I made a purchase of ₹399 to buy COD points in call of duty mobile but didn't received them. Money got debited from bank account. I neither recieved the product for which I paid nor the refund.
Date of purchase is 20th December 2020....

I bought a beginners pack in honkai impact 3rd, and although Rs.645 has been deducted from my account, i have yet to receive the pack. I ask you to kindly refund the money back....

I have paid 79/- in the game call of duty mobile for COD points. Amount has been debited from my account . But I didn't get any COD points in game....

I was doing a transaction on clash of clans then it redirected to a website where i paid the amount like i always use to do then when i checked the game it is same my purchase was not successful but i got transaction message from my bank that amount has been debited...

I haven't received my purchase from a game called Klondike adventure nor I got refunded so I kindly ask you to please let me have my purchase or refund the money.

I have purchased level up pass in free fire of 190 rupees but didn't get anything ..my amount has been deducted but didn't got anything...

I tried to buy diamond on 11 December 2020 an amount of ₹1600. Money deducted from my bank account but not received anything. No benefit being received till now.
