On 13 march 2021 I have done payment of rupees 2000 form my netbanking account ffor adding money in my google adword account but till now payment is not reflected in my adword account. Today I called up google for the same but they said that the transaction is not available in record of google adword account and it should be added instantly if you done it through net banking.
Today I checked the payment and transaction info in my SBI account and the payment is debited to times of money limited of 2000 on 13th march 2021..
please refund back the amount asap, below i have attached the sms and bank statement screenshot.

        On 11 march 2021 I tried to buy CP points bundle in COD mobile of INR 399, I end up buying same bundle twice but i didnot get CP points and on third time i successfully bought, my money 399*2 got deducted and didnot get item please refund my money i.e, 399*2 = 798

          I have bought the blessing of the welkin moon package of genshin Impact worth Rs. 449 but I have not received it. The amount already transected from my bank account. But there is no sign about it either in Google app purchase history or my gaming account.

              Todya morning at around 8 :00 am, i made payment through game, i am not able to see receipt of that in google but the money has been debited and the game customer service is denying that they cannot track the payment by the info. i provided. I kindly request you to please refund me the money or resolve it as soon as possible.

                                        I tried to purchase a book on Play Book platform on 26 February, 2021 and paid an amount of Rs. 280 towards the cost of the book through SBI internet banking vide reference number [protected]IGAKPLETX9.
