I brought my nexus 4 for repairing the screen. It was very expensive and I have been waiting more than 4 h. The work was badly done and I had to go back. Then they fix it but again it wasnt good. They also said they have used an original piece but when I turn on the phone it was clear that it was not and they couldnt prove that it was original

I went there to change my mobile display and the only issue I had in my phone. ​There I met the person name called Lokesh. Initially he said, first let we check your phone in our velachery branch then let you know whether you want to change the display or not, if any other issue we couldnt able to clear in your phone means we will give your mobile as it is the no need to buy display. later he billed me Rs.7500/ as cash and he given the mobile in IPhone is disabled condition. When I rise a question on him, What's this ? he simply said just wait till tomorrow it will be solved but it didnt happen because of the person who handled my phone as tried my passcode for several times. Later he asked me few more days to solve this issue. Because of this idiotic action I have lost my few backups in my phone. Then one of the person named vinoth from alwarpet guided me for technical help through phone call but it isnt useful for me and I took my phone directly to alwarpet branch. Your company as motto of we carry we fix we deliver. but not at all following those things. and next 2 days they cleared my issue. Then within 4 days after I got my mobile from your place my phone has gone to dead condition. I contacted the alwarpet branch and they asked me to get my mobile to there place. Leaving all my works And I took my mobile there they simply said they mobile as some problem you give your mobile and go will let you after we found the fault before checking itself they asked me it has some charge issue so it will need Rs.2500/ to solve this issue. Before When the dispatch my mobile to hand they promised me everything is fine it will work fine. I asked the person named Vinoth (senior manager he said) his behaviour response to the client is worst. I raised a question what sir 3 days before only you serviced my mobile you said nothing will happen everything in fine condition but now you are saying like this he said am I god to know your mobile issue before itself. This is a fine reply I got from them. If they clearly said my mobile issue I would'nt go for display replacement instead of that I will happily give you a service charge. But instead of that they got my mobile and again charged me Rs.2200/. One week they simply said some reasons like the person is leave not feeling well like that. On friday 27/11/2015 noon time I received a mobile in that branch. Within a night again my mobile is dead. Till now I spent Rs.9700/ to your service centre but my work not at all finished. I sent one of person to that shop to show my mobile but your persons answers are again useless for me. They again asked me time till monday so I have asked my money back or else clear it today itself I could'nt able to come here its so far for me but he again and again said some nonsense replies I'm very frustrated and I got tensed and shouted that guy. Never seen such a idiotic person who do know how to react with clients. When I'm went there that time itself vinoth answered to me by teasingly. Till now my problem has'nt solved yet. Because of Just Dial only I came to your service centre, I have raised a complaint in JD also they said me we will contact them and let you know. And They advised me to contact their care centre and they guided me to mail my complaint to your mail ID.

Worst experience in totoodo...I given my iphone for display issue.They did some thing and given back no signals in phone.
Worst service, they literally spoiled my iphone.Pls don't encourage this kind of service center.

3 months before only i have given the Moto E mobile for the service at Chennai Velachery TOTOODO center but i received my mobile 3 days before only this is the service of your people and then my personal data and Communication Details all are Discarded(data loss) in my mobile.mobile parts also changed.when i asked the people for that data loss they are not responding us properly talking too much.right now i need my Data.if you are not take the proper action and response to us i will take the action against the TOTOODO and also going to complaint the police station and Court. According to the amended Information Technology Act, 2000, Crime of data theft under Section 43(b) is stated as If any person without permission of the owner or any other person who is incharge of a computer, computer system of computer network, downloads, copies or extracts any data, computer database or information from such computer, computer system or computer network . i have given my iphone 5s to totodoo service center chennai at annanager [near chintamani] with iphone as dead because the battery drains fast and dead it is not charging ..you have charged rs 8000/- for board fault and lcd problem . I have paid the amount .after one weak same problem raised and iphone is dead . Again i went to the shop and they said you thave the change the new battery then the problem will be solved . so i paid rs2000/- for new battery .again one week same problem is raised .i went tothe shop of annanager .they said no problem ib the iphone only problem is iphone usb wire .totoodo shop asked to pay rs 800/- for wire [which is guaranteed for 6 month].i have paid thatamount ..on june 4th 2015. the problemarises for iphone. i went to the shop and given to service . after 3 days we seviced every thing and changed usb wire also and given iphone as dead .and saying iphone batteryry is dead for 3 days in my shop so take iphone and charge for 12 hours the iphone will work. i have charged for 15 hours but nothing works.My iphone is dead and nothing HAPPENED .what kind services done totoodoo doing i dont understand .i came to know totoodo having total 22 branches atl chennai and bangalore..

Hello, This is related to Job Number : JC97 where Store In charge has committed to deliver repaired Samsung T311 at 30/05/2015 @ 2100 hours but at 2102 hours i received a call and informed that due to rain in Kormangala phone cannot be delivered and will be delivered at 31/05/2015 @ 1200 hours due to which i have cancelled my flight ticket which cost me INR 18000/-. In case o[censored]rgency i inquired the repairing cost at Samsung service center and which was approx INR 6000/- in spite of that i gave it to TOTOODO- Marathalli Branch to get it repaired on the same date but sadly that never happened. With continuation of above scenario i tried calling Store Manager whose number is +91-[protected] who never received my call.

One of the worst services provided, spoiled my Xperia Z2 device given for display change, they have repaired my speakers and not ready to stand by their words, from past 2 months giving false commitment . COO not fit for COO of the company. *** Friends don't give your device for service they will eat your money they will threaten you and they are least bothered if you want to complaint in consumer forum *****

My Sony Experia phone was damaged beyond repair by Totoodo smartphone work shop located in Jayanagar 4th block. I just wanted them to replace my cracked screen and nothing else. They returned my phone without the speaker or mike. The callers on the other end were not able to hear me. I gave my phone back for the repairing and they took about 8 days to return the phone. Every time I called the branch they said the same old answer that it will be delivered today, afternoon or evening. When I got frustrated and argued with the branch manager, he said he will claim that when he gave the phone back it was working and I further damaged it. He also threatened me saying that he will not return my phone if I talk too much. Finally I got my phone yesterday after 8 days. But nothing was repaired. Speaker is still not working and now the phone is not catching the network also.

Had given phone to the above mentioned shop for fixing a software error but returned the phone in a non working condition and had also caused me a hardware error which costed me eleven thousand rupees when i got it repaired at the authorised samsung service center. Now they are disagreeing to be held responsible for the error caused inspite of the promise made earlier.
