I booked tickets on 6 july for to and forth and journey from Nagpur to Bombay . I was told my tickets were cancelled and my refund wasn't processed.

I had tried to book a ticket on 11th may .Money was deducted but i got a message that :
"Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in :REF[protected]
Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration."

Since then i have called their customer at least 10 times and exchanged emails as many number of times. each time response is that :

" We would like to inform you that the refund will be initiated and it should take 7-10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday) to reflect in your account."

This is standard response from customer care and nothing happens after that. I have been waiting since more than 3 months but seems that this is an organized fraud and there is no intent to return money. Please take necessary action as per laws

It's been almost around a month that I have been continuously following up with you all over customer care number.
I was intimated over mail that the ticket was cancelled because of flight operation issues (ticket booked on 25th July 2022 for 5th aug 2022 Ranchi to Bangalore) and was supposed to get the refund within 7-15 working days.It is too delayed now!!
Could you please show up the similar concern like I am having regarding the money (deducted amount) and help to make the refund as soon as possible.

Hi, I did a booking on 10th July and got a message that booking cancelled from Airlines end. I waited 15 days patiently for the refund but did not get any. I then tried their mailing from which i got no response.

I then mailed the nodal email [protected]@travolook.in from which I got a response to submit bank details. I immediately tried to mail back but since then I am not able to mail them back. Their mail gets bounced and I am not able to reach them and neither do i have any refund.

I am booked at 21/07/2022 TIRUPATI TO HYDERABAD .Amount 3078 debit in my account.Ticket not confirmed, But not refund till date. Custoner care not receiving calls.
Please close the TRAVOLOOK site.

My name is Dhriti from Bangalore . I had booked an air ticket on 14th July 2022 from Bangalore to Varanasi through one Travolook.in which was canceled by them due to a technical issue PNR didn't generate by Airline REF[protected]. I also received a call from them informing me of the same and I was told that my refund will be done in 7 to 10 working days. However, the same has not been done and mostly I tried to connect with customer care more than 25-30 times and they always just give new timeline for refund date.

They have canceled the flight due to technical reasons and said the refund will be initiated in 7 working day but almost 2 months but no refund .

I had booked flight ticket from Bangalore to Ahmedabad (to and from) on June 19th 2022 from travolook.com. They cancelled the tickets saying fare expiration. I have been calling the customer care ever since and they everytime they say "Your refund amount is initiated. We will be sending the refund amount in 7-10 working days. Please have patience."
It has been 2 months now I have not received my refund yet.
They also said they were unable to initiate my refund in the same mode of payment I have selected while making the payment for this reservation. So asked me to give my account details to which the refund amount has to be transferred.

Please help me get my refund amount of Rs. 13045/- back.

I have booked a ticket and they cancelled it while saying that it will be refunded in 7 day. But even after 1 month they are juat promising with new date and are actually cheating

My name is Harshith shetty from Bangalore . I had booked an air ticket on 13th June, 2022 from Delhi to Bangalore through one Travolook.in which was cancelled by them on account of rejection of PNR by Airline (REF[protected]. I also received a call from them informing me of the same and I was told that my refund will be done in 7 to 10 working days. However, the same has not been done till date despite a month having lapsed already. I have also been following up with their Customer Care through calls/emails but they are just delaying it with false and frivolous promises. Lately, the emails addressed to their support team are also bouncing back due to their purported maintenance works. I am now more worried about my money since I came across many such complaints against the same company for the same issue. I urge you to take necessary action and do the needful to help many other victims like me to get out money back from this fraud company.

I have booked air tickets on 11th of July and paid 9, 584 to Travolook. But they immediately cancelled my tickets and assured that payment will be refunded in 48 Hrs. But till now my payment is not received.

I booked a flight from Mumbai to Kolkatta. the money got deducted and my flight got cancelled saying "fare expiration" and i am still awaiting for my refund after 2 months now.

After multiple calls and emails they have the same answer we will refund your money and it will take 48 hours. its been 2 months.

Please cancel their license to operate and how are these companies getting listed to operate and scamming people with their money.

I booked my flight on 7 June 2022 and received a cancellation due to change in fair prices. The email wrote that my refund will be generated with 15days. It has been 2 months and 20 calls to customers care. This company is a SCAM.

Till now I did not get my refund, upon calling customer care every-time they just ask me to wait until next Friday and that day did not come in almost 2 months.

The customer support is so pathetic in their work that they just cut the call on your face if they are unable to resolve the issue.

I strongly recommend people not to fall into the prey of getting 1500/- odd cheap tickets from this Travolook. They are completely irresponsible and don't own up even the tickets booked through them. Even after the flight getting cancelled their customer centre staffs are so illiterates and irresponsible people they give wrong informations. Even after 2 months of flight getting am still following up with company for my refund.
DON"T TRUST TRAVOLOOK, AVOID BOOKING THROUGH THEM...

I booked a flight ticket on 12th Jul from Bagdogra to Bangalore with booking ref no REF[protected]. Immediately after booking it showed cancelled and they told due to fare change it is cancelled and i would get refund by 10 to 15 working days. I waited but it didn't happen. When i called them they said another few days it would take. I sent email and they said another 7 to 10 working days it would take. Everytime post timeline i call they say another 2 to 3 days it would take. They stopped responding to my email. They don't have intension to refund my money. Now when i see so many bad review from many customer i feel they are a fraud company. Simply they are cheating our hard earn money. Request if any one can help me to get back my hard earn almost 7.5k amount.

My booking PNR - JT77WH has been canceled by Indigo.
They have refunded the amount to the travel agency which is travolook.

Because I had booked the ticket through Tavolook, I am requesting you to refund the amount to my original source of payment but none of their mail id's are working, every mail is getting bounced.

Customer care executives are also not responding about the time, had booked the ticket on 27 May 22. Please help.

KINDLY RETURN OUR HARD EARNED MONEY

This is the complaint of one website which is making money. In my case I have booked a ticket from Bangalore to Mumbai on 16th June 2022, in the name of Sudhirram rao @ the web site ‘https://www.travolook.in/’ the ticket was booked and reference number is[protected] and after 10 mins they called and said that the ticket is cancelled and refund of Rs. 5, 142/- is initiated. but till date they have not refunded the amount. Since it is already one month, whenever I call customer care they will say 7 working days we will refund but there is no refund till date.

I had booked three air tickets from Travolook website on 21/7/22. My reference number is REF[protected]. Once I made the payment for the same they call me and said due to fare expiration you can't get the ticket at the same price so either pay extra or cancel the booking. Incase of cancellation full money will be refunded by 8-10 business days. But it has been 15 days they have not refunded my money. Now when I talk to customer care they are asking me to wait for another 5-7 business day but not giving me anything in writing that payment will 100% refunded by so and so date. Customer care executives are dropping the call whenever we ask refund. I want my money to be refunded. Also the complaint is marked as resolved without being attended or providing the refund.
