I booked a flight from travolook website on 25 oct and I received an email saying your booking has been cancelled due to operational reason and money will be initiated within 10 to 25 working days excluding holidays. It been more than 3 months now I haven't received my refund yet every time I call on their helpline no. They say you refund has been failed from merchants end and it will take 5 to 7 days more. But I didn't received my refund yet Please take strict action against them.

I booked one flight ticket (From Kolkata to Guwahati) for myself on 10th Jan'22 from the website https://travolook.in. The ticket was for travel on 10.01.2022 The total amount deducted from my account was Rs.4159. Just after the booking, I received a call from the company which said that due to the sudden increase in fares by the airline, the PNR numbers could not get generated and so they have to cancel my booking. The support executive also added that the process of auto refund will take a maximum of 15-20 working days During the past approx one month period, I called them 5-6 times to know the status, and every time the assigned support executive said the same thing, "due to some technical issues the auto refund got canceled. The case is escalated and they have initiated the refund again, and it will take another 7 working days for the money to be refunded in my account." Now I feel trapped as when I ask for any complaint number or want to talk to their seniors they disconnect the phone. I am very worried as they seem to never go to give me the money back. Please suggest or help me how the matter can be taken up with the correct authority. I will be very grateful. Thank you.

Hi all, just call to your respective bank and demand dispute form or inform to raise dispute for this transaction never go any where, bank will take action also provide cancellation mail or message if available to bank.

On this date, I tried to book a flight from Pune to Lucknow, The ticket got cancelled from their side automatically, and my money got deducted. then I contacted the customer support, they told me to wait for 7 working days, after that refund was not processed so again I called him, they again said wait for more 7 working days, its been more than 20 days I am not getting my refund, after that I have checked their reviews as well. got completely blank., all reviews are same like, they are not giving bookings as well as refund, no ticket will get booked from their side and still the money will get deducted, I am willing a full refund of my deducted amount of 2419 asap

And willing to close this type of fraud companies

I would like to bring to your kind notice that I had booked an online flight ticket on 17th November, 20201 between Patna to New Delhi by Go First Airlines through www.travolook.in, which they cancelled because of fare expiration.
Now, it has been more than 3 months and they haven’t refunded the amount despite making several phone calls.

I booked the ticket from Travolook.in
After 30 mins booking the ticket call from company and told me your ticket was canceled
And your refund amount will be on same amount with in 7-10 working days
15working day completed but till now my amount did not got
I raised the complain to national consumer court also

I have booked my flight on 27th Dec 2021 from Ahmedabad to Mumbai. Flight got canceled due to xyz reason company and for last one month, i am struggling to get my money back. I have booked flight on 27th Dec and as on date 8th Feb 2022 i havent received my money back.

Now the scenario is they have blocked my call to on toll free number because i have been calling frequently for my money.

See what kind of customer service they are providing. I have to file a case against this company if i wont get my money back.

So bought two tickets from travolook each one way tickets. One from Bangalore to Male Maldives, and the other from Male Maldives to Bangalore. It was both approved and the money was taken from my acct immediately. As soon as i paid, the both tickets were both cancelled by them, after the money was taken from my acct. The wrote me an email saying that my money will be refunded immediately depending on my bank. These people took my money from my acct, and are yet to return my money. I have been calling everyday, They have been either hanging up the phone on me rudely and are still yet to refund my money. So now the last time I spoke to them, it went from refunding in two to 3 business days to 7 to 10 business days for the refund. I even asked to speak to a manager and as soon as i ask that, they either hang up or get rude or say there’s no managers to talk to. How can there be a business that has no managers to help the customers? They are thieves and are still yet to give me back my refund.

I booked a ticket from srinagar to leh from their website but the ticket was not issued and till date they are not refunding mmy money.

I booked ticket on Jan 06 2022 more than one month had gone.

I have booked flight from Chandigarh to kochi on 22nd oct 2021. And until now (7th Feb 2022) I have not yet received any refund from travolook. I am only getting mails that they will refund it but never actually got refund. Reading all comments it seems like scam from travolook. Whenever I call customer care, they neither pick call nor they will call back. They will keep you on waiting for 4 min and call will get cut automatically. If by any chance they pick up they will reply saying that wait for 5 more working days or technical issue. Iam very concerned about my money.

I booked to hyderabad from mumbai by flight through travolook worth 3623rs, Booking Reference- REF[protected] on 6th February 2022 After that it cancelled itself without reason, after i looked website about this company and just found that its fraud and scam so i suddenly complaint to you against travolook to immediately refund my accountwithout late. I had booked a air ticket via travolook.in on 6th January 2022 and the same is immediately cancelled by travolook.in after successful payment. And I receive a mail due to technical reason your ticket has been cancelled. And the amount will be refunded to the same bank account within 07-10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday). I have contacted no. of times to the customer executive the same response I get that your money will be refunded. I spoke to shalu with emp id 108 your customer care executive for refund request REF[protected] on 1 feb 2022, hiten with emp id 354 malvika sonali and mansha many a times . My original refund request REF[protected] was raised on 6 January 2022. Everyone told me that i will get my refund within 7-10 working days today is 05 February 2022 still i have not received my refund . This is really irritating. Evey time They told me that there is technical issue i ask when this issue will get fixed i got no timeline about the same from your customer care executive Teeka, Shalu Singh malvika, hiten sonali mansha etc etc . No one had helped me out in getting my refund . Really bad and irritating i have raised a case ID also to Technical team. Can i know exactly what is status of case assigned to technical team also by when i need correct data when i will get my refund as it more than 7 to 10 working days. Guys please help me with correct data. . I need exact date by when i will get my refund for REF[protected].

Fraud experience. The website shows coupon applied but it din't work, the money debited was higher than what is shown on page even without coupon the fare was 6400 and 7650 was debited due to their error.

11 MONTHS NO REFUND
I have booked one GoAir flight ticket from Kannur to Delhi on 27/03/21 with reference no. (REF.[protected]. After payment, I haven't got my flight ticket. Travolook assured a full refund within 15 WORKING DAYS. But, it has been ONE YEAR I haven't got refund. Initially, the contact number wasn't responding. From, 11/04/22, I am sending mails to refund. I also have called them many timesfrom last 6 months and requested the refund. Travolook support team keep on extending the refund to next 7 working days. Within a few more days, it will be one year that I am waiting for refund. I lost Rs. 6655/-
11 MONTHS NO REFUND

I had booked a flight ticket on THIS WEBSITE which got cancelled from there side due to some reason and they convinced me to receive my amount in next 2 weeks but I did not receive it. After so many calls and mails they just delayed. Now it has been more than 3 months I have not received it yet.
Please sir I want my money back it is huge amount for a middle class person like me. THIS WEBSITE seems to be like fraud a scam. Kindly take strict action against them. Absolutely pathetic and poor website I came across, ### management ever!

I have three refund from travolook.com but they are not initiated my refunds. From last 40 days they are just saying that they have some technical issues so they unable to initiate the refunds
