    7th Jan 2022 I booked a ticket through travolook website but within 30 min only the ticket was canceled from their side.
    Also, I have been calling repeatedly, and I m getting only dates and dates for the refund.

      Have booked Air india flight from delhi to ranchi on 12th, via travolook.in. Amount of 4405 was deducted from account but later on got an email & call saying that the booking was cancelled and refund will be made in 24 hrs. since there was no refund after 4 days i called them and response was it will take 7-10 working days. 18 days have passed, but have not received my refund. kindly look into the matter, my booking reference id is[protected].

            I had booked a flight ticket from Jaipur to Patna on 16th Jan22 for a fare of ₹5, 492. I received a mail for the same that the confirmation is pending and within 30mins a mail stating that Booking is cancelled due to fair expiration. I even rang Airlines to confirm but no refrence Id was made. I even tried to reach out to customer care but no response. After messaging on social media the refund has not been initiated. I want you to take action against them.

            I have mailed them with keeping Cybercrimegov.in and [email protected] in cc. At a regular follow up with them on the social media account and setting up the deadlines for refuding the money. I was able to get my refund.
            Thanks for telling us the way you handled. I need to follow the same. No refund more than 40 days.

            good. travolook are fraud. I was trying to book Indigo when suddenly this site came They are cheats.People are requested to refrain from such fraud. I am taking the matter with cyber crime.

            The modusoprandi of travolook is fraud mentality. Booking ticket then claiming cancellation due to fare increase. They are cheats to be handled through police.

                We have waiting for refund from travlook on from 21/11/2021 but still waiting not get the refund, they told again and again wait you get refund wait you get refund, still 43 days gone but do not get refund yet, the refund amount is rs.8217/-
                we booked ticket chennai to agartala, the amount rs.8217/- debit from my account but they are not me confirm ticket, and not give refund yet, do the needfull

                  I booked a flight ticket from Vijayawada to Bangalore on 12 sep 2021, and was promised to get a refund in 10 -12 working days. I kept calling them every week but they kept postponing the refund. They even went to extents of refusing to answer any calls from my number after making me wait for three months
                  causing irreparable mental strain. Kindly address my months long struggle to get my money back rightfully.

                    The ticket was canceled by the merchant she to fare expiration and I got email confirmation on the date for cancellation and refund but still, the refund is not credited yet almost 30 days over.

                        I have booked flight on 28 december 2021 REF NO. REF[protected] after booking it immediately got cancelled and i have recieved the email from travolook support by sayung that your ticket has been cancelled and your refund will be processed within 24 hours. Its been more than a month now I have contacted to travolook support multiple times everytime they says your refund has been processed but still didnt receive any update.

                            Booked tickets with them on 6th Jan 2022( Rs9588).They cancelled the tickets stating fare expiry.The refund amount has not been received till date after multiple calls and mails .they are avoiding the refund by saying technical issue.The call centre team dont have any clue.

                              I booked a ticket with Travolook on 22-Dec-2021 between Delhi to Lucknow for 27-Dec-2021. Due to some fare change reasons, Travolook cancelled my booking themselves.
                              Today is 27-Jan-2022, but they have not yet refunded my booking amount (₹ 3675.00), despite of doing multiple follow-ups on regular basis.

                              This is a fraud company for sure who cancel bookings due to stupid reasons and doesn't refund customer's money..

                                I booked ticket from HYDERABAD to CHENNAI Flight 6E-6216 dt 15th Nov 2021, Mon 22:05 and immediately mail got triggered that booking did not happen and refund will be processed. I spoke to their toll free support +[protected], and they informed that it will be credited within a week. Until now I am following by mail, since I flew abroad now and I have not received the refund Rs 4343.00 as indicated in the mail yet . Last follow up on 17th Jan 2022 and have attached the details

                                    I booked a flight ticket on 03.Jan.2022 from travolook and amount deducted but booking get cancelled from Travolook. I’ve sent mail and try to contact customer care but they disconnected my call without proper answers. From last 25 days they told me that they have initiated my refund but i didnt get any proper mail for the same. Also they have confirmed that, the issue is with there Merchant and due to that it get delayed. Still they are not taking any proper action for the same.

                                      I made a booking from your website to travel from Ahmedabad to Mumbai on 17th November to travel on date[protected] in GO AIR flight and flight number G8 - 302

                                      But the ticket was cancelled from your side and I was mailed that I will be refunded my amount in next 7 days but after so much of follow up and continuous call with your service representatives I was not refunded the amount of my ticket

                                      Kindly look into the matter and do the needful of refund of my ticket amount of Rs. 3780
