Booked air ticket on 3rd Dec 21 transaction failed. Started calling and sending mails. Not able to trace the credit initally. On 24th the credit was found and refund initiated ref no REF[protected] with the information that amount will be refunded within 7-10days. Till today not received. Every time i get in touch with them they say 7-10 days.

    Travalook is a online flight ticket service provider, I tried their online service to book my flight ticket but due to technical issue the money has been credited but the ticket haven't booked. So I received an email from their side that I will get my refund in 10 working days but its been more than a month now, I did not receive my refund yet. So please kindly take an action and help me to get my money back.

    The problem was resolved by my constant follow up and I personally requested them to put my req in higher priority, same day they credited my money. So if you need your money back please don't threaten them, instead try an alternative way. Even I tried to threaten them with cyber crime complaints but that doesn't work. But requesting them worked for me. Finally after 40 days.
    I booked my tickets using https://www.travolook.in/ for New Delhi to Ahmedabad on 22 Dec 2021. The tickets got canceled from their side and they said the money will be refunded in the next 7-10 working days. Since then it's almost a month I haven't received any refund from them. Every time I call them they say next week you will get your money. This is so awful looks like a scam. My ref no is REF[protected]. Can someone please help us?

      Travolook has harassed me by providing false information on my refund status of 3 bookings that I made last year in September- October. I have been following up with them 4-7 times weekly basis but every time, I get to know that I will get my money in the next 7-10 working days but that never happened. Airline has already confirmed that the money has been refunded to online travel agency’s account.

        I am here to inform u my self Mohammad Arifeen Sayeed.i was booked my flight ticket by travolook website 9th November 2021.but some technical issue my ticket was cancelled by travolook but my payment was deduct from account.when i called customer care executive He told me your rrfund amount is initiated by our end and it will be credited in your same account within 10 to 15 working days but till now my amount is not credited in my account.when i call customer care executive she told me every week your amount wil credit next week or 5 to 7 working days.now i am totally frustrated why travolook doing this.i am going financial crises.its is very urgent to refund my amount.my reference no is REF[protected].Passenger name is IMTIYAZ AHAMAD. distination is Patna to Delhi via lucknow.please take necessary action against travolook.

          Tried to book a ticket in the website "www.travolook.in", but the ticket was not issued because of airline issue, however the debitted amount was not refunded for more than 2 months.

            Immediately after booking I got mail from Travolook that the tickets are cancelled due to some operational issue at Travolook side. Also received call from Travolook customer support saying the same. The amount deducted would be refund within 10-15 working days.
            After 15 working days I sent mail to customer support for my refund, I am getting some auto genarated mail and not yet refunded.

              I was trying booking ticket on 17 November. Immediately after deducting my amount of Rs. 5906, received a call from them and mail regarding refund.

              I will receive refund in 7-8 days but still I haven't received it yet. It is been almost 1 month 20 days. I keep calling them, they tell me that I will receive next 7-8 days. Again after 7-8 days they tell me I will receive after 7-8 days.

              Attaching My transactions of ticket and travalook mail that I will receive refund. Also attaching voice note of our call. Please help me getting this refund.

                I had booked the flight on 18th of November from Guwahati to Mumbai. The website said that the ticket had been cancelled due to fare expiration. However, since then, I have been contacting the agency for the refund, they kept saying that the refund will be processed in 10-15 days. I have sent them like 50 mails, and I have record of them too.

                Please ban this company and get me my refund ASAP. This is a fraud company.

                  I booked my flight on 4th Dec and it got canceled and I called customer support & they said it will be redunded in 5 days after that they said 15 days then 5 to 6 days and from 2 days they are telling 24hrs & today it has been over a month now I feel scammed by this website. I have seen too many complaints against this issue and I am afraid that I will not receive my money

                    I have booked a round trip from Chennai to Singapore . the details whether the flight is VTL was not mentioned in flight details. thus i wanted to cancel the tickets with in 2 hrs from booking. but the customer service team took 24 hrs to come back to me. they also charged 6, 000 extra above the flight ticket cost. they are not giving full refund. they charging me for 6000 extra for the convivence fee, where they dint do any work. Its my hard earn money and flight ticket cost is 23, 500 and this company charged me for 28, 245.

                        I booked tickets in travelook on 20/12/21 but tickets not booked but payment of Rs.8960 made and I received call after few minutes stating I have to pay 4000 to confirm the ticket hence I cancelled the booking. I kept plenty of mails to them for reversal but not received any response from them. When I checked online many have raised same kind of complaint Request you to resolve the issue on priority and refund my amount

                          I booked a flight on December 19th from Hyderabad to Indore. REF[protected] is the reference ID. My booking was cancelled from their side and I was informed that I will be receiving a refund in 24hrs. I didn't get a refund and I called on the number the next day to ask about it but my calls weren't getting through anymore. I wrote an email and I was told it will take about 15 days. I kept emailing them. After 15 days I finally wrote another email but this time there was no response. The support team wouldn't reply to me anymore and I hadn't even gotten my refund. As a college student it is extremely devastating to loose so much money when every penny counts. I really need the money back. Now I want a refund and a compensation.

                            I had booked a ticket on 14th dec 21 from udaipur to bangalore. after waiting for half an hour i receiced a mail saying that the ticket PNR was not generated to to technical reasons and when i called to their customer care they said the refund will be initiated in 24hrs and i need to rebook the ticked, so i did the same and rebooked the ticked but the refund was not initiated from them even after 15 days. i called them many time but only one answer i got is that the refund has been initiated and will be reflected within 10-15 days in my account, but still no sucess. they are not refunding my amount of Rs 6087. the reference id is REF[protected]

                              I booking my ticket on 20/11/2021 from bom to gkp and after payment mailed me booking detail without pnr and just after that they mailed me stating "Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in: REF[protected] " due fare expiration and after that they call me saying same and try again after 5 minute. I called their customer care almost 20 to 25 times and they saying same wait for 1 week having merchant issue.

                                  I have booked a flight ticket on 16th Dec 2021, from Delhi to Raipur (Ref ID:[protected], After i booked the ticket and make the payment they cancelled my ticket stating that the fair is increased, when i asked them for my refund they said it will take 7-10 days to get refund, i waited for the period but no luck i called the customer support at [protected] they said due to some error from the merchant the refund was decline and will re-initiate the amount and will going to take 7-10 days again i ask them to reply the same over my email they said it will take 24 hours to reply over the email, and now i waiting from the past 56 hours working hour for there reply still no luck and if call them again they say the same thing that it will take 24 hours to reply over the email and will take 7-10 days to get you the refund,

                                  Please help me and others to get there refund,

                                    My self Prafull Kumar, i had book flight ticket from Travolook site on 1st oct for travel on 3rd oct with reference id: REF[protected]. Ticket was not book and amount was deducted. I was told it will take 48 hour for refund to credited back to source very rudely by customer care. After that the torcher started, it been 3 month and even after making 100's of call to their customer care they are not intimating the refund. They are forcing me to take back the amount in travolook wallet, Daily it is draining my mental peace and time it take 1 hour to connect and then their customer care person will put you on hold and disconnect your call. I want the refund to made to the source of payment not in travolook wallet

                                      This is regarding my Refund request of RS 4109,
                                      I have booked a ticket with travolook ref no:REF[protected] from pune to bhopal and due to airport shutdown the flight was cancelled from airline so I contacted the support on 6th October and they informed yes there will be refund and said to to wait and also informed 35 days will be the maximum days to get refund. Now it is more than 45 days but still no response.

                                      1. Every time I call the support team, they collect the details and inform me to wait for 5 to 10 minutes and disconnect the call .

                                      2. If I mail then they say the standard answer is that it is waiting from the airline end .

                                      3. first they said to wait 35 days then 10 days, 3 days and keep on repeating the same.

                                      4. when contacted Air India then they say I need to contact travel agent or need to provide Refund application reference number so i kept on following up with travolook for providing the reference number but they are not providing that .

                                      5. I have raised a case with consumer online help but in that alo they said "

                                      flight got cancelled due to the COVID-19 restriction from the airlines end and the refund is pending from the airlines end.we will process the refund once we will receive the amount from the airlines"

                                      6. other than standard answers like Airline refund pending and please wait . they are not providing any resolution .

                                      AIR INDIA says to contact travel agent (travolook) and travolook says to contact AIR INDIA so please help.
