[Resolved] Tikona — Excess payment made to tikona for which refund to the originating account is not made after too much of follow up | |||||
Company has a policy of asking waiver for non usability period which has to be asked after billing has been generated. due date of bill was about to over when I got called from tikona accepting waiver of 50% bill and suggested me to go for prepaid plans and asked me to deposit 1175 rs. (175 for due amount and 1000 for migration). the all stuff has been made on 24th feb 17. 26th was last date of payment of bill or else new bill will be generated. so I contacted customare care and got assured that waiver has been made and plans will be migrated once you make the payment. I made the payment through airtel money though in airtel apps the transaction was successful but in tikona the transaction was failed and hence I waited for next day i.e 26th feb'17 for updates. I was getting n nos. of call and messages from tikona for clearing my dues. so I contacted customare care informed that my transaction was failed when I paid through airtel money what further shall I do for which they informed me that In there website no details of payment has been made and so I need to contact with airtel money and I need to make payment of my dues amount. I though the amount with airtel money will get reversed and so I treid making payment with paytm .twice the same error happened on online transaction with paytm also .for that I again contacted high official of tikona for which they assured me that if excess payment if made by you will be refunded to you. and getting assurance I made another payment without using third party website and it shown me that transaction was successful and after a day I got confirmation from the tikona that another two transaction of Rs.1175/- also was made successful. Hence I ended up paying 1175* 3 =Rs.3525 extra. I mailed to customare care for refund of extra amount paid by me for which tikona executive first told me their is no policy of refund and after so many mail and telecon they agree for refund. now the issue is that tikona is telling to fill the charge back form from the originating bank and the excess amount will be refunded to me. I informed several time that I had made payment through third party website by adding money from yes bank credit card for which tikona executive asked me to get the information of money refund from the paytm and airtel money apps. we can't do anything with reference to third party payment. Now they are delaying my refund process and now they are creating dispute on refund amount. Instead of refund amount of Rs.3525/- they are telling I have a credit of Rs.3210.01/- excess in my account. Was this information helpful? | |||||
