I've bought the brawl stars gems pack that's worth 449 rupees on 28/05/2021. My money was debited but i didn't get anything in the pack. When i checked playstore, it said that the money hasn't been recieved by playstore yet.in my bank statement, it's clear that it went to times of money limited. I either need a refund or i should be given the pack. Attaching herewith are screenshots of the transactions. Kindly look into it and make sure will get the refund or pack.

    Sub: Online cheating –Loss of money from Bank account-Petition filed by Sri. Rajesh
    Kumar. V

    This office had received a petition from Sri. Rajesh Kumar. V, Triveni, near Pongummoodu, Thiruvananthapuram alleging that he had lost an amount of Rs. 45937 through fraudulent online transaction from his SBI account No. [protected]. When verified the bank account statement, it is seen that all the amounts were transferred to Times Of Money Ltd. The bank account statement is also attached herewith. Please take necessary steps to freeze all the transactions and also take necessary steps to refund the money at the earliest.

      On May 31, 2021 I made an In-app purchase of Rs.1799 through SBI netbanking. The amount was deducted from my account but it didn't reflect in the app. Please help ASAP and refund the money!

          I have purchased COD coins in the Call of Duty(COD) game. Though the transaction is completed I didn't get coins. It happened on 28th May. Thought you would refund the money or I might get coins so I kept waiting these days. Kindly revert the earliest.

                I opted for an in app purchase in Pes 2021. Amount debited was Rs.2699. But, after successful transaction, I was redirected to a page " There was an error". Though, I made the purchase again and obtained my service in the 2nd buy. I need my refund for the first transaction which ultimately failed as I didn't get my service.

                        I've made an in-app purchase through google play worth Rs.1700, the money was debited from the account but the purchase wasn't sent to me. No confirmation was given after the payment was completed. It's been almost 3 days but not the refund was given nor the purchase was given.
                        Purchase was not showing in purchase history of google play. Help me out with this.
