My name is Deep chandra arya

My wife and I got caught in a scam of Toplite Holidays Private Limited Company on 8th April 2022 in Goa.
We were going for a walk on Calangute beach, on the way we were stopped by the company hired man, he told us about his hotel anniversary that today is his hotel anniversary so he has a proposal for couples in which two cards will be given, if we become winners then we will get gifts at their hotels, by opening the cards she become the decided winner. We got caught in his trap and went to his hotel NEELAM GRAND HOTEL.One of their condition was that they would scratch the card after we walk around the hotel and Know about their membership. We went to the hotel and then they took us to a room where all the couples were already seated. We were also seated and explained how we can save both our money and time by subscribing to this company. Asif through his list explained to us about the places to visit around the world, then showed us some pictures of couples traveling to different places across the world through this subscription. We also decided to take the plan, we found this plan easy and affordable as it covers both national and international tours.
We are fully promised that we will get free pickup and drop facility, 4*, 5* hotel, and 9000 maintenance charges per alternate year if we will travel through it, and nothing more.We decided to take an alternate 10 years plan which was 89000 . I had less money in my debit card, so we were offered EMI. Asked to do EMI from credit card but due to slow internet, he converted EMI from his laptop- response then they made me to pay 75000 rs . We were not even given a chance to read the agreement and they took our signature.
We came to our hotel and read the review of the company, there were many negative comments regarding membership, we understood that we were caught in its trap.
So we are raising a complaint about this with in 24 hours and going to demand our money refund but the reviews says these guys not Going to that .
Don't know what to do, tried there no no ans
Also sent them email no response
So please suggest me should I do a police complaint of them too

I humbly request to Indian government & Tourism Ministry of GOA please look into the matter and ask this company to return the payments. These Highly Organized frauds with Honest & Innocents Tourist which bleed honest citizens from their hard earned money in this most Difficult time of COV 19.

Dear Sir,
Its very surprising that most of the consumer complain looks alike as if just read and copy pasted the same, Please let me remind you that non of the things were forced the presentation you attended was completely at your free will where you signed the concern form you agreed to give your time to the firm.
Secondly who signs a legal document without reading where it clearly mentioned its a non refundable and non cancellable package.
Most of all if the services of the company is not as given as mentioned on the contract than only you can request for a refund.
Most of the client use the forum for their unwanted terms. By dropping false allegations. We would go thru the contract norms and sorry to inform you refund is not possible but yes you can start using your services if you are a member.

well you guys think that people are doing copy paste here but they not DEAR TOPLITE
the same thing happen with me in a same way
and its not you guys there are other companies to they doing the same we got two more different people saying we have a celebration in our resort and its free invitation and there will be gifts...then we understand that that's the game.

There no offense specific on you, Now aday its become trend to just misuse the forum against the firm, Don't mind me saying but most of the members who want to misuse the firm our just drafting the same and than on the basic of that alleygating what so ever with the firm, some call and say if you have refunded to them we also wont please try and understand it varies case to case.
But that doesn't mean speaking against the firm refund would be done, As our rules mentioned on the contract. Its a non cancellable non refundable package.
Secondly, I think you have been coordinating with the team on your issue.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    It was 25th Nov 2021. when my wife and I went to havelock beach and during our return, we found a random guy asking us to visit a hotel nearby to get some gifts if we were lucky and purposefully he has confirmed me of having a credit card and 2hrs of time, After we were forced to go to the hotel, we arrived there on the way back to our hotel.
    when we arrived, we will be allotted to company executives who are very good at convincing people with their false promises and showing us non-realistic dreams of which we will get a room stay for very less price in maldives, dubai etc... later they will ask us to pay the money through a credit card to become a member. I was not convinced because of commitments and said the same to him - Salman. But he was not at all listening to me and asked me to pay at least swipe for 75000 which I did and trapped, initially he has asked me to pay 200000 for which I said no. they don't even give time to think, they were just forced us to swipe it. he has also said that on credit card EMI I will be getting the interest amount(10000) paid by the top lite company side for which I haven't even heard anything from them or salman, he is least bothered to reply or respond to my calls. once the payment is done it's over they wont contact or respond to my calls and messages.

    I hereby request you to kindly look into this and I request for my paid amount to be returned to me 75000rs.

    I am an engineer working day and night to save some money. but due to this incident, I am afraid that I may lose a sum of 75000rs.

    I would request you to please provide the justice to me by filing a case agianst these fraudsters.

    Secondly the membership is a non cancelable non refundable package taken which has been mentioned Cleary on the signed and read contract. And most of all once membership active cannot be denied.

    Hi Toplite team,

    I could understand your way of cheating people. First of all, You guys never left us to read the contract.
    and when I tried to book the room last time, your colleagues have asked me to pay 3000rs, I really don't understand why do we need to pay after being a member of the Toplite.
    It totally deviates from the point of view of what we heard on the day from your executive. We heard that we need not pay a single penny after booking the hotels.

    See when the right service is not given and doesn't stick to the commitments said while taking membership, then how do we want to continue as a member. and You have no authority to say that I cannot be denied. I will deny and go to court If I am not getting the right service which is happening in my case now.

    I have already contacted your customer care to refund the amount, I don't know if there might be some miscommunication.
    So I would request you to please refund our money ASAP and we don't want to be your member anymore.

I had less money in my debit card, so we paid 42k & rest 42k paid after reaching to my home town, mean while they taken a signature on agreement without given any chance to read the agreement. When we came to our hotel and read the review of the company, there were many negative comments regarding membership, we understood that we were caught in its trap. There was talk of getting the travel card in a month but that too did not come.
      Now, no one is answering our calls, we want to cancel our membership and want our money back.
      I humbly request to Indian government & Tourism Ministry of GOA please look into the matter and ask this company to return the payments. These Highly Organized frauds with Honest & Innocents Tourist.

        With due respect to your trail complaint, it is very amazing that some of them misuse the forum against the company with all fake and sympathies complaints where the firm is the one to be harassed by few members by claiming false holiday against the package and then when refused by the company they come over the forum and drop any kind of complaints according to their will. Lets talk point wise on the complaint mentioned by you;
        1. The presentation that you attended was on your free will after filling up a guest registration concern form which has everything mentioned on it in regards to the presentation which was signed by you.
        2. As you mentioned that Mr. Yunus his explained through his list, where you decided to take the plan as you found this plan easy and affordable as it covers both national and international tours. the membership nowhere mentions in the contract any pick up and drop services.
        Secondly, you are right we provide you with 4 * & 5* hotels but as you know TopLite is not a Multinational company so we be able to provide you the same with an exchange fee which is also mentioned on your contract. Plus the maintenance details are also mentioned on the contract
        3. Respected sir as you mentioned the balance amount was done after you reach your home town that means you must have read the contract too before the balance payment was processed, and as far as our knowledge & information passed by the team you had read & signed the contract before the initial payment done.
        4. The balance payment was done in second week of march that means a month after purchase and according to the contract the entire kit is dispatched after 30-45 days only after receipt of 100% payment.
        5. Last but not the least, we have a booking request from you on dtd. 16th March in which you were in-coordination on call as well as mail where we have honored your request for booking check-in check out dates first request was for 1st April to 4th April and then changed by you on call to 6th April to 9th April for The Lemon Tree which was honored even after it was not in the affiliation list but in the exchange. But without informing us on how to carry on with the booking you have suddenly come up with a refund request which has been rejected from the companies end as your contract very clearly mentions it is non cancel-able and non refundable membership which has been read and signed by you.
        So the allegation that you have mentioned on the complaint above are absolutely false, while purchasing the membership it was clearly mentioned to you that the affiliation list of TopLite would be consisting of all 2, 3 & 4 star hotels and anything if you require in the 5 star you will have to go with the bonus week in the exchange, but still there was a special provision given to you by the company that while you asked for the booking we would provide you with availability for the requested dates with 3 & 4 star hotels still even after doing so you have dropped the false allegation on the consumer forum as well as asked for the refund while the booking was in process. Its a request to please stop using the forum against the company for your benefits because of such few false complaints the company is simply put into bad books even after serving at our best.

        Wow such good story... after customer dissatisfaction/Frustration with your services you offer me the hotel list for booking where u also mention you have to pay the exchange cost. for 1st booking such worst experience, thanks to God that i hv not take your 15 yrs Membership with 3rd class services, You don't have any tieup with 5 star property across India - your statement is changing according to customer requirement, if customer is normal then u provide 2 & 3 star hotel list, if customer demand then only you offer.

        This is how u play with customer & just want to sale the Membership packages, after that customer has to call you & do the the request for better option.

        This is replay shows your not even bother about the customer, he have to take what ever you offer other wise go to hell.

        So i am requesting you to refund the money to avoid further action.

          Me & My Husband have been scammed in Havelock Island (Andaman) by the Toplite Holidays Pvt limited on 28 Dec 2021.

          It is very well-organized trick, TopLite hired sales executive lured us to visit one of the premium properties in Havelock Island in return of special offer Gift card which we can scratch only after running through 30 mins of presentation given by their sales representatives. There we were trapped into their fake commitments to buy their company Membership Plan for 10 Years whereby we would be entitled to visit any 4Star & 5 Star Hotel/ Resort Across the world in their network.

          They gave us a fake contract for 10 year holiday package in return of INR 140000. Now they are not ready to cancel my membership and repeated calls made to Sales representative or the Customer Care goes unanswered. I have reached out to company officials multiple times but they decline to entertain any requests for refund.

            Hello Sir,

            My husband and I got caught in a scam of Toplite Holidays Private Limited Company on 27th February, 2022 in Goa while we were on vacation. On the way one random person came to us while we were going towards Calangute Beach, he told us about his hotel anniversary that today is his hotel anniversary so he has an offer for couples in which two cards will be given, if we become winners then we will get gifts at their hotels, by opening the cards I become the decided winner. We got caught in his trap and went to his hotel.

            Upon reaching there we were told about the condition that they would scratch the card after a taking the hotel tour and a verbal presentation of 1 hour by their representative. We went to the hotel and then their representative (Ms Vandana Mehta and Mr. Jayesh) took us to a room where all the couples were already seated. We were also seated and explained how we can save both our money and time by subscribing to this company's Membership.

            After explaining all the plans their representative asked us to buy a specific plan for my future holidays. When we showed our reluctance to buy the plan due to trust issue, they offered us a trial pack. Their representative told us this plan will be activated only after taking a trial booking in March 2022 and if we wish to continue with this plan then 1st EMI will start from April 2022. I asked him what if I do not want to continue then they told that you can discontinue it by not paying any amount against it.

            For that they asked me to pay Re.1/- for checking the eligibility from my bank. But actually the debited Rs. 50000/- as loan. I got a message that Re. 1 deducted from my account as test transaction for Rs. 50, 000/- (but actually it was a debit of Rs. 50, 000 in the name of Re.1 only). After that within 2 minutes the brought us a document (now they call it as agreement). They didn't even gave us time to read it bafor signing. Upon asking what is written in it they told us nothing but whatever has been explained to you regarding renting and gifting the travel plan, that is only written in this.

            The whole picture got clear on March 02, 2022 @ 9:45 pm when I got a message from my HDFC bank regarding Debit card EMI, Loan Account. I feel cheated as no consent has been taken from me or my husband before debiting Rs. 50, 000 instead of Re. 1.

            Request you to look into the matter and ask the company for full refund of Rs. 50000/- as this is highly organized fraud to cheat innocent tourists in Goa.

            Thank you for contacting us threw this forum but Sir, for our Knowledge the amount was transfer with your free will by you in person after purchasing a Holiday Package from the company where there was a contract signed and Read by you at the time of purchase where it is clearly mentioned that with 7 days you can cancel the package with a minimum cancellation amount or its non refundable later. So sir we find your allegation against the company completely unethical as we find you framing us.

            It means they told to every couple that Today/Tomorrow our Hotels Anniversary.
            They initially told us Hotel Neelams annivarsary and after seating in hall, thier companies annivarsary. It's a clear scam.

            The Marketing Team is on contract and we really do not go to check back on what terms have you been called to attend the presentation, but Yes once you have entered the Reception of Toplite Holidays there is a Concern form know as guest registration which is filled by each and every client as well signed. I'm sure you have filled the same, where it has been mentioned clearly that what will the presentation be about and how much time would it take.

            So Sir with due respect one cannot call our company scammed based on indulge comments online.

              We were scammed by top light holidays on 27 feb 2022, they are criminals, they trap innocent tourists and make you fall in there scam. We were promised that by paying Rs. 1 we will get trial package of holiday near by mumbai. And only if we are satisfied with the service we have to pay Rs. 50000, they swap our atm card and made a Rs. 50k loan on us and now we have to pay emi every months.
              I request the authority to kindly help us and make these scammer refund our hard-earned money. And take some serious steps against such scams in goa. They are doing these kind of activities in a very famous hotel in goa and still local police are not aware of such type of activity.

              I request you to kindly help us in getting our money back.

              We due respect to your chat message we fail to understand how is our firm to be mentioned as criminal As the tractions done was on your free will in which you have received a OTP request from your bank with amount transaction details done as well as the slip that was printed to you after transaction.
              Secondly you have signed and read a contract with the firm which is done only once the membership is purchased with all terms mentioned in it.
              Who would by it from you that in 1 rupee you were given and you purchased the same. Sorry but we find you misusing the form against the firm for your benefit.
              Third and the most important thing is Mr. Praveen Kumar your husband is already in talking terms on mail as well on call in regards to the refund process.
              Its a request to contact the team so we could come to conclusion on the same.

                I am shrikant Ghuge from Mumbai Mharashtra. On 15th feb 22 in organised manner Mr. Vikas trapped us and asked to meet at NEELAM GRAND HOTEL on 16th Feb 22. I gone with my wife There I took the membership from Sales manager Ms. Sana, Executive Ms. Amisha of 40000Rs of toplite holidays pvt. ltd. with Membership number: TP160222/193 for 5yrs.
                While taking membership on 16/02/22 sales manager Ms. Sana and one executive Ms. Amisha told us your membership having 40000Rs. I asked her rather than this any hidden charges then she told, there is no hidden charges. Then I made a payment with ICICI debit card on EMI basis. Then she made contract paper, when we saw cobtract paper I refused to take membership, becuase in that paper 9000Rs. Annual Maintenance Charges(AMC) was mentioned. But Ms. Sana and Ms. Amisha told me they initially told AMC is there, but actually they told only 40000Rs. including everything. Ms. Sana and Ms. Amisha told that this AMC is 9000Rs. at alternate year not every year. And if we give reference to another member for membership they will exempted AMC, but this thing is not written in contract. Also Ms. Sana told that the transaction will not be cancel if we cancel then it will take 45+days to show in there account after that they will initiate refund process. Also Ms. Amisha told don't cancel because you will have a loss of your first EMI, bank will not refund you, she also told me just take membership don't be a loser. Then any how they persuade us to take membership. Then we asked to both, this amount is 40000Rs. plus 9000Rs. alternate year including all, If there are any hidden charges or taxes then tell us now, Ms. Sana and Ms. Amisha told that there is no hidden charges or taxes this all amount including all taxes and charges. 9000Rs including all taxes and you need not to pay any taxes and charges later. After that they give us envolope of contract paper. But when I came to home from Goa that time the contract paper was not signed by sales manager, there is only my and my wife's signature was available.
                On 21/02/2022 morning a confirmation call was recieved from toplite customer care head office goa and I spoke with customer executive Ms. Vishakha. But when She told me your AMC 9000Rs without taxes and your liable to pay applicable taxes later, I decided to cancel membership and I told her to do so, but she told this membership is non-cancellable and non refundable and it is mentioned in contract. I told to Ms. Vishakha I want to speak with your operating head then told me she is not in office. As soon as operating head available she will arrange call. I made a call to Ms. Amisha 2-3 times but she didnt picked up call. I mailed to toplite holidays and requested to cancel my membership becuase of false promises and statement. But they replied me that they will not cancelled membership.
                I called to customer care on 22/02/22 to speak with operating head but Ms. Vishakha told me, operating head is in travelling and will come on 23/02/22 evening and Ms. Vishakha will arrange call at same time. My wife called to Ms. Amisha and she told she will discuss with her sales manager about taxes and call to us. But call niether came from customer care nor from Ms. Amisha. Then my wife called to Ms. Amisha on 23/02/22 she told her, she didnt discussed with her manager, after some time she will call us, but she didnt called us. I wait for the customer care call till the evening but they didnt call us.
                On the 24/02/22 morning I called to customer care, Ms. Vishakha told me still operating head not arrived in office. Then I told her I am disturbed due to this type of service so I decided to take the help of consumer forum, if you are not able to cancel my membership and refund the amount. Same day evening call was recieved from customer care and she arranged call with operating head Ms. Asma and sales executive Ms. Amisha. In this conversation Ms. Amisha told me that you have some confusion and she refused that she told 9000Rs of AMC charges including taxes. If she knows, she told me on 16/02/22 that 9000Rs AMC without taxes then why she took 2-3 days to discuss with manager, means there is somthing wrong. There is lot of difference batween their verbal promises and on contract.
                On same call I told to Ms. Asma due to non professionalism of your service and non clearity to customer regarding taxes and false verbal promises requisting you to cancel my membership but she denied to cancel membership. If I didnt took any benifit of thier services then why they are not canceling my membership, she told this non-cancellable and non-refundable. Ms. Asma also told that your matter is resovled we can cut a call.
                I am requesting to Consumer forum and Goa tourism please look into the matter, toplite making fake, false verbal promises and statement. And also they are not responding on time. My humble request that I wish to cancel my membership and refund my amount.

                The company has never scammed anybody till date there are refunds also done to client which have never used the membership but still come back for the amount on the basic of just reading the review.
                There are so many fake reviews online which do not even have numbers for who all will the firm face and talk too the Market is filled with people with rival around or just come up stories if something is not given on free.
                Like mam here you have dropped two complain on the same issue from two different id what do we call this.

                  When I purchased the membership after 2 days I got the Australia Visa and cancel the membership, same thing I have talked in customer care they did not give me proper response and again call is not reachable in official time.

                  When Purchased the membership they did not inform the about cancellation the policy.

                  As per my knowledge in Any sector(Insurance, Travel, IT Field and many more) providing the cancellation policy/membership in within few days if you cancel the policy/membership during the period.

                  I will be refund the my amount.

                  I am only one person to surving and feeding in my family.

                    As part of the scam I paid Rs. 35, 000 to the company via Slice
                    Credit card.

                    In very well Organized trick they called us in NEELAM GRAND Hotel - Calangute Goa, Miss Johanna Mr Mahesh have trapped us in there all fake commitments, They told us buy there company Membership Plan for 15 Years then we will be entitle to visit any 4Star & 5Star Hotel / Resort Across the world in there network.

                    At that time customer service no. [protected] was switched off. that time we refuse to pay the amount, after that they forced us make payment and that time .

Secondly asking for two free promotional also than only you would process the payment after a free holiday from the firm where it was denied and the lady than requested to first complete the payment process.
                    which in returned you called and abused her as well written on the chat message that the company is thief where we have a chat of you admitting of you abusing a lady on duty and she should inform the company that the advance money to be kept as a donation since you have thrown the contract.
                    Respected Sir even after you dropping all false allegation and trying to use the forum here we still request you to contact the firm and complete your process so we could close your matter accordingly.

                      My wife and I got caught in a scam of Toplite Holidays Private Limited Company on 06 Feb 2022 in Goa.
                      We were going for a walk on Calangute beach, on the way we were stopped by the company hired man, he told us about his hotel anniversary that today is his hotel anniversary so he has a proposal for couples in which two cards will be given, if we become winners then we will get gifts at their hotels, by opening the cards she become the decided winner. We got caught in his trap and went to his hotel NEELAM GRAND HOTEL.One of their condition was that they would scratch the card after we walk around the hotel and Know about their membership. We went to the hotel and then they took us to a room where all the couples were already seated. We were also seated and explained how we can save both our money and time by subscribing to this company. Asif through his list explained to us about the places to visit around the world, then showed us some pictures of couples traveling to different places across the world through this subscription. We also decided to take the plan, we found this plan easy and affordable as it covers both national and international tours.
                      We are fully promised that we will get free pickup and drop facility, 4*, 5* hotel, and 9000 maintenance charges per alternate year if we will travel through it, and nothing more.We decided to take an alternate 5 years plan which was of 1 lakh and 5000. I had less money in my debit card, so we were offered EMI. Asked to do EMI from credit card but due to slow internet, he converted EMI from his laptop. We were not even given a chance to read the agreement and they took our signature.
                      we came to our hotel and read the review of the company, there were many negative comments regarding membership, we understood that we were caught in its trap. There was talk of getting the travel card in a month but that too did not come.
                      Now, no one is answering our calls, we want to cancel our membership and want our money back.
                      I humbly request to Indian government & Tourism Ministry of GOA please look into the matter and ask this company to return the payments. These Highly Organized frauds with Honest & Innocents Tourist which bleed honest citizens from their hard earned money in this most Difficult time of COV 19.

                      I just wanted to Inform you that I got some money after unanessary deductions & involving one advocate whose fees was Rs. 11000/- (plus taxes) earlier Toplite Holiday's team is just not listening to me at all.

                      Kindly intervene this matter and ask them to refund my whole amount Rs. 105000/-and reimburse all my expenses approx 20000/- which was paid for getting my hard earned money.

                      Firstly I would like to thank the consumer forum platform where consumer can appeal against these kind of Big Fraud Firms.

                      Also Please note that I had requested several time for my money back but they denied on e-mails and telephone calls same day I had complain to my credit card but nobody is listened to me after getting frustrated and spending sleepless nights I had decided to appointed one advocate and paid again his consultancy fees Rs. 11000/- and legal notice charge Rs. 1500/- Just to get my hard earn money back.
                      After getting legal notice they realized that they have cheated on me and trying to settle this only Rs. 95000/- whereas my RBL credit card is asking for 135000/- (Including interest amount Rs 17500/-).

                      This just to inform you (Toplite Holidays ) that nobody will pay for false allegation I have all supporting documents to prove that how you have tried to fooled and cheated me

                      So kindly intervein and raise my request for refunding all my hard earn money amount Rs. 135000/- (included expenses) and suitable compensation amount

                      Your kind action will be a lesson for these kind of companies who is cheating innocent peoples.

                        Respected Sir / Madam,

                        This is Ankit Somani from Mumbai.

                        I have been scammed in GOA by “Toplite Holidays Pvt Limited” on 5 September 2021.

                        I was in Calangute main market area (On Evening of 4th Sep 2021) with my family (Wife & Kid), where we were stopped by the company hired man, who told us about the 11th Year Anniversary Celebration of their holiday company and related promotional activities. In a very well organized way, we were invited in Hotel NEELAM GRAND, Calangute, the next day morning to join them for their Anniversary Celebration Programme.

                        In spite not being very comfortable and convinced with such promotional activities, we reached there on repetitive phone calls / invites from them. Also since this place was in the same area we were staying in, we decided to visit there once. They had a team, set-up, conference room, their marketing / promotional stuff, etc. in this facility and also we saw few selected couples for their celebration. We were explained about their membership, their services, credentials, etc. in ~2 hours duration and they somehow convinced us to make a payment of INR 30, 000 for their 5 years alternative membership plan.

                        Since we were there with our 2 years old Kid who was getting cranky, we could not check their references / credentials then and there and paid the amount in a hurry. Against the amount we paid, their commitments and services shown to us were on a different level altogether (like 5 star facilities across world, unlimited bonus weeks holidays, etc. among others). Their Team (Mr. Manohar Pandey, Ms. Sana, and others) somehow convinced us to make the total payment in a single transaction. We were not even given a chance to read the agreement and they took our signatures.

                        After coming back to our hotel, when we checked their website, company profile, information available in public domain, all commitments and their services we could find was just a well-organized cheating plan. We understood that we were caught in its trap and immediately (within 1 hour of payment) called them for the cancellation of membership and not to receive any sort of services from them. We also went back to the same place on the evening of 7th Sep 2021, where we met the Director of their company Mr. Meer Zulfequar Ali, and submitted a hand written application to him as per the request, seeking cancellation of membership and refund of our money. He promised us that their team will get back to us and we were not to worry about our money and services.

                        After this, there is no satisfactory response from any of their team member (Mr. Manohar, Ms. Sana, Ms. Ashma, Ms. Tanvi, Mr. Pandey) on the cancellation of our membership / refund / and even services. We had called them at least 500 times, of which could connect with them for couple of time but all in vein. Also, when we requested for our next vacation, after multiple e-mails / follow-ups, we received a denial of services for some silly reasons. Instead they referred us to another company TVC Holidays who gave us a quotation of INR 60, 000 – 70, 000 for 5-6 nights stay. It seems they are running a well-organized scam only, nothing more than that. Neither they are refunding our money nor providing any services. Now, we don’t want any services at all from them since, all their commitments given at the time of our visit at Hotel Neelam Grand, Calangute have already been proved false one by one.

                        We humbly request to the Indian Government & Tourism Ministry of GOA, and any other local bodies, please look into the matter and ask this company to return our hard earned money. These are Highly Organized frauds with Honest & Innocents Tourists which bleed honest citizens from their hard earned money in this most Difficult time of Covid-19.

                        We can provide further details, if needed be. Expecting a positive and quick resolution for our complaint.

                            I along with my wife was on vacation when we met these guys. They trapped us with their buttering words and made us buy their membership (MEMBERSHIP NO: TP261221/147). Even after denying to buy, they made us buy after giving luring offers and making fake promises. They even told us that if you don't have the lump sum amount right now, then in that case they will convert the sum into EMIs.

                            These guys trapped us to make payments before even seeing and signing the agreement. And the agreement was saying a different language from what they claimed earlier.

                            They wasted our time and money. Even I went back to claim my money back which they denied by saying that our office is closed. I will need my money back. I have spent around 42k and I will need my money back.

                            Secondly the membership is a non cancelable non refundable package taken which has been mentioned Cleary on the signed and read contract. And most of all once membership active cannot be denied.

                              My husband and I got caught in a scam of Toplite Holidays Private Limited Company on 13th December, 2021 in Goa.
                              We were going for a walk on Calangute beach, on the way we were stopped by the company hired man, he told us about his hotel anniversary that today is his hotel anniversary so he has a proposal for couples in which two cards will be given, if we become winners then we will get gifts at their hotels, by opening the cards I become the decided winner.We got caught in his trap and went to his hotel NEELAM GRAND HOTEL.One of their condition was that they would scratch the card after we walk around the hotel and Know about their membership. We went to the hotel and then they took us to a room where all the couples were already seated. We were also seated and explained how we can save both our money and time by subscribing to this company.Asif through his list explained to us about the places to visit around the world, then showed us some pictures of couples traveling to different places across the world through this subscription. We also decided to take the plan, we found this plan easy and affordable as it covers both national and international tours.
                              We are fully promised that we will get free pickup and drop facility, 4*, 5* hotel, and 9000 maintenance charges per alternate year if we will travel through it, and nothing more.We decided to take an alternate 15 years plan which was of 1 lakh and 15000. My husband had less money in his debit card, so we were offered EMI. Asked to do EMI from credit card but due to slow internet, he converted EMI from his laptop. We were not even given a chance to read the agreement and they took our signature.
                              we came to our hotel and read the review of the company, there were many negative comments regarding membership, we understood that we were caught in its trap. There was talk of getting the travel card in a month but that too did not come.
                              Now, no one is answering our calls, we want to cancel our membership and want our money back.
                              I humbly request to Indian government & Tourism Ministry of GOA please look into the matter and ask this company to return the payments. These Highly Organized frauds with Honest & Innocents Tourist which bleed honest citizens from their hard earned money in this most Difficult time of COV 19.

                                  Me & My Husband have been scammed in GOA by the toplite holidays Pvt limited on 7 dec 2021.

                                  As part of the scam I paid Rs. 2 lakh to the company via HDFC and Citi credit card in 3 separate transactions (50k, 50K and 1 lakh).

                                  In very well Organized trick they called us in NEELAM GRAND Hotel - Calangute Goa, Ms Aasma & Ms Sana have trapped us in there all fake commitments, They told us buy there company Membership Plan for 25 Years then we will be entitle to visit any 4Star & 5Star Hotel / Resort Across the world in there network.

                                  They promised me to send membership card in 30 days, bt I did not get it yet.

                                  I checked with customer care number and it was connected after try 15 days and now they are saying to pay more amount 9k+gst in every year to keep your membership alive. But Asma and Sana did not tell anything about it. Then I asked customer care to refund my money and they are saying this money is non refundable.

                                  Now customer care number is also not reachable.

                                  I checked with Aasma again via phone, she told me that they will refund the money bt now she has blocked me.

                                  At that time customer service no. [protected] was switched off. that time we refuse to pay the amount, after that they forced us make payment and that time Sr. Manager mr.Vikas were told us that they will arrange 1st tour Direct from Management once we did not receive there company membership card, we don't need not to contact anywhere.

                                  as we have not received card we are about to plan holiday now nobody is answering the calls and customer care no. is also switched off and Ms Asma has also blocked us.

                                  I humbly request to Indian government & Tourism Ministry of GOA please look into the matter and ask this company to return the payments. These Highly Organized frauds with Honest & Innocents Tourist which bleed honest citizens from their hard earned money in this most Difficult time of COV 19.

                                  Its a request to stop using the Forum for your benefit to gain some profit from the firm.
                                  Our firm is genuine so signs a contract once membership is purchased and all points our clearly mentioned, but there are some clients which blame the firm on the basic of reviews and third party conversation.

                                    On Jan 2nd 2022 around 4pm, one of the Toplite Holidays sales person, reached us while we are shopping in Goa near KFC, stating that they have 11th anniversary since they are providing gift cards, offers etc & made us scratch the card until we got an offer. Later he said just have a hotel tour at NEELAM GRAND Hotel - (Calangute Goa which is steps away from KFC) and give us your feedback it will take less than a hour - we can provide discounts on your next trip in Goa. So we went.

                                    The lady Rep.Asma - asked all information from us and started to tell that we have 11th anniversary since we are providing 40% off on actual prices.
                                    Said below offers:
                                    25 years package - Rs.1, 40, 000
                                    Includes 7days a year free stay for 25years, Total 8 members can go for holiday in a 3BHK Villa, you can choose any 4stars & above hotels like Hyatt and other few, can avail free Breakfast/complimentary drinks. if you don’t use any holiday in a year, you can carry forward up to 2year holidays i.e, 21 days and minimum maintenance charge only if you use holidays/year. If you want to use extra holidays we can carry from next/previous year or else pay amount Rs.7000/week. and some destinations we charge 12k, 16k and all international 22k

                                    15 years Alternate - Rs. 1, 20, 000
                                    Includes 7days a year free stay for alternative under 15years (i.e 7 times), Total 8 members can go for holiday in a 3BHK Villa, you can choose any 4stars & above hotels like Hyatt and other few, can avail free Breakfast/complimentary drinks. if you dont use any holiday in a year, you can carry forward upto 2year holidays i.e, 21 days and minimum maintenance charge only if you use holidays/year.                                     after completion of explanation, she called SANA, and introduced. asked SANA to provide what plan/offer is suitable.

                                    we had some discussion related amount, since its huge amount we can’t spend that much and then they have talked about our card limits, EMI options, and possible payment modes like pay 30% and rest you can pay after reaching home. still in thinking process my wife went to take care of our baby. Later they have said - Sir, there is one more plan which is actually for new married couples, even though you are not eligible for that i am giving it only for you because you are showing interest but thinking about money.

                                    Then said about 10 years - Honeymoon - Rs.70, 000 - SANA particularly said that only difference from 25years and Honeymoon plan is just years. everything is same. which is - Includes 7days a year free stay for 10years, Total 8 members can go for holiday in a 3BHK Villa, you can choose any 4stars & above hotels like Hyatt and other few, can avail free Breakfast/complimentary drinks. if you dont use any holiday in a year, you can carry forward upto 2year holidays i.e, 21 days and minimum maintenance charge only if you use holidays/year. If you want to use extra holidays we can carry from next/previous year or else pay amount Rs.7000/week. and some destinations we charge 12k, 16k and all international 22k.

                                    as we were spending much time from our holiday its been 1 and half hour so I took my wife card and while checking the details, suddenly a guy came up and took the card and sent a link for payment and did it in under a minute. and later Asma came up with papers and said sir its an agreement between you and us since we need your signatures. I saw the papers checked names/amount/tenure years. They did not mention, showed, underlined or stressed any of the points regarding Apartment Type, Maximum Occupancy, Entitlement. which I came to know after coming back to my home town. So in Hurry and since as we have trip plans we left the hotel.

                                    Next day customer care called regarding welcome call and was clarifying the details that membership has alternative plan for 10years which is only 5years - A couple plus 2 kids under 6years for 7days. I said am not accepting that, this is not they have told us. and not approving the membership. Enquired in family and friends gave negative review saying there are frauds, scam. Since I rushed back to hotel and asked the same. The plan details are not right, moreover I saw bad reviews. as there are other people in room they have increased music volume and asking us to calm down since its not professional i kept calm and asked to cancel and give refund. They started the right person is not available now. later 30min of waiting SANA came up and started stating sir we have discussed whatever is the paper, none of the offers are my creation. and you signed the papers we cannot refund amount. you can use our service if you dont like you can cancel but you will not get refund. I argued with them for 20min no help and I tried up calling my bank and reverse my payment as they were not helping me. Since I was getting delay for return flight I had to leave from that place.

                                    After coming back to Home, I replied to email stating this is not at all acceptable, you guys are not providing me services which you are offered and additionally now the papers have AMC - Charge Rs.9000 for every trip in year used and should pay before we use free trip and to maintain membership active.

                                    From then I have spoken with 5 members of Top lite Holidays: Each one of them are telling different options/offers now. And upon arguing related to offers which were told, now they are saying that I am a Liar and asking why did you sign papers. Will you sign your property if we give papers? They are rude and not at all listening to me.

                                    Please, Help me regarding this. Even though I cancel i will be loss paying interest on EMI's even explained this point but they are talking very very unethical manner. Literally they mean you can’t do anything now.

                                    Since we have every right to cancel as a consumer: if the said offer/service is not provided or misleading information on service. More over the card I used belong to my wife I did not ask her while paying and she's not approving the charges.

                                    So, I request the officials to please make TOPLITE HOLIDAYS cancel the membership and REFUND the amount. and I need a sorry from customer service people who called me LIAR.

                                    We have already had long conversation with your husband Mr. Sushil in regards to the same on the reviews put on social Media by you and him including many other friends of your again an again repeated against the firm.
                                    Mr. Shusheel had mentioned clearly on call that he had claimed the funds from two places from Razor Pay as well as to the company plus dropped in for charge back, When it came to our notice we informed Mr. Shusheel that since his put the same in dispute with Toplite and Razor pay, we would hold it unless we receive a letter from the bank as its gone into depute for chargeback process. that would take at list 60days as the bank will drop a letter to the Merchant.
                                    But Mr.Shusheel even after miss using the firm in two ways call the customer care team and abused her on a very bad note.

                                    Please the lady on duty was doing her job and I'm Sure madam your a lady and wouldn't like a man abusing a women on duty.

                                    Once we receive a letter to the Merchant from the bank we'll look into the same but would take 40day to 60 days once the matter is resolved.
                                    Please contact the Customer Care Team on the same. And once in process you will have to mention on all social media as well on the forum as resolved since you have already damaged the company dropping false allegations thru friends and family.

                                    My Bank Representative called your company and also sent an email stating the CHARGEBACK has not been initiated. and the merchant should refund the amount to the same loan account number. Which is not done till date. this is NOT RESOLVED.

                                        With due respect to you complain, it was already mentioned in your contract that the membership taken is non refundable and non cancelable.
                                        Secondly please be specific on what scam has the company done with you everything mentioned in the contract will be given to you was discussed already but if you come up with a irrelevant request on verbal terms I'm sorry but we cant honor it. Please contact the team on the given numbers with your TP Details.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        We got to know with the team that your full payment has yet not been done where as it was very clearly mentioned in the contract that the bookings will be given only once the full payment is done.
                                        Secondly the contract has it clearly mentioned that its a non refundable package purchased by you where you have read and signed the same.
                                        The team even mention you were asking for the free holidays before doing the payments where the free holidays is on the package purchased, You had even abused one on our customer care lady on the same just because she asked you to do the balance payment and than avail your holidays.
                                        Plus you use floe languages against the company and her. So how are we to be blamed for non payment done by you.
                                        Still its a request to contact the team so we could come up with the solution please call between 10am to 5pm only on 08322994398 and note Sundays is and off as mentioned in the welcoming mail.

                                        I tried to call you on the same day your phone was not reachable and when I had talk with one of your employee she asked me to deposit money why would I deposit money when I am not getting services there was no body picking up my call.Also don't try to frame me against an abuse to your customer care lady she kept on saying that I am a lier is this a way to talk to your customers who has paid a handsome amount of rs 35000 .It might be a small amount for scammers like you .
                                        It was just a trap and also there are other people also who are having problems with you no one can put any complain just like that one of your number is never reachable .
                                        Also I have made a cyber complain against you for making frauds and giving vouchers which are not at all valid because when someone will try to reach you .You people simply ask for more payments which is not at all fruitful because putting money into waste is not a good descision I must say.
                                        Also if I would have been in any travel and your number was still not getting connected what would I do in that situation because as per your service you only takes calls between 10-5 pm what if a person having some issue outside your working hours no request could be honoured and we travel on ur trust but where is the service on which we can trust and pay full amount or have our holiday

                                        from past 2 days im looking ur website is like a dummy Nokia mobile can see but cant make use of it.

                                        I was also called to hotel goa and given scrach card and just missed to get fooled.
                                        reply needed for ur website please. or u will tell reason like

                                        Hi we have paid 65000 on 23rd of October 2022 nd will not be available to pay coz of some family issues.. will we get the payment back

                                        sidha complaint karo, its a fraud company
                                        this is a fraud company why goa tourism is not taking any action nor is the government all fake resolutions posted by the company, fake reviews in Google. These fake people should be made to pay back all the money which seems they have already digested with the help of some official support. government should take strict action and shut this fake fraud company.
