Dear totoodo team,
This incident is to bring in your urgent notice regarding my iphone 6 (64gb) given at your sarjapur road service centre.

Please find below the detail incident:
This is incident of 20th may 2017.
Got your kormangala service centre number from google serach result as the best service centre for iphone
Called them and they suggested to visit sarjapur road service centre as its closer to my office.
Went there to meet a technician called riyaz. Had a minute charging issue. He told me with cleaning, should be fine. Asked me rs 350 as the charges which i agreed.
He opened the phone, did something for an hour and told me some issue with the device and the phone is not starting.
Ask me that i should come in morning to take the phone back which again i agreed.
Next day when i came, he did something for an hour and told me he is not able to start. Asked me to wait till evening to let me know the way forward.
In evening when i again went to the centre, he said that he has identified the issue and its minute "u2 ic" issue which got corrupted while working on the phone. He told me that his friend is coming from mysore and has a spare one which he would get.
Waited for two days again only to understand that the ic didnt work so he asked me to further wait for couple of days.
After that, when i visited the centre my iphone was not there. I was astonished
He said he has given my phone to his friend for repair. I told him being a lawyer i have lot of confidential information on the phone and want it back immediately.
He asked me to be patient and ask me to wait again for couple of days as his so called "friend" repairs 10 iphones a day.
On 30th may, i went and asked him. He said - 'no luck still. Also, i phone is not there with him." i told him that if he is working at totoodo, why isnt he involving the higher management and getting the work done.
On arguing for more than 2 hours, he agreed to give a jobsheet (Attached with the mail) and finally sent it to kormangala centre.
On 2nd june he informed that even the kormanagala centre is not able to resolve the issue. (Though i have no clue whether my iphone had been given or some other device to your centre)
Today we are on 14th june (Almost a month) and my iphone is missing.
Last incident would shock you, this technician riyaz has handed over the matter to his friend sayed who claimed to be city head of totoodo and said that he would get it done. Yesterday they both called me and offeres instead of 64gb, they would put 16gb motherboard and i need to pay them 10000 for the phone. I said lets meet at totoodo head office and conclude the matter as i do not want to fall under any trap. They denied and said that no, we would not meet outside and blackmailed me to agree or do whatever i can.
I understood his friend is lying and is not from the company. Then he finally said that :even if i go to totoodo nothing would happen and customers like me keep running behind the company. The company keeps their eyes closed and never take any action. That time i felt i have got into a big trap.
I called at the helpline no which asked me to write this to you.

I am writing the above mail to you and expect action immediately. I am a high court advocate and have full faith in the country's law.
Would appreciate that this case is resolved in next 24 hours.

Post that would file a case with police against the technician and the company. Would also write to press.
Please consider this mail as a legal notice.

Would request a call back from the senior management immediately to resolve.

Hi, The company management were not aware of the issue. But when they came to know about the same, they resolved it amicably. Special thanks to Ms. Manisha (HR Department) who took immediate action to get the same resolved. Great ToTooDo team!!

    Totoodo dilsukhnagar branch people didn't service my mobile properly and within one day my mobile got same problem and charging rs 2000/- and when i asked to refund my amount they are charging service charge 300/- and they didn't even tell me that there will be service charge if you mobile is not work properly..
    Pls do refund my amount rs 2000/- as soon as possible and i dont want to give service charge also..

      As am new to bangalore, am searching for apple service center near indira nagar.
      I made few call in enquiry, i don't know a got one call back saying, they r certified apple authorized service center,
      And share address, a went and submitted mac for ram upgrading, 2 days later they called and told for 8 gb it cost 13000 because they replacing apple original ram. I agreed, and paid to get my laptop back, but they r not ready to provide warranty or ram purchased bill, subjected to no 8gb ram cost not more than 5k,
      I got doubt and i called totoodo main office, and asked for refund and submitted mac again to get it replace with my old rams.

      But now they r not giving me mac and ready to refund the money

      The issue is not resolved, the HR lady force fully and blackmailed me to delete this complaint, if I delete this complaint only she will give my laptop back

      After that she given one cheque after deducting 1500 from amount I paid for RAM upgrading, that also am waiting for bank confirmation on cheque validity

      After that she is not giving any positive reply on when she will returning my laptop

      on Tuesday June 13, 2017, I didn't receive any updates till noon, After that I tried calling her, some lady took phone and told me her name is Komal, and will try to deliver before evening .

      This people are again again proving they are not truthful
      The director Rajesh, HR monisha, maneesh a, komal, sonal, mani, Anu and Alvi are trained in such a manner to suck human blood

        They cannot give proper response to customer. They cannot believe customer. Don't have proper system to manage things. They cannot pull out invoice based on jobid. I am not sure whether they have proper working website and product to do servicing. Anyone can take franchise without knowing anything about mobile. Proper cheating company!!!. Will never recommend for anyone.

        I have replace my mobile display with new one... It stopped working after 2 months. They say warranty is over. You can just replace duplicate one make it work for one month and make money

        Worst service...

          I have opted their services for my Moto Xplay screen and touch display change. Absolutely irresponsible guys.. service was pathetic and miss behaving with customer.. even though items are under warranty. Customer care service was pathetic and they never call back neither attend call during working hours.I am in process of filing consumer case against these people

          Even I faced the same issue. I gave the mobile for changing the display and They created 3 new problems for my Moto X Play: 1) Battery drains very fast 2) Mobile gets heated up while charging 3) Sensor is not working 4) Motion Sensor is not working. They charged Rs 6200 just for changing the display. Such a worst Service center and irresponsible people I have ever Seen. Guys, Please dont visit this service center. In the Board they have put it is certified. When I asked them for the proof "How can we believe that it is certified for one plus 3, Motrola, Sansung, Apple as in your Board?". They said its a private service center and we simply put it in the board as certified.

            Totoodo service centre chinthamani branch are cheating ppl, , I have changed my iPhone 5s display and battery for 7k it cost which is totally waste both are not good I really feel bad at their quality, I have taken my Mobile for replace it because it's just 25days happened since I changed those stuff, , that shop manager Mr Vinod saying he is not responsible for that, so he can't replace it, , so I don't know wat to do now am helpless, becs I spend 7k for useless thing given by totoodo service center 😡, My rating for this service centre is -.00000001

              I had given my iphone for repair to fix my camera back lens in Marathahalli Bangalore branch.

              They took the camera lens of a non working device and fixed it on my phone.

              I was unaware and this is illegal. I paid huge 1700 for this.

              The whole back de-case has to be changed itseems.

              These Guys cheated me.

              The lens got lost after 50 days as it came out without my notice and due to the bad job done by Totoodo technician.

              Now when I approach them they speak very harsh, rude and all bad words.

              They are not in a position to listen to you.

              They only want your money, they dont want to solve customer problems.

              I suggest my dear friends, please dont encourage such rogues.

              Even the head office people talk very bad with you. No one is ready to listen to the customer.

              I am lodging a consumer court complaint along with Police complaint,

              I will also publish in media about these people.

                I have Given My REDMI 1s for Display Screen Replacement This fellows Changed the Screen and gave me from that moment my mobile is not getting charged. Again visited them and asked for service before telling whats the complaint itself they are showing No Warranty and No Guarantee. fought with them so long they agreed to service after that waited for 10 days no response again visited the shop the Person So called Manager he is fighting with me for Half an hour for non Warranty Product and telling me he will take this as personal problem and look me out of shop.
                Being a Manager that fellow is not able to give his Technician Contact Number he is telling that he is not authorized to give technician Mobile Number what kind of manager he is.

                Interesting Part is that mobile Original Screen Cost is 2200 and these fellows collected 3000 ok after that at least mobile should work but after the service its getting, more complaint only and no good response from the so called employees from the shop, Now i have given to other service center they are telling that they have replaced some original spare and installed duplicate spare in the mobile thats why charging issue has come. I approached the shop again asking why you changed the Original Part that fellow is saying we will do whatever we want to check the issue why should i ask permission with you.

                This is the Service Experience with this Worst Service center in Bangalore Please Dont approach this center for your mobile service they will change all your original Parts and replace duplicate Parts Only Name is totoodo but they are doing all totoodo Works in their shop after paying so much Harden Money these kind of cheating fellows fools every customer who is going to the shop. Please stop going TOTOODO service center Dont refer anyone to this shop.

                First tell your Employees to Behave with some Humanity that will lead your Business Being in a service Industry they way they treat is [censored] Experience for the Customers.

                  I had given my Nokia N8 for sim tray replacement on 31/12/2014. I was made to come several times to your shop. Technician used to tell it will be done today, tomorrow. I visited the shop several times. At last I got my phone on 11/01/2015 after 10 days after of giving it to service.

                  Now after changing SIM tray my Nokia N8 camera was not functioning.

                  Another job sheet was created telling it will be fixed. But till now I haven't got back my phone in proper working condition.

                  Technician is at fault and he has no full knowledge of repairing.

                  Now the phone's camera is not functioning after technician changed the sim tray.

                  I spoke to customer care excutives, Kalai and Banashakari branch in-charge Rajashekar several time. But they never resolved the problem.

                  I want this to be fixed as soon as possible.

                    I have given my mobile phone (moto x play) to change the touch screen in totoodo, chennai ptc branch, cause it was damaged and the right side of the touch was not working (only right side, i was using the mobile by using auto rotate).

                    Sunday 2/10/16
                    They have changed the screen and returned and the mobile was little broken outside. they apologized for that. charged 6800 to change the screen. since there was only a touch problem. i have checked the touch and got back. after returning the home, i was tried to watch a video in a mobile, there was no sound on the speaker. i told them and i was asked to give the mobile back to correct that, cause they have told "while opening the screen, it happened. so we will correct it". i gave my mobile back to them. they have promised that the mobile will be repaired and given on 03/10/16. but they postponed to next day and next day again and again. finally, they returned the mobile phone on 7/10/16 evening 6:00pm on the road t my fried, who came with me to the service center only checking the speaker.

                    My friend was in a urge to go to his native and he gave the mobile to me and left. i tried to contact my mother, i was not able to hear anything for the opposite side. i found that the ear piece speaker is not working then. i called the service center immediately and asked about that. they told to bring the mobile to the center again. that was already 9pm and i was not able to go there, since it was little far from my place.

                    I went to the center on 08/10/16 morning 9 am with my another friend and they got the mobile again and told that they check and fix everything properly and promised to return the mobile on the same day evening 8'o clock.
                    We left my friend's phone number there for call back once the mobile ready, cause i did not have any spare mobile for me.

                    My friend has come at and told me that the mobile was not ready yet. i got one spare mobile. i called the service center, they told that on sunday (09/10/16) the mobile will be fixed and returned. sunday i called. they have asked me to come on monday.

                    Monday i called again. they have told there is no spare parts. i went to center again on wednesday (12/10/16) evening. the front desk agent has told that "you have waited so many days, please wait for one more day". i have told that i need to go to hometown on friday (14/10/16). so i need mobile on 13/10/16. he promised that he will definitely give the mobile on thursday. thursday evening 6.30pm also i went. he told that they are working the on the mobile and it will be ready at 9:00 pm. given friend's number again, cause i will not be able to go on that time.

                    But my friend has told that the mobile was ready and they promised to give the mobile on friday 14/10/16. i have booked the train on 4.15 pm from tambaram. i have requested to give the mobile in the morning. but till the time they did not fix the issue on the mobile. i asked to return the mobile and refund the amount (rs.6800). they told the amount will not be refunded.

                    Important things are:
                    My brother met with an accident and he was not able to contact me to inform the same, since i was without mobile. he came to home with wound and broke the lock, since the key was with me.

                    I was searching the job, which is very important in my situation and i was not able to get any interview calls.

                    I am so depressed and my mind is thinking about the suicide too because of the depression.

                    Kindly help me to get my mobile back how i gave to them. and i need compensation for the all the efforts i took and for my depression.

                      No one should ever step in to totoodo for mobile service and repair. They are the most incompetent service provider.

                      1. I have submitted my mobile phone with them for screen repair, they couldn't fix it properly at the first place even after submitting it three times, they were unable to fix the problem. Now they have ruined my phone display, where i cannot even get a resale value.
                      2. On top of that these guys even exchanged my original battery.

                      I have paid them rs 3500/- which was a complete waste.

                      The sim tray I need to be repaired now without any paying the amount
                      I bought a JBL headphone and they changed me more where as the company sells their product for 999. They charged me 1799. I'm completely disappointed and will not recommend totoodo for anyone
                      I have given my mobile for some charging problem .the problem also not solved and the my device made an incorrectly damaged to the simple tray .and the simple is not showing .now .I want my device to be repaired as how i was given to the service center of bsk 2 nd stage .

                        On Aug 6th I Changed my DISPLAY for IPhone5s in Thoraipakkam Tootodo service center where they charged 5500 Rupees. Its Useless. After a one and a half month later, Mobile started to switch off and switch on automatically.

                        When we checked in the Authorized IPhone Service center for the switch Off Issue, we came to know that when changing the display they have changed the screw sizes as well damaged the finger print sensor and missed to include battery pad, few other parts.

                        Worst Service and Not a reliable source for doing Service. Money Waste and Time Waste.

                          Nexus 6 was given and repaired for a screen panel change on 27-Aug-2016 for Rs13000 in BTM store. On 24-Sep-2016 the screen stopped working suddenly after the phone battery discharged. The next day i dropped off the device at the same BTM store, since then no solutions are given and now that the phone part is under warranty, they are taking zero responsibility for it. No updates are given regarding what the problem is. When questioned for that the technician Rehman and the store handler Antony give remarks such as 'jo karna hai karlo' ('do whatever you wish to').
                          Return my phone in repaired condition or give my phone in the existing condition it was with my hard earned Rs 13000.

                              First of all.Totoodo is a cheater shop. You people cheated me for the money. you need to do service to the customers and gain with profit of 100 or max 400 rs . you cheated me with 2500rs. I am not going to leave you like this simply. directors has to call me. I will make sure people will not walk to your shops. no responsibility.no customer humanity or hospitality. managers behave idiotically with customers. when I called a manager, he said, we charge like that only and asked me to do what ever I can do. I will pull all the directors very soon. this is fraud shop. totally cheating.

                              genuinely get 100rs money, you will know the value of the money how people earn with their sweat. this is really cheating. if you dont have shame and think u are genuine call me back and do correct service. I will make sure whenever I have time, I will go to your your centers and make someone to stand out o[censored]r shops and explain them the situation. I hope I can help atleast 50% to survive with your cheated shops.

                              I already proved what you did wrong. if you are genuine return my money and do service what ever it costs else it is really cheating and will swear I will not leave this here. be ware.

                                An iphone 5s was given to Totoodo service on 23rd March and Rs 4000 was paid towards its service. The mobile has not been returned till date in working condition and the amount is not refunded. The service man says that the mobile cannot be fixed and does not refund the money that he has taken for its service. He means the amount for the software update against a normal bill of Rs 800 that is charged usually.

                                The service was handled by Jayanagar 4th blk Totoodo service center. Mr. Gowda and two more service men were involved. the job card no is JC2322 3/25/2016. After 4 times visiting to the showroom and about 3 months, the mobile was returned but not in working condition.

                                  My device apple iphone 6 plus had a screen broken and i wanted it to be fixed by totoodoo service center and they told i have a problem with my charging port also and so i told them fix that also and then they called me at 12am which was fishy to me... And the gave me the phone which had uneven display put on which was not original and a plastic charging port including the headphone jack...

                                  Totally fake products and they charged me 15, 000/- which was huge amount...

                                    Hi,

                                    This is concerning jc 720.

                                    I had given my dell inspiron 1545 laptop to the chandanagar branch in hyderabad and after checking, the technicians said that they found something in the motherboard and they have fixed it.
                                    They took rs. 1100 and we thought the issue might have been fixed. However, this is what we faced:

                                    1. They told us that you can come and collect the laptop, but when we reached, they said that they didn't bring the laptop and it is still there at their kukatpally shop.
                                    2. So we went again the next day and took the delivery from their store. They said they do not have a charger and we had to take the laptop without checking.

                                    3. The same evening after coming home, we checked the laptop. The laptop only worked for that day.

                                    4. Next two days it refused to get switched on. And when we took it to the store, their technicians (Who have very less knowledge about everything!) said that it is some board problem. They could not fix it.

                                    5. We left the laptop again with them and they said this time they have fixed it, again when we came home the same problem.

                                    My concern is, why did we pay ₹1100? They have not even identified the problem and they kept telling us to come again and again!

                                    Very very disappointed

                                      Hi,

                                      I am really disappointed the way my repair service with your branch have handled.

                                      There was a issue with my Moto G3 mobile, wherein some error like uploader boot failed was appearing. I had given the mobile to your branch at Banashakari BDA Complex branch on Sunday 17th July 2016 and I was informed that there was an issue relating to Software update and will be repaired by 2 days. After two days when I went there, they haven't done anything on the mobile and asked me to come back after 2 days.

                                      I took back my mobile and gave it to another branch of yours which is JP Nagar which was near to my residence. They again informed the same and told me to come back after 2 days. I was following up with them, they said that they are checking with their Head Office regarding the same and no hardware issues are there it's only the software issue/update that needs to be resolved.

                                      Yesterday i.e., 25th July 2016 I got a call from your branch in charge who informed me that "Your mobile's motherboard has been crashed, its of no use now, you can take a new mobile" . Is this the way you speak yo your customer and provide the service.

                                      I want the reasons as to why it cant be resolved and after waiting for more than 10 days and after repeatedly informing by your concerned technician and branch in charge that no hardware issue was there, still they came up and said motherboard was crashed.

                                      Some mistake would have occurred while repairing, because there was no hardware issue at all.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        I type this mail with a feeling of being cheated by the people in the Totoodo Koramangla outlet. I am working with a company in Bangalore with monthly take home of 26000. A year back my husband had got an Iphone 6 as gift from my relative.The screen had cracked and I had got it replaced from Totoodo on July 10th Sunday. The lady from just dial who had given me the phone number of your service center had told me that there is a warranty on mobile repair service by your company.I got the screen repaired at Rs8500, I had confirmed regarding the warranty from the guy at the counter at the Koramangala service center. he told after replacement of screen that if any problem happens I can bring it back...within ten days the display got faulty and started displaying blue lines.

                                        I called him again on 24th July 2016 and asked him if the service will be free to which he replied "Yes madam, please get it il return in the evening at 8:00. I believed him gave him my phone he checked it and told me ..its not the display problem but a strip has to be changed, again I confirmed if its free.. he said yes and he never gave me a reciept or a job order ...at 7:00 i called him and i told him I will be coming in half and hour he said madam the repair is chargable...i said how much ... he said 6000, I could here him discussing with a person Chandran on how much to charge me. He said phone is going to head office will come back tommorow morning only
                                        1.I told him do not repair it I will go to head office and collect it as i cant pay so much
                                        2.He said you come by 8:00 il get it from head office
                                        3.When I went to the store I realised he had not given the phone to head office
                                        4.He and the guy chandran were trying to scam me
                                        5.They had already removed the display from my phone when I reached even though I told him not too
                                        6.We were in a tough position because we wanted the phone immediately
                                        7.Both the employees from your company replaced the LCD when they had told us it was not LCD problem but a minor strip problem
                                        8.They charged us Rs.4000 again and had no remorse doing so
                                        9.We complained why he dint give job order paper as well as why he is charging when he told its free
                                        Basically I trusted a well established company to do business with Integrity but sir do realize when your employees are not honest it can spoil your company name.I am seeking 4000 Rs refund and I request you to do the needfull to restore my trust in your company
