Hi team,

I have spent 11, 500 to get my cellphone repaired but the issue was not fixed and kept arising again and again. I was promised that my cellphone will be repaired but hasn't been fixed. I have not been able to use my cellphone since the mobile was handed over to me. Retailer says that he can't refund the money and is asking me to give him more time to fix it. It's been 2 weeks i have left my cellphone with the retailer.

Can you please refund my money? I need someone to help me here i have spent my hard earned money where my mobile was not repaired and i feel now i am cheated and without a cellphone.

This is a complaint against totodoo for their pathetic laptop service. I gave my laptop for keyboard and returned after somedays, however the issue was not fixed. I returned the laptop again to the service centre 3 times as the keyboard issue was not fixed. On the 3rd time laptop was fixed however they have misplaced the laptop bag which was given along with the laptop. It's been 2 weeks and i'm not receiving any proper response from the service centre.

On 03.01.18, my mobile moto e2 model, earring speaker problem. I given to totoodo service centre virugambakkam chennai. They changed new one and ₹800/- pay. They telling orally 3 month validity during service. After 50 days, again same problem came. Now they no response. They told new one will change and again pay. My mobile no [protected]. Please take action.

I got my iphone 6s screen replaced by them yesterday and post that both cameras and proximity sensor don't work. They have given me 6 mths warranty however on the very day too they are not willing honor that. The phone serviced in bangalore however the bill warranty is for chennai jurisdiction. They are frauds as they claim they have 54 franchise however i[censored] get a phone serviced from a particular store will look into the issue and not any other store. If you call the customer support and try register a complain they hang up the phone without listening to your query.

I am kedarnath and my cell phone number is [protected], i gave the mi max cellphone for lcd display replacement @rr nagar center on the day of openning this service center and they gave cellphone but the basic functioning of the phone is gone bad and after calling from this phone, call can not be cut/cancelled.

And the service center guys does not take any responsibility or they know any thing on the cell phone servicing is the basic question.

I want the cell to be repaired asap, and i am seriously upset because of this.

Awaiting for response/call for this.

On 29/10/2017 we go for repairing our iphone 5s on below service vendor, he repair and get 5250 rs. But not give a bill, we ask for the bill so they ask please give me yours email id so in 15 min you get the bill on yours mail.

But still we are not getting a bill copy, approx 25 time we call he ask every time 2 min, today morning they are not even pic my any call,

Hsr layout branch bangalore has two rowdies/thugs/uneducated criminals running the store. Both look like goondas from the nether regions of bangalore. Had given phone for repair and they cheated two times by giving fake screen. After that went to the store to get refund and they said cannot refund also refuse to share higher authority contact details. They abused me in their mother tongue and threatened me saying the police and courts don't scare them. They said we don't care who you complain to. Pathetic individuals and only grabbing customers money. No quality in the product and the customer will be cheated 100%. You will never get your money back and your device will come back worse than before. Please don't visit hsr layout branch or any other branch of totoodo. They are cheats. Electronic devices lose 95% of their value after purchase, but totoodo will charge you half the original price of your product to repair and give it back in pathetic condition.

Technician replaced my iphone 5s display, charged rs4000. Within week the phone not working, they could not fix, agreed to return the phone with earlier display and refund rs 4000. Since then it is more than 4 months, i've called 100 calls and visited 20 times to the shop, every time technician riyaz and his manager chandra giving false promises to come later. They have not returned my phone and the money yet. Made complaints on the company website but no action is taken yet.
Totoodo is a cheat company.

I had visited totoodo mobile service center which is at chandanagar on 29/08/2017 job card no:jc431 for replacement of my lenovo k5 note display and they had replaced it by charging rs.3700 and my mobile display not supported camera and display not good working and the totoodo executives mr. Ragava took my phone and gave that to kukatpally head office after doing more follow ups and given back my mobile and now again i got same problem and battery was damage that my display is totally not working, these totoodo. Cheating customers by giving china products, i will sui them... So give my mobile servicing charging cost 3700/- and battery cost provided me.

I gave my moto x play for repairing at totoodo gachibowli hyderabad to replace the display on 10 aug around 6 pm. They didn't have paper so i didn't get the job card and also he didn't give me the bill or the warranty on the display. Please look into it or else i will be taking further actions. Hi, last week got my iphone 7 screen replaced at a cost of 13000, service centre agreed for a 9 months warranty, l 4 days after the screen replacement the home button seems to be coming out of the case.. Worried when i went back to the mathikere center where i had got it replaced.. The same engineer who repaired it, ignored it and said that it is impossible that the button is not fixed... And started screaming at me, so called up customer care who informed me that the warranty card will only be given tomorrow, do i have to keep running after these guys now, what would it take for the engineer to check the button again i am sure he has not fixed it properly, what can be done so these guys will stop treating there customers so badly.. Where can i escalate this to

I had been your regular customer since 2015. I have always had best service from your jp nagar rbi layout branch.
However, on 1-aug-17 i had given my iphone7 for screen replacement as it had broken screen.
I had got my phone repaired the same day after many followups and 2 hours of waiting at 10pm your centre.
I am most unhappy about the quality of work. My replaced screen looks yellow now. When i visited your centre on following day saying the screen is yellow and is strenuous to my eyes. Firstly, the issue wasnt even noted and i was told to come back next day as the technician had been off sick.

I do not understand why do you need to keep a phone for more than 10 hours and then give half repaired phone and not even acknowledge the mistake that it's not fixed completely.

I need my money back.

I have been there to get my apple 4s for repair at jp nagar no. 53, sri rama layout, brigade millennium, jp nagar 8th phase. With job id jc39.
They said it is battery issue, and in one day only they checked and said replaced battery there they shown my like now its charging. When i cheked at home agin it was not working when i went there they said again they need to check it, they said i need to pay 1400rs more as earlier i had paid 1800rs. Then i said please keep your battery with you and refund my 1800rs back. Person name mr. Muturaj was the manager there in that office. He said the money will be refunded to you in 22 days this the process. I waited i did not get my money. Many time i called 10-14times daily i was giving them my detail.in between i called customer care also they also not behaved good they said pls name the person, see i went there to get repair my phone not to make friendship. I want money back at all cost.

I replaced my iphone5s battery in jayanagar 4th block in bangalore, at 20th june 2017, they charged me around rs2000.
They given 30days repalcement warranty, after 20th july my mobile has same problem which was switch off at 30% of battery, there is no change for my solution of my problem. I have given my mobile in same service center in 21st july they observed for 2days and atlast they given my mobile on 24th july 2017 in evening and i dont what they done with my mobile i dont give battery life again am facing more problems, please rectify my problem.

Very poor service provided by totoodo hsr layout service center in bangalore. I had gone there 4 months back to get the charging port replaced for my iphone 5s. Since then multiple problems have started coming in my phone. I have visited again and again but the repair person there has no knowledge of the problem. He asked me to see youtube videos and check for the problem! Thumbprint stopped working after he changed the port, he suggested to reset the device to solve the problem!! A hardware issue to be solved by sofware reset, wow!! That is how incompetent and irresponsible they are. They use cheap quality parts, overcharge for them which go bad in a month. My iphone 5s is dead now due to the sheer incompetence and irresponsible behavior of the person in the center.

I had visited totoodo mobile service center which is at gachibowli on[protected] for replacement of my iphone 6 plus display and they had replaced it by charging rs.13000 and withing 45days my mobile display got stopped working and the #### totoodo executives mr.Shiva took my phone and gave that to kukatpally head office after doing more follow ups and given back my mobile and now again i got same problem that my display is not working, these mother ##### had took my 13000 rs and put #### display we need to #### them blady #### totoodo.Cheating customers by giving china products, i will sui them n show them hell, i am going to them this sunday to #### them i will show them hell.Since 15 days i am using nokia 1000rs phone because of this #### totoodo.

Ive registered a complaint two weeks back..and made a compliant here a week ago..but i got no updates on my Mac book pro screen... and this is one of the worst est customer service station in India. I've got 8 numbers in hand to make a cpmplaint. and now none of the number is responding.. including their toll free number.. and the amount i wasted on them is 32500.
i would probably take a legal action next in two days on the totoodo site. if i don't get an update on my registaered complaint.

I took my phone to Totoodo Bellandur service and they couldnt fix it even after trying for 4weeks. So I asked back my phone and my money since I paid for nothing. Giving back my phone took them 4weeks, but they didnt give refund - they keep lying me about it. I've been doing this for 3months now and they keep telling me to go back after a few days, basically they making a complete ##### out of me. I called the manager, the HELPDESK, I talked to 4different persons at least and they always promised to call me back and fix it.
Never happened. They just lying.No one ever called me, no one cares about this- which is absolutely not okay. They highlighting themselves as a high rated service. Ridiculous. They took my money for nothing and they playing with me.

This is with regard to a concern i had brought up with regard to my mac laptop screen to your anna nagar (Chinthamani) branch.. After the first fix, i was not satisfied with the product as the screen started becoming loose after a week it was fixed. When i had received a feedback call from the customer care, i had specifically mentioned that i'm not satisfied with the product as it already started creating problems. The information i got from the customer care was they will get back to me and get it rectified, which was never done. Now, within two months, the laptop screen is creating more problems as there is a crack on the screen at the edge (Tats because tat same problem i mentioned earlier) and the screen is turning white in color. And i ve given back to the store manager this morning since i had already informed them that i wasn't satisfied with the product, the damage has nothing to do from my side as after a week when i received it was already loose. And i ve got three months warrnty confirmation also from that branch manager... Hope it will get fixed. This product involves a lot of money (Thirty two thousand five hundred) and i can't take it light. It's not a small amount. And the product i received was of poor quality. If i don't get this fixed as soon as possible, i may have to take legal actions on the company for selling poor quality products to customers. Hoping you would take this seriously or i may have to take it further as it's a matter of thousands of money which i don't want to lose it because of your lack of responsibility and concern towards my complaint.
