This is regarding to the repair of samsung j7 prime in jp nagar rbi layout. We hereby to inform you that the phone screen replacement was done on 14 aug 2020 and cost us 4000rs. The same night the screen was not working. So we took it back to the outlet. They said it will again cost us 1500rs cause the main chip was not in proper condition. Therefore it was fixed but, few day later
We observed there was a very minute scratch near the right bottom. Then 1 day later screen stopped working again[that is the touch of the screen is not responding]. Therefore we request you to kindly rectify the same.

Even i mailed it to your email address and it has been 5 day, i have got no response for the company.

I replaced the display of my google pixel 3a xl for rs 15800 from totoodo koramangala store on 29-july-2020. Initially they told me that i would be getting 1 year warranty for the new display. But they didn't give me the warranty in writing. Only 1 month totoodo warranty was provided in writing. The display stopped working the very next day. Since then i visited the koramangala (14 kms away from my house) store 4 times to fix this issue. Each time i visited they did something to fix it temporarily and it stopped working the very next time. I was so frustrated and i raised a complaint in their customer care. I didn't get any response from them. Then when i took my phone again to the koramangala store (This was my 5th visit to this store to fix this issue), they said they would send my phone to malleswaram store to fix it. I got the phone few days later and still had issues with the display. I had to visit this malleshwaram store (15 kms away from my house) 4 times and finally they said issue is with the sensors. They changed the sensors and promised me that they would return my money back if is not fixed. The display stopped working again even after replacing the sensors. I have been trying to contact them ever since and nobody is answering my calls. A lady named jyothi who is the support head in their head office in jayanagar was so rude to me. She said they never provide a warranty for displays and said she is not responsible for her other stores making false promises. She also added that they would never fix my phone again.
I took my phone to another service center and they confirmed that the issue with is the display itself.
The support head lady is now saying that she would never fix my phone not return back my money.
The totoodo service centers have cheated me with a duplicate display product and are not even ready to fix the issue.
I want my money back. I also need compensation for visiting their multiple stores these many times.

We visited the totoo service centre on tippasandra bangalore. Very poor way of receiving the customer and taking the complaint. The person setting there arrogantly answers that to check what exactly the problem is we will take 3 yes and then to do the service it will take another three hours. There was only one customer when i visited the shop. And that guy is telling rudely that we will give u call and took the phone. When asked for the job card raised etc he said i cannot raised anything now. And just took away the phone. If now anything happens for the phone or anything is stolen or replace with some fake stuff like u people did last time. I will sue you in the court.

As I have visited Totoodo service center dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad on 20th August 2019 due to honor 10 lite display replacement. The technician has replaced new display which charges 4500-/- RS, Invoice no: SB/AUG/047. The next day morning itself the display starts flickering. So I have called immediately and visited Totoodo service center and shown the display flickering. The technician informed me to email to [protected]@totoodo.com, we cant do anything. So I have emailed the same. As till now I keep on mailing and calling to service center and HR person MR. Charan from bangalore, but iam not getting solution.

Kindly resolve the issue or return my money back.

I had samsung galaxy grand prime n the display was broken but everything was working fine, initially when i called they said it is authorized samsung service center, n they have original spares n company only delivers the spares. After i visited the executive said he will check n replace the display n deliver in 2 hrs, but after 2 hrs he says, they don't have stock n i need to leave my set after weeks time they charged 5, 600 for display n frame when u checked the display was not original n lcd quality was worst, i returned n asked them to replace, post that after 2 weeks replaced better one, but booting issue started n i had to leave my mobile with them to fix, from dec 2018 till date aug 2019 there is no response from them n my device is still not delivered, n what i observed is they play same trick to each customer, while delivering they ignore completely

Hi totoodo support team,

I went to rr nagar branch to repair my apple 6 i phone.

I had issues with touch screen which i informed the technician, he advised me to replace the touch screen. I was charged rs 6, 000. Even after screen replacement the reported issue still exist.

When i told the issue did not resolve, the technician was least bothered to listen & telling its mother board problem, if you have any issues you can call customer care as i cant help, i can only help if the replaced touch screen is not working.

I feel the issue was not with touch screen, with out proper research they advised me to replace the touch screen, and i have been charged rs 6000 where it was not necessary to replace.

Even customer care was not help ful.

I went to totoodo service centre (Yelahanka new town). I gave my mobile here for repair oneplus 3t (Screen was damaged). They promise for service within 3 hours but they gave my mobile after two days and they only replaced my screen they promise for full display which they charged. Today i went to the oneplus service centre they are saying before only screen has been replaced by totoodo service centre. We only replaced full display. Now in my mobile speaker is too low i can't able to hear anything in call beacause of that. Please solved it as soon as possible. Please find the attachment of bill.

My One Plus 5T display stopped working on 15th June, so I called up the customer care and was directed to the ToTooDo service Centre in Sarjapur Road. I gave my phone on 16th June 2019 and the engineer told me that i will get it on 17th June.

On 17th June when I reached the store the engineer Arsha was fixing my phone in front of me. He changed the display unit, I asked if the display unit he is installing is Original he said Yes it is Original and he has just received from the company.

After installing the display unit, he showed me to check if it's all working, I checked and told that the touch sensor is rough and its slow please change.

The Engineer response was that the touch would get better once you take out the protective sheet from the screen.

However the touch sensor was still slow and not working even after taking out the screen protector.

I asked the engineer to check the touch and he confirmed that the touch is not working properly and it is very slow.

Sir, i got changed new battery for htc. At rr r nagar bangalore. For my surprise when i enquired about warranty for new battery, the store in charge told that it can be guaranteed. Even for bill he was not ready to give. But i strictly demanded for bill. And he made me waiting for bill. Still i am not convinced how a authorised htc. Service centre is not giving warranty for new battery, after charing very high.

I am complaining here because i have not been responsed through mail even i have sent 2, 3 remainder mail.

I have given my phone (One plus 3t) for servicing at the totoodo service center branch in new tippasandra, bangalore
Where it was not getting charging and it was totally dead, the service center guy told me to replace the battery and he charged me rs. 3300, and he denied to give the receipt, when asked he said he is busy with some data entry and he will send the bill through e-mail and i he got my email-id as well. But still i didn't received any mail.

And also the battery cost when i checked in the internet it was just rs. 1100 only, and i was shocked to see this.

Please check this and take action, and do the needful for me.

Note: when i called to this number ([protected]) i was not getting proper response the guy picked and i told that i have a complaint he disconnected the call, and this happened thrice, and next time onward he just disconnected without even attending the call, at least he should have some courtesy to say that he is busy or call sometime after or this is not the right number, at least some response.

I repaired my Redmi Note 3 Screen from ToTooDo, whitefield.
The LCD screen was replaced.
The screen clarity reduced drastically. I think duplicate parts are replaced in my mobile.
The brightness and color of display is very bad now.

I went back to shop and checked with the person repaired my phone. He told that there will be 10% reduction in display quality once the display is changed. But the actual reduction in display quality is more than 50%.

Also there is a dot which I can see on the center of screen. The repaired person told me that it is dust and I can still use the phone. Actually he should remove the dust and make the screen clear. But he didn't do that.

We gave a iphone on october for unlock country, wifi problem. After 3 trip from electronic city. To kormangla. And paying 2500 they said mobile unlocked wifi still a problem it is 1 month since then, mobile not fixed. They say water inside and screen gone. I gave a phone with 2 problem. You are giving me a phone with all problem. And. That too making me spend 4000 rupees

In a nutshell... A 30000+ approx phone is of no use except throwing in dustbin because of the carelessness of the technician and the manager in charge.

Am really unsatisfied after waiting nearly 4 to 5 hours at totoodo service centre, after replacing the display, the notification lights are not working, the touch is feeling hard while scrolling and selecting some options, the double tap function to wake up the screen is not functioning. After waiting for long period at service centre am wasted time and i am unhappy with the service. I thought its a genuine one plus service centre, but its not... Am looking for a proper response from totoodo side... As i spend 7300 rupees.. I called customer care service about the issue, they where not at all responding, they just disconnecting the call..

I had kept my motorola C plus mobile for servicing with Totoodo, yelahanka new town, Bangalore but the executive there is extremely unfriendly tries to discourage people from leaving the device with them. I insisted to leave the device with him as this place was the nearest from my place and the device was in warranty period. He reluctantly agreed to take it but has since been delaying the service and has been extremely unpleasant to talk to when asking for the device's service status. He never called me once to inform about the device but has been insulting in his tone when i tried to enquire about it multiple times. This whole incident has left a bad customer experience with me for totoodo which calls itself an ISO certified company. In the process, it has caused be financial losses and mental harrasment. My device is still not repaired after multiple follow ups. Totoodo has not at all been helpful with my device complaint and unnecessarily delayed the rectification.

In my entire life first time i am knocking at your door and expecting a resolution.

I cracked my outer display and went to this repair center in bangalore (Bellandur branch), they fixed a duplicate display (To my knowledge). I went back to the same branch to check because images weren't clear. They denied. Spoke to there customer service team and went to hsr branch who said that i need to leave the phone with them and they will send to there ho. Finally after two weeks i got it back, not that satisfied with the display, but they said that is the best they can give. Did check what happened with the previous display to which they said previous display had""manufacturing defect""

Now when i got my phone back, the images are still pinkish and the most important part is that my battery is taking a day or two to get completely charged. I am sure they have done something with my battery now.

They asked me to sign a form which i did but i didn't know that again they have messed up with my phone. They have literally cheated me.

This phone is just 7 months old and given by my husband and is extremely dear to me as he isn't around.

I have tried speaking to the manager, named mr chandran who was shouting at me when asked more question, if managers are like this than obviously people under him would be pathetic

I need your help and support because now i to do running around for battery and waste my time.

Please take action and advise them to fix my issue so that in future no one gets harassed like this.

His complaint is with regards to MOTO g5 plus which I gave for repair at Totoodo repair centre at Neeladri road at electronic city, bengaluru, previous week which was subsequently returned to me after repair on 7th july'18. The issue was that battery was not getting charged and battery draining issue. The repairer at the shop confirmed me that issue will be resolved and phone will be returned same day which never happened and the same got delayed and delayed and finally on several follow ups he returned the mobile on saturday. He confirmed that all the concerns are resolved. After I got the phone I realised that draining issue is resolved but still there is some problem while charging the mobile. It took me around 12 hours to completely charge my phone. When I took up this issue to him today he is blaming me for the issue and is telling it will cost me extra INR 850 to get the issue resolved.

Because of this kind of service we cannot focus on regular work and continously chase and fight with these guys. Seriously this is extremely bad considering how large this company is.
I have been calling several times but no one is picking up and not even responding to the mail.

I wanted to change a slightly broken display of my lenovo mobile, the service center kept calling me for 2 days asking me to come and get it changed. When i went there they had a duplicate display, after they convienced me that it works well, they fix that and the display was not working. They said they will fix my display and give it back. But they broke that one as well, my old display also stopped working. The service in toronto is really bad, after all this they ask me to take it to agreement center to fix it. This is totally bad. So i want to raise a complaint against them

On 15th june i have asked him to put new genuine battery, he has installed it on that time 20%battery was there, i changed it 100% same day night if i see in morning it was empty again i charged the battery after that i got to know fake product they have installed it every one minute 1% battery was reducing then i went to shop again they said i ll install new one, i said okay when it installed 80% battery was there, that new one also same problem such a fake store fake service and fake people i am totally unsatisfied with your service. I am planning to go tomorrow for return back my money if not give i all register case in consumer court and local police station. Thanks

I had given my phone oppo f3 plus to change my lcd, they made terrible mistake, while changing my phone lcd he kept glue in my front camera, my front camera is not capturing phone, and when i called to the shopkeeper he is avoiding my cal. More than 10 times i called the shopkeeper but he avoided my cal, bcoz he knew before only that while replacing he had done the big mistake.
So i request you to file my comlain. Thanku!!
