Even after 2 months and so many follow ups money not refunded by them.

there is no response from their side. Every time you call them they ask for another week.

My issue is I have booked a flight from travolook which is cancelled and I received the mail regarding cancellation of my flight and also received the message that I will get my refund within 5-10 working days but its more than a month now I haven't received the refund amount.
The payment is deducted from freecharge wallet and credit card.
Transaction amount is 3434.
Transaction date: 13th July 2022.
Please Investigate this issue as the merchant is not able to help me in this regard. I have contacted him, he just telling me to wait wait and wait.

I have booked my flights tickets Mumbai to Bangalore on 13 july for 31 july 2022 . I got mail ur tickets cancelled due to fare expiration. You will get ur refund bank with 7 to 14 days as per policy. Now its been 1 months they are not giving my money back. When we contact customer care they told us wait for 5 days more. I called more than 4 times. Even their support email id also not working. I m frustrated now 13886 rs amount is on hold. Can anyone help me to get my money back.

Sir I have booked a ticket from travolook on 23 Oct last year which has been cancelled vide travolook itself. They have assured me that the refund will get back within 10- 15 days but even after completion of 10 months the same have not been received till date

I had booked a flight from Mangalore to Mumbai. And then moment I had booked the flight I got a mail saying that they cancelled the ticket because they couldn't generate the PNR number. They said that they would refund the amount in about 5-6 business days. It has been almost a month now I still haven't received the refund. Whenever I call them they keep telling they have generated the amount and I will receive in about two three days. They won't reply back as well to the emails

I have booked a ticket from COK - DEL on 21-JUL for my mother. The money was deducted, however the ticket confirmed and then got auto cancelled.

They told me that in 10 working days the refund money will be dispersed.

I have been calling them repeatedly but they always say that it will take another 6 working days.

Even the mail is bouncing.

I have not received my refund amount of 14086 rupees since 6th june 2022. They are not taking it seriously.

I have booked a ticket on 6th July from Kolkata to mumbai. amounting about 13430 . with reference number REF[protected]. I have been cheated of my money as of no refund till date. First i have mailed them, Now their mailing is not available even the customer care disconnects on face . This is cheat and fraud company. Please request you to help me get refund of my money.

I booked a flight ticket from Srinagar to Chandigarh on the website www.travelook.in on 11th July 2022. But later I got an email from Travolook that your ticket has been canceled due to fair expiration and your amount Rs. 4218.00 will be refunded in your account within 7 to 10 working days. But now 32 days have been completed but the amount has not been received yet. Every time whenever I call they are telling that the amount is in under process and amount will be refunded within 3 to 5 days

I have booked ticket from Raipur to Delhi for July 24, 2022 but booking cancelled Reference No. : REF[protected] from your side and Refund not recieved yet . When I call your customer executive assured that the refund will pe credited in 2-3 days, it is been the same thing happen for the last 4-5 times. I will call you on July 20, July 28, August 04 & August 08, 2022. Pls. Refund my money on urgent basis.

On 15th May 2022, I did book my air tickets through Travolook website. The amount INR 4606/- got deducted immediately but my ticket was not issued. I call the customer care & they told me due to technical issue ticket got cancelled. Travolook assured that the amount would credit in my account within working 7-10 days. Its been close to 4 months the amount is yet to get credited. I am still awaiting for my refund.

I request you to take strict action & please note I have my doubts that this company is not running things with complete integrity & honesty.

Now when I talk to customer care they are asking me to wait for another 5-7 business day but not giving me anything in writing that payment will 100% refunded by so and so date. Customer care executives are dropping the call whenever we ask refund. I want my money to be refunded.

I tried to book flight from Travolook (DBR to BOM) on 13th July, 2022 and amount deducted but booking get cancelled. I also received mail from this company that I will receive my refund within 7 to 8 working days. I sent many mails and also called but received no response from their side. Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap. The required details has been attached below.

As, I was booking the ticket, it got cancelled from your side and my money got debited from my account. After that, I got a call from Travelook that the ticket got cancelled due to some technical issue and the money will be refunded ia 10-15 days. I waited for days and then gave a call to them for the update as I hadn't received my money even after 20 days .
I called around first week of July. They told me that the amount is processed and I will be getting it in a week. I didn't receive it still after 1 week. I waited for 2 more weeks and still I hadn't received it. I again called them to know the status. They again told me the same scripted lines that the money will be credited to me in a week
Now, today again I called them. They again said the same lines. I asked them to connect me to a senior person to contact with. But they told they can't. At the end of the call I was told I will get my money back till 14 August 2022.

I am getting pissed off by the service you guys are providing. I really think if you can't handle your job properly then stop doing it and getting on people's nerves. This kind of attitude won't help your company anyways.

I want my full refund back with interest ASAP. It's a hard earned money which u guys have locked with you for more than 2 months now.
I don't want to listen to any new reasons or scripts here. Just need my refund amount back in my account.

I really thought it would be great to book my tickets from this portal. But, honestly, I had my worst experience here.

I tried to book my flight ticket on 26th December, 2021 and immediately after making the payment I received a call (and an email) from the company that due to some technical fault on their side, my ticket couldn't be booked and I'll receive full refund in my bank account in 7 days (Reference id: REF[protected]. I never received the refund amount in my bank account and instead they transferred the amount to travolook wallet without even consulting me and that too after so many calls and emails that I sent regarding the refund. And the wallet doesn't work since last so many months and customer care always gives the same response "wait for some time, there is some technical glitch, it'll be resolved in one week". I just want my refund amount in my bank account.

Sir i have book a flight ticket through Travolook on 11 with REF NO[protected] @ amount Rs.11165/-got debited from the account and after some time got a mail stating that the Booking is cancelled, I got a call from one lady said the amount will be refunded within 10 working days, i have waited for 10 days and called again they said to wait for 7 days, then again i called them after 7 days now they are asking me to wait for more 7 days, Request you to please solve my problem my problem and help me getting my money back

I had booked two flight tickets in travolook site for traveling from Chandigarh(IXC) to Chennai(MAA) and Chennai(MAA) to Chandigarh(IXC) on 23rd June 2022.
But later I got an email from travolook that your ticket has been cancelled due to PNR not generated by Airlines and your amount will be refunded to your Account in 7 to 10 working days. It's been 45+ days but till now I didn't get the amount.
I called customer care many times, every time they are saying "it is initiated from our end, there is some problem from merchant side and we will initiate it again, you will receive it in 5-7 working days and no need to call back". Please help.

During air tickets booking with Travolook on 24.02.2022 ( mobile-[protected]) amount was debited from my account however ticket was not booked. Inspite of more than 20 reminders regularly amount not received in my account.
