Titan Eye Plus — poor quality frame and lenses | |||
I had purchased a hand crafted frame from titan and lenses with all necessary add ons costing around 10k. After using for few months i had huge scratches on the lenses k which should be scratch resistance), frame arms steel pieces came out thrice which had to stick it with quick fix and above all when i sit in front of my computer, the computer screen appears to be curve like the curved led television. I reported the matter to the outlet earlier to the store where they adjusted the frame and the curve television effect was reduced. After few days same situation. I re visited the store and explained the mattet i was very poorly treated and arrogantly spoken by the staff. Due to above i left the glasses and exited the store.in nut shell, titan is into sales of poor quality products and also having poor staff. Was this information helpful? | |||
