    I purchased a Udemy Course on 30th December 2020 through Net Banking for 500INR.However, the course hasn't been unlocked. The amount has been debited from my account but neither the transaction nor the said Udemy course appears on App or its website. The transaction does not appear on Google history as well.

      I purchased a gold pass in clash of clans today around 1:40 pm and done a payment via google pay net banking of SBI. This payment is done by Times of Money gateway. After the payment when I opened my app, I was surprised that I didn't receive the gold pass.
      So, I request for an update about my transaction, if it's already happened then I ask for my game pack, or else the refund of my payment of Rs449. Here I'm also attaching a screenshot of my SBI page. My reference number for the transaction is [protected]IGAKEDKMG9

                  Made 2 purchases of INR 399 each so total of 798 the bank was deducted by the amount but I did not get the crystals and unit of the purchase
                  When I checked in detail the Google play store had no purchase but in the bank account there were the addresses of the purchases where the money went
