I booked 2 tickets from Kolkata to Chennai for 19.01.2022 from the Travolook.in website. I got an auto generated message in my mail id : your booking is processing. I got a call for their company within 30 mins that your booking has been cancelled due to expiration in fare and your refund is initiated. I got doubt and immediately search the website info that its a process they are following to cheat the people. Its a medical emergency situation I found the same flight with same rate in different website. I lost my hard earned Rs 12478/-. Please take the necessary steps regarding this fraud company thus I can get the refund immediately. I am going through a difficult medical situation. If you kindly take the necessary steps to get my money back it will be a great help for me.

I am writing this email in in the sense of great dissatisfaction and with the felling of robbed by your website "Travolook.com"

I booked a flight from you kochi to chandigarh on 3 Rd December and have paid in full upfront for the ticket.

After few minutes I got a call from your booking department, stating some technical issues and promised me to pay back my full amount within 7 to 10 days.

Here is 31 December, I haven't received a single rupee back yet.

Not only that, I have called your customers support many times and have requested the money back on the recorded conversation

Moreover, as I was promised to get paid in 10 days, which hasn't kept as an agreement by your services, I request you to please pay me compensation on the amount from the 10th day till the day I will receive my money back to my account.

I have all the recorded conversation with your customer care and would like to proceed with a formal complaint with the consumer court

I'm still waiting My Refund Amount Rs. 4568/. from travolook. I have cancelled my ticket as on 21.11.2021 but after almost 2 months my refund amount not credited in my bank account. I'm very disappointed with travolook company. I have many times contact from the company but no any positive response from their side.

Plz refund my amount very urgently.

Booked today a flight ticket from HYD TO CHENNAI. but the website has displayed a message that my ticket will ne confirmed in 30min after payment has been done. Now i received a mail stating that ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration. This seems to be doubtful and they are not mentioning specifically about refund. No SMS just sent over a mail.

I was trying to book a flight ticket from Mumbai to Delhi for 31st January 2022, and for which I paid an amount of Rs 1829 on this website during booking process. But after payment I received message that my Booking is not confirmed from the flight/carrier's end and that the amount would be refunded within 24 hours. On calling them, another person said it might take 15 days for the amount to be refunded. I can feel the fraud that has been played unto me through this website. My money should be refunded within a day/soonest possible otherwise strict action must be taken against this website.

I booked a flight ticket from Goa to New Delhi on 3rd Jan 2022 which was canceled saying “the cost of tickets have increased so either pay ₹6000 more or we can cancel the booking and you will receive the full amount in your original payment method with in 7-8 working days” that ended yesterday on 14th jan 2022.
I have still not received my refund.
And on asking the same from customer care they are saying it will take 7-8 more days.
Total amount of refund is 30, 000rs.

I had booked a flight ticket on Travolook on 8th September.But the booking was cancelled in 10 mins with reference number REF[protected] stating I would get a refund in 10 days.Its been 6 months I have still recieved by refund.Please help

I was trying to book a flight a hyd to Delhi it got cancelled due to failure of PNR generation and the said they will refund my money in 10-15 business days, it’s more than a month and I’m calling them daily and I still didn’t get my money, which is very frustrating and disappointing. Everyone I call they say in 1-2 days I will get my money, each person says different time. They don’t have clarity when they will give my money. They say refund has been initiated from their side and I ask them for the transaction id number for which they say they will send an email regarding that which they will never send. It’s ridiculous that I have to do aut for my money for the mistake I didn’t do. My reference number is REF[protected].

I have booked tickets from Bangalore to Visakhapatnam on 13 Jan 2022 . But I got a mail from travolook that the flight has been cancelled due to fare expiration and the amount will be refunded .

But I have not received any refund yet and customer care is not responding properly

I have booked the ticket on your website, and thereafter I received a call 5-7 mins later stating that the prices have increased and if I am not paying them ₹1080 they
would cancel my ticket... Which they did

Whereas if I see the prices on your website I can see the same price listed that I paid. Even during the call and post the call the amount is same that I had paid them.

I tried to book an air ticket on 10th Dec. 2021 for Goa to Pune flight. Rs. 3646 was debited to my credit card, but I received message of cancelled booking. Since then I am following up with them but have not received my refund.

I tried booking the ticket from Travolook after deduction of my money from bank Rs. 5253 later within 30 mins I see that they sent me cancellation ticket which is attached. After this incident I researched about this company and found they are fraudster and don't refund the money to anyone till the time we raise complaint against them. All the other companies do send email or call to provide information when we will get our refund but they nor send me email or call me.

When I tried reaching out to them the call is getting disconnect 3 times and calls are disconnecting at the time when my number is on the queue. Finally on 4th call they received my call and said I will get my money refunded in 15 days which is not acceptable the max time of refund is 3-7 days. They are fraud company forsure.

I had booked tickets on 13th December 2021 but they had cancelled it because of operational reasons. They told that the refund will be given in 10-15 days. Been more than a month but i still didnt get mt refund.

I booked a ticket with Travolook with Ref id REF[protected] on 6th Jan 2022
The money was deducted from my card and the website showed that booking was under process & I would be update in 30 mins.
After 15 mins I get a mail that " Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration" and payment would not be processed.
However money was already deducted. The website showed that refund would be processed within 5-7 days. However money has not been refunded till date. They are not replying to mails. when calling on customer care they put the call in queue and then cut the call after few minutes.
Please help.

I had booked my flight on 16thDec from Bagdogra to Bangalore and after money deduction, they canceled my booking, and till now I have not received my money it's been more than 25 days. I also want to complain about their staff they don't know how to address an issue if they find a customer is not happy they cut the call. I had been following up for so many days and today one of the staff told me they have refunded on my wallet which they have never asked me and I denied to take it on my wallet I told him I need it on the same bank account then he cut the call. I have mailed them so many times but they don't even reply to my mail. I need my money in my bank account I don't need it in the wallet because I will never use this website again.

I had tried to book a flight from https://www.travolook.in/ on Decemeber 7, 2021 and paid Rs 6979.00. Immediately, I got a call from them that the flight prices have changed and I need to pay 1999 extra to confirm the flight. I checked again on some other sites about the fares of the flight which i had booked. They were still same. I asked them to not proceed with the booking and cancel it. They immediately sent a mail that my booking has been cancelled and refund amount will be processed in next 8-10 days.
It has been more than a month and I have not received my refund

I want that my refund should be immediately processed.

Now it's been 12 days, no answer given by anyone from their company
Customer executive(pooja) are now disconnecting the call after hearing the query

Even after 45 days refund not received from travo look.

is this a way to behave to customers?

if you do not have fund to run business you should get loan.

I tried calling representative more than 15 times ..everytime I got a same response from representative stating you will receive refund in this weak and it's been more than 2 months since my refund is pending . I dont think representative and senior level representative are working to resolve this issue . I already sent them multiple emails but never received response from their end . Kindly do the needful.
