I made a purchase of ₹399 to buy COD points in call of duty mobile but didn't received them. Money got debited from bank account. I neither recieved the product for which I paid nor the refund.
Date of purchase is 20th December 2020.

        I was doing a transaction on clash of clans then it redirected to a website where i paid the amount like i always use to do then when i checked the game it is same my purchase was not successful but i got transaction message from my bank that amount has been debited

                          I've had made an online payment of INR 799.00 towards Times OF Money from my ICICI account on Dec 05, 2020 at 02:26 hrs. And, the transaction ID is: [protected]. This payment is for an in-app purchase, in detail - I've tried purchasing CP in Call Of Duty - Mobile. Amount had been deducted from my account but, the in-app purchase of CP haven't received yet. Please, look into the issue and do the needful ASAP.
