During air tickets booking with Travolook on 24.02.2022 ( mobile-[protected]) amount was debited from my account however ticket was not booked. Inspite of more than 20 reminders regularly amount not received in my account.

Hello Team-
I made an airline booking using the Travolook site on Jul 15. And in about 5 minutes they cancelled my booking mentioning it’s an operational issue, asking me rebook.
I am yet to receive the refund for my cancelled booking (Rs 17944). After numerous emails and follow up calls. I am yet to see the money credited to my account. It appears like they are doing this fraud with masses and it’s extremely disturbing...

Hiii i booked my ticket on 18th june my amount deducted but ticket not received then i received call from travolook that your ticket cancelled and refund credit in your account within 10 days but now its been more than 55days till date refund not crefited and they even don’t answer phones and emails. sir pls take necessary action so that my refund credit in my account

My ticket IDR-HYD was cancelled by Travolook on July 12th.
I have been following up with Travolook customer care service which is absolute HOPELESS, IRRESPONSIBLE and UNACCOUNTABLE.

They keep on saying that it will get refunded in 3 days, 4 days. But till now it never happened. Why do such companies exist? Just to harass the customers and good for nothing.

I need resolution for this ASAP. Please help!

They are running this shady business practice wher they cancel the booking as soon as the payment is made and the money is with them and the customer is stuck with thi vicious cycle of continuosly calling them and getting an automated reply that the refund is being processed. at the end i.e. after over a month (personal experience) they will give this idea to transfer the money to the travolook wallet. this is the 2nd ticket booking i did with them from kolkata to mumbai and the exact same thing happened, refund the money asap travolook or else i have to initate a process to file a complaint to the higher authorities.

Travolook not refund my money back.

I booked tickets for 04 th of June, amount was debited from my account but booking was not made stating technical issue and was forced to book tickets by paying another amount. I was assured that i will get my refund within 24 hours. but from last 4 month i am chasing i not got my refund.

I am a student i booked a ticket on 18 jan 2022 from jammu to delhi from travolook websites . After sometime they call me from company number and said that your ticket is cancelled due to high price issue and your amount will be refunded on your account within 7 working days but 8 months completed now and still I didn't got my money I humbly request you to help me please

I am unable to use travolook wallet balance

I have booked the Flight ticket for journey date June 22, 2022 from Gwalior to Mumbai through Travolook, after deducting the payment from Credit Card with in 10 minute i have received the mail that your boking is cancelled with travolook due to fare expiration. when i have talked to their executed they have said that you will get the refund with in 7 to 8 working day.

i have not received the fund till date and when i am following with them on phone, they have said that due to technical issue payment was not process you will get the refund wit in 4 to 5 working days but still i have not received the same

I booked my flight tickets and booking wasn't done. They are not responding properly with there refunds process days now i am tierd with them. So please do the needful against them.

Amount 5877 Rs through Travolook got deducted from my bank account but ticket is not booked. I have called many times to travolook customer care and they always said amount will refund next 7 to 10 working days . But still I did not recieve the amount in my account. This is the pattern of this company, first provide low fare to attract people and after transaction completes they use to say ticket got cancelled.

I have booked flights to vizag on 6th July through travolook website but after 20 mins, One member from travolook called saying that the pnr was not generated and airline cancelled the ticket you will be refunded in 7-10 days from travolook, she said also you can try rebooking in an hour for which I rebooked and same thing repeated.

I called after 8 days they said they are working on refund and count it as per working days, next called after 14 days they said they’ve refunded but bank server has problem, than I called them after 3 weeks they said same excuses, this time when I asked them to connect me to a senior manager they said they cannot do that. I called them after 25 days and they said they initiated and today i.e aug 6th still no refund and when I called up again today they said the payment will reflect in my bank but there’s no refund that had come in my account and the agents on call are careless and not sharing proper information . Pls help me as I have email proofs of booked ticket and cancellation from travolook and my bank account debit info.

I have booked my flight ticket from Bhubaneshwer to Delhi on dated 15/07/2022, at 10:55am of amount 6122 Rs through Travolook. Amount deducted my bank account but ticket is not booked. I have called many times to travolook customer care and they always said amount will refund next two days or three days. But still amount not recieved in my account. Below are the booking Details.

I have book the Flight ticket on 13th may, 2022 for kol to mum. but booking was cancelled from your end and amt of Rs 6857/- was deducted from account. ihad written mails at support Travolook and called 5-6 times everytime iam told within 6-7 days it will get refund in your account.

almost three months has passed still amt is not refunded.

If anyone really lokk into this iwill be highly oblige and never do a mistake of booking again with travolook.

2 months back i booked my flights tickets thru them and due to some system error my money got deducted and ticket got cancelled. Even after 2 months they are not refunding my amount.

Called them 100's of time but still they are not providing it

I booked flight from Travolook (Ahmedabad to Chennai). Amount deducted but booking get cancelled due to some technical problem from their side, they agreed. I called customer care for refund they said that I will receive my refund within 10 to 15 working days. After 15 working days I called them many times, they were simply saying you will received your amount tomorrow or within two days every time, BUT still I haven't received my amount.

Strict action should be taken. So that they will not be delay in future to the customers.

I had booked a flight ticket for traveling from Darbhanga to Bangalore on 30th June 2022. But later I got an email from travolook that your ticket has been cancelled due to operational reason and your amount will be refunded to your account in 7 to 10 working days. But now more than 1 month has been completed but still didn't get the amount. Every time whenever I call they are telling that it is in process. Please help me. My reference no.is REF[protected]

20th of July, I booked a ticket from TRV to MAA for 3 pax at INR 15, 249, immediately after booking, I received a call from them saying there was a fare difference of INR 5000 for each ticket, I informed them that it was too much and requested them to cancel the ticket. They told me that it would take 10 working days to process the refund. Since then, I have sent so many emails asking about the refund status, but have not received a single reply.
