I tried calling representative more than 15 times ..everytime I got a same response from representative stating you will receive refund in this weak and it's been more than 2 months since my refund is pending . I dont think representative and senior level representative are working to resolve this issue . I already sent them multiple emails but never received response from their end . Kindly do the needful.

I booked flight ticket on 3rd Jan 2022 on TRAVOLOOK.IN soon after booking tickets got cancelled and they said refund will be initiated within 7 – 10 working days but still waiting for refund…call the costumer care every time they say next week next week.

I have booked flight from Travolook website on dated 25.11.2021 but due to server issue of Travolook ticket was cancelled wrt to REF[protected]. However Rs. 6402 was deducted from my account and on same day I receive mail from travolook that amount will be credited within 10-15 days.
I have waited for 2 weeks and again sent mail to them and received reply that amount will be refunded within 7 days. After 1 week again I have called them they said amount will be credited within next 7 days. Now it is around 50 days but amount still not credited to my account.
So kindly take action against agency and help me in refund the amount and penalize the service provider.

I, Manisha yadav, booked a ticket from Hyderabad to delhi on 11th Jan 2022 @travolook regarding ref no. REF[protected]. My ticket got cancelled within 30 min. I request you to help me get my refund back amounting Rs. 5423.00

On 1st Nov, 2021, three of my Bookings Made On Travolook.In Was Cancelled Due To Operational Reasons. I Got An Email From Travolook.In Stating Refund Will Be Initiated And I Would Get My Money In 7-10 Working Days. Every-Time They Make False Promises Of Returning My Money In 5-7 Days But Do Not Refund My Money. It's More Than 2 Months And I Am Still Waiting For Refund. I have booked a air ticket on travolook which was cancelled after some time saying pnr not generated and they will give refund in 10days

But it’s been more than 10 days they have not generated refund

Just like me there are many people are been frauded
By this website just extending the refund days

I have received no refund since 3 months on the flight which the company itself cancelled immediately after confirming it and now they are not giving me my money and not picking up my calls
I just called and they cut the phone on my face
I’m sure they are fraud
I’m a student and I lost my money for nothing
It’s very sad to see people like this
I hope this company gets shut down and get screwed !

Let me explain the how hard - i failed to get refund from Travolook till date

Hi - I'm Dinesh Thalavai booked Ticket via travolook from Madurai to Mumbai on Dec 4 2021 [Reference ID - REF[protected]]. It has been auto-cancelled due to changes in flight fares, but the amount for the booking has been charged.
Since Dec 4 - I tried to reach 4 times via call[Dec 9, 22 and Jan 7th] --- Still I couldn't get my refund for the auto-cancelled booking. whenever I recall them - I get the same answer - wait for 7 more days!

And the customer support which i received Today was pathetic ---- after explaining all my concerns ---- she was responding till that and when i ask to give me a solution ----- she waited for few seconds and started asking "Am I audible 5 times and disconnected the call"

also tried them via email - fed up to get only auto-generated replies [Please check the below email thread].

Kindly help me to register a complaint on travolook and do the needful to get the payment.

I have booked a flight ticket from Mumbai to Trivandrum on 19.12.2021 through Travolook and the same was cancelled from their side. They have sent a reply that, the refund will be credited to my account in 7 to 8 working days. Now it's more than 20-days, I have not received my refund inspite of sending repeated reminders and telephone calls.

Please take necessary action to get my refund at an early date.

I've booked flight ticket on Dec 16th for two passengers from Chennai to goa.they got cancelled it automatically and they saying that it is due to fare expiration and amount 13894INR got deducted from account through UPI

Your Booking is Confirm with travolook.in: REF[protected]. Confirmation number MPMF6X. Flight booking 17th September 2021. Flight cancelled 12th September 2021. Till today 11th 2022. No refund processed. I will be taking legal action against this fraudulent company and want my complaint to be registered with highest priority. Travel look or Travolook is a fraud company, it is a mental harassment and the amount of time, energy and effort that has got into dealing with their CUSTOMER service representatives and email support cannot be expressed in clean words and I would be compelled to use abusive language. The owner of this company should be brought to court and strip naked in public, all his assets should be sealed and legal action of the highest order should be taken to set this as an example for other scammers out there. It is unbelievable how cold hearted people can be to EARN money that they stoop down to such level. The owners identify should be made public so that he should face the wrath of consumers duped by his company. I will travel all the way to their office for my 2900/- to give them a piece of my mind, create a video and post it on all social media platform. I wish and pray that everyone associated with this company reap what they sow. If Karma is a ###, it will bite Travolook Hard, Real Hard!!

My amount was deducted on 7-12-21 but the ticket was not booked & the issue was from there end, the customer support team informed on call & through mail that the refund will be initiated in 7-10 working days, but it has already been 30 days today & i have still not received my refund.

I have booked a flight on[protected] from Rajkot to Mumbai via Travolook.in.

I got an email saying my flight is cancelled and ref id for refund is generated REF[protected].

They said they will refund the money in 10-15 working days.
I have followed up via mails and calls after that. Its been 23 days and i have not received my 9828 Rs, they dont reply on mails and on calls they say it will be done in 7 days.

I made a booking for flight on TRAVOLOOK.IN under reference number[protected] on 07th Dec21. Once payment was made, I got immediately email that my flight booking could not be confirmed, hence booking is cancelled and amount will be refunded in two days time.
Till date I have not received the refund of my amount. Now more than month has passed following up with this agency through email ([protected]@travolook.in) and telephone number [protected] without any progress.
This is a fraud company roping customers quoting cheap fares on their website and once payment is made, they sent above kind of email. Please get this company blacklisted ASAP in order to save other customers booking tickets on their website.

It's been 6 months since our booking got cancelled.
We sent emails and even talked to customer care executive but every time they said we will credit your amount but it's still not.

I had tried to book a flight on 28th dec’21. The amount got deducted but booking never went through. Ultimately the booking got cancelled. Its been more than 10 days and I still haven’t received the refund. There isn’t any revert from the company on the email I’m sending nor is there any proper reply whenever I’m calling them.

Booked return air ticket from Bengaluru to nagpur on 1st Dec21.Paid Rs 8426.They didi not book ticket and assured refund. It is almost one monrh and 10 days and not refunded the money.
