Tikona — Broadband is worst service and experience ever!! You will never read tikona after reading my experience.

This is Krishna from Pune. I was staying in handewadi hadapasar. I was looking good for broadband connection, Reliance and Tikona were two options available for me. I preferred reliance over tikona but as reliance was wired connection, installation engineer said it will take 15 days because of some problem with society so I opted tikona wireless broadband(the worst this i purchased ever). I choose 3 month 4 mbps plan for 2800. Broadband connection was not so good, daily 2-3 hours internet outage. But, I think this is the case with all service provider in India for domestic use. I started using broadband from 16th July 2015. After 2 month, I shifted from hadapasar to dhanori road vishratwadi.
I phoned tikona service center, they spoke gently and said engineer will come for installation. Engineer came and told there is no connectivity in my area. But, it will be available after 15 days. I inquired tikona service center again if i get 1 month advanced payment refund. They said there is no refund facility in Tikons. So, I waited for 15 days if there will be connectivity. But, even after 15 days there was no connectivity in my area. Finally I planned to disconnect the service not to get any future bill(this is the worst part). I raised service request from online portal, someone called and said there will be connectivity in my area soon, do not disconnect. I inquired, if there is no connectivity, i will not going to pay anything as i already paid money without using service, call center person replied, you don't need to pay any bill if there is no connectivity. You will be disconnected. After few days tikona installed their router near by my society(Ambanagari Society, Vishratwadi). But, even after that installation engineer told, in my place there will not be connectivity due to there device location. I said, its fine and i returned the device to the installation engineer. But, soon after returning device i got bill of 900 from tikona . Not only bill, they called me many time in day, i explained the same problem. Call center girl replied, ok sorry. you don't need to pay. After some day, some people from tikona called me and asked the reason for not using tikona, I explained connectivity problem. They said if i refer someone they will be benefited etc. Again after few days, someone called from tikona for bill, i explained the same. Again and again and again.!!!. After one month they again generated bill with total amount 1800. Called my again and again, I explained the same but lady said i verified you have to pay the bill and someone will come to collect the device. I replied i returned device 2 month ago. Again in the evening i got phone call, I was very angry that time, I replied if you people call me i will report to police. But, the lady from the call center was such a stupid girl. She spoke vulgar words and said you have to pay only 1 month bill. 900 is pending. Again repetately i got calls from tikona, I was frustrated with calls and didn't pick those calls. But picked call once, lady told me you have to pay one moth bill again. I explained the whole think again and told, i will not be paying anything because i am not using your stupid service. Again in same day someone from tikona care called and asked why i am not using tikona service. Again another day same call why i am not using tikona service. I got one mail from tikona, if i do not pay the bill they will suspend the service and collect the device with name of the person who will collect the device. And, if i do not return it, they will fine 1000. I was laughing reading this mail with my friends and i told never use tikona.
Today 11 Nov, again i got tikona bill!!!. I think tikona do not pay salary to call center workers, they have this much time to speak vulgar, abuse customer and asked for money for not used service. I didn't wanted to write this on complaint forum but today after getting bill again, I couldn't stop writing it. Guys, please do not use tikona or even if you use record every call with tikona.
