TRADEINDIA only knows how to dupe customers. For subscription, their staff will call 10-20 times a day, but when it comes to service support 0 calls. We trusted them for the second time and went ahead but again it was the wrong decision ever. They generate 0 leads. 99% of their leads are useless. When we ask for MONEY REFUND, they don't reply. Once they take the money, they behave as if they don't know you. ZERO SUPPORT, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!...

I paid them more than 60000/- but gave me no business.after complain no response from tradeindia, my recommendation to all please be safe from this company if he/she say's please ask him for demo to give buyer/consumer for your product first....

As I just enquired for home theatre, so lots of calls are incoming, so please stop the incoming calls . Thank you!...

I purchased 4 year plan for 10 years by paying 38000 in 2019.

We received a call on 23rd August 2021 From Mr. Jora singh through Tradeindia platform as we are the premium member of Trade India since last 8 months. This buyer was interested in our soaps and wanted to order 500/pieces and enquired about our logistic services just like any other customer and we found him reliable as it was through TradeIndia .
On 24th August he wanted to make advance 50% advance as per our Terms and conditions and...

As per their commitment we made advance payment and the order was scheduled to be delivered on Thrusday the 26th which was almost 10 days after placing the order and clearance of payment.

We kept calling but they resfused to pick up. On our constant calling he picked up once and start abusing profusely.

This is about my experience with trade India. One of tradeindia's executive came to my place and explained about how tradeindia will help us to get buyers by tradeindia inquiries for local as well as export. We have taken 3 years subscription and paid Rs. 101111.00 by cheque dated 18/6/2021. The two month already pssed and there are very few inquires we got and there is no export inquiry came.
