I had booked a flight ticket from Mumbai to Visakhapatnam on October 18, 2021. Booking reference no. REF[protected].
As soon as I booked the ticket, I get a call from Travolook saying that the booking cannot be processed due to an increase of fare of that flight so they asked me if I would like to proceed with the cancelation. They also promised for a refund within 10-15 days. It has been 3 months. Despite of innumerable calls and mails, I still haven't received a refund.
I sincerely request for a strict action to be taken. This encourages other fraud companies to come in the market and loot other customers.

I booked my flight ticket from travolook and within 20 mins it got cancelled.. Later I came to know that travolook is a fraud website.. They are just taking money from customers and simply looting their money... I want my refund ASAP... My booking reference - REF[protected]. .

Hello i have booked Flight tickets from your site for 14 January from Bhopal to Mumbai but I got call regarding cancellation that my tickets cannot be processed due to some technical error and booking amount will refunded to my account in 2-3 working days but i haven't received my money back yet also didn't get any update regarding it when I tried to reach out to Coustomer Service on call my call was on hold for 10-15 mins and was told I was on queue but when my number came call got disconnected and id didn't happened only once I have been trying for two days but same thing keep repeating, there's no way i can reach out to Coustomer care on other alternative numbers given because call won't go in on those numbers please resolve my issue as soon as possible, else i need to go to consumer care service I'll wait only for a day to get any response below I am attaching my tickets

I booked my flight on 2nd December and amount was 4147 rs, i had successful transaction from my end and amount got deducted even though they didn't generated PNR for my booking and next day they called me and said due to some operational issue of their website they are not able to generate pnr hence they are cancelling my flight.

I got email like refund will be processed within 5-7 working days. I took more than 15 follow ups till now but they are not responding, nor their customer care number is forwarding my call to their executive.

I m unable to use any offer code in wallet, i think you cheat me, i m make booking 12 july 2021 booking cancelled and no my amount transfered in my account, then says me that you can use wallet as you pay with bank.now says wallet use unable to use any promo code. Another my number also blocked customer care, screen shot enclosed. Grear experience with travolook I m called with another number than your customer care executive disconnect my call. I m request many time plz call me no any revert from your side.

12 July 2021, by travolook website- REF[protected]. But immediately after booking they sent me booking cancelled mail. When i tried reaching them over phone and mail they didnot responded then after lot off struggle they connected and confirm to refund my money within 7 working days then again they sent a mail that within 10 days than says get in wallet.

I booked ticket(REF[protected] on 12 Nov 2021 on travel look but canceled ticket because of some operational issue but still money not refunded. it almost completed more then 60 days and i called so many times customer care they are doing false promises 10 to 15 days refund but not refunded

I am here to inform u.travolook executive call me 12/01/22 to refund my amount through manually and tell me to download ANYDESK application from appstore.after download they deduct my money 25400.after that travolook executive not contact with me and not take any action.i want to FIR .

I tried to book a flight today but it got cancelled due to thier cheap tactics and now i am not getting a refund..Please help me with the same so that i can book another ticket asap. please help me get my money back...i am a student and cannot ask anyone money anymore..i am stuck here with no money or anything..if i do not get my money back i will opt to suicide instead of asking anyone for money.

I have booked an airline ticket from Hyderabad to Delhi on 22 Dec 2021 with travolook agency with reference No REF[protected], but the ticket has been cancelled by airlines due to operational reasons. The refund for the same has not been credited to my account till now.

On both the occasions, money got deducted but the tickets were not booked. Usually when this happens the money comes back to the credit card within 1 or 2 days. But its been more than 10 days now and the money has not be credited back into my credit card.
Upon inquiry, Travolook has a standard reply.
ALl I want is my money back and for this website to stop this scam.

I have lost trust in the company and seems like a fraud now as everytime I call them they say wait for a week and you will get the refund. Please look into this and get the refund completed

I had booked tickets for flight tickets from Amritsar to Mumbai. Two tickets got canceled because of price expiration and one ticket was issued. I am yet to receive refund of INR 4, 276 & INT 4, 256. The customer care responses that refund is initiated but there is no mail communication from their side. Please help me in getting the refunds. Attached are relevant screenshots.

Scam by Travolook. They do not book tickets but just process and tell that the booking is failed. however money getting deducted and no refund being processed

I book flight from Travolook with above reference and amount deducted but booking get cancelled. I also received call from this company that I will receive my refund within 7-8 days and also get email that amount will be refund in 15 dya. I sent many mails and also called but received no response from their side. Its been 19 days now and everytime they ask me to wait for 7-8 days. I Spoke to Ms. Malvika, Ms. Meena, Mr. Aniket but all are giving the standard answer 7-8 days on everyday.

I had booked flight tickets on 24th Nov for 2 adults which was cancelled by Travolook.Even after 3 months I have received the refund.I have been calling/following up with travolook.in continuesly but I don't get a proper response.Each time I call I get a response it will be processed in 7 days.
Travolook is not following the policies set and cheating customers.

I have booked a flight from my end on 26th dec 2021, and within 2 to 3 minutes of the payment, my booking was on hold, and after 4 minutes i got a call from travolook executive that my booking was being cancelled and seat could not be allotted, and the refund will be credited back to the account within next 8 to 10 working days, but as i am writing this today i have not received any refund from the company and they just pass me on to the next working day as when i can expect the refund of the amount.
I don't know why no strict action has been taken against them after numerous complaints of customers and the company is still doing it's fraud openly and looting the customers by offering luring discounts on website. I have never confronted such situation where a fraudster is looting openly and our consumer forum isn't taking any actions for the same.
