I made a booking from your website to travel from Ahmedabad to Mumbai on 17th November to travel on date[protected] in GO AIR flight and flight number G8 - 302

But the ticket was cancelled from your side and I was mailed that I will be refunded my amount in next 7 days but after so much of follow up and continuous call with your service representatives I was not refunded the amount of my ticket

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful of refund of my ticket amount of Rs. 3780

I have booked a ticket from Patna to Delhi on dt.16th Nov2021 automatically got cancelled and still waiting refund after no. Of reminder to travolook.

I booked s ticket which costed me 3200 from Del-Mum. Later had to cancel coz i couldnt travel as i had isolate myself following my colleague tested +ve for Covid 19. I cancellee the ticket and was waiting for refund of aprox 699 as per the T&C. However travolook said that they had given me a discount and the actual fare was 3700 amd the refund will be adjusted since i was given discount and that they wont refund me the amount. At the time of.booking there was no where mwntioned about this, this is cheating

I have booked tickets from Travolook from mumbai to amritsar on 21st dec 21. Due to PNR was generated, ticket has been cancelled but amout was deducted.

I booked indigo flights using travolook website on 18/11/2021 (6:30p.M.) for the following persn :

Travolook website cancelled the ticket booked withing 30 minutes of the booking. 'travolook customer care' told me via phone call that i will get the full refund within 24 hour. After 24 hours, i reminded them regarding the refund, to which they replied that we will be provided the refund within 10-15 working days. After 15 working days, on 7/12/2021, i again mailed them, in reply to which they said that we will be provided the refund in the next 7-10 working days.
It has has been 2 months from the day of booking, still i got got no refund.
Kindly do the needful.

I booked a flight using travolook website on 17 jan 2022. during the transaction money deducted from my account but flight ticket did not booked. i called customer care and told this issue and they said that the money will be refunded within a week. but i did not get the refund amount yet.

I booked a flight on the 10th of December 2021 using the Travolook official website. The booking (REFERENCE ID: REF[protected] got canceled and I was promised a refund in the next 6-7 working days. It has been around 44 days now (1 and half months) and I have been trying to call their customer care executive but all I receive from their end is to wait a few more days as they have initiated my refund. I have called them more than 10 times and this is their only response every time.

I had tried booking my flight tickets through Travolook on 27th December however the tickets were not booked and the amount got deducted from my account and now the company is not refunding the same.

I am book ticket on January 2021 and I am cancel ticket in March 2021. But till date not received my refund. Customer care told me you will get refund on 7 days.

Hi I booked a ticket from travolook for my sister on 11 Jan 2022.my amount deducted but ticket not received then I got a call from travolook that my ticket is cancelled..they said they will refund within 10 days..but still I didn't get my refund.. whenever I called to customer care they disconnected my call...so it's my humble request sir resolve this as soon as possible...

I had booked air ticket through travolook on 28th december 2021. An amount of Rs.22919 was debited and ticked not confirmed. After few minutes I got a email from travolook that the ticket cancelled due to fare change and the amount will refund within 10-15 working days.( copy attached). Sir i booked a flight ticket from travolook site on 10 Dec 2021 but the ticket was not booked and get cancelled. After that i call to customer care regarding refund they told me every time that your refund will be credit to your mode of payment by next week but till now I do not received my refund amount. Now they don't pickup my phone also.

I have booked flight ticket from Lucknow to Bangalore from Travolook.in on 8th April (PNR No. GSB4XR). Though the actual ticket cost is Rs.13486 but Travolook charged me Rs.17385/- i.e. almost Rs. 4000/- extra. On 26th of April, I have cancelled my ticket due to covid situation and the refund amount for the cancellation is Rs. 7486/-. I have called the Travolook customer care for the refund. AS per Travolook terms and conditions, they have to refund my money within 35 working days. But till date I have not recieved my refund back. I have called so many times to Travolook customer care but everytime they are telling me that it will take 7 to 10 working days for refund. Now almost 9 months over, but still there is no response from Travolook. I have also confirmed with Indigo airlines and they already confirmed that they have refund the said amount long back to Travolook. Request you to please help me to get my money back from Travolook as soon as possible.

Booked Flight ticket on line through Travilook web site from Bengaluru to Nagpur on 1st Dec2021 and return.and paid Rs 8400/-with SBI credit card card.Ticket was not booked and received mail immediately that ticket not booked and money will be refunded within 7 to 1 working days.It is now more than one and half month no refund received. Send mail and talked 3 to 4 time and every time they repeat that it will be done within 7 to 10 working days and no response for my email., .

I booked my tickets on this company"s website, Booking Ref: REF[protected], on 19th Jan 2023. right after a second from the moment i have done my online payment to them, I have received a call saying that, " My tickets are not confirmed due to fare raise and asking to pay more money to confirm the tickets, which i have refused to do, hence they told me that your amount of INR 10763/- with in 48 hours. and i waited but no refund has came back to my account, But i was so surprised they don't pick up the call on their toll free number[protected], I tried to call them more then 50 times, after that i was in doubt and after an online investigation i came to know that this a big time fraud company and they have done same thing with countless peoples. They cheat the people's hard earned money and it is so unfortunate that this company is looting 100 of peoples on daily basis, and there is no one to take any legal action against them in our country.

I had booked my flight ticket on 20th December, 2021. I got a call immediately saying it was canceled from their end. And I would receive my refund within 7-10 days. On reading about them on social media I realised I was not the only one and many people were victim to this scam. On repeatedly calling them they kept asking me to wait. Today it’s 22nd January, 2022. I no longer can wait and it’s a clear case of scam. Kindly look into the matter. Not alone me there are many such people who have been victims of this scam. I don’t want anyone else to suffer. Kindly look into the matter.

28th Dec 2021 I was trying to book flight ticket but not book I asked them to refund amount they said wait for 7-10 days after that 25 days has been over but they are not refunding amount. Simply they are trying make fool.

REF[protected] REF[protected] This is my two reference I'd this ticket is cancelled by travolook and I haven't got my money back please return my money. My booking date was 16 nov 2020. Till now got no refund. Complaint more than 20 times.

I had booked 3 tickets from Lucknow to Mumbai from travolook on 20/01/2022.
But after some time on same day I had received a mail from travolook that my tickets was cancelled due to expiration of fare.and they will refund amount.
