Address: miHoYo limited Honkai Impact, Hong kong

From Genshin impact on 25 feb i had made an in - game purchase of Rs. 899 of Gnostic hymm bundle which the said amount got debited but i failed to receive the in game purchase and there is no records statement of the mentioned date in my google play account.

          Payments received very cleverly but services not provided by the company.
          Financially effect on perents and kids and mentel harashment detected.
          Absolutely fraud observed in all of these.
          A legal rit must be lunch againt you aboutfraudd and such type of scams.
