I have booked a flight ticket from this website travolook and they cancelled my flight ticket due to fare expiration . And its around more than 1 month i haven't received my payment yet

This is to compliant and bring to your notice fraudulent malpractice of Travel Portal "Travollok" with whom I have done a booking on 16th November (which got canceled immediately, booking Ref no. is REF[protected] and Company since then is refusing to refund my booking amount to me since then siting various reasons, like technical issues.

Booking from Bangalore to Hyderabad and Back from Hyderabad to Bangalore

I booked a ticket on 11th of Nov 2021. however the booking was cancelled for only god knows reason and i was told that the fund will be refunded after 7-10 working days. but still the same script would be repeated when called after every 2 weeks with some sweet talks which seems to be a total ###.

This is in regards to the flight ticket I have booked on 20th Nov-21 from Kolkata to Hyderabad with Travolook and immediately after booking the ticket got cancelled because of fare expiration (as mentioned in cancellation mail) & I was notified via call and email that the refund will get processed in 7-10 business days. It has been 40+ days I have been following up with them but every time they are providing some excuses and exceeding the timeline with 7-10 working days. Even till now they are not clarifying the final refund date.
Please help me to get the refund at earliest.

We have booked flight tickets by paying the money online from
that website on November 28 2021. After 30 minutes we have received
email saying that our tickets got cancelled due to fare expiration. Initially we have waited for 5 days for money refund of the cancelled tickets. As we did not received money, we have contacted customer support team and they told that they will refund the money in 7 to 10 days. After waiting for 10 days we again called them for money refund, they are saying the same thing again like we need to wait 7 to 10 days. Sometimes they are disconnecting our call. It is been one month since this incident has occured, but we did not received money. Many people has written in reviews like they got cheated in the same way. So, we thought of reaching out here for getting our money back. Please help us here .

I had booked a flight from their website on 24th November 2021 from Hyderabad to Bareilly. As soon as the payment was done I got a call saying that my ticket was cancelled and I will be receiving my money within 7-10 working days. its been more a month now and I haven't received my money yet. when ever I call them they just say me that my refund process has been initiated and I will receive my money within a week. but more recently the customer service people are talking more rudely and arrogantly which isn't at all good for having proper customer relations.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This website operates in india and many of the citizens lost many lakhs of rupees unknowingly paying to this fraud and bogus company.

This is how they conduct the fraud, they just take the money for flight booking and in about just 10-20 minutes they cancel the booking and, give some lame reason for canceling. There is no airlines involvement in the cancellation as internet facebook, twitter, forums, website reviews filled with the complaints about this website. This is complete fraudulent website and take the hard earned money of our citizens.

Kindly take immediate action on this website and, I hope the strong action will be taken very soon against this website and refund will be issued to all the customers including me urgently.

After looking at the internet, I assume you must have received many complaints about this website and I am shocked till now action taken, I hope my email will force your team to take the action soon.

I booked my flight ticket from patna to hyderabad after 10min I got an email saying that my booking got cancelled

I called customer care number they simply said that my booking got cancelled and asked me to wait for 3-4 days to get my money refunded. still money has been not refunded.

I had booked a flight from bhuwaneshwar to Delhi on 29th Oct on travolook reference Id is REF[protected] the money got deducted from my account for this and after a hour I received a message say that ur ticket is been cancelled and ur refund will be received in 10 days and now it's been 3 months i didn't get any refund for this.

I booked three tickets from travolook, tickets got cancelled by travolook and amount is not refunded.
I had a call with travolook customer they are replying “Amount is refunded you will receive shortly please wait” since 25 days.

I have booked my flight from Delhi to Jharsuguda from travolook but my booking was not confirmed although the company has deducted the amount of Rs 5762 on 21/112021 . They promised to refund it by 7-10 working days but till today that is on 27/12/2021 they have not refunded it. I have called them several times and even sent them written complaint on registered email id but they are delaying it inordinately

Problem: Booked the flight ticket of Indigo airlines on Sep 30, 2021 with Travlolook. The booking got cancelled automatically by Travlolook. I called customer care the very next day, they said that my money will get refunded within 5-7 days. But its been three month, I didn't get my money yet. I have called so many times to the customer care, they are not responding properly and not refunding my Money.

I have booked a ticket on 6th December passenger name Navjodhpal Singh and email er.[protected]@hotmail.com from chandigarh to srinagar website name is https://www.travolook.in/ due to some operational issue from their side booking was cancelled, amount was deducted from my account until now refunded was not initiated, its totally unfair they are just blocking the customer money without any reason.

I have booked a ticket from travolook on 17th Nov. Whoch was canceled by them after 30 kin. I was told that I will receive the refund within 7-10 working days.Nowits been more than a month and I didn't receive the money. Everyone when I called helpline number they repeat the same thing that I will receive the loney withing 5-7 working days but they do not refund. Kindly help. 12th nov i booked a ticket from Bangalore to Raipur from travolook’s site after 1/2hours i got a call saying my booking has been canceled and willl get the refund in next 10-12 days. It’s been more than a month now. They’ve not refunded my amounts they’ve blocked my number, not responding to my mails. And when calls used to get connected they’re just making excuses and giving dates after dates.

I booked the flight on 6th Oct for travel date 23rd Oct (BLR to DEL). I received call from travolook that no seats available in flight so they cancelled my booking mentioning amount will be refunded in 10-15 days.

BUT its been more than 2 months, still i didn't receive my amount. I sent multiple email and called them so many times. The response i get always is you will get the money by Friday till date that friday didn't come.

I would request to take some action and help the customers. I can see same my type of query is raised by so many people on Travolook.

I've booked return tickets on 25th November, from Mumbai to diu. Over a month but still hasn't received the refund, they keep asking to giving them some time. Plus they won't tell you about any progress, they'll just say the refund has been initiated by their side, something's wrong at merchant end. REF[protected], REF[protected]
