I have paid 449 for the game topwar. My account has debited and shows money has been sent to times of money but I didn't receive what I paid off. The package show that they won't receive payment. Please help...

I paid in a game and still didn't get the rewards
I paid 80 rupees in free fire, and the transaction was made but I didn't get the game benefit. So basically, I wasted 80 for nothing. I need my money back or either the game benefits. So please do the necessary....
