details and was cut off by saying she will email me and i can call for what i want or i can watsapp, i did watsapp on [protected] whoevr the person is on the other end does not reply i booked for an appt on 24th feb he or she said said ok but no one came on 24th, so i called them on 25th to enquire and the lady on the othr end varsha confirmed that she will book my appt, so i requested for 26th at 10.am.later im receiving a msg its booked for 27th feb at 7.30am im trying to call her back no response, called the othr numbr and he simply asks me to call 30900000 .. The watsap numbr [protected] they r online but not checking msgs. The worst service ever and i will not proceed even if they come on 27th after reading all complaints here.

                      For the last 10 years, we have been getting blood test for my wife mala bhatia, every quarter, as besides, her haemoglobin level has been decling in the range of 7-8... To our great surprise, the about indicates the haemoglobin level at 15.2, which is impossible... On checking with other test, we found that all tests, which have been on the abnormal side, have been indicicated as normal, which, again totally wrong... One mr saurab, who came yesterday to collect the blood sample was found to be completely unorganised & untrained... During the time he was taking blood, he attended to 3 calls on his mobile, as was to go to other places, in hurry... I wanted to make payment of rs 2000 through my card, but his machine was not working. So, i had to pay him the money in cash... When, he was writing the receipt, his ballpen was not working.. So, i gave him my own pen & subsequently told him to keep the same with him. These small points only prove that he was not upto the desired level of thyrocare... As h e was in utmost, hurry, he would have not written the required details on the sample... When he, took samle from the next patient, i am sure he had certainly changed the details, without bothering to know what... Which is so essential, which were required to be written on the blood sample..., mr saurab, infrmed that the report would be mailed in the evening & hard copy delivered in the morning at 10 am... When, nothing was received till 10.30, i phoned mr saurab to know the fate... He, in great hurry told that the he would let me know the status & without listening to me, disconnected the phone.. Presuming, that h e might be driving, i phoned him at 11.10, but, he did not reply... Thereafter, after, every 30 minutes, i have been phoning, not less than 10 ten times, but no reply... Is it the way, you wish to serve the customer? Pl. Be advised that tommorrow & again day after, we are going to get the blood reports from 1. Srs diagnostic &2. Appllo diagnostic...& i am sure, your reports would only tell the completely wrong reportings... Pl further, be advised, if do not get a desired response, i shall be handing over the case to my advocate to take up the issue with consumer commissins, tomove to court, besides airing my grievences through media., twitter etc, etc. Hope to get a prompt response thanks v k bhatia b 55 sector 26 noida 201301 mobile[protected]

                      2nd Reminder ...No response to my Complaint, even after lapse of one week ...Blood report from the Well established lab indicates completely different picture, which has been in accordance with the patient ' s history for the last 10 years. undoubtedly, COMPLETELY WRONG REPORT ..                         I am constrained to say that Thyrocare Mumbai's service (for CGHS) is pathetic, farcical and grossly negligent. In our experience though the chap took the samples from home the samples were mixed up by Thyrocare and wrong test reports were sent.

                        Second the test reports were not sent in a day or two but Thyrocare took its sweet time to send them after four days. One wonders who gave them a lab licence ?

                        Thirdly it has been over two weeks and despite collecting the payment, Thyrocare has not given us any receipt.

                        If Thyrocare has such low standards and that too for CGHS I would advise all to shun this lab. Our repeated calls to them donot elicits any proper response also. (Infact they sent the lab report after I warned them that the matter shall be taken up with Health Ministry.

                          As usual yearly check of all was planned on 18.12.2016.
                          In spite of three pokes person can not find Veins.
                          Just unbelievable, next day he send another person and he also tries with three pokes and finall succeeds.
                          You must have trained persons in your system.

                            I had requested for lab. Tests as per package ar. 1.2 on sat 03 dec '16 with a request for sample collection between 6 am and 7 am on sun 04 dec '16. The same was confirmed by smss from lybrate at 11.26 am on and once again at 8.26 pm on 03 dec that the sample collection has been assigned to mr lfs[protected].
                            Regrettably, no person came upto 9am on 4 dec and i had to be without any intake of food and water till that time. I am a retd. Naval officer, a senior citizen (68 years) and a diabetic patient and have been advised not to go hungry for long duration. I made a number of calls to the helpline support no [protected], but was repeatedly cut off.
                            On sun 04 dec i received a tel. Call at around 4pm. From lybrate, saying that it was due to "technical failure" that prevented the collection of sample. I told them that i could have been informed at 6 or 7am on sun.in order that i could avoid waiting.
                            I am deeply concerned that a professional organisation like thyrocare, from whom i've had lab tests done earlier, could become so lax and irresponsible, or is it that you have become so "busy" that you are not able to cope with the demand. Maybe i should then look at alternatives.

                              An order no . 29881 for collecting sample on 09/11/2016 6.45AM was confirmed by your authorized person Mr. MD Shahid .

                              Sorry to note that neither sample collecting person visited nor contacted to me and I along with my spouse remain seated waiting for a long to sample collector even with out taking a glass of water or a cup of tea .

                              As I was not provided with any contact no. so I was helpless on my part . I being a senior citizen was very much perturbed and ultimately it was no other way but to cancel the order no.29881 .

                                My wife did a tsh test and the value/result we received was 27.7 but after 2 days a doctor from apollo asked us to do the same test as he was very surprised to see the value of tsh. To our surprise the value in the new report showed 1.7 only. For both the tests my wife was fasting. Everyone was shocked. We feel cheated and will never trust thyrocare in future.

                                  Patient has developed internal blood clotting after blood collection person used wrong syringe, size was 10ml. Also method of blood collection was wrong as it left clotting. Resulting in Blue mark of internal blood clotting and pain. No response in last 12 hours after filing complaint. The blood cotting mark has spread to lower side of arm in last 2 days. It is now painful as well. I have posted a complaint with Thyrocare as well but have not yet received any kind of response.

                                    Complaint escalation:

                                    My order number is 05675 and it was assigned to Vaishali Kanade. The sample was collected on 23rd morning and since then I had to follow up thrice for reports.

                                    Before describing the complaint, I want you to note that the tests were prescribed by a doctor and can be done only during day 2 or day 3 of the menstrual cycle.

                                    Behavior of thyrocare:
                                    - When I followed up first time for the report, I was told that there is a system issue in report generation causing the delay.
                                    - Same day, I get sms of re-appointment and a call from Vaishali asking for another sample needed for fasting blood sugar. I told her to skip this test and at least share reports for the rest. (though I had already paid for it).
                                    - Today, when I follow up again, I am told that the tests could not be completed as sample was insufficient.

                                    My concerns:
                                    1) Why was I kept in dark until 3rd follow up? Even now the technician claims to know nothing about it.

                                    2) My treatment had to start based on above results and now the whole medication is delayed by a month as the next sample can be given only during next month cycle.

                                    3) I get a stupid message saying that the remaining tests can be done until 11 Sept. Why dont your people understand that the tests can only be done after a month now.

                                    I want a total refund of 1000 Rs. as the whole exercise is fruitless.

                                    I am further tempted to raise this issue with external authorities because sheer stupidity of staff has not just caused inconvenience but has impacted my medical treatment.

                                      Firstly despite mailing "thyrocare" for an appointment and following up no body even bothered to revert back and give me an appointment. later when i followed back that is when i was given the appointment for the 25th August, 2016
                                      Secondly when the appointment was given for 8 AM, the female who was going to come (prajakta) to collect the sample stated that she was told that its a 8.30AM appointment. despite calling her many times she dint bother to pick the call nor revert back. she came to collect the blood sample at 8.45AM .
                                      Is this the way that Thyrocare has its customer service and has a dirty schedule and make patients wait empty stomach for 45 minutes in the morning when no body even bothered to even call back or at least have the courtesy to pick the call or even revert back.
                                      kindly look into this matter and get me a solution of what is to be done.
                                      This behavior is not tolerated.
