I have booked flight from Bhavnagar to Mumbai, after booking flight, I did not received confirmation email or message on email, however my payment got deducted from account number. payment id is provided, however I did not received any details.

I have booked flight ticket from Delhi to Visakhapatnam on 18.10.2021 in travolook website.Immedietly amount Rs.3608 was debited and I got a call and mail stating that due to price differences flight ticket was cancelled.later I got to know that this was fraud company.Many people suffered because of this travolook company.
They are not refunded my amount till now

I booked a ticket from ahmedabad to indore flight one for 2 people and paid Rs 13000 for the same and got no refund whereby they cancelled the ticket due to their operational issue and are not refudning the money back now, request you to please provide the money as i already did the FIR and other cyberfraud complaints against the company.

I booked a ticket from Ahmedabad to Indore whereby after 1015 minutes they told that the ticket could not be confirmed with a flighted operational issues will be refunded the money until now my money is not me to fully it’s been a long wait time now and it’s been hard on money I don’t know and I am I want my money back this is a very big fraud that is acting in the company you know we need to ask the Travel the Travel ministry or the Ministry of external affairs to take some notes on that

I had booked two air ticket from Chennai to Bhubaneswar through Travolook on 31st August 2021(Reference No. : REF[protected] but it got canceled immediately and the money was supposed to be refunded within 10-15 working days. It’s been almost two months now and I have still not received the refund amount. Despite of my repeated contact to their support team through phone call as well as through mail, I have been receiving only one reply that it will be credited in two working days. The most ironic part of this is that for past one week they don’t even receive my calls and dont reply to my emails.

I booked ticket on travolook and after 30 minutes I recieved email from travolook that your tickets gets cancelled due to some reason and refund will be initiated at our end and you will get in 8 to 10 working days, it's been 30+ days now I didn't recieve my refund, I try to call them but they didn't recieve my call and didn't replay on mails .

Booked a ticket for my elders for health emergency on 8th Oct.2021 through Travolook with reference number REF[protected].

I didn't get the booking conformation. Next day I found to know after specking with customer care, my ticket was canceled. from that day onwards I am following up for refund through customer care. But till the date i didn't get the refund.

I tried to book flight from Travolook (BLR to Goa & return) on 23rd Sep 2021 and amount of INR 17, 868 got deducted but booking got cancelled. I also received call from this company that I will receive my refund within 10 to 15 working days. But till today (29th Oct 2021) no refund is given. I sent many mails and also called but received no response from their side. Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap. Also stop them from doing any business so that they are not able to cheat more people. An excerpt from email communication is attached below:

Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration. Please contact our customer support at[protected] or send us an email at [protected]@travolook.in and one of our travel expert will be pleased to assist you. In Such unlikely event, if your tickets cannot be processed for any reason you will be notified via email or by telephone and your payment will NOT be processed.

My payment was processed and no refund given till date (29th Oct 2021)

I have book a ticket 24 September 2021 ticket got canceled with no reason mony was deducted but still no refund after 35 days

Refund is not given even after 1.5 months of following up with Travolook company,

I called Travolook 10+ times but no success.

While booking my flight ticket, I searched for a coupon code on google and clicked on the first link of google ads of Travolook. I booked my ticket and did the payment as I was receiving discount of ₹1000 and I received the ticket as well but the ticket did not look genuine so I checked its PNR on Air India’s website and it did not show any booking under that PNR. The ticket was fraud.

Fake company they will cancel your booking after receiving the payment and will not refund your money

I booked my air ticket on 17 Sep 21. Immediately after payment, they cancelled my ticket. Till date, I am still following up with them through various channel i.e. Calling Customer care number, sending e-mail, Twitter, facebook. But, they are so shameless that every time they come up with new excuse. I am clueless that when will I get refund.

Suggestion to future customer: Never get tempted by the ticket price they offer because your ticket will never get booked but your money will be deducted.

Travolook is not refunding the money of failed ticket booking.

I have booked the ticket Delhi to Ahmedabad on 21st September 2021 first they send mail for booking but suddenly they again send another email for cancellation of my ticket and said amount will refund 7 to 10 days after that I have sent many emails but they didn't reply many times I call but they not reply kindly help me.

As all said in google reviews, same thing happened with me, i have booked the ticket on 29 august 2021, they just cancelled the ticket and told to give refund in 7 to 10 working days but today is 26 oct 2021, still I have not got the refund. Every time i called they are saying we again processed the amount and it will take 2 to 3 working days, but they never refund the money. Hi,

I have booked the flight from travolook on June 27th (from LKO to BLR) but my flight ticket got canceled from them immediately after the booking and the reason they gave was some technical issue.

And they said I will get my refund in 10-15 days but now it's been more than 4 months I have not got any refund.
I have called them multiple times and sent multiple reminders but every time they said I will get the refund in 3-4 working days and now they have stopped responding to me.

Please help me to get a refund.

I had booked tickets on Travolook.in in September 21 and tickets cancelled by Travolook.in. After 10 to 15 days asking for refund and companies customer care is giving reason technical error.
so many calls to call support but no response. This is big scam going on in travelling lobby. I had read so many complaints against Travolook.in.

I have booked flight ticket on 10-jun-2021 from HYD-DBG using travolook.in website . after 2-3 days i have received sms stating that ticket is cancelled from airlines side and i will get full refund amount. from that day i am repeatedly calling travelook customer care first they said 15 days i will get refund then they said 40 days then 45 days. now my number has been blacklisted. now its 4 months still havn't got single rupee. and i have tried to call airlines company directly they told me that they have refunded my money to travolook very long back. i have attached all the proof below

My booking cancellation with ref: REF[protected] is not yet refunded even after one month.

Date of cancellation- Sept25, 2021

The cancellation was done from Airline side as they could not issue me the ticket at promised rate. So full refund of INR.9098 was confirmed to me over the mail. Please find attached screenshot of the mail.
