I had made a booking for a flight with travolook but it got cancelled from their side. They initially said amount will be refunded in 7 days but didn’t happen so. Then after several emails they replied saying it will take 10-15 days. It’s almost 20 days now and I still didn’t get my refund. Please file a complaint against them and take strict action and help me get my refund.

I have booked a ticket on 16th August for New Delhi to Darbhanga and just after booking they have cancelled by travolook because amount was too high, he says me to wait for 7 to 10 days, but stiil they have not given me my money back.

No any response, no any solution every time cheated me,
every time I call they give the same time period thet with in next 5 to 7 days. I am fed up travolook behaviour please help me.

I booked ticket in the month of October my ticket was confirm but after few days I got call from travolook that my flight cancelled when I call to the airlines they said the ticket was cancelled by the agency(travolook) they had already initiated the refund amount in their account but they are not giving my money back. Every day I am calling on their customer care number but they’re not picking it up.

I have booked an air ticket from Kolkata to Bengaluru on 9th September and right after few minutes received an email from them stating the ticket is cancelled due to operational reasons and refund of INR 5800 will be provided to me within 7-10 days and now its been a month I haven't received my money back. I have contacted them (you can find the entire email chain) asking for my refund but they keep extending, now I see all over the internet about their victims with similar tactics of not refunding money and fraud.

I Had Booked Ticket On 30.09.2021 From New Delhi To Indore. But My Ticket Was Cancelled And Travolook Mailed That Your Ticket Was Cancelled Due To An Operational Reason And Refund Will Be Initiated At Our End And The Amount Will Reflect Back To The Same Bank Account Within 10-15 Working Days. I Continuously In Touch With Their Support Team Through Call And Mail But I Always Replied That Refund Will Be Initiated At Our End And The Amount Will Reflect Back To The Same Bank Account. But It's Been More Than 2 Months And No Refund Initiated Yet.

I have booked a flight ticket through travolook on 2nd Nov 2021 my ticket cancelled by travolook but refund amount not credited in my account.

Called several times but no help from customer care

Airline ticket booked in travolook.in, money debitted, no ticket issued, refund asked, customercare asked for another 3.1k to issue another ticket. compline launched.

I had booked my ticket via travolook web site on 9th Oct 21, but after 30 mint I got mail that my ticket is canceled due to operator issue, so again tried to book the ticket but the same incidence has been found, both times my money is deducted from my account, after that still after more than 20 days are passed but I have not got refund amount, I have given many mails, many time I called to customer care.
yesterday I got a mail from travolook, that again they need 6-7 working days to get my refund.
But they did not give a reason for the delay in my payment.

It's been more then a month but money is not refunded.

I booked ticket from travolook, REF[protected] and as soon I booked the ticket I got a message that my ticket is cancelled and a refund would be initiated.

The tickets were booked on 01st Nov 2021 and post that they kept telling me that the amount has been initiated and would come back in 10-15 days.

I still haven't got the money and across the social media website and other reviews many people have faced the same issue and there amounts haven't been refunded.

Please help me, the company owes me 5555rs.

I have booked flights tickets from hyderabad to mumbai on 08/11/2021. Immediately thet called and your tickets are cancelled because of change in price. But not i am not receiving my refund amount. Regularly i am asking customer care people but they not responding properly. Please help me to get my refund money.

I booked 2 tickets from delhi to Hyderabad with ref nos.

I called up the toll free number to check the status
the tickets were cancelled and refund initiated on 16th October

But till date the refund has not been received by me
I have been sending emails and calling the toll free number but no action been taken
Now the toll free number is not accepting my calls also
Kindly let me know what can I do at my end to take action against the company

I had booked a flight ticket via Travolook on 2nd November, they canceled my ticket saying that the fare has expired. I received an email saying I would receive my refund amount ₹6858 in 7 working days. It has been almost a month now and they haven’t initiated my refund, they keep delaying the process.

TRAVOLOOK did not refund my money.I BOOKED A FLIGHT TICKET FROM Bangalore TO Agartala AND AFTER 15 MINUTES I GOT A CALL FROM TRAVOLOOK THAT THE TICKET WAS CANCELLED AS PNR WAS NOT GENERATED AND THE REFUND WILL BE SENT TO YOUR ACCOUNT .BUT TILL NOW I DID NOT GOT MY REFUND. the reference number is : REF[protected]. I trusted the website and kept waiting for the refund but THEY do not even reply my mail. THEY ARE like FRAUD.I need the refund of Rs 6503. PLEASE HELP ME.
