I booked ticket on travolook.in registered under Wing In travel Advisory Pvt Ltd on 10th July 2022, travel date 26th Oct 2022 by Go air from Varanasi to Delhi i.e. REF[protected]. I paid 5691Rs. Go Air called on 13th Sep 2022 and informed about rescheduling the time which is from morning 8 am to 9:30 pm. So I didn't agree with this change of timing. Go Air cancelled the ticket and refunded the money to travelook.in. When I checked with Travolook.in via telephonic call, their employee says, no ticket was cancelled on given PNR, and any refund will take 35 days. It was really surprising for me, first they refused about any cancellation, although Airline immediately intimed whenever their is any change in plan or flight schedule or any cancellation done by Airline.
After the refusal from Travolook.in, I provided Travolook.in the cancelled air ticket copy on mail, then their customer care said, we didn't receive the refund. Look how travelook.in is scamming. Then, I requested Go Air to provide the credit amount receipt done to Travolook.in by Go Airline. Go Air provided me the copy of their payment to travolook.in. Same I shared with Travelook.in on mail with Dishant, the manager. The real cheating starts from here, as I made more than 40 called to coordinate and asking for the refund. Dishant the manager of Travolook.in registered under Wing In travel Advisory Pvt Ltd came in the conversation and replied on mail that it will be done within 5 - 7 workings. Already 3 weeks are passing, but this fraud company travolook is not willing to pay. Even I warned for legal notice and informed them about dire consequence through the legal way for this scam, this fraud travolook.in has taken the whole conversation take for granted. The company is total fraud, as not only me there are so many victims and they were scammed by Travolook.in I will file case against this fraudulent committed by travolook.in registered under Wing In travel Advisory Pvt Ltd.

I have a booked a flight ticket with Travolook an year ago on September 2021 from Hyd to Vizag with a reference id: REF[protected].

They have cancelled the ticket without any reason and after multiple follow ups they told they have provided the refund of 3880 rs. But till date i didn't any received any refund from them and i have verified the same with ICICI bank they are asking for UPI reference number but Travolook is not providing any details. Since an year i am fighting through online portals and all but they are not helping and now they are not even responding. Kindly do the needful. I lost my mental peace by following with them. I booked a Rtn flight on 6 June 2022, from Mumbai to Bangalore. Ref: REF[protected]. The booking was cancelled within 5 min after deducting amount from my bank as the fare was not available. Till today Oct 2022 I have not received my refund after numerous follow up. It is only increasing mental stress for me with no confidence on such sites.

I booked a ticket from Travolook on April 16, 2022.
Right when the booking was done, they mentioned it could not be processed and would be refunded. Since then I have followed multiple times, but in vain.

I googled and identified that they are doing this fraud with everyone using this site. Need your support to get the refund and get this website booked for fraud.

I was booking a ticket on 20th June, and after I paid the money I received a mail saying that it's not booked and and that they will refund my money in 7 days and I have kept calling customer care and mailed them since then but haven't received my money back.
These are the two tickets' reference number (REF[protected], REF[protected] which amounts to around 8000+.
I researched about them online and found out that they are fraud company and have done the same for others in past too but there have been cases on them earlier too but why is the site still running?
Please help me get my money back, it's really important to me

I have booked an flight ticket (Patna to Bengaluru) on 14th April 2022 from Travolook website.

Then after some time I got an email with subject - Flight booking In-Progress with Booking Ref: REF[protected]

Then again 15 minutes later another email In have got with the subject - Your Booking is cancelled with travolook.in: REF[protected]
After so many calls and registering complaint here helped me somehow.
On 15th june they had refunded partial amount of Rs 3572.77 only. After contacting the customer support they told that partial refund is being processed and will be reflected on your bank account on Monday evening. I had attached the screenshot of the transaction. i hadn't received my full refund i.e. Rs 2284.23 is still not refunded.
Please do the needful and help me to get my hard earned money back from them.

I booked my ticket dated on 24/06/2022 from visakhapatnam to hyderabad using travollook after completion of payment i received a mail stating that due to fair expiration we are unable to process your request our customer support executive will assist you and your refund will be processed with in 10 to 12 Days. I am following daily from past 3 months till now my issue wast not resolved. Kindly look into this and take strict action against this fraud travel agent.

i booked my tic. through travolook on 14th of june, and amount 10138/- was deducted but tic was not generated, after that as per there policy within 7to 8 days amount should refund to me. but even after that no amount was received, i start to call them every week, every time they given time wait for one week, now after three months they told me wait for 48 hours, but still no amount was received

Description: MY flight ticket was cancelled by Travolook on 7/5/2022. I've been following via email for refund but till to-date no refund was provided.
There's no follow up or holding reply from them although we have mailed them numerous times. Since the cancellation was done by Travolook, I request for full refund of the ticket price. Please urgently expedite and looking forward to hear from you soon. Thanks.

I was trying to book my ticket Delhi to Patna on 26july my payment got deducted but ticket was not booked due to some technical error. Travolook Custumer care promised me that money will be credit in next 7 days but it’s been almost 2 months payment not yet credited in my account. And I am following them every week and they are just delaying intentionally. Because everytime they said money got revert back to their account.I asked them to credit my travolook wallet so I can book another tickets but they are not doing so as well.Kindly look into this matter and raise this issue on serious note. And file complaint in court.

I booked my ticket with reference no.[protected] . My ticket was not confirmed and I was assured that my payment will be refunded in 4-5 working days. With repeated calls and harassments from your end 180 days have passed and I still didn't get the refund. Will the amount be refunded with interest or harassment compensation. This is my 8th mail and I was assured on june 16th that i will have my refund within 10 days and now its already 90 days . I am not able to contact customer care for hours and even after waiting for an hour and a half, if I get connected then they can't let me talk to their superiors because of your fraudulent protocol. The customer care representatives have assured me many times that it was going to be my last call and I would be getting a refund in 3 days and 110 days have been passed since then. You took all my bank details and IDs and refund was credited to my wallet without asking me as I never created any account or wallet.

I am chaising company for refund for than 2 months now with more than 20 calls. Every time Travolook team promise to refund in next 4 working days, but till date no refund.
Travolook should be banned doing business until they resolve customer complaint, as they are harassing people and not refunding hard earned money of people

I did contact to ur operator [protected] up to 15 times from 7 July but she only say in every time two or three days

This is regarding the Not getting the refund amount from Travolook.

I have visited Travolook website for Air Ticket booking on 25th Jul 2022. Based on the availability of ticket, I have booked the ticket for Ahmedabad to Bangalore for 10th Aug 2022. For booking purpose, I have paid INR 20950 through my credit card.

Immediately after booking I have received an email saying - Your Booking is In-Progress with booking reference number : REF[protected].

But after an hour I have received one more email saying - Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in :REF[protected] Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration. Please contact our customer support at[protected] or send us an email at [protected]@travolook.in and one of our travel expert will be pleased to assist you.In Such unlikely event, if your tickets cannot be processed for any reason you will be notified via email or by telephone and your payment will NOT be processed.

Though my ticket was not booked and confirmed, they process the payment. For refund, I have taken multiple follow-up through email and telephone, but every time I am getting an answer that your payment will be processed in 7-10 days. It is already 42 days over and still Travolook is not giving my refund amount.

Please help me to get the refund amount.

Also, please impose penalty to Travolook for holding money un- ethically, and to avoid such fraud with other customer.

I tried booking my flight on 14th July. They could not process the flight and said I’ll receive a refund. I still haven’t received the refund for the same. I had been more than 2 months now. Not recommended.

I have booked a round trip from Jaipur to Pune on 9th July. They called me within 10 minutes and told me that the ticket is not confirmed and the money will be refunded. It is now more than 2 months since I am following up for my refund. The customer service is always giving me next dates for the refund. The last time when I called, she straight away told me to file the complaint if the money is not returned.
This is really bad for India where such fraud companies are operating openly without any fear of law and justice.
Please help me get my refund and if possible ban this company.

I had booked a ticket from Lucknow to Mumbai for 6th June 2022. The booking was cancelled within 20 minutes on 4th June 2022. When I had a conversation with one of the executives they had informed me that within 10 working days the refund amount would be credited to my account. But it's been more than 3 months but the refund amount has not been credited yet.

I had booked an airlines ticket on 11th June 2022 from their website, the amount of which was given 12424 through net banking, After that, telling some issues on behalf of the airlines, this ticket was discarded, soon after which his executive talked to me, I got your ticket That your ticket has been discarded and your refund of Rs 12424 will be credited to your account within 48 hours.But since then no money refund has come from his side, I also received a mail from their side on 6th June 2022, in which they had asked for 3 more days, even after that they did not refund any amount.sir please find the attached details of my booking details and mail i have received from them.
