I got a service of screen replacement for my iphone 6 for 9500 rupees only. The screen got damaged when my elbow touched the screen, please note that the tampered glass was on. Any one does keep their phone in front pocket of jean, by coins impact i never heard by witnessed a screen getting damaged with out tampered glass getting affected. They say it's a physical damage technically and can't offer any further service for the paid amount. Having raised the issue couple of times at the service centre i wasn't acknowledged through mail, but just kept on delaying the process. I don't have a scope of questioning on quality of the screen they had put on my phone and nothing is being serviced.

    I had given my iPhone 5s for as it was not charging at totoodo Kukatpally branch JNTU. They told that it will cost around Rs2000 and I told to do that.
    After a day they returned back my phone that it will not get repaired.Out of shock after giving it at a apple authorised dealer they told that all the parts were changed and even the battery also.My job card number is JC702 and kindly resolve it.

      I bought a new Iphone 6s recently and to my bad luck the phone was water locked and its not working properly. So i took it to ToTooDo gachobowli hyderabad branch. I handed over my phone at showroom and asked him to repair it as soon as possible as i don't have any other phone (borrowed a phone from my friend for some days). Its been 4 weeks that every day i was going or calling the showroom person for the status and there is no proper response.

      Still i am not sure what is happening to the phone. day by day he started saying stories. Below are the stories
      1. We kept your phone is some 'Elma' process
      2. Battery is not working
      3. Your phone is repaired and person has gone to other branch to get your phone.
      4. technician person father has expired, So he is delaying. (I am not sure in the third point if the phone is finished, What is the technician person still doing)
      5. Recent update, Need some more time to repair

      I didn't get the handset till now, I gave the phone on may 21st and till date i didn't get my mobile.
      ToTooDo.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Still not received my handset., He said that he need some more time. And by tomorrow morning he will deliver it. But i am pretty sure that he will say some other story tomorrow
      Finally got my handset in working condition(But not sure how long it will work).

      They told me that they haven't changed any parts in the phone, But while handing over the set he said that they changed some ear speaker part. And also he confirmed they wont be any problem while exchanging the phone in Apple service store. But any ways the i need to get evaluated the phone in apple service store.


      But over all experience with ToTooDo is too bad and too worst. Below are the complaints that i am having with ToTooDo (Even some of the customer who walked-in when i was at store also have similar kind of problems)

      1. No proper response.
      2. They won't give the exact answer, Says some stories like kids.And what ever the reason that they say will not match with the previous stories that they say.
      3. As we don't know any thing about mobile phones. What ever they said we need to listen to them.
      4. As a result of 3rd point What ever the price that they decide we need to agree on that and we need to pay
      5. Initially they agree on every thing what ever you ask., . But at the time of result they will convenes you on what you have agreed with they. As we don't have any proof we can't blaim them.


      So final point that i suggest is., Don't ever see if the shop is hygiene. Please go through the reviews before selecting the shop (I haven't seen the reviews before going to ToTooDo, the mistake that i have done)

        Hello everyone, I visited this Totoodo store at Madhapur, Hyderabad.


        There is one guy name: kiran
        Mine is HTC one m7 mobile with charging problem,
        For this problem they suggested to replace the charging slot and they charged 1800/-. But it is not replaced with new one. The executive argued with me that he replaced with new slot but its not.

        When I ask him to open, they opened and cleaned the slot with spirit and showed me as new but it is old.

        My question, if they didn't replace the spare why they charge for it

          JC 255, I give my iPhone 6 on[protected] for display breakage at KPHB (jntu road). They charge 11000 and again same issue within 20 days. I have given my phone again on[protected] from that date till I can't get my iPhone from the store. And they can't send mail the bill till date also. Service and response is very worst. They can't answer properly, they tell stories it's very worst service I can see. Please resolve my problem quickly.

            I replaced my iphone 6 plus damaged screen on[protected] and i was told that it is original oem and it would be of good quality etc.

            I was offered 3 months warranty which was written and given in the outlet.

            The phone was not dropped any where and there was physical impact on the phone. On 11th june early morning, to my surprise there was a small crack developed in the phone and grew larger and larger day by day. There was issue in speaker too and the screen has started popping out.

            The temper glass given as complementary by you guys is absolutely in tact.

            I went to apple service centre in chennai and they said the glass is duplicate and thus the speaker is also damaged.

            Using such cheap product by charging exorbitant amount is not acceptable. I am extremely disappointed with it.

            Such a fake shop and it's all waste of money.

              Hi Team,

              I went to Totoodo service center, gachibowli, Hyderabad on[protected].
              My mobile type : Lenovo S850
              Job Card No : JC171
              Actual issue : replace the touch screen.
              Paid amount : 3000/-
              What they did : Broken complete back part of my mobile and just paste the pieces same and given to me .
              What they said : They promise me to provide back part of my mobile but still I didn't get any positive response from there side.

              Please help me and do necessary actions on this service center.

                I had given my Mi 1 phone for repairs to ToToodo. The problem being USB charging port was damaged and needed to be replaced. The same was carried out by Jayanagar service centre and amount charged was Rs. 900/-. On receipt of the phone it was found that Mic was not working. On approaching the Jayanagar Service Centre I was informed that MIC strip is missing and we have to pay another Rs. 2500/- for the same. When the phone was handed over for the first time everything was working except for the faulty USB port and then this happens. This service centre is only cheating customers first by exorbitantly charging for the spare parts and then again damaging / creating other problems in the handset and again charging for the same.

                  I have been to totoodoo's branch in kukatpally, hyderabad for an iphone repair.
                  I just wanted them to repair the screen and panel for the phone. They charged me rs 4000 for the repair. I haven't checked the phone on arrival as i trusted them. When I checked later they have replaced the speakers, camera and even the screen is of worst quality. Never will use their service again. It's sad that people resort to such cheap tricks and doesn't care about the reputation of the company.

                    On 27th March, My Phone got damaged due to fallen on the road.
                    Model name is : Sony Xperia C5 ultra
                    I went to TotooDo Service Center as that was nearer to my house.
                    They said it's authorized Service center and this damage can be easily repaired .It will be in same condition as it was during purchase. They said 10800 Rs will be the cost of Display and under which everything will be repaired and Display which they will provide will be the original one. I agreed and ask to proceed.

                    Later while repairing they said speaker and camera is also damaged but they will be taken under that amount only, come after 2 hrs.
                    After 2 hrs, they given back my phone in which they change the display but physical appearance was not properly set .
                    I asked them to properly set Physical appearance and configuration, they then said that they can't be done right now but will do it tomorrow.

                    the next day i went there but they should causal approach and said come after 2 month, speaker, camera, center case and back case cant be adjusted .. blaa blaa.. and for this they need more charge.

                    Later i check with Sony center as i cant wait for too long to get it repaired, they said the Display cost is near around 5400 Rs and since ToTooDo has already opened this they won't fix the remaining part at all .

                    Now, what will i do i don't know, I went there today but they simply saying go, take legal action . We cant help you . Blaa blaa

                    I want my money Back completely or Full Genuine Service ASAP.
                    They wasted my lots of time by arguing and saying come today, come tomorrow.

                    Very bad experience! Extremely rude staff in the omr branch! I had given my i4 for repair as it had some issue with display, they said wud need to change the part to which we agreed and paid rs 3200.this part was supposed to have 1 month warranty.after 15days same issue occured with the phone and I went back to them for help.the guy sitting behind the desk after coming to know about the reccurrence of the same issue again in the phone did not bother to listen to me!on top of thatkept me waiting till he finished his work on phone, laptop then his assistant, then again his phone calls and then few of his customers till the time my patience ran off... and then I was compelled to intervene in his so called job only to listen to his raised voice saying "I cannot do it".

                    After all this I Said atleast replace the part which is under warranty. Then the conversation turned to saying that his concerned person to check phone was unavailable so can leave the phon here with us. I had spent so much time and money that I decided to leave the phone with them. This guy didn't give me any job card regarding my phone didn't call me for what was he planning to do with my phone inspite of my repeated follow ups and after 5days I went to the shop again where he shouted and said why was u here to enquire. I was pissed off with this so I called the service centre for this and to my surprise I was suggested "why can't you take the phone back if they cannot help you"


                    Now my problem is ...I came here for repair for which you charged me good amount and saying the part was under warranty.you did nothing of that warranty bearing part which broke again..instead I do all the chasing up and follow up and listen to your shouts wait in invisible queues spend time looking at your blank faces.
                    Finally I took back my phone in the same condition.
                    NEVER DARE TO ENTER TOTOODO SHOP ...cause if you do you are callling your own BAD LUCK.

                    Hi, i had given my nokia Asha 303 for changing the volume button and they charged me 650 Rs, But when i checked in online i could get the complete body for 621 Rs. And also the issue has not been resolved yet.

                      Hi Totoodo Support Team,

                      Initial repair request: Vide JC1880, I replaced my Nexus 6 broken screen with a screen from Totoodo by paying Rs.16000 at your JP Nagar branch. I gave it for repair on 16th Jan and got it back on 17th Jan.

                      First re-repair: The Screen was not pasted correctly and the screen got detached. I could not receive or do a call. I went back on 18th Jan and they gave it back to me saying it is fixed on 21st Jan from Totoodo. This time with a promise that it will be good.

                      Second re-repair: Approx. 7 days later, the screen again gave away from the body and I could not send or receive calls. I went back again to your JP Nagar branch and they supposedly fixed it and gave it back. However, within couple of weeks the same problem.

                      Third time same problem: The glue came off in 15 days and the phone is totally non-functional and is not switching on. When I went to the JP Nagar branch, they said, they will fix it the same way they did it last time. I do not have confidence in their repairing capabilities.

                      Please let me know whether Totoodo has anybody competent who can glue the screen to Nexus 6 phone properly? They can reach me on my mobile number given below and collect the phone.

                      I am really disappointed, frustrated and angered by this sub-standard workmanship and pathetic customer service.

                      I hope somebody at Totoodo will take note and put an end to my misery.

                        My Job code is JC814 at their domlur branch.

                        They removed the sim card and memory card before giving it back to me. I called them umpteen number of times but encountered extremely rude behavior.

                        They refuse to return the sim and the memory card.

                        This is completely unacceptable and I am contemplating filing a police case and a court case.

                          I have given my phone to replace the display.

                          after replacement of display. battery was dry. they were try to to jump start.
                          after that my battery not at all working. and they installed some battery. it was working fine. for 20 days only. after that display was flickering. went back and informed to totoodo. They said loose connection this is may happened. Then they returned to me.
                          with in a day problem restarted again. again went back and they corrected something.
                          it is repeated again. and this time said. will replace the display. i am unsure about this with same condition i got my phone, and they given me with out charge.
                          i came back to home and checking after putting 100% charge on battery.
                          drain down in 1 hr. I am not sure what exactly sure that what the service they provided to me is not correct. they said they are trying with another phones also. with my spares. witch is not at all acceptable.

                          After getting service of my mobile phone one of the button is not working

                          I have changed my one plus two mobilephone display in velacheri totoodo service centre... and one of the button in the mobile phone is not working...I have reported about this problem to totoodo service centre velacheri about 8 times... but no proper response from them and I have also complained about this to the totoodo customer care service...

                            I have given my LG G3 for new touch screen in totoodo gachbowli branch as my touch screen has broken. They charged me 7500 and got it repaired. After that i started my mobile started getting full heat & also many times the touch doesnt work.

                            Innitialy He told me 1year warrenty i asked for the aurantee warrenty gard. he told is not necessary just bill is enought but the bill doesnt have anyting regarding warrenty. His name is Sajith. within 1month i went to totoodo for repair but Sajith is not there and somebody else is so he wanted me to come some other time.

                            After few months i called to the same service center and now Ali answered the call and told that he is on weekoff please come tomorrow morning.
                            Again i went today i.e on 03/08/2016 now that ali is again saying that he is having exam come after 12.30 Pm & also fithing with me that i will be speaking to many customers how i will remember what i said to that.. just to go and come after 12.30.

                            Also he is stating that its not 1year warrenty but only 90days.

                            i have called the customer care number[protected] atlease 20 times.Even this number just rings but nobody answers.

                            I have all the call recordings with me.

                              We had given a Iphone to repair, which had apparently fallen in water.They had kept the phone for a week and damaged all the parts and now claims that water has gone into the circuit board, hence it is not working.We filed a Police complaint against the them. The manager in Domlur branch said you can go to supreme court as well, I am not bothered about you.Cheap, unethical behaviour from this service center. I would not recommend anyone to give your phones here, they are scam artists who will take your phone and remove all the original parts and give it back saying that sorry, its not working.

                                I have approached ToToodo in marathalli in bangalore for changing the display of my Sony xperia Z2, for that they charged me 8000 INR. The new screen is working fine but they replaced my original speakers of the phone with duplicate speakers. Sound is aweful now.

                                  Hello, This is related to Job Number : JC1464 on 29th Jan 2016. My phone only problem was screen which was damaged due to a fall, When I reached the store to change screen of Iphone they asked 3000 bugs to change it and promise me to deliver it on the next day.

                                  Next day when I reached there and checked the phone there is a big gap between the screen and body, Then they asked me come next day once they call.


                                  After 2 Days - Gap was again there and when I asked them the same they told body centrica is gone again 4500 bugs. The volume button was not working from that time, when i asked that again 1500 bugs.

                                  Very bad service and very unprofessional staff in OMR, Chennai. They just want to take 3000 bugs for no reason by arguing, I just gave 3000 bugs and came with what ever is left because i don't want spoil my Data / Pics with them.

                                  After paying the bill from card they dint give me a receipt for the same. when I asked, they told me they will send it by mail and taken my mail Id. Till now waiting for the same.

                                  I just want the amount back which i spend for no reason...Thanks.

                                    I'm very dissapointed with the service. The store head doesn't even answer the call. I have spent 5000 to get it repaired. But it's waste. I lost my data, and my valuable time. From last two weeks I'm trying to repair my Hp laptop. The quality of service is very bad. I had a display prob, so I contacted them. It's been solved but they raised some other problems.

                                      Job card jc1374 i m Rajesh: i went to this show room for fixing my grand 2 tocuh issue, even after clearly telling that touch issue the staff is telling as first he will go with general service, then we can see it., within 5 min he came out and said that you have to go with replacement oly no other option is there and asked 800 for inspection charges but in there bill itself its mentioned as 100 rs for inspection ., and they are not providing the bill as so many arguments they are giving the bill with costumer signature as his signature, he gave the bill as approxi 2000 as bill amount. very worst service and new way of cheating money .worst customer service .

                                        I had approached the TOTOODOO service center (HSR layout) with my Nexus 4 as it was switching off frequently. They told that it is a problem with battery related IC and informed that they will replace it and will cost INR 1500 (Service Invoice SB74 dated Dec 12, 2015) In fact the phone was not repaired nor the part replaced. I found that out after I took the phone to the LG Service center at Marathahalli later where they told that it s an issue with the battery and nothing else. Also they told me that nothing ahs been changed on the handset I learnt a lesson then not to approach these fraudulent centers who charge for no work done at all!! Just a word of caution to others
